It makes the frosting super light and fluffy. Note: The batter will be much thinner than you are used to with a cake after you add the hot water. Don’t worry. It is supposed to be this way. Recipe TipBe sure to measure the flour correctly. Fluff the flour up some in the bag so it is not packed down. Use a large spoon to transfer it to a measuring cup.
