INSANE: Fani Willis ousting case comes to SHOCKING conclusion

Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee has allowed District Attorney Fani Willis to continue prosecuting former President Donald Trump’s Georgia election interference case — despite the fact that she clearly lied under oath. McAfee found that Willis’ relationship with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade was not proven to be a conflict of interest enough to merit her removal from the case. The judge did‚ however‚ find an appearance of impropriety and said either Willis and her office may leave the case or Wade must withdraw from the proceeding. “Have you ever seen a clearer case of perjury?” Glenn asks‚ astounded by the ruling. “Everyone on earth knows she was lying‚” Stu Burguiere agrees. Glenn believes it’s clearly rigged. “It’s rigged because there’s no way any reasonable person would come up with that. No way‚” Glenn says. “I mean how can you possibly think this is just an appearance of impropriety?” Stu asks. Had Wade and Willis been honest about their relationship‚ it would’ve been a much smaller deal. “They boldly took the stand‚ wanted to lie‚ and did lie‚” Glenn says. “There is absolutely no way she should be in a position of power‚” he continues‚ adding‚ “and so should he lose his law license. There is no law if attorneys can get away with that.” Want more from Glenn Beck?To enjoy more of Glenn’s masterful storytelling‚ thought-provoking analysis‚ and uncanny ability to make sense of the chaos‚ subscribe to BlazeTV — the largest multi-platform network of voices who love America‚ defend the Constitution‚ and live the American dream.

San Francisco residents‚ hotels sue city over rampant crime‚ homelessness‚ open-air drug use

Several San Francisco residents filed a lawsuit Thursday over the rampant crime‚ homelessness‚ and open-air drug use that they say city officials have failed to stop‚ the Associated Press reported. Operators of the Phoenix Hotel and the Best Western Road Coach also joined the lawsuit against the city. The plaintiffs‚ including five anonymous residents and the hotels' operators‚ claim that the Tenderloin district has become a "containment zone" for illegal activities. They argued that city officials have prevented the homeless encampments and open-air illicit drug markets from spilling into nearby neighborhoods but have allowed it to continue in the Tenderloin. The group's lawsuit demands that the city clean up the poor conditions in the neighborhood; the plaintiffs are not seeking monetary damages.Matthew Davis‚ one of the plaintiffs' attorneys‚ stated‚ "They demand an end to the rampant illegal street vending and from the squalor and misery that exists throughout their neighborhood because the city has decided that people in the throes of addiction can live and die on the Tenderloin's streets."Davis told KABC‚ "Every day‚ at all hours‚ people are dealing drugs and using drugs in front of [the plaintiffs'] apartment building. There are encampments. People are lighting bonfires. Their sidewalks are filthy with all kinds of problems from used syringes to human waste."One of the anonymous plaintiffs‚ referred to as Jane Roe‚ explained that drug dealers often loiter outside the building where she lives with her two young children. Roe claimed that she has seen "users openly injecting or smoking narcotics" and individuals "who appear unconscious or dead."Susan Roe‚ an elderly woman and a plaintiff in the case‚ stated in the complaint that she has a difficult time navigating the neighborhood's sidewalks with her walker because they are blocked by shopping carts and broken bicycles. Instead‚ she is forced to walk in the street‚ where she navigates around "excrement‚ used syringes‚ vomit‚ and garbage."One of the hotel operators claimed that the establishment is facing challenges in hiring workers because of the area's squalid conditions. The Phoenix Hotel has decided not to renew its lease next year‚ citing the issues around the establishment. The Coalition on Homelessness‚ a nonprofit group‚ is also suing San Francisco‚ claiming the city's sweeps of homeless encampments violated individuals' rights. In a statement to KABC‚ the city attorney's office said‚ "While we understand and share the frustration of Tenderloin businesses and residents‚ the City is making efforts to reduce crime‚ disrupt open-air drug markets‚ and address homelessness‚ all while complying with the preliminary injunction issued in the Coalition on Homelessness case."Democratic Mayor London Breed believes that recently approved Proposition E will curb the issues plaguing the Tenderloin district by increasing police officer presence and resources.Breed's office stated‚ "We have made improvements in the neighborhood‚ but the mayor understands the frustrations of residents and businesses in the Tenderloin and will continue her efforts to make the neighborhood safer and cleaner."Like Blaze News? NBC News' attack on 'right-wing influencers' over claims about Haitian cannibalism kneecapped by stunning admission

Murderous Haitian gangsters have massacred countless unarmed civilians; freed thousands of convicted felons from jail; torched police stations; engaged in systematic rape; threatened genocide; seized control of the country's key port; besieged the airport in Port-au-Prince; and forced the failed nation's prime minister to resign. Some commentators online have even suggested that among the thugs regarded by some American leftists as revolutionaries are killers who have developed a taste for more than rape‚ torture‚ and murder. NBC News apparently wanted to rehabilitate the gangsters' reputation this week or at the very least kill the notion that those otherwise keen to burn people alive and stack bodies in the streets like cordwood might be cannibals. After all‚ the threat of cannibal gangs might engender a desire among Americans to prevent migrants from Haiti from continuing to illegally enter the United States. The trouble with the liberal network's effort is that it contained the seed of its own undoing. NBC News published a report Wednesday claiming that South African billionaire Elon Musk and "right-wing pundits online are weaponizing unverified claims of cannibalism coming out of the conflict to advance a political agenda on immigration." The thrust of the article is that conservative commentators have unfairly vilified those Haitian nationals who would steal into the U.S. — not by highlighting the crimes other illegal aliens from Haiti have committed on American soil and against citizens but by noting barbaric practices allegedly engaged in by some of their countrymen back home. "Musk and conservative influencers have spread the message to millions‚ smearing Haitian migrants as cannibals‚" wrote NBC News tech reporter David Ingram. A number of Haitian cannibalism claims online have been accompanied by a possibly real video from another recent rash of Haitian violence as well as a number of fake videos‚ including one taken from a Nigerian film set. Ingram noted‚ "The cruelty of Haitian gang leaders is not in dispute‚ nor is the widespread killing in the country during a yearslong political crisis‚ but the false claims about widespread cannibalism go much further in trying to paint the whole Caribbean nation as barbarous." Just four paragraphs into his article‚ however‚ Ingram admitted that the accusations of cannibalism were actually grounded in fact "on what experts said was a likely intimidation tactic from select gang members." "In some videos‚ the most prominent examples being at least two years old‚ alleged members of violent gangs in Haiti appear to bite into human flesh‚" wrote Ingram. "Experts said these videos are likely part of propaganda campaigns designed to scare rivals and terrorize local Haitians rather than a reflection of common or normalized behavior. One former armed group went by the name 'Cannibal Army.'" Ingram spoke to a moderator of the Haitian Subreddit who was similarly condemnatory of the cannibalism narrative‚ but even his outrage apparently centered on a recognition that the claims ultimately have merit. "A whole population is getting blamed for what some psycho gang members are doing‚" said Chris Nestor‚ a Reddit moderator and a lawyer in Washington‚ D.C. "It is racist. It is dehumanizing." Among the posts Ingram found vexing was one from podcast host Tim Pool‚ one from Malaysian commentator Ian Miles Cheong‚ and a handful from Musk. Podcaster Tim Pool received a mention in the NBC News article for tweeting‚ "Look at Haiti[:] Murder‚ chaos‚ cannibalism." Cheong wrote on March 6‚ "There are cannibal gangs in Haiti who abduct and eat people. We are not supposed to talk about that because of cultural relativism. The entire country has now entered a state of chaos after gangs attacked two prisons‚ setting many criminals free. 80% of Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince is now controlled by these gangs." — (@) Cheong doubled down days later‚ writing‚ "Haiti has collapsed. The President is no longer in the country. The ports are officially closed. Cannibal gangs are besieging the national palace in Port-au-prince." "And now they want to import this into America‚" added Cheong. Elon Musk replied to the Malaysian commentator‚ writing‚ "End of days. This is bleaker than Mad Max." On March 12‚ Ingram wrote to Cheong concerning a video allegedly depicting a Haitian gangster eating human flesh‚ noting‚ "This video is two years old at least." Cheong responded‚ "I guess cannibalism in Haiti isn't so bad if a video of it happening was taken two years ago. Haiti has a long‚ colorful history of cannibalism. In 2004‚ a gang called the Cannibal Army also called the Artibonite Resistance Front‚ seized control of Gonaives. And then they took over Port-au-Prince. I’m sure the name was just for show." Musk managed to get deep under Ingram's skin with repeated cannibal claims. "When people wonder 'how bad can it really get?'‚ well it can get cannibal-gang bad‚" he wrote on Monday. The Tesla CEO commented on a video about America's open borders‚ "Cannibal gangs." After NBC News ran Ingram's piece‚ Musk wrote‚ "If wanting to screen immigrants for potential homicidal tendencies and cannibalism makes me 'right wing'‚ then I would gladly accept such a label! Failure to do so would put innocent Americans in mortal risk. Shame on NBC. Shame‚ shame‚ shame." "Objecting to rolling out the red (in more ways than one) carpet for homicidal cannibals seems like a reasonable position to me‚" added Musk. Cannibalism is just one of many terror tactics that has been employed by Haitian gangs. Last year‚ Jon Lee Anderson of the New Yorker interviewed Jimmy "Barbeque" Chérizier‚ the mass murderer sanctioned by U.N. and various Western nations for human rights abuses‚ who recently united various disparate gangs‚ threatened genocide‚ and took over Port-au-Prince. In the July article‚ Anderson noted that the practice of "necklacing‚" whereby victims are "yoked with tires doused in gasoline and set alight‚" has become "widespread in Haiti‚ as a growing array of gangs have taken up the methods of the Chimères." Anderson noted that "it is not uncommon to see the bodies of people murdered by gang members and left in public as a warning to rivals. Some are charred after being set on fire. Others show signs of having been beaten or shot or hacked with machetes." Like Blaze News? Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox. Spirit Candle Ghost Hunting Equipment Review

Hi gang! I just got the Spirit Candle to use on an upcoming ghost hunt at a Wild West ghost town in April. The crew and I will also use it with the North Head Technique. If you remember that‚ we had 3 really massive‚ burning-wick candles. Replacing those with the Spirit Candle drops the chance of burning down a haunt‚ eh? Spirit Candle Gallery What To Know About The Spirit Candle The Spirit Candle is designed to detect EMF anomalies. The product documentation states the candles use a magnetic detection system. If the anomaly is strong enough‚ it will shut off the flickering candle effect. You can change its magnetic sensitivity using the dial on the bottom of the candle. Ghost Stop‚ the manufacturer‚ claims the candle filters out modern electronics like phones and walkie talkies. So‚ I tested it with my phone as well as my iMac. In those quick tests‚ my phone didn’t affect the flickering‚ but my iMac shut it off real fast. This makes me think it’s better than a K2 meter‚ but not as good as a natural EMF detector like a TriField Natural EMF meter. Construction Quality In my experience‚ Ghost Stop products are hit-or-miss with their gadget build quality. I bought 2 candles‚ and each had differing build quality. First‚ the candles are made of real wax‚ which means they’re pretty easy to scratch and gouge. The ones I received were in great shape and free of blemishes. Beyond that‚ I experienced 2 things that concerned me. The dial component popped out when I turned the dial to the ‘On’ position The dial component continued to turn around-and-around while adjusting the sensitivity These incidences only happened on one candle. The other didn’t have the dial mechanism pop out‚ nor did it allow be to continue turning the dial. I started to have flashbacks to the first Dead Bell I got (and it never got resolved). If you’re going to spend $120 on a candle‚ it shouldn’t have these faults. EMF Accuracy The Spirit Candle is simply an On/Off type gadget. If it measures an EMF anomaly above your sensitivity setting‚ the flickering flame turns off or on‚ depending on its current state. There’s no scale with the sensitivity dial‚ which is the same one used to turn the gadget on. This makes me raise an eyebrow. I used my phone to check if it would turn off and nothing happened. This is expected per the gadget’s documentation. Then‚ I put it next to my iMac‚ and it did turn off. I continued to change the sensitivity and place it next to appliances‚ lamps‚ tablets and other electronics‚ and it seemed to operate as expected. However‚ it does bother me that there’s no range system for EMF. I’d want to know at a 9 AM setting on the dial is the equivalent to 3mG. This is the only info from Ghost Stop about it: EMF sensor is ‘natural’ magnetic only (to fortify from most man-made interference like phones and walkies). Magnetic flux density sensing up to ±160 mT. https://www.ghoststop.com/spirit-candle/ (technical specs tab) Ghost Hunting Use Cases I can see using the Spirit Candle for a few things: A trigger object to entice spirit engagement (“blow out the candle to let us know you’re here”) A sensor to identify a spot of ghostly activity (i.e.‚ place it on a table with a camera on it) A real-candle replacement for spiritualism tests (for example‚ replace the big ol’ candles used in seances and the North Head Technique) Conclusion Overall‚ I like the concept of the Spirit Candle: An easy-to-use‚ easy-to-understand gadget with a vintage look‚ but it’s got major flaws. First it’s awfully expensive for an On/Off type gadget. Next‚ the build quality had me shaking my head ‘WTF?!’ when the sensor popped right out. As for its usage‚ you could use it in a variety of ways you’d use a real candle‚ like a call-and-response session‚ remote monitoring of a haunted hotspot‚ or part of an old school ghost hunt without a lot of fancy gadgets. I think it comes down to your team’s resources. Do you have the money for it? Would you use it often on your ghost hunts? I mean‚ it would be perfect for outdoor investigations since there’s no flame to blow out in the wind‚ and you wouldn’t burn down the forest either. I’ll say it’s worth it‚ if you and your team would use it often. For me‚ I’ll definitely use it because my little group uses candles on our ghost hunts. Using a fake candle will end the need for fire insurance at haunts. Note: Jake bought both Spirit Candles with his own money‚ so there’s no expectation of a positive review for the manufacturer. Palworld only cost 1% of Star Citizen’s current funding to make

Aside from co-op shooter Helldivers 2‚ there hasn't been a hit nearly as massive — and unexpected — as Palworld in recent memory. The survival‚ building‚ and action game generated a ton of buzz when it first launched in Early Access a couple of months back‚ attracting controversy for its considerably less wholesome take on Pokemon and a huge player base on the strength of its open-world design. It turns out that achieving such a hit wasn't even all that expensive in game making terms‚ as evidenced by the fact that Palworld only cost 1% of Star Citizen's current funding amount to create.
