Jana Kramer Confesses She Initially Got A Boob Job For The Wrong Reasons, But “Had A Lot Of Fun With Them Post-Divorce”
So maybe the reason holds some resetment, but getting the procedure done wasn’t the worst thing in the world.
Jana Kramer has a complicated history with a healthy love life. The “I Got The Boy” singer has a very colorful past when it comes to relationships, openly addressing her three previous marriages, speaking out on her most recent ex’s (Mike Caussin) sex addiction, and cheating on her with what was known to be 13 other women…leading to a very public divorce.
Outside of her previous marriages, Kramer had a star-studded dating history with Scott Eastwood, Brantley Gilbert, Chris Evans, and Brody Jenner.
Kramer is now happily married to Allan Russell, having welcomed their first child into the world at the end of 2023 before the couple officially tied the knot in 2024.

While Kramer seems to be engulfed in her love bubble, happily married and raising her children, that does not mean she ignores the trials and tribulations that brought her to this jovial stage of life.
People Magazine reported that in a recent episode of her podcast, Whine Down, Kramer and her guest, Kristen Brust, were talking about their insecurities as women, leading Kramer to open up about an insecurity she had in a past relationship. When she was with her ex, Mike Caussin, his constant cheating on her led to her getting a breast augmentation.
“My biggest regret with my boobs is that I don’t know if I solely did it for me. And I think that’s what I could say would be my biggest piece of advice is it has to be one hundred percent for you. I was in a marriage that a husband was cheating all the time, and I would see the women that he was cheating with, and I’m like, ‘I look nothing like them. So when I was presented with it, I thought about it for a while, like, ‘Maybe if I had bigger boobs, he wouldn’t cheat, or he’d find me sexier or something like that.’”
While Kramer did admit there were things she was not happy about with her breasts and she convinced herself she was getting them done for her self-confidnece, the thought in the back of her head that her husband might be more attracted to her with new boobs was significant driving force.
“I got to a place where I think it was for me. After the two kids, they just sagged really bad, and so, certain things just didn’t go back to looking the same. So people would look at them and be like, ‘oh my goodness,’ and so I felt gross.”
After the surgery and divorce, Kramer had no regrets about getting them done. She even noted that they were great during her single era.
“Obviously, I loved it. I had a lot of fun with them post-divorce…”
While that phase of life has passed, Kramer, who is now in her 40s, is looking to downsize her breasts, admitting to Kristen Brust that she wants to get her implants removed.
“I would actually like to take out my implants and just lift them again. I kind of want it to be more natural and not have an implant. So when that time comes for me to take them out and redo them again, I don’t think I would put them back in.”
While Kramer might want to downsize after years of having fun-sized additions on her body, the biggest takeaway from this episode is if you want to go under the knife, make sure it’s 100% for you.
We all have insecurities as women, and I personally believe in doing what will make you feel your best and most confident, but sadly, like Kramer, there are many times women make modifications to their appearance in hopes of pleasing a man…
Hopefully, Allan Russell supports her notion to downsize, and she won’t feel pressured to do something again to keep a man.
