Andrew Klavan Rips ‘Humiliating’ Media Covering Of Kamala, Cowering Away From JD Vance: ’Backing Up As If He Were Assaulting Them’

Author and Daily Wire host Andrew Klavan broke down the legacy media’s abysmal job at holding VP Kamala Harris to account during an appearance on “The Megyn Kelly Show” on Thursday. Harris has not taken a single question from the media since effectively clinching the Democrats’ presidential nomination weeks ago. This prompted Trump VP pick JD Vance to ask reporters who were waiting for Harris why the Democrat has not take questions from them. Notably, the press did not offer a response. “It’s humiliating to them, that’s why they weren’t laughing,” Klavan told journalist Megyn Kelly. “That’s why they were backing up as if he were assaulting them.” “You know, you send out a reporter, he’s supposed to be aggressive, he’s supposed to be getting the facts without fear or favor,” Klavan continued. “Obviously, they’re not doing that.” “They don’t conceive of their job in that way anymore,” he said. Now, Klavan explained, the media “actually think of [their job] as creating this fantasy atmosphere in which we are supposed to vote.” “The Great Good Thing” author went on to outline the media’s heel-turn on President Joe Biden, after a debate with former President Donald Trump showed Biden’s apparent mental decline. “One week, we’re being told that ‘Joe Biden is the smartest guy in the room — he’s sharp, he’s on top of things. He’s better! This is the best Joe Biden we’ve ever had,'” Klavan said. “Two days after the debate with Trump, suddenly the guy is a drooling fool who’s got to step down.” WATCH THE TRAILER FOR ‘AM I RACIST?’ — A MATT WALSH COMEDY ON DEI “Then he steps down, and he’s George Washington,” Klavan added. “I’m getting whiplash at this point.” “And then Kamala Harris steps up, and the same people who have just spent all this time lying to us once, lying to us twice, lying to us three times — suddenly, ‘Oh, she’s so lovable, such a competent person, and she’s moderate. She’s not far-Left at all, she doesn’t believe any of the things she’s said,'” the podcast host continued. Klavan also noted that there is no audio or video of Harris actually walking back her radical positions; instead, some campaign staffers have suggested she has flip-flopped and is now a moderate. Stolen Valor Walz

Stolen Valor Walz

Since 2018, there has been a large-scale controversy surrounding Tim Walz: his stolen valor. Stolen valor has a long history in American politics, where people who run for high office exaggerate their military service. Many of the comrades whom they shivved become angry about it. For example, John Kerry in 2004. He exaggerated his heroism in Vietnam, which came back to haunt him. That was only after he had made his bones by returning from Vietnam and slandering his fellow soldiers as torturers and sickos who taped electrodes to genitals and tortured the Vietnamese people, among other such claims. He made his name doing that. Then, he came around making statements such as, “I liked serving in Vietnam with all my brothers.” And all the Vietnam vets reacted: “This jackass? This one?” Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) was also involved in a stolen valor controversy. He was a Democrat from Connecticut running for the Senate who said that he served in Vietnam. He didn’t. The long history of stolen valor continues. It turns out that Tim Walz is also a stolen valor guy, by all available evidence. He served in the National Guard for 24 years. But two separate claims about Walz also exist. One claim is that the minute he found out he was going to be deployed to Iraq, he quit. The minute that those rumors even began, he quit and then ran for Congress. So, a timeline is called into question. And then, he apparently claimed for years and years that he’d been deployed to war zones, though he never was. Now, there’s nothing wrong with being in the military and not being deployed to a war zone. Plenty of members of the military were never deployed to a war zone, and we thank them for their heroic service. There is a problem when you lie about it. WATCH: The Ben Shapiro Show In a 2007 interview that aired on C-Span, Walz stretched some definitions to imply very strongly that he was in a war zone: I spent 24 years in the National Guard, some of that full-time; I was an artilleryman. I deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My battalion provided base security throughout the European theater from Turkey to England in the early stages of the war in Afghanistan. And that same battalion is now in Iraq at this time. He was talking about how his battalion ended up in Iraq. He was not in Iraq. He was talking about how he provided support for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, stretching some definitions at the very least. Somehow, almost every article from 2007 to 2018 about him included the lie he was actually in Afghanistan or Iraq. There are many, many of these. He actually endorsed a book that claimed he was in Afghanistan. And a lot of veterans are very, very angry about all of this. And then there’s the question of the timeline because the claim from many of the members of his old battalion is that he quit on them the minute he found out they were going to Iraq. In 2018 after Walz first ran for governor, retired Command Sergeant Majors Thomas Behrends and Paul Herr wrote and posted a letter on Facebook:  On August 5th, 2004 he was photographed holding a sign at a protest outside a President Bush campaign rally in southern Minnesota. On September 17th, 2004 he was conditionally promoted to Command Sergeant Major. The conditions had been outlined to him when he was counseled and he signed the Statement of Agreement and Certification. If the conditions are not met, the promotion is null and void, like it never happened. In early 2005, a warning order was issued to the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion, which included the position he was serving in, to prepare to be mobilized for active duty for a deployment to Iraq. Between the time the warning order was given and his “retirement”, he told the Brigade Command Sergeant Major not to worry, that he would be going on the mission. It appears that was a lie. On May 16, 2005 he quit, betraying his country, leaving the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and its Soldiers hanging; without its senior Non-Commissioned Officer, as the battalion prepared for war. His excuse to other leaders was that he needed to retire in order to run for congress. Which is false, according to a Department of Defense Directive, he could have run and requested permission from the Secretary of Defense before entering active duty; as many reservists have. If he had retired normally and respectfully, you would think he would have ensured his retirement documents were correctly filled out and signed, and that he would have ensured he was reduced to Master Sergeant for dropping out of the academy. Instead he slithered out the door and waited for the paperwork … They added:  On September 10th, 2005 conditionally promoted Command Sergeant Major Walz was reduced to Master Sergeant. It took a while for the system to catch up to him as it was uncharted territory, literally no one quits in the position he was in, or drops out of the academy. Except him. In November of 2005, while the battalion trained for war at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, it received an offer from retired Master Sergeant Walz. He offered to fund raise for the battalion’s bus trip home over Christmas that year. The same Soldiers he had abandoned just months before, trying to buy their votes. On November 1st, 2006, Tom Hagen, Iraq War Veteran, wrote a letter to the editor of the Winona Daily News about Walz, saying: But even more disturbing is the fact that Walz quickly retired after learning that his unit — southern Minnesota’s 1-125 FA Battalion — would be sent to Iraq. For Tim Walz to abandon his fellow soldiers and quit when they needed experienced leadership most is disheartening. It dishonors those brave Americans in his place. This is a major scandal for Walz because when you exaggerate your military career, other veterans get angry. * * * WATCH THE TRAILER FOR ‘AM I RACIST?’ — A MATT WALSH COMEDY ON DEI

UPDATE: YouTube Bans Steven Crowder Until This Convenient Date. Hint: Not Until 2024 Election

Update: A Google spokesman, in response to an inquiry from MRC Free Speech America, made the following statement Thursday afternoon: “We removed content from the Steven Crowder channel for violating our Community Guidelines. This resulted in a one week upload restriction. The Steven Crowder channel can continue to upload content to YouTube starting tomorrow.” Comedian and podcast host Steven Crowder says that YouTube “essentially” banned him until election day. Crowder’s channel received strikes on no fewer than eight videos, including one posted in 2023, he announced in videos posted Monday on X. Google-owned YouTube reportedly accused Crowder of committing “harassment and cyberbullying” and “hate speech.”  Crowder called the censorship “startlingly dark,” and accused Google of “the direct suppression of your vote through misinformation, through censorship, through forbidding you from finding information.” The videos are related to the 2024 election and include critiques of the legacy media, Google and the Biden-Harris administration. The strikes issued by YouTube on Aug. 2 reportedly do not expire until Oct. 31, which is mere days before the Nov. 5 election day, hence Crowder’s complaint of being “essentially” banned till the election. Crowder said seven out of the eight censored videos were posted since President Joe Biden stepped out of the 2024 presidential race in favor of his Vice President Kamala Harris. According to Crowder, Google’s “election policy” involves taking sides with Democrats and censoring “any and all opposition to their narrative,” what he calls “direct election interference.” He warned that all Big Tech platforms are also engaging in election censorship, “rigging this election.” The show host also argues that YouTube targeted him because he plans to provide election coverage using not only legacy media sources but also independent analysts. “We know for a fact that they’re not happy about it,” he says. But, despite that, “We’re not going to be scared off. We’re not going to be beaten into submission.” He encouraged listeners to find his show on Rumble. MRC Free Speech America has found evidence repeatedly of Google’s election-interfering censorship, including most recently of Google search engine suppression of the Donald Trump assassination attempt and excessive promotion of Kamala Harris. MRC exposed Google for interfering in elections 41 times since 2008. This would not be the first time YouTube censored Crowder. For instance, last November, Crowder’s video exposing the Nashville mass shooter’s alleged manifesto was censored. YouTube has suspended Crowder more than once, including in December 2021, when no explanation was provided. Not long before that, in October 2021, YouTube accused Crowder of “hate speech” for highlighting the threat of “transgenders” sexually assaulting women. WATCH: The most jaw-dropping moments from Harris' Philadelphia rally

Democrats and their media friends are spreading the narrative that the Trump-Vance union is “weird,” but one look at Kamala Harris and Tim Walz’s wildly progressive agenda, and it’s crystal clear who the real weirdos are. At a rally in Philadelphia, the radical left duo presented their plans for the White House, and it’s enough to make your stomach turn. Pat Gray plays the highlights from the rally: - YouTube www.youtube.com The first head-scratching moment actually occurs when Kamala steps up to the microphone to kick off the event. With a giant, open-mouthed grin, she says “good evening” five times. “Almost 20 seconds of ‘good evenings,’” laughs Jeffy. Pat adds, “There is nobody weirder in public life than Kamala Harris.” In the next highlight, Kamala broadly states, “We’re not going back!” before chants of “We’re not going back!” erupt from the audience. Harris and Walz both joined in the chants as well. Keith Malinak assumes that the statement means “we’re not going back to the Trump days” when we had “cheap gas and groceries.” “And somebody who cares about the border,” adds Pat, noting that we also had “lower taxes” under Trump. Then Harris’ audience proceeded to chant “Lock him up!” Walz gleefully clapped along to the crazed cries for the continued political persecution of Donald Trump as Harris smiled. The next clip captures Harris’ husband, Douglas Emhoff (who’s currently being lambasted for an alleged affair he had), and Walz’s wife, Gwen Walz, as they join their spouses on stage. In an incredibly WEIRD exchange, Tim tries to shake his wife’s hand before she awkwardly pulls him into a hug. “It’s just weird,” says Pat. But the biggest cringe moment by far was when Walz stepped up to the microphone and delivered the following idiocracy: “Some of us in here are old enough to remember – I see you down there; I see those old white guys,” he bellowed, pointing to a section of the audience. “Some of us are old enough to remember when it was Republicans who were talking about freedom. It turns out now what they meant was that the government should be free to invade your doctor’s office. In Minnesota we respect our neighbors and their personal choices that they make,” he prattled, referring to abortion. “We still believe in freedom,” Pat corrects. “We believe in the baby’s freedom too.” “Here's a person who's had five born-alives from failed abortions” that he allowed to “lay there and die,” Pat condemns, referring to Minnesota’s lack of born-alive protections. “And then they’re going to lecture us on freedom?” To hear more, watch the clip above. Life Time Fitness ‘trans’ pandering makes chaos and tragedy inevitable

Life Time Fitness ‘trans’ pandering makes chaos and tragedy inevitable

The penalty for pandering far exceeds its supposed rewards. That’s the lesson we should learn from the state of Missouri’s and a Life Time Fitness club’s handling of Eris Discordia Montano, a 52-year-old divorced father of one who now identifies as a woman. Missouri pandered first, bowing to the LGBTQIA+ Alphabet Mafia and issuing Montano a driver’s license that classified him as female. Montano holsters a bat and two baseballs between his legs. He still uses them in a traditional manner. He identifies as a lesbian. Two weeks ago, Montano signed up for a membership at a suburban Life Time Fitness, just outside St. Louis. Following the state’s lead, the fitness club continued pandering by instructing its staff to treat Montano as a woman. Three days later, on July 29, Montano began parading around the indoor pool area in a royal blue bikini and showering, shaving, and doing his makeup inside the women’s locker room. He eventually encountered Cindy Zykan, who politely informed Montano: “Excuse me, I think you belong in the men’s locker room.” Montano pulled up his T-shirt, grabbed his male breasts, shook them in Zykan’s face, and retorted, “These don’t belong in the men’s locker room.” Pandering comes at an astronomical price. America faces a pandering pandemic that we must confront. It leaves us all vulnerable. Not to be out-quipped, Zykan replied: “You have a penis, and that needs to be in a man’s locker room.” This exchange kicked off 10 days (and counting) of chaos in Ellisville, Missouri. Life Time Fitness management defended their decision to let Montano undress, shower, and groom with women and children. Montano, who lives in his car, spent the next week “officing” at the gym from around 9 a.m. until the early evening. Gym members organized protests in the parking lot. Montano responded by posting threats to harm himself and others across his social media platforms. He posted pictures of guns. He cryptically posted: “Is the slight inconvenience of asking someone to give you space worth taking the chance of killing them instead.” He targeted Cindy Zykan specifically, posting: “I suppose if you’re going to be hounded and harassed it might as well be by as villainous as a name Cindy Zykan. I mean, yes, that last name sounds like a cold medicine, but I’m sure she will make a great dumb villain in the autobiography.” The social media posts forced Life Time Fitness to revoke Montano’s membership. Police officers physically removed him from the club on Monday. A day later, Montano drove to Zykan’s house, where her husband, Andrew, a former Marine, spotted Montano’s Jeep Wrangler stopped on their street. He ran inside, locked his wife in a bathroom, grabbed his gun, and positioned himself inside his home ready to defend himself. “We’re not playing around any more,” Andrew told me in a phone interview. “He’s gone from keyboard warrior to finding out where we live. This is serious.” “It went up a notch,” Cindy added. “Now I’m scared of you.” So how did we get here? How did Andrew and Cindy Zykan wind up in the crosshairs of a recently divorced, woman-identifying man whose ex-wife used to be an employee of Life Time Fitness? Pandering. We’ve made transvestites believe they have the right to undress, shower, and poop alongside women and children. We’ve elevated their expectations, which elevates their feeling of victimization, oppression, and anger. Plumbing has always been the determining factor in bathroom usage. Bat and balls go here. Mitts and gloves go there. There used to be a universal objective standard. Now it’s all subjective and based on feelings. We’re being forced to play along with the delusions of the mentally ill. We pander. This pandering has made the gender-dysphoric quite dangerous. They’re willing to die and kill unless we all join them in their delusion. Men can get pregnant. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg jumped into a hospital bed with his “husband” after a woman they paid delivered a baby. This is “normal” behavior. We named a woman to the Supreme Court who refused to define what a woman is, claiming that only biologists were capable of articulating something so complicated. And yet JD Vance is “weird.” The penalty for pandering is chaos. If Stevie Wonder identifies as a race-car driver, should we grant him a driver’s license? In the name of diversity, equity, and inclusion, should we put Stevie on the pole at the Daytona 500? The pandering is endless. We tell women they don’t need men despite the fact that man is responsible for nearly every technological advancement in history. We tell women they’re victims of toxic masculinity despite the fact that men have taken roles in society that reduce our life spans by six or seven years in comparison to women. We tell black people that systemic racism causes our economic and educational shortcomings when the truth is that abandonment of biblical values, especially traditional marriage, is at the root of our failures. Pandering comes at an astronomical price. America faces a pandering pandemic that we must confront. It leaves us all vulnerable. We spent three years pandering to Joe Biden, pretending his cognitive decline wasn’t obvious. No one wants to tell Biden’s South Asian and Jamaican successor that she’s incompetent and just another pawn to promote World War III. We’d rather complain about a tragedy than prevent one from happening. No one will be able to feign surprise if Eris Discordia Montano is involved in a tragedy in Ellisville, Missouri. Our pandering has made it inevitable.
