Cooking and baking are ranked as two of the overall top hobbies of all time‚ and it's easy to see why. Making something delicious from scratch‚ and sharing it with your loved ones‚ and seeing their faces light up with joy when they take their first bite‚ and the next‚ and the next. That is the reward for us foodies.  However‚ much is assumed here‚ such as having a similar food palette. For example‚ I love game meat‚ and seafood‚ but you might prefer pasta or bugs.. Yes bugs as you will find out shortly is a “delicacy” one of my favorite actresses enjoys. I was truly surprised when this marvelous little factoid graced my view‚ and became curious as to the eating inclinations of other artists as well. And‚ well interesting is the only word that truly comes to mind.. Here are six of the most unusual celebrity eating habits I’ve found. I do not suggest anyone try these adventures in food as a cast iron stomach is needed for a few. Sigh.. Elvis Presley The King of Rock-N-Roll or Elvis The Pelvis‚ if you prefer. In his heyday‚ Elvis weighed 175 lbs‚ and stood at 6’. He was a visibly exciting performer to watch and incorporated dance routines to his videos and shows. By the 1970’s‚ Elvis tipped the scales at a whopping 350 lbs. One of his favorite foods was a fried banana and peanut butter sandwich. He would sometimes add bacon to the combo. It was fried with a full stick of butter‚ and consumed several times a day. Many experts feel that if the drugs had not killed him his eating habits would have. Have you ever had a banana‚ peanut butter‚ and bacon sandwich? Well‚ we know that ‚‚‚Dale Earnhardt Jr. eats banana and mayo on white bread.. Peanut butter‚ we meet again as it makes another appearance on our list! Possibly‚ one of the most iconic actors of all time is Marlon Brando. His big break came when he was‚ cast as Stanley Kowalski in the Broadway production of "A Streetcar Named Desire" in 1947. However‚ in my humble opinion as a classic film fan‚ my favorite is his role in On The Waterfront. He won his first Oscar for that one. Marylin Monroe ‚‚‚called Marlon Brando the sexiest man she’d ever seen which seemed to be the general consensus back then. However years of drug use‚ and poor eating habits wreaked havoc on the once svelte‚ and striking heartthrob actor. His eating habits included frogs‚ five gallons of ice cream and eating an entire jar of peanut butter in one sitting. His gorge fests got so bad that his wife put a lock on the fridge. Ofcourse‚ to no avail as he snipped it off. She woke to find teeth marks on a round of cheese. Marlon’s highest weight was recorded at 350 lbs..Country singer Jake Owen‚ who won the ACM Male Vocalist of the Year award in 2009 has some fond memories of growing up. On one of his road trips when he was a kid‚ his dad introduced him to a favorite southern tradition. It’s a mixture of Coca-Cola and salt with some peanuts dropped in. Since the peanuts don’t get soggy‚ you have a crunchy snack at the end of the drink. Apparently‚ peanuts in your coke has been around for over 100 years‚ who knew..  Nicole Kidman is easily one of my all-time favorite actresses. Country star‚ and guitar virtuoso husband Keith Urban‚ and her are among the most affable couples in country music. Nicole Kidman's breakthrough in the entertainment industry came with her acclaimed performance in the 1989 thriller "Dead Calm." Following this success‚ Kidman went on to establish herself as a versatile and talented actress‚ known for taking on challenging roles across various genres. She garnered widespread critical acclaim for her performances in films such as "Moulin Rouge!" (2001)‚ "The Hours" (2002)‚ and "Rabbit Hole" (2010)‚ earning several prestigious awards including an Academy Award‚ multiple Golden Globe Awards‚ and a Primetime Emmy. I was surprised when I saw the following video. At first‚ I thought it was a farce‚ a comedic sketch or a promotion for a new health snack‚ but no! As you shall see‚ Nicole is eating live bugs in the video. A four course meal of bugs.. The bugs Nicole ate include grasshoppers‚ hornworms‚ and crickets.. I love watching Mixed Martial Arts. MMA fighters are often seen as some of the toughest and most well-rounded athletes in the world. The rise of successful MMA promotions such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has helped to bring the sport into the mainstream.  One of the most respected‚ and accomplished MMA fighters is Lyoto Machida‚ a Brazilian mixed martial artist known for his elusive fighting style and precision striking. He has achieved great success in the sport‚ a former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and a reputation as one of the most technical fighters in the world. Machida's karate background has been a key factor in his success‚ allowing him to outmaneuver opponents and land devastating counter strikes. His unique approach to fighting has made him a fan favorite and a respected figure in the MMA community. I was utterly shocked when I found out what he drinks for breakfast every morning. Lyoto partakes of a long family tradition passed down for generations. The practice was introduced to him by his father‚ who does the same. The former UFC champ drinks his urine for breakfast every morning.. And he’s not the only one Madonna‚ boxing champ Juan Manuel Marquez‚ and Ozzy Osbourne all have had a taste of their pee for health reasons.. No thanks.
