“We Tried Putting A Slice Of Cheese On Top Of Our Phone And Recording…”

Do you struggle to get your pet to look at the camera when you’re trying to film them? This couple decided to try putting a delicious slice of cheese on their phone to get the attention of their dog, Koda. It totally worked! The footage they caught through this bizarre yet creative method is absolutely hilarious. In their video, you can see the dog’s face totally light up at the sight of the tasty snack. However, once Dad secured the cheese on top of the phone, he started running away. Koda immediately began to chase him down, determined to get his hands — er, paws — on the treat. This resulted in an incredible clip of the pooch careening toward the camera with a wild look of excitement in his eyes! @koda.toy.aussie Have you ever seen a happier pup ? #happydog #dogsmile #aussie ♬ оригинальный звук – Marceline What makes this video even funnier is that Koda has very bright, pale blue eyes that really popped while he was staring down the cheese. With his tongue hanging out of his mouth, too, he looked pretty silly! This footage has received over 15 million views on social media. Commenters thought it was adorable to see the pooch get so animated over the piece of cheese on his owner’s phone! “I just want someone to look at me the way this dog looks at cheese,” one user wrote. Another joked, “Get him some brown contacts I’m begging you.” Apparently, cheese on a phone isn’t the only way to get Koda to look into the camera. In another clip, his dad used grass to lure the pooch into being filmed! You’d think that, with this green stuff being all over the ground, the dog wouldn’t get that excited about it. However, you’d be wrong! It turns out that Koda may not have the most discerning palate. @koda.toy.aussie He’s a bit obsessed with grass #dogsmile ♬ It Is What It Is – Jenna Raine “He’s a bit obsessed with grass,” his owners wrote in their caption. We’re not here to judge this dog for his taste, though. Honestly, the fact that something so simple can make him this happy is inspiring! You can find the source of this story’s featured image here. Top 10 Opening Tracks From 1950s Rock Albums

The 1950s were a time of explosive creativity and cultural upheaval, and nowhere was that more evident than in the birth of rock and roll. This was the decade when the sound of electric guitars, pounding pianos, and raw, rebellious vocals burst onto the scene, forever changing the course of popular music. The opening track of an album became more than just a song—it was a declaration, a rallying cry, and a promise of what was to come. For many artists of the era, these first notes were the ones that set the stage, defining not only the album’s character The post Top 10 Opening Tracks From 1950s Rock Albums appeared first on ClassicRockHistory.com.

Asteroid the size of two football fields is flying towards Earth

NASA astronomers have issued a warning about a large asteroid, roughly the size of two football fields, that will pass near Earth on September 15. In astronomical terms, this asteroid will come relatively close to our planet. Designated as Asteroid 2024 ON, this object was discovered earlier this year and is now on a path toward Earth. NASA estimates the asteroid’s size to be about 220 meters, or twice the length of a football field. Despite its proximity, Asteroid 2024 ON poses no threat to Earth. It will pass by at a distance of over 990,000 kilometers—2.6 times the distance between the Earth and the Moon. Scientists note that asteroids of this size typically come this close to Earth approximately once every decade. The asteroid’s close approach on September 15 presents a unique opportunity for astronomers to collect crucial data on its composition, speed, rotation period, and orbital trajectory. This information is essential for improving models of near-Earth asteroid behavior and enhancing our understanding of solar system dynamics. Asteroids are remnants from the formation of the solar system 4.6 billion years ago. They vary greatly in size and shape due to their formation in different regions and distances from the sun. While most are composed of various types of rock, some contain clay or metals like nickel and iron. NASA continuously monitors near-Earth asteroids, as some of them could pose a genuine threat to our planet. Objects with a diameter exceeding 150 meters that come within 7.4 million kilometers of Earth are classified as potentially hazardous. NASA Astronaut Hears Unexplained Noise Aboard Spacecraft in Orbit

NASA astronaut Barry Wilmore has reported hearing unusual noises coming from Boeing’s troubled Starliner spacecraft, which has left him and his colleague Sunita Williams stranded in space for eight months instead of returning home after their planned week-long mission in June. Wilmore contacted NASA’s mission control to report a strange pulsating sound originating from the Starliner spacecraft, currently docked to the International Space Station (ISS). He mentioned that the source of the noise, heard over the station’s loudspeaker, was unclear and requested assistance in identifying it. Mission controllers asked Wilmore to hold the microphone up to the speaker so they could analyze the sound. After listening, they noted that the pulsating noise resembled a sonar signal. The investigation into the source of the sound is ongoing, but initial theories suggest that it could be caused by a feedback loop between the ISS and the Starliner spacecraft. Strange noises in space are not unheard of, with astronauts having reported similar experiences on several occasions in the past. The Starliner has faced persistent issues with its propulsion system since its arrival at the ISS on June 6. Due to these problems, NASA made the critical decision in late August to send the spacecraft back to Earth without Wilmore and Williams on September 6. The two NASA astronauts are now expected to remain on the ISS until around February next year, when they will return home aboard a SpaceX spacecraft.
