XX-XY Athletics, a sportswear company founded by former Levi Strauss & Co President Jennifer Sey — and backed by former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines — has reportedly received a permanent ban from TikTok over a video advertisement promoting and defending women’s sports. Sey shared the news — and the ad — via X on Tuesday, saying, “When you run an ad standing up for women and girls’ sports, you get banned for life from @tiktok_us. Here’s the ad. Offensive, right?” “If you think girls’ and women’s equality matter, stand up,” the ad begins. “If you think girls’ and women’s sports matter, and you want your daughters to have the same opportunity you had, stand up. If you know that it isn’t fair — or safe — to allow males to compete in girls sports because it’s, well, obvious, stand up.” “Don’t be cowed by people who call you a bigot. You’re not a bigot,” it continues. “Don’t let men tell us how to be ‘good’ girls. Don’t let others tell you you just need to be quiet, sit down, be nice. It’s not nice to further a lie. It’s not mean to believe in women’s equality. We deserve our own sports, privacy, fairness, safety. We deserve a chance to compete, and win. So don’t be nice. Don’t be careful. Be honest, be brave, fight for women. We’ve come too far to give up now. Two years after Naomi Judd’s death, Wynonna Judd can still feel her presence on the stage. The Grammy winner spoke with Us Weekly and shared that she’s still working through the grief of losing Naomi in April 2022, but she’s in a happier and healthier place. The mother-daughter duo sang as The Judds through the 1980s but broke up in 1991 due to Naomi’s health. Wynonna and Naomi Judd planned a reunion tour in 2022. However, Naomi took her own life before the first concert. To honor her late mother, Wynonna did not cancel the tour. Instead, she played every stop and ultimately added several more performances. Her friends Ashley McBryde, Brandi Carlile, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, Tanya Tucker, and Martina McBride took turns standing in Naomi’s place. For months, she dealt with both anger and guilt over the suicide. But she’s worked on “forgiveness” and is “in a really good place” today. “[At a fan club party] last night, everyone had on Judds T-shirts from the ’80s and ’90s,” she shared. “I thought, ‘I have a choice: I can either be better or bitter.’ My grief comes and goes. I see it as a gift in terms of the healing part.” The singer hopes her fans remember that feelings, even sadness, serve a purpose, and they should “embrace” the waves when they come. “Something will happen and you start to cry and think, ‘What’s wrong with me?’ Then you realize there’s nothing wrong with you. It’s perfectly fine to cry,” she continued. “It’s important to embrace it and lean into it. I cry as much as I need to and when it’s time to be done, it will be,” she said. According to the journalists who very much want to see Biden re-elected, any video of our 81-year-old President shambling around, getting confused, or just generally acting senile is automatically disinformation. Ever since Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre used the term “cheap fakes” to imply that a few recent videos of Biden acting senile were somehow fake (they weren’t), the corporate media have been obediently chanting that term at anyone who dares question their favorite candidate’s mental fitness. First, let’s just set the record straight: the two videos in question are not fake, nor are they deceptively edited. In fact, they’re barely edited at all. The only valid criticism one can mount of these videos is that they lack some context. Alas, it’s an election year, and that means the corporate media have to burn their flagging credibility on the altar of the Democrats’ re-election campaign. They’re desperate for people not to believe these videos:     One of the videos in question shows Biden seemingly wandering off during the G7 summit while walking with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. The video appears to have been shot vertically on a smartphone, which makes it hard to tell that he was actually walking over to talk to a paratrooper just off-screen. At least, that’s what the White House claims. But to claim that this supposed lack of context renders the entire video “fake” is insanely dishonest. It’s not like it was doctored or AI-generated. The vertical framing of the video may exclude some context, but it doesn’t change the fact that the President got distracted and wandered over to talk to somebody while he was supposed to be speaking with Meloni. Let’s put the videos aside for a moment and look at the bigger picture. Does anyone actually believe that doctored videos are the reason the majority of Americans are concerned about Joe Biden’s mental fitness? Even if these videos were fake (they aren’t), that wouldn’t magically change Biden’s absurd record of senior moments over the last three years. Furthermore, it’s brutally ironic to see members of the disgraced fourth estate complaining about videos of a presidential candidate lacking context. Just three months ago, when Donald Trump claimed that another four years of Biden in the White House would result in a “bloodbath” for the automotive industry, these same hacks spent a full week lying that he was threatening violence:     As for deceptive editing, recall that back in 2012, NBC deliberately edited audio of George Zimmerman speaking to an emergency operator, in order to give the false impression that he’d dialed 9-1-1 because he saw a black teenager walking around: “He’s up to no good… he looks black.” It’s time for the DNC-controlled media to quit pretending to be so concerned about the truth. Their only concern is their guy’s tanking poll numbers.

California police say that a 14-year-old boy was selling drugs and running a prostitute out of a home when he shot and killed a man during an argument. The incident unfolded around 4 p.m. on Saturday at a residence on Conestoga Drive near Austin Avenue in the city of Merced. 'Crime in the neighborhood had gotten steadily worse in recent years.' Merced Police Sergeant Jeremy Salyers said that police responded to a report of a disturbance at the home, and when they responded, they found a 41-year-old man with a single gunshot wound in the home. He was declared dead at the scene. Police determined that a shooting suspect lived at the home but had fled after the incident. "The shooting occurred over some narcotic sales and possible prostitution that was going on inside of the home," he added. Police said that the boy escaped to San Jose after the shooting, but they were able to locate him with the help of surveillance video and witnesses. He was arrested at a motel on Monday afternoon at about 3 p.m. The boy was charged with homicide and booked into the Iris Garrett Juvenile Justice Correctional Complex. No other arrests were made even though investigators determined that there were two other adults and a juvenile at the home. Salyers went on to warn parents about protecting their children from toxic influences. "We have so many things nowadays with social media. A lot of things even going on in the music industry and stuff, they glorify pimping, narcotic sales," he said. "So yeah, it's important to keep your kids busy and get them into sports, get them into summertime activities to try and keep them away from this stuff and out of the streets," he added. Police have not recovered the weapon used in the incident, and the investigation is ongoing. Residents in the area told KFSN-TV that they were not shocked by the violence because crime in the neighborhood had gotten steadily worse in recent years. "I don't go out, I don't go walk down the street, I don't walk my dog at night anymore," said one resident.
