Heat to 100 degrees F. Mix yeast into liquid and let bloom for 10 minutes. When yeast mixture is foamy, add flour, dough conditioner, sugar, and salt. Mix with electric mixer and dough hook for 3 minutes, or knead by hand. Then add butter, and mix for another 8 minutes. Transfer dough onto floured surface, and form into a tight ball. Pat with a little more flour if too sticky to handle. Dough should still be somewhat sticky. Place in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 60 minutes. Punch down the dough and transfer back onto floured surface. Press out into rectangle and roll with fingers into a tight loaf. Place in greased bread pan and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 60 more minutes.
