A Democrat senator's staffer reportedly recorded himself having homosexual sex inside a room at the U.S. Capitol. The graphic pornographic video was obtained by the Daily Caller and published Friday after the Spectator reported that an unnamed staffer to Democrat Sen. Ben Cardin of Maryland was posting the sexually explicit images and videos to social media. One video appears to be from a conference room in the Hart Senate Office Building‚ where Cardin's office is located. A spokesperson for Cardin's office did respond to a request for a comment from the Washington Examiner. Cardin was first elected as a U.S. senator from Maryland in 2007‚ and prior to that‚ he served for 20 years in the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2018‚ Cardin released a statement firmly supporting LGBTQ rights. “During Pride month and throughout the year‚ we embrace the certainty that love is love and you should never have to hide your true self. LGBT individuals are our neighbors‚ our parents and our children‚" read the long statement in part. “We must be free to love whomever we love‚ without fear of discrimination or bias‚" he added. A similar story unfolded in the election for a delegate race that would help determine control of the House of Delegates in Virginia. Democrat candidate Susanna Gibson was seen as a strong competitor in the race until it was leaked that she had posted videos of herself committing sexually explicit acts online in exchange for monetary "tips." Support for Gibson cratered after the revelation‚ and she lost the race to a Republican candidate. The Federal Bureau of Investigation issued a statement saying that it would replace the LGBTQ acronym with the far more inclusive LGBTQIA+ acronym. An email reportedly from the bureau's Office of Diversity and Inclusion to all FBI employees was leaked online. "The FBI has officially adopted the LGBTQIA+ acronym in place of LGBT+. This change was proposed by Bureau Equality‚ one of our nine Diversity Advisory Committees‚ and approved by FBI executive management to help promote a more welcoming workplace for members of our LGBTQIA+ community‚" read the email. The email went on to explain what each part of the LGBTQIA+ acronym meant. "LGBTQIA+ stands for Lesbian‚ Gay‚ Bisexual‚ Transgender‚ Queer/Questioning‚ Intersex‚ Asexual/Aromantic‚ plus‚" the FBI said. "The '+' represents other gender‚ sexual‚ and romantic identities not covered by the letters of the acronym." In 2021‚ Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was mocked online after he began using the even more inclusive acronym‚ 2SLGBTQQIA+. That acronym includes the "two-spirit" designation in addition to all the others. The email from the FBI claimed that more than 30 federal agencies were to use the expanded acronym‚ including the Department of Justice. One instance of the email posted to X‚ the site formerly known as Twitter‚ garnered more than 1.2 million views and was widely ridiculed. "So relieved that when the FBI chases down moms at school board meetings‚ at least their pronouns will be respected by the officers‚" responded Chaya Raichik‚ the woman behind the Libs of TikTok account. "Apparently the FBI has 9 diversity committees‚ no wonder there was nobody available to investigate Hunter Biden‚" replied commentator David Marcus.
