Those are the damn fools that have forgotten 9/11. the photo is called the falling man. About a man instead of wanting to cook to death in the fire that was raging at over a 1000 degrees before the tower calapsed decided to jump from a window from above ending his life...... Seeing that poor soul dropping made me remember those who planned 9/11 have not all been caught there are several people that has not been brought to the publics eyes to see, some of them live right here in America. and are Americans. The fact that everyone was warrned that his was going to happen didn't try to stop it. Made them just as much at fault as the son a bitches that did it.
