Rescue camel thinks he's a pet goat and won't stop breaking into his dad's kitchen

Camels are not pets. Camels are not pets. At least that's the mantra people have to say after seeing how adorable Albert the camel is with his rescuer. Maybe if you live on a farm or have a house with a bunch of acres to let a furry humpback creature roam then a camel for a pet would be no problem. But most definitely would not be a pet for the suburbs or apartment living. Try getting a camel through a doggy door.Although, Albert doesn't seem to need a doggy door to get in and out of the house. The young camel has been sneaking into his human dad's house since he was just a baby. Alex, the camel's dad rescued him from a camel dairy after Albert refused to nurse from his mom. He had to be bottle fed ten times a day when Alex first brought him home. One of the biggest issues was that the cheeky camel didn't like to stay in his pen. Somehow Albert would saunter into Alex's bedroom at night to check out what he might be doing. Now it's a constant struggle to keep the giant animal out of the human-sized kitchen where he likes to hang out. Surely he's not picking the kitchen due to the food inside. The camel's big personality can't be contained by four walls, no. When he's not sneaking into the kitchen for snacks, he's pretending he's just one of the goats. Alex has several goats on his property that he cares for and Albert thinks he's one of them. Have you ever seen a camel climb a mountain? Neither has Albert but he's determined to try.Watch him give climbing a try below:This guy just can't seem to get enough of being part of the family. He even sleeps in the same pen with the goats, which Alex is probably thankful for since in means no more late night surprise visits from Albert. While the big little fella isn't going to become a goat any time soon, maybe his humans will give in to his sweet face and leave him some treats on the counter.

Homeowners share seemingly small issues that turned out to be big deals when buying a house

Buying a home is one of the most significant decisions a person will make in life, both personally and financially. So many considerations go into choosing a home to buy, from cost to location to style to how much needs to be fixed. It can be overwhelming to take all the different variables into account, and it's easy to overlook things that might be bigger issues than you might think when you fall in love with certain aspects of a house. Reddit user EveryBuddyUp asked the AskReddit forum, "When buying a house, what's something you thought was minor but has become the bane of your existence?" Homeowners took the opportunity to share their unanticipated woes, and it's a collection of cautionary tales that might help prospective home buyers avoid pitfalls they wouldn't have anticipated.Finding tradespeople to do repair jobs, especially "minor" ones"Finding good people to do small jobs. The reputable companies don’t like to waste time on small jobs, so it’s usually pick someone off of the internet and hope they don’t make it worse or DIY." – Guineacabra"Finding contractors for minor repair jobs. I had a chimney leak and called 4 companies, 3 of them didn’t want the job since it was a 300-500 dollar repair, the 4th set up an appointment with me but never showed up. It took me over 4 months to find someone." – Specialist_Salt_7916"Tried calling every roofing company in town to fix a leaky roof vent. Half a year of buckets later I climbed up with a bunch of tar and fixed it myself." – FindsNames"Even the companies that advertise "no job too small" won't do small jobs. It is so difficult to find someone decent, even if you're willing to pay good money." – DateCard"This. One of my windows broke, like literally falling out of the wall. Called everyone I could think of for weeks basically begging someone to come and fix this. They’d either not get back to me or ghost the repair time. Eventually I convinced some repair company to come over to fix this one window if I agreed to some up sale thing where in addition to repairing that window they’d inspect every other window to ensure there wasn’t damage there too. I ended up agreeing because I was at my wits end and I was paying nearly just as much each month in increased heat bills." – quillesCellular and internet dead zones—and not just in the middle of nowhere"Check cell coverage and find out about the ISP." – elSpanielo"The town I live in has HORRIBLE cell reception. Luckily my ISP is great and has excellent service, so I just connect to the wifi. Worst part is that I don't live in the middle of nowhere- I'm in a suburb of a massive city, so I don't understand why the service is so shitty." – gonorrheagoomah"I live in a major US city. About a mile from downtown. Half my house is a dead zone..." – ZoraTheDucky"This! We forgot to check cell coverage when we were buying our house and the entire place is a dead zone. It’s absolutely infuriating years later to have to go outside and down the driveway to get a cell signal." – miamental"This!!! Zero cell in our house and one WiFi won’t even cross two rooms. Our house isn’t big. It’s 130 years old and has cobblestone between some walls. Then we found out that internet was often down here when we moved in. So I pay for two different service providers for two sets of WiFi and we still don’t have complete coverage." – Pitiful-Sprinkles933Bamboo (and other impossible-to-get-rid-of plant species)"Bamboo. Someone before me planted super invasive, 15 foot tall growing bamboo in the backyard. It was spreading so wildly it was uplifting the granite pool and growing under the foundation of the house. You could see the remnants of a “barrier” of sorts of where they initially planted it, obviously not knowing how bamboo grows. I myself did not know, until I purchased the house. Absolute nightmare." – abbs_twothou"The best way to get rid of bamboo is to move." – im_a_mighty_pirate"A guy once said to me that bamboo is like a cold slow fire that is alive. If you don’t keep it in check it it will destroy everything." – Tobyghisa"It's worse than that - it's impossible to keep it in check. You have to remove a completely, and I completely I mean every scrap of root. After I yanked out mine I was still digging out new sprouts for the next 6 months. Oftentimes the new plant was growing from literally an inch and a half of root that I had missed. Think of every tiny piece of root as a new seed." – weluckyfew"Growing up, there was a house with bamboo growing in the back yard. It took over the yard and the owner gave up. It began growing into the neighbors' yards and down the hill behind the house. Took a professional team most of a summer to get it all." – theothermeisnothereNightmare neighbors"There’s a path behind my kitchen window that separates the garden from the house. The path runs behind all the houses on the street and everybody (residents) has access. I wouldn’t mind this but our neighbours on each side are best friends and so they stand on the path directly outside our kitchen window when they chat." – Dabbles-In-Irony"I bought a flat. The neighbours immediately below us smoke. A lot. All the time. They smoke so much that you can smell it when you open the kitchen cupboards under and next to the sink because the scent creeps up through the holes around the pipework. Can't open the windows in the summer because as soon as they cough themselves awake in the morning the stench of cigarettes starts drifting up through them and fills out home. They smoke in every room, and in the bedrooms till after midnight every day. I'm an ex smoker and I'm still finding it disgusting." – butwhatsmyname"Are you me?? We had this same issue, but with neighbours below us smoking weed. The smell would come up through our bathroom fans, so we'd wake up with a flat smelling like skunk. We could only have our windows and screen doors opened up for short periods of time until they were out smoking again. It was the worst." – pplluuvviiophile"We moved in without knowing we had the neighbors from hell. They seemed nice enough at first, but it's become a major nightmare." – katttdizzleBadly placed rooms and appliances"Never buy a house where the kitchen, laundry, or living room wall is shared with the master bedroom if you are a light sleeper." – SocialRevenge"We live in a 100-year-old house with a huge, open basement. Our washer and dryer are in our basement. For some stupid reason, known only to them, the previous owners installed the washing machine and and dryer on opposite sides of the basement, instead of side-by-side the way normal people would have done. I bought one of those professional chrome laundry carts that the laundromats use to shuttle loads across the basement between machines. Eventually, I plan to rewire the place and relocate the dryer next to the washing machine." – JasperDyne"My number one disqualification when house hunting was no toilet on the same floor as the master bedroom. You do not want to climb stairs when you have to pee in the middle of the night. If you're reading this and saying, "I don't get up to pee most nights," I am in my late 30s and here to warn you that you will." – Blenderhead36"Single bathroom. I had underestimated the amount of time my husband just SITS on the toilet." – NoeTellusomWindow coverings cost more than you'd think"Window treatments or curtains. The guy before me broke up with his his girlfriend. She moved out and took all the curtains out of spite. I didn’t think it was a big g deal until I priced out new ones." – asdfg27"So true. It’s a massive racket. Even the mail order DIY stuff is expensive now. Expect $150 per window and up - WAY up! And you rarely can take it with you to the next house - the windows will be different sized, the color scheme won’t work…" – lanky_planky"We moved into a new house with 11 windows per floor. Even getting relatively cheap window treatments (but not aluminum blinds), we were out every bit of $2k." – max_power1000Swimming pools can also cost a small fortune to upkeep"Swimming pool. So much work & money to maintain. Maybe gets used a dozen times a year." – KungPowKitten"I've done pools for 4 years and openings and closings alone are hundreds of dollars. Weekly maintenances are ~100 each." – IrishRepoMan"For the money you invest in an outdoor pool, you can probably join a nice country club or take a really kick ass tropical vacation every year." – rawonionbreathA few final bits of cautionary wisdom from the thread were to 1) Make sure you check out the neighborhood and the neighbors as thoroughly as possible, at all hours of the day and night. 2) Use your own inspector instead of the one the realtor recommends. And 3) Anything that's unique, interesting or large in a home will require extra maintenance, so be prepared. Happy house hunting!

Now The Globalists Want To Send NATO Troops Into Ukraine And Use Western Missiles To Hit Targets Deep Inside Russia

The globalists are apparently trying to see how close they can get to the precipice without causing a cataclysmic nuclear war to erupt.  They are telling us that “momentum” is building to send NATO troops into Ukraine, and they want to allow Ukraine to use western missiles to hit targets deep inside Russia.  Have they gone completely and utterly insane?  They are literally dragging us to the brink of nuclear war.  And once the Russians conclude that nuclear war has become inevitable, they are not just going to sit back and see what happens.  The Russians have been preparing for a nuclear war for many years, and they understand that whoever strikes first will have the best chance of surviving. Right now, the Russians are steadily gaining ground in Ukraine and the globalists are becoming increasingly desperate. If NATO commits to sending troops into Ukraine, there will be no turning back and NATO troops will remain in Ukraine until the war is concluded. This is a line that must not be crossed, but the globalists are seriously thinking about doing it anyway.  The following comes from an article in a British news source entitled “WW3 fears explode as drive to deploy NATO troops in Ukraine ‘clearly’ building momentum”… The mission to deploy NATO troops in Ukraine is reportedly gaining momentum in Europe after facing opposition from those who did not trust the French-led movement. Benjamin Haddad, a member of parliament for Emmanuel Macron’s Renaissance party, said the initiative would “turn the tables” on Vladimir Putin, whose troops are currently striving to seize more territory in eastern Ukraine. Such a move would put us right on the verge of an all-out war with Russia, but some top European leaders are reportedly warming to the idea… Among those who have expressed support for or been open to debate about the proposal are Czech President Petr Pavel, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis. Unfortunately, U.S. officials are also considering proposals that “would involve deploying American troops to Ukraine”… There’s also a shift in training strategy under consideration, with plans to potentially train Ukrainian forces in the U.S. rather than in Germany. This would involve deploying American troops to Ukraine, a move President Biden has previously opposed. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin hinted at possible exceptions for engaging Russian aircraft within Russian airspace, although details remain vague. “The air dynamics are a little bit different… But I don’t want to speculate on any type of involvement here on the podium,” he stated. Sometimes I feel like I am watching a catastrophic train wreck in slow-motion play out right in front of my eyes. I can see what is happening, but I can’t do anything to stop it. In addition to sending U.S. troops to Ukraine, some U.S. officials are now urging Joe Biden to allow the Ukrainians to use U.S. missiles to hit targets inside Russian territory.  One of those officials is U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken… After a “sobering” visit to Kyiv, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has urged President Joe Biden to allow Ukraine to use American weapons against targets inside Russia, The New York Times reported on May 22. The debate is heating up at the White House, driven by the State Department’s push to permit strikes on missile and artillery installations along the Russia-Ukraine border. Don’t let that last part fool you. The Ukrainians are already hitting targets all along the Russia-Ukraine border. What the Ukrainians want is to have permission to hit targets that are way beyond the border area. House Speaker Mike Johnson has also come out in favor of allowing the Ukrainians to use U.S. weapons to strike targets inside Russian territory… Officials in the US are growing more vocal in making the case for allowing Ukraine to use Washington-supplied weaponry to attack Russian territory. On Wednesday, House Speaker Mike Johnson came out with a full-throated statement expressing support for such a move which would certainly risk bringing NATO and Russian into more direct conflict. Over in Europe, similar proposals are now being floated regarding missiles that are being supplied by western European nations. So how will the Russians respond when NATO missiles are raining down on their cities? Has anyone ever thought about that? This week, the Russians have been conducting exercises “involving tactical nuclear weapons” very close to Ukrainian territory… Russia’s military has begun drills involving tactical nuclear weapons that were announced by Russian authorities earlier this month in an apparent warning to senior Western officials who had spoken about the possibility of deeper involvement in the war in Ukraine. It was the first time Russia has publicly announced drills involving tactical nuclear weapons, although its strategic nuclear forces regularly hold exercises. Are the Russians trying to send us a message? Of course. Anyone that believes otherwise is not thinking rationally. In fact, ABC News is reporting that “remarks by British and U.S. officials had prompted the nuclear drills”… The announcement came after French President Emmanuel Macron reiterated that he doesn’t exclude sending troops to Ukraine, and U.K. Foreign Secretary David Cameron said Kyiv’s forces will be able to use British long-range weapons to strike targets inside Russia. The Kremlin branded those comments as dangerous, heightening tension between Russia and NATO. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on May 6 that Macron’s statement and other remarks by British and U.S. officials had prompted the nuclear drills, calling the remarks “a new round of escalation.” Once again, the Russians are letting us know that if push comes to shove they will use nuclear weapons. And those that are familiar with my work know that this is something that I have been talking about for a very long time. But most people in the western world aren’t interested in such warnings. They just assume that the globalists know exactly what they are doing and that the risk of nuclear war is extremely low. I wish that was true. If the American people truly understood what was at stake, there would be protests in the streets of every major city right now. But instead, the globalists are being allowed to drag us closer and closer to the edge with each passing day, and one of these days we will cross a line that will never be able to be uncrossed. Watch: 'The View' Co-Host Says Caitlin Clark's 'White Privilege' Is Why She's Popular - 'Part of it Is About Race'

The race grievance peddlers of ABC's The View have swarmed around WNBA star Caitlin Clark and are using her to claim that American sports, the WNBA and America at large are all "racist." Why? Because Clark is a straight, white, woman. Ever ready to reduce everything to race, The View...

Missouri MAGA Candidate Has The Best Campaign Slogan You’ve Ever Heard

Meet Valentina Gomez. She is America First. She is MAGA. And she’s an all around badass. Oh, and she has the best campaign slogan I’ve heard in a long time:  “Don’t be weak and gay!” In the pantheon of great slogans like “Make America Great Again”, I have to say that “Don’t be weak and gay” is an incredible slogan. This woman knows what she is going and she does it very well! To be fair, the slogan is slightly longer than those five words.  The full version is “In America, you can be anything!  So don’t be weak and gay”. Spot on. And she often delivers the slogan while out on a run, or working out, or shooting guns. Check this out: The weak and gay don’t phase me. I cannot be cancelled. God and too many patriots are backing me. America First MAGASong by: @ForgiatoBlow47 pic.twitter.com/GtCiYG3gdN — Valentina Gomez (@ValentinaForSOS) May 19, 2024 And here: 25 today. Making history, and about to do something nobody in politics has ever done. Missouri, I am running for you. Nobody can match me. Corruption ends on August 6th@davidgoggins pic.twitter.com/NS58Dgxtfe — Valentina Gomez (@ValentinaForSOS) May 8, 2024 Valentina Gomez is a Republican candidate for the Missouri Secretary of State, running on a platform that emphasizes economic growth, election integrity, and the protection of traditional values. Born in Colombia, she immigrated to the United States with her family in search of a better life, safety, progress, and hope. At 24, she is a real estate investor, financier, strategist, and a former NCAA Division I swimmer. She holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Tulane University. Gomez is a fierce advocate for the principles and values that resonate with the American people, battling against a corrupt political machine. Gomez’s campaign began with a focus on economic development, job creation, and defending Missouri’s values. She is determined to protect the state’s prosperity and defend the people’s interests. Her major themes include: Economic Growth: Gomez aims to stimulate economic growth by advocating for policies that incentivize investment, reduce red tape, and remove income tax. She also wants to sell what Missouri has to offer to the world. Election Integrity: Gomez plans to restore public confidence in election integrity by decentralizing voting accessibility to the elderly and rural areas, while prioritizing civic education and involvement across the state. Protection of Values: Gomez is a strong advocate for protecting children from what she perceives as the “transgender agenda,” aiming to shield them from physical and emotional scars. Gomez has made a significant impact on social media with her campaign videos, which have garnered millions of views. Her messaging is characterized by a commitment to American values and a promise to stand against injustice, defend the state’s values, and create a future filled with opportunities and safety for all Missourians. She also hangs out with Dana White: @danawhite I will be Missouri’s 41st Secretary of State. Success is the best revenge. Jesus is King. pic.twitter.com/bFjy93Gu9G — Valentina Gomez (@ValentinaForSOS) May 12, 2024 When facing criticism from the far-left over her slogan, she brushes it off and makes a new video claiming “I pissed off a bunch of weak and gay people”. Absolutely classic, I love this lady! “I pissed off a bunch of weak and gay people.” LOL JFC pic.twitter.com/bcBG9da3zG — Darth Powell (@GRomePow) May 20, 2024 I wasn’t sure it was possible to get a classy, America-First, MAGA woman tougher than Kari Lake, but we might have one on our hands! Why does she say don’t be weak (and gay)? Because it’s as old as time: Weak Men Create Hard Times: Weak men create hard times. @GenFlynn is right, War is a failure of diplomacy. America First pic.twitter.com/AxRXmgKJrs — Valentina Gomez (@ValentinaForSOS) May 15, 2024 . She is MAGA to the core as best I can tell: I am the only candidate in Missouri that doesn’t have special interests. The rest, are bought and paid for. pic.twitter.com/9QDhta31ue — Valentina Gomez (@ValentinaForSOS) May 20, 2024 When some artist I have never heard of sent her a Cease and Desist letter for using their song in one of her campaign ads, she responded by calling them Weak and Gay and claiming she made them relevant again. Absolutely fire, this lady: @LupeFiasco is weak and gay. You should thank me for making you relevant again, after 15 years of not producing a hit. @elonmusk thank you for buying @X Long Live Freedom thanks @Sony for being a fan pic.twitter.com/9RZ5cf1tn8 — Valentina Gomez (@ValentinaForSOS) May 17, 2024 And she didn’t back off it either when she was interviewed: I stand by my words. I made him relevant again. You’re welcome. https://t.co/DSdOM9NOpy — Valentina Gomez (@ValentinaForSOS) May 22, 2024 My only question is why is this woman only running for Secretary of State? I think we need her in higher up places!
