For 10 Years Running, West Virginia Boasts 5th-Lowest Recidivism Rate Among US States

Beyond the lyrics of a certain John Denver song, West Virginia tends to get a bad rap for being impoverished and backward, but this small mountainous state has a secret to success concealed beneath its wooded cloak. A recent report by Suzuki Law found that West Virginia’s recidivism rate ranks among the lowest in the […] The post For 10 Years Running, West Virginia Boasts 5th-Lowest Recidivism Rate Among US States appeared first on Good News Network.

Harvard’s Report on Campus Antisemitism Shows Why Trump is Right to Go After Higher Ed

It looks like the Trump administration had a very good reason to go after Harvard. Harvard University released a lengthy and damning report Tuesday on campus antisemitism following the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel. The report paints a picture of extreme antisemitic behavior taking place not only on campus but in classrooms. The Washington Free Beacon covered the report extensively. In one example, a “Pyramid of White Supremacy” graphic used in a required School of Education class claimed that those who oppose the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement that targets Israel are engaged in “coded genocide.” Here you see the beginning of a theme. Antisemitism at Harvard and on other college campuses isn’t just based on ignorance and bigotry toward Jews. It’s wedded to an ideology that already aims to categorize some people as inherently good and others as inherently bad. In another incident at the School of Public Health, Jewish students were asked in a webinar “Who is more marginalized, Jews or Palestinians?” Jews are simply being lumped in with the evil whites, the “settler colonialists.” At the Divinity School, the Free Beacon reported, Jewish students were subjected to “the embrace of a pedagogy of ‘de-zionization'” in which instructors “attribute to Jews two great sins: first, in the Levant, the establishment of the State of Israel and the Palestinian Nakba; and second, in the United States, participation in White supremacy.’” Did it matter if the students were the descendants of people who were actually oppressed? Not really. The Left often viciously enforces who qualifies as worthy of celebration and worthy of scorn. That pyramid of oppression is subject to change. One Jewish student recounted being tasked with giving a speech at a forum the university hosts. The student spoke about a grandfather who survived the Holocaust and found refuge in what became the modern state of Israel. “The [student] directors of the conference pulled me aside and said that I cannot mention my grandfather’s rescue missions in my speech, because his rescue missions involve Israel,” the student recounted in the report. The student said that the speech had nothing to do with the modern conflict in Gaza, but was told it wasn’t “tasteful.” “They told me that my family history is inherently one-sided because it does not acknowledge the displacements of Palestinian populations,” the student said. This is all too common in institutions commandeered by the Left. Any information not being used to advance their cherished narratives are considered illegitimate and threatening. Apparently, the campus culture at Harvard became so poisoned that students were afraid to even appear Jewish. One student recounted: Antisemitic culture on campus has increased since Oct 7th. Friends who are more outwardly Jewish and Israelis, the things they are experiencing are horrible. I feel lucky I don’t look Jewish. I know if I do the “wrong thing” I might get the antisemitism. So, put your headphones in, make sure you’re not outwardly Jewish, and just walk to class. Again, this is at an institution that pretends to be the most tolerant and enlightened. The examples of antisemitism went on and on. It’s clear that not only has antisemitism been common at Harvard but that the school’s administration did little to address it. I guess good on Harvard for releasing the report. Though I imagine it would have been hard to keep something like this under wraps. The question is, how did this happen in one of the world’s bastions of progressivism, where tolerance itself has become the unifying near-religious creed? I’d argue that it’s the creed that led to antisemitism burning out of control in the Ivy Leagues. Sure, hating Jews seems to be a ubiquitous phenomenon around the globe. But Harvard’s antisemitism has a distinct flavor. It’s directly plugged into the same ethos that drove DEI efforts. Antisemitism isn’t the primary issue on college campuses. The problem is leftism. It’s the ideology that classifies everyone as oppressor or oppressed. The most valuable currency in America’s elite circles isn’t wealth, or talent, or even intelligence. It’s evidence of being “marginalized,” being the victim of real or imagined oppression. This is why higher education is having so much trouble rooting out its antisemitism problem right now. To the activist campus Left, Jews are now the villains of their narrative. And as the activist Left goes, so goes the institution. At least, that’s how it’s worked since the 1960s. The difference now is that there is a president in the White House who isn’t afraid to go after the Ivy League. The Trump administration has a just cause for not just pulling funding from these universities that let antisemitism fester but may even have a larger legal case to end their tax-exempt status based on very serious civil rights violations. If the Trump administration does continue to go after Harvard, and I think they will, this report will be Exhibit A to be used against them. I can see why they delayed its release. But this story is about much more than Harvard. It’s about a pervasive and toxic ideology that has entirely taken over the most elite college institutions that now have a laughable claim to moral and intellectual authority and an even weaker claim to taxpayer support. Small Business Administration Chief Details Trump’s Carrot-And-Stick Economic Policies

At a Capitol Hill press conference Thursday, Kelly Loeffler, director of the Small Business Administration, laid out President Donald Trump’s carrot-and-stick strategy for returning manufacturing to the United States. Loeffler joined Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, and Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, to promote the Made in America Act, which would increase to $10 million the limit on two different SBA loan programs to small manufacturers. Their limits are currently $5 million and $5.5 million. Loeffler, a former senator from Georgia, presented a vision of an economy boosted by protecting American manufacturers with tariffs and removing burdensome regulations on them. “President Trump made a commitment to stand with American workers, rebuild our industrial base and our domestic supply chains, and it is already restoring our national strength,” said Loeffler. .@SBA_Kelly, @SenJoniErnst & @RepRWilliams lay out their view of the carrot and the stick in Trump’s economy. If SBA loans are the carrot, then tariffs are the stick to encourage on-shoring.@DailySignal pic.twitter.com/Zb9up3A8vk— George Caldwell (@GCaldwell_news) May 1, 2025 “Just one month later, 75 countries are at the negotiating table, restoring fair trade, and this administration is taking more steps to supercharge manufacturing today,” she added. The Daily Signal asked how the SBA incentive fits in with Trump’s tariff strategy and whether Loeffler, Ernst, and Williams wanted tariffs to remain in order to push manufacturing to the United States. “This is the carrot,” said Ernst of her bill. “This is for the little guy, not the big guy. So, our small manufacturers really need access to capital … . So, doubling the amount of the loans, those individual loans, will make a huge difference. It is a carrot to bring manufacturing into the United States.” Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa (Nathan Posner/Anadolu via Getty Images) Ernst then invited Loeffler to speak on Trump’s tariff policy. “Small businesses want a level playing field today. That is a carrot,” Loeffler agreed, adding: And what we’re doing is using the stick with our allies and adversaries alike who have taken advantage of our country for far too long, who have hollowed out communities, that have decimated small businesses, that have [shrunk] the opportunities set for American workers. Loeffler also suggested that tariffs and SBA loans were just two pieces in the process of undoing former President Joe Biden’s economic legacy. “Tariffs are one part of the economic agenda that President Trump is so effectively executing. We’re talking tax cuts, deregulation. Under Biden, $1.7 trillion in excessive regulation was piled disproportionately on the backs of small businesses and our manufacturers,” she said, adding: So, tariffs are one part of it. And taxes, deregulation, ensuring we have a skilled workforce, low energy prices—these are all things that are going to benefit small businesses in the near term and for the long term. Willians then chimed in: “I’m a car dealer, so [if] you want to talk about tariffs, you’re talking to the guy right here. I’m not afraid of tariffs.” He added: “When I travel all over the country, and I talk to the people in business like me, they’re not talking about tariffs. They need access to capital. “This bill does that. Plus, you couple it with tax cuts they’re going to get. Now you’re cooking. So, tariffs are one thing, but most importantly is this: Access to capital is the biggest thing we can do for Main Street revenue.” The post Small Business Administration Chief Details Trump’s Carrot-And-Stick Economic Policies appeared first on The Daily Signal.

‘Biden DNA’: Ashley Biden’s Nonprofit Failed to Report Donations to IRS, Watchdog Says

Financial questions continue to hover over the Biden family, even with former President Joe Biden three and a half months out of office.  The 46th president’s daughter, Ashley Biden, founded the Women’s Wellness Spa(ce) in 2023. The nonprofit tax-exempt organization says it serves women who have experienced trauma. It failed to report a total of $500,000 in donations in its first year to the Internal Revenue Service, according to watchdog group the National Legal and Policy Center.  One of the unreported donations came from a nonprofit affiliated with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The other one came from a left-leaning organization aligned with Silicon Valley. Biden’s organization is in Philadelphia. This prompted the watchdog group to file two IRS complaints.  “It may be part of the Biden DNA,” Paul Kamenar, legal counsel for the National Legal and Policy Center, told The Daily Signal.  The two big unreported donors were the Archewell Foundation, associated with Prince Harry and Markle, as well as the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Each contributed $250,000 to the Biden-run organization.  Biden’s organization reported its total contributions for 2023 were $170,296 with total assets of $155,847.  “With the support from donors, we have made amazing strides and addressed an underserved and vulnerable demographic of women,” Biden is quoted saying on the Women’s Wellness Spa(ce) website. The National Legal and Policy Center filed a first complaint with the IRS in May regarding the Archewell Foundation’s donation to the organization. Last week, the center made a supplemental complaint regarding the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Kamenar wrote the complaints to Robert Malone, director of the IRS’ tax-exempt organizations division.  Even if the Women’s Wellness Spa(ce) asserts it only had pledges in 2023 and did not have the cash in hand until 2024, the pledges are supposed to be reported to the IRS in the year they are pledged, Kamenar said.  “The IRS rules require reports to disclose pledges of donations,” he stated.  The Archewell Foundation’s 2023-2024 impact report called itself a “founding partner and supporter of Ashley Biden’s Women’s Wellness Spa(ce), a trauma-informed wellness center for women in north Philadelphia.”  “Drawing from her experience with the criminal justice system, Biden’s initiative is inspired by her work with Mural Arts’ Women’s Reentry Program, providing support and opportunities for formerly incarcerated women,” the foundation’s report continued.  With Joe Biden out of power, Kamenar said he doubts donors will have the incentive to try to curry favor with donations to the Ashley Biden-run group.  “Her apparent violation is nowhere near as what her brother Hunter was involved in,” Kamenar said.  Hunter Biden, the former president’s son, was convicted last year in a tax evasion case as well as on federal firearm charges. Early this year, when Joe Biden was still president, he pardoned Hunter Biden before leaving office. On his last day in office, Biden also issued pre-emptive pardons to his two brothers, Frank Biden and James Biden (and wife Sara), and to his sister, Valerie, and her husband, John Owens. He did not issue a pre-emptive pardon for Ashley Biden. The Women’s Wellness Spa(ce) did not respond to inquiries from The Daily Signal on Wednesday and Thursday.  A staffer with the organization’s accounting firm, MB Advisors, referred questions to an email address. No one from the firm responded to inquiries sent to the email address on Wednesday and Thursday.  The Daily Signal also reached out to the press office of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and asked why it would donate to a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia. The organization cast itself as a local charity on its website. “As a community foundation, SVCF brings together the resources and skills of donors, businesses, government, and community members to address the most pressing challenges in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties,” the foundation’s website says.  The Archewell Foundation’s website does not list contact information, but The Daily Signal reached out to email addresses listed elsewhere for the organization but has not heard back as of publication time.  The post ‘Biden DNA’: Ashley Biden’s Nonprofit Failed to Report Donations to IRS, Watchdog Says appeared first on The Daily Signal.

CBS’s King After Colleague’s Noem Interview: Deportations Are ‘Scaring and Off-Putting’

After having taped on Monday and a small excerpt shown Tuesday about two illegal immigrants being the alleged suspects in her purse having been stolen, Wednesday’s CBS Mornings finally unspooled co-host Tony Dokoupil’s interview with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and, while the interview itself wasn’t as hostile as, say, ABC’s Terry Moran with President Trump, it had plenty of bias with analysis afterward. Most notably, there was this from co-host Gayle King: To make sure things ended on a positive note, Dokoupil quickly interjected that he wanted to “thank the Secretary for bringing us down there” for “an interesting conversation.” King dropped her pathetic high horse bit and admitted Noem “was very candid with you” and “answered everything you asked her.” Going back to the beginning, Dokoupil started with a largely positive picture for Trump, a rare move in the liberal media: President Trump won back the White House promising tighter border security and a crackdown on illegal immigration, and those things have happened. Border Patrol apprehended nearly 138,000 people at the southern border illegally in March of last year, and that number fell to 7,000 just a year later, it’s a decrease of about 95 percent in 12 months. Deportation numbers, though, have been slower to change. The voice-overs started off positive as well with the ATV vehicles convoy to the border that, along with being “shadowed by Mexican forces across the Rio Grande,” they saw “little more than sunshine and dust in a region where federal data shows more than 55,000 people cross the border illegally in just one month under the Biden administration.” He first asked her about her forward-facing strategy of going on ride-alongs with immigration officials and going down to the El Salvadoran prison CECOT and if those are all meant to convey a message of “self-deport now or this could be you.”     Next, he posed to her the case of the Honduran illegal immigrant who chose to take her American child with her. Noem said she rejects the notion the administration deported an American citizen. In a follow-up Dokoupil wondered if this is “hardness” of America on display (click “expand”): NOEM: I fundamentally disagree with that. I’m sure that these judges will continue to challenge every single thing that this administration does. We have several activist judges across the country that have made claims such as this, but that mother made a choice for her child and wanted to keep her child with her, so — DOKOUPIL: So, if a relative here in the U.S. wants that child back, and the mother agrees, the child will come back. NOEM: — yes, absolutely, and that’s the process. You know, this mother gave us documentation and fully said she wanted her child with her, and we honored that. DOKOUPIL: Is harshness part of the message when it comes to the removal of mothers who have American children? NOEM: No, I think that with that, with families, we recognize that families can stay together, and so these mothers get the option to take their children with them, which I think is absolutely where President Trump’s heart is. DOKOUPIL: Should those non-American mothers have that option, or should the American children have a right to stay here? NOEM: I think the mothers should have the option to have their children with them, and then if those mothers do leave and choose to register and self-deport, them and their children can come back, or if they want to have their child cared for by somebody else in the United States, that’s an option that they can pursue, too. Following some training footage of Border Patrol special operations forces, Dokoupil insisted to Noem no one is opposed to deporting bad hombres: Nobody wants would-be terrorists or gang members in the country or violent criminals of any kind. Nobody — nobody forgets or discounts the pain of families who have lost loved ones to those people. How do they know that those people on the flights in the chains are actually terrorists and gang members? Noem calmly hit back that “[w]e have spent hours and hours building cases against them” with “the victims that speak up that they have perpetuated crimes against.” Dokoupil continued to belabor the point with the liberal media’s beloved buzzword of “due process.” The rest the show aired consisted of — wait for it — Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Dokoupil wondered “what have you done...to help facilitate his return to the U.S.” and, if not, why not.     Back live, Dokoupil claimed unaired portions made him “wonder, actually, about whether there was any softer side to the Secretary and the administration” (click “expand”): DOKOUPIL: So you can hear what’s tough to discern, because on the one hand, she says it’s President Trump’s decision what to do with Garcia, but on the other hand, she’s saying that they’re listening to the courts, but those statements can’t both be true — NATE BURLESON: Because there’s some confliction there. DOKOUPIL: They’re in conflict. Yes, the courts are asking the Trump administration to do some things that they’ve yet to do or yet to talk about doing. So, you know, all of this tough talk made me wonder, actually, about whether there was any softer side to the Secretary and to the administration. I did ask about the role of heart in all of this, and it was interesting what she said. KING: And she said what? DOKOUPIL: She said, “There’s heart in all of our immigration conversation. It’s about families and it’s about people,” I followed up by wondering, are we still a welcoming country for legal immigration? And her message was yes, absolutely. The idea that the administration has is they have to get through this tough period now, clean up what they see as a big mess from years gone by, and then the door will open again. CBS Mornings Plus featured more of the interview. After Dokoupil made sure to reiterate the administration’s 95 percent drop in crossings from the same time last year under Joe Biden, he asked her about comments from the acting director of ICE that he said showed the comparison being made between deportations and delivering Amazon packages.  Noem disputed this, saying she “wouldn’t do that,” but DHS and its agencies are nonetheless “a professional organization that upholds the law and law enforcement officers and — but we do need to make sure that we don’t want people to be here and be in detention centers for long periods of time.” Back live, Dokoupil told co-host Adriana Diaz that what the administration wants is “make things feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and insecure for people here illegally or who crossed illegally and here without documentation, because their hope is that they will self-deport rather than wait to get rounded up in some sort of raid.” Asked what else surprised him among topics that didn’t make the air, Dokoupil opined he was “surpris[ed]” by “the degree to which they realize they don’t have the resources for deportations to find, detain, and then go through the process of pushing people out.” To see the relevant CBS transcript from April 30, click here (for CBS Mornings) and here (for CBS Mornings Plus).

Trump reassigns Mike Waltz to a new post following Signal scandal

Trump reassigns Mike Waltz to a new post following Signal scandal

President Donald Trump announced that he will be nominating Mike Waltz, who currently serves as his national security adviser, to instead be the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will serve as the interim national security adviser until the president appoints a new candidate to permanently fill the role. The announcement to reassign Waltz came just hours after multiple reports began to surface about his rumored firing from the administration for his role in the now infamous Signal chat leaks. Given his responsibility in 'SignalGate,' we can expect to see senators apply significant pressure on the nominee during his confirmation hearing. "I am pleased to announce that I will be nominating Mike Waltz to be the next United States Ambassador to the United Nations," Trump said in a Truth Social post Thursday. "From his time in uniform on the battlefield, in Congress and, as my National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz has worked hard to put our Nation's interests first. I know he will do the same in his new role." "In the interim, Secretary of State Marco Rubio will serve as National Security Advisor, while continuing his strong leadership at the State Department," Trump added. "Together, we will continue to fight tirelessly to Make America, and the World, SAFE AGAIN."Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York was originally set to serve as U.N. ambassador and even began to go through the Senate confirmation process. Her nomination was eventually rescinded after Speaker Mike Johnson brought up the House Republican's historically narrow majority. Another vacancy in the House GOP would shrink their majority even further, making it nearly impossible to pass meaningful legislation, especially during the ongoing reconciliation fight. Notably, Waltz was nominated to a role requiring Senate confirmation. Given his responsibility in "SignalGate," we can expect to see senators apply significant pressure on the nominee during his confirmation hearing. Like Blaze News? Blistering racial battle explodes between Ana Navarro and conservative pundit Shermichael Singleton on 'CNN NewsNight'

Blistering racial battle explodes between Ana Navarro and conservative pundit Shermichael Singleton on 'CNN NewsNight'

For once, Scott Jennings wasn't the focal point of a heated debate on "CNN NewsNight" — and it's a fair bet he had no problem with that, given what went down on Wednesday's edition. This time the combatants were far-left CNN political commentator Ana Navarro — whom we also know as a far-left co-host of "The View" — and conservative pundit Shermichael Singleton. 'Because you’ve advocated for black people, great. Congratulations. Last time I checked, I’m black; you’re not.' The topic was President Donald Trump's deportation policies — but the debate soon morphed into a bitter, fiery racial argument between Navarro and Singleton, with both of them frequently hollering over each other. Anchor Abby Phillip attempted in vain to rein things in, while Jennings and others around the table stayed out of it. But after continued fireworks, Phillip was forced to cut to a commercial as the battle of words between the two raged on. You can view the dust-up here — and make sure to check out the words below that Navarro and Singleton fired at each other: NAVARRO: You know who was here illegally before the deportation order? Marco Rubio’s grandfather. SINGLETON: We’re not talking about Marco Rubio. NAVARRO: Oh, now we’re not? Now, that’s not relevant? SINGLETON: It’s not relevant. It’s not relevant to this conversation at all. NAVARRO: No, I’m talking about Marco Rubio because Marco Rubio used to be an advocate for [Temporary Protected Status] for Venezuelans, and Marco Rubio used to be an advocate for Nicaraguans and Cubans. SINGLETON: Well, I’m not Marco Rubio — NAVARRO: No, I know you’re not. SINGLETON: — and let me tell you my beliefs. If you come to this country illegally, you are going home. Simple as that. We do not have unlimited resources in this country to take care of other people. NAVARRO: There’s a hell of a lot people other than the black people who were brought here as slaves who came to this country illegally. SINGLETON: They are not the same as black people who were brought here against our will. [Illegal immigrants] decided to walk their butts across the border. There’s a big difference. There is a big difference! There’s a big difference, Ana! NAVARRO: That’s exactly what I just said. I said there is a lot of people other than the black people! That's exactly what I just said! That's exactly what I just said, Shermichael! [You] look and act indignant! SINGLETON: It's not about acting indignant. NAVARRO: Yes, it is! SINGLETON: You're acting as if you have the moral high ground here. NAVARRO: You just heard me say that other than the black people who came as slaves there are a lot of people from many countries that came here illegally! PHILLIP: I think you misheard what she said. SINGLETON: Okay. Okay. NAVARRO: No, he purposely misheard it! SINGLETON: I purposely misheard it? NAVARRO: Yes, you did! SINGLETON: Now you’re in my brain? Is that where we're going? NAVARRO: You think [that] I who have advocated for black people my entire life would say something like that? Give me a damn break! SINGLETON: Because you’ve advocated for black people, great. Congratulations. Last time I checked, I’m black; you’re not. NAVARRO: That’s right! I’m Latino, and my people are being racially profiled! SINGLETON: Do I have to remind you the history of my people? Do you want to go there? Do you really want to go on the moral high ground? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?(H/T: Mediaite)Like Blaze News? Ex-NFL player training for a comeback ... while in prison for vehicular manslaughter

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is reportedly training for an NFL comeback while behind bars in prison.A former first-round draft pick in 2020, Ruggs pled guilty to one count of driving under the influence resulting in death and one count of vehicular manslaughter in 2021. Ruggs' accident led to the death of a 23-year-old-woman when he hit Tina Tintor with his Corvette, allegedly with alcohol in his system. The plea deal, according to CBS Sports, resulted in 36 to 120 months for the first charge, a felony, and an additional six months for the second charge, a misdemeanor. Ruggs will be eligible for parole in August 2026 and has reportedly been allotted time while in prison to work out for a potential return to the NFL. Interestingly, the revelations have not come from Ruggs himself, but rather from Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs. The Pro Bowl rusher said he has stayed in touch with Ruggs since they were teammates in Alabama."I still talk to Henry. Henry still calls me. I still help him out. ... We're still connected. I know his whole family. He's from Alabama. He played with me at 'Bama. His momma and them taught me how to bowl. ... Keeping up with him and hearing him talk, it brings me spirits, because he's always positive," Jacobs explained.Jacobs, 27, said that Ruggs has been training in prison and that he has been making calls in hopes of getting help to get in front of some teams upon his release."He's positive about everything. He's training. They let him train and things like that, so I'm like, 'When you come out, man, I don't know if you will get a chance.' I've been talking to some people for him. They've been saying a couple of teams are willing to give him a chance. I'm like, 'When you get that chance, man, you better not, ever, don't look back, and prove to yourself and prove to everybody that one decision don't define you and who you are as a man.'" Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs is advocating for Henry Ruggs' NFL return. Photo by Cooper Neill/Getty Images'He's a good kid. He's never been in trouble. I've never seen him do nothing crazy.'Jacobs attempted to paint Ruggs in a favorable light, as one would expect, describing the incarcerated player as the "breadwinner of the family" who has been changing his family's life."I had some words with some [of his family], and I'm just like, 'Man, y'all got to understand, like, he the breadwinner of the family. He the one changing all of y'all's lives. Everybody.'""And then not only that, he's a good kid. He's never been in trouble. I've never seen him do nothing crazy," Jacobs continued. "He was just one of them guys that have a very, very unfortunate situation and something happened, a decision that he made. That's what hurt me the most. Man, he isn't somebody you would look at and be like, 'Bro, you deserved this to happen to you.'"Ruggs played for the Raiders in 2020 and 2021, recording 921 receiving yards with four touchdowns in 20 games. The 26-year-old also had 11 kick return attempts while with the team. When Ruggs signed his rookie contract in 2020, he was making an average salary of $4.17 million, with a $9.68 million signing bonus. His entire $16 million contract was guaranteed upon signing.Like Blaze News?
