Siri Daly has created an impromptu song that highlights the reality of parenthood in a very humorous way. Their son Jackson, 15, and their three daughters, Etta, 11; London, 9; and Godlie, 3. With four beautiful kids, it is no wonder that Siri feels like she is constantly in her car. Impromptu Song Shows The Reality of Parenthood In her song, she sings, “All I do is drive my car, around the town and pick up kids, and then I drop kids, and pick up other kids.” She goes on to sing, “It is like I am an Uber driver, but no one pays me or even says thank you. They just get in and out all day long.” Her followers are loving this impromptu song about parenthood and relishing Siri’s voice. Some of the comments read, ” The low note was really something special at the end.” Another one reads, ” This is the best ode to modern motherhood I have ever heard.” With over 6,300 likes, it is evident that many mamas out there resonate with Siri’s feelings about constantly driving her kids around. Luckily for her, one of her four children is just starting to get behind the wheel himself. That’s one—and certainly not the only—takeaway from the latest trailer for the horror movie, Cuckoo. In it, Stevens (Legion, Godzilla x Kong, Abagail) plays a German dude who eerily plays said recorder, perhaps to call forth a supernatural lady who seems to want only bad things for the film’s final girl, played by Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer. Here’s the synopsis for Cuckoo: Reluctantly, 17-year-old Gretchen leaves her American home  to live with her father, who has just moved into a resort in the German Alps with his new family. Arriving at their future residence, they are greeted by Mr. König, her father’s boss, who takes an inexplicable interest in Gretchen’s mute half-sister Alma. Something doesn’t seem right in this tranquil vacation paradise. Gretchen is plagued by strange noises and bloody visions until she discovers a shocking secret that also concerns her own family. “The first clues I found for Cuckoo were the Alps and the way cuckoo birds breed,” writer-director Tilman Singer said in a statement. “The secret feeling they revealed was a mix of intrigue, sadness, and fear.” Those feelings certainly come across in this trailer, which also highlights how the movie was shot on 35 mm film. In addition to Stevens and Schafer, Cuckoo stars Jan Bluthardt, Márton Csókás, Jessica Henwick, and Greta Fernandez. Cuckoo premieres in theaters on August 9, 2024.
