U.S. Refuses To Vote Against UN Resolution Calling For Immediate Gaza Ceasefire. Israel Cancels Its Delegation’s Visit To Washington.

On Monday‚ in the wake of the Biden administration refusing to vote against a UN Security Council resolution demanding an immediate Gaza Strip ceasefire for the month of Ramadan‚ instead only abstaining on the vote‚ the Israeli government canceled sending its delegation to Washington D.C. The Biden administration had previously vetoed similar resolutions. By abstaining‚ the Biden administration permitted the resolution to be passed‚ a move that has prompted strong backlash from critics and heightened tension between the two governments. Israeli Prime Minister had warned the Biden administration Israel would cancel its delegation unless it vetoed the United Nations Security Council resolution. Breaking — Israel isn't sending Dermer and HaNegbi to Washington‚ a move that dramatically increased the tensions between the two governments. Netanyahu had told the US he would do so if it didn't veto the United Nations Security Council resolution on Gaza. — Tovah Lazaroff (@tovahlazaroff) March 25‚ 2024   “At the last minute on Monday morning‚ the US asked for an amendment adding a condemnation of Hamas for its attack on Israel on 7 October‚ leading to urgent huddles of diplomats on the chamber floor‚ but dropped that demand when it became clear the amendment would be resisted‚” The Guardian reported. “The Security Council just approved a long-awaited resolution on Gaza‚ demanding an immediate ceasefire‚ and the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages. This resolution must be implemented. Failure would be unforgivable‚” UN Secretary-General António Guterres Guterres tweeted. Israel is on the verge of targeting Rafah‚ the last stronghold of Hamas in Gaza. Although the resolution calls for cessation of hostilities during Ramadan‚ it is worth noting that the Yom Kippur War against Israel by Syria and Egypt in October 1973 was launched during Ramadan. The Biden administration has been frantically trying to impede Israel’s efforts to enter Rafah. President Biden has reportedly warned Netanyahu not to proceed with Israel’s attack on Rafah. In early February‚ National Security Council spokesman John Kirby threatened‚ “Military operations right now would be a disaster for those people‚ and it’s not something that we would support.” The Wall Street Journal editorial board noted in mid-February‚ “Taking Rafah Is Essential to Defeat Hamas. It’s the terror group’s last stronghold. Why is Biden opposed to Israel capturing the city? Ever notice how it is always deemed a humanitarian imperative to let Hamas survive? The diplomatic pressure on Israel to stay out of Rafah‚ Hamas’s final stronghold‚ has become enormous.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserted in mid-February‚ “Those who say that under no circumstances should we enter Rafah are basically saying lose the war‚ keep Hamas there.” At the end of February‚ fiercely pro-Israel Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) led a group of GOP senators who blasted President Biden in a letter for “undermining Israeli operations against Hamas in Gaza.” Biden issued a February 1 executive order in which he referred to Judea and Samaria as the “West Bank‚” claimed there were “high levels of extremist settler violence‚ forced displacement of people and villages‚ and property destruction‚” all while ignoring the violence perpetrated against Israelis in the area. “These actions undermine the foreign policy objectives of the United States‚ including the viability of a two-state solution and ensuring Israelis and Palestinians can attain equal measures of security‚ prosperity‚ and freedom. They also undermine the security of Israel‚” Biden declared in the order‚ adding‚ “These actions constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.” On February 8‚ Biden issued a National Security Memorandum which stated that the United States had to “obtain credible and reliable written assurances from a representative of the recipient country as the Secretary of State deems appropriate that the recipient country will use any such defense articles in accordance with international humanitarian law and‚ as applicable‚ other international law‚” thus leaving Israel vulnerable to “international law.” “Both documents undercut our most valuable alliance in the Middle East‚” wrote Cotton and the other senators‚ including Ted Cruz of Texas‚ Roger Wicker of Mississippi‚ and Ted Budd of North Carolina. “We call on you to rescind both documents and to sanction terrorists and their supporters instead of their victims. Your February 1 EO grants the State Department broad authority to arbitrarily punish Israelis in Judea and Samaria‚ with no defined standards for determining when sanctions are warranted. Under the guise of ‘peace‚ security‚ or stability of the West Bank‚’ it appears the State Department can punish arbitrarily any Israeli it wants.”

Top Boeing Leadership To Leave Company After Alaska Airlines Flight Loses Door Plug Midflight

Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun will leave the company by the end of the year as it changes leadership amid quality and safety concerns with Boeing aircraft.  Other top leaders are also leaving the company‚ with board chair Larry Kellner resigning from his position in May and Boeing Commercial Airplanes CEO Stan Deal retiring immediately. Boeing Chief Operation Officer Stephanie Pope will take over from Deal‚ while Steve Mollenkopf will become the company’s new board chair.  The announcement comes after the company faced scrutiny after a Boeing plane’s door plug blew off midflight during an Alaska Airlines flight carrying more than 170 passengers in January‚ forcing the plane to make an emergency landing.  “As you all know‚ the Alaska Airlines Flight 1282 accident was a watershed moment for Boeing‚” Calhoun said in a letter to staff. “We must continue to respond to this accident with humility and complete transparency. We also must inculcate a total commitment to safety and quality at every level of our company.” “The eyes of the world are on us‚ and I know we will come through this moment a better company‚ building on all the learnings we accumulated as we worked together to rebuild Boeing over the last number of years‚” he added. “We have been working together for the last five years to address some of the most significant challenges our company and industry have ever faced in our 108-year history. I am confident that the way we have confronted these challenges‚ and how we are responding to this specific moment‚ is establishing standards for future generations of employees and will be woven into the fabric of how we operate for decades to come.” The Alaska Airlines incident prompted a series of federal and congressional investigations into Boeing’s safety and manufacturing practices.  CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP Earlier this month‚ National Transportation Safety Board Chair Jennifer Homendy testified before the Senate Committee on Commerce‚ Science‚ and Transportation that Boeing refused to tell investigators the names of people on a 25-member team that worked on a door plug that came off the Alaska Airlines plane. “Boeing has not provided us with the documents and information that we have requested numerous times over the past few months‚ specifically with respect to opening‚ closing‚ and removal of the door‚” Homendy told lawmakers. “Without that information‚ that raises concerns about quality assurance‚ quality management‚ [and] safety management systems.” Other Boeing planes have experienced high-profile malfunctions this year‚ with a United Airlines Boeing 737 losing an external panel midflight this month and a Boeing 737-800 in Japan being forced to turn back in January because of a crack in the cockpit window. The incidents come as the Federal Aviation Authority found that a Boeing plant in Renton‚ Washington‚ failed 33 of 88 production standards.

‘Ghostbusters’ Star Says ‘Racism’ Not To Blame For His Smaller Part‚ Less Pay: ‘It’s Not Quite That Simple’

“Ghostbusters” actor Ernie Hudson says “racism” is not to blame for his receiving less money and having a smaller part in the latest sequel compared to his co-stars. The 78-year-old discussed his thoughts during an interview with British outlet The Independent just after Friday’s release of “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire.” “You know‚ being a person of African descent anywhere in the world‚ we’re all just learning how to live together and get along together and realize that we’re all connected‚” Hudson said. “And it’s very tempting‚ sometimes‚ to blame anything that doesn’t work in your life on racism. But there are a lot of things that play into it. It’s not quite that simple.” The celeb pointed out that he believes a bigger-name star would have received a higher paycheck regardless of his skin color. “We can say it’s a racial thing‚ but I think if Eddie Murphy had played the role I played‚ he would have been paid very well‚” the actor added. “I think studios are in the business of making money‚ and they pay what they feel they have to.” Hudson worked on five “Ghostbusters” films‚ including the original with Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray‚ released in 1984. The actor said Murray fought for him to have a more prominent role in the 1989 sequel. “[Murray] said he wouldn’t do another one unless I was involved… That doesn’t happen very much in this industry‚” he said. CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP The “Ghostbusters” alum also shared his thoughts on the controversial female-led reboot‚ which got mixed reviews when it was released in 2016. Hudson said of the movie starring Melissa McCarthy‚ Kate McKinnon‚ Leslie Jones‚ and Kristen Wiig‚ “Look‚ I’m a fan of [director] Paul Feig‚ so I have nothing negative about him to say. Other than: I don’t quite understand why you do a reboot‚ you know what I mean? Just make another movie.” He further stated that he finds the film’s four stars “brilliantly funny on their own” but said “Ghostbusters” fans were looking for something different. “Fans were really invested in the story and the characters and I think it was disappointing. I enjoyed the movie‚ but I think it wasn’t what fans were hoping for‚” Hudson told the outlet.

Trump Says He Will Post Bond In ‘Cash’ After Appeals Court Lowers ‘Ridiculous’ Amount In NY Civil Fraud Case

Trump Says He Will Post Bond In ‘Cash’ After Appeals Court Lowers ‘Ridiculous’ Amount In NY Civil Fraud Case

After a ruling from a New York Appeals Court on Monday allowing him to post a significantly lower bond in his civil business fraud judgment‚ former President Donald Trump said he would soon post the now-$175 million bond. Instead of posting a bond of $464 million‚ the appeals court ruled that Trump must now guarantee $175 million‚ ABC News correspondent Aaron Katersky reported. The appeals court ruling also means that Trump can continue to run his business in New York and gives him an additional 10 days to post the reduced bond‚ according to CNN. “This also shows how ridiculous and outrageous [Judge Arthur] Engoron’s original decision was at $450 Million‚” Trump said in a post on Truth Social. “I DID NOTHING WRONG‚ AND NEW YORK SHOULD NEVER BE PUT IN A POSITION LIKE THIS AGAIN. BUSINESSES ARE FLEEING‚ VIOLENT CRIME IS FLOURISHING‚ AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THIS BE RESOLVED IN ITS TOTALITY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU!” The former president‚ who appeared in a Manhattan court on Monday for the Stormy Daniels hush money case‚ told reporters on his way out of the courtroom that he would post the civil fraud judgment bond in “cash.” Trump says he will pay the bond in CASH. pic.twitter.com/Iln5mpLv1H — The Post Millennial (@TPostMillennial) March 25‚ 2024 In his Truth Social post‚ Trump threw in some more shots at Judge Arthur Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James. “Judge Engoron has refused to obey the decision of the Appellate Division relative to the Statute of Limitations. This is a confrontation between a Judge and those that rule above him – A very bad situation in which to place New York State and the Rule of Law!” the former president wrote. “Engoron has disrespected the Appellate Division and its very clear and precise ruling. He should be made to do so‚ and at the same time‚ release the GAG ORDER. This is the 5th time in this case that he has been overturned‚ a record. His credibility‚ and that of Letitia James‚ has been shattered.” The appeals court decision came hours after the deadline for Trump to post the bond hit on Monday‚ meaning James could seek to collect on the former president and seize his assets. The court’s decision will likely prevent James from pursuing the seizure of Trump’s property for now. In a statement‚ a spokesman for James said Trump would still be held accountable. CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP “Donald Trump is still facing accountability for his staggering fraud. The court has already found that he engaged in years of fraud to falsely inflate his net worth and unjustly enrich himself‚ his family‚ and his organization‚” the statement said‚ according to CNN. “The $464 million judgment – plus interest – against Donald Trump and the other defendants still stands.”

Judge Dismisses Trump’s Attempt To Delay Hush Money Trial

Judge Dismisses Trump’s Attempt To Delay Hush Money Trial

Former President Donald Trump’s attempt to further delay the hush money trial against him was dismissed on Monday by Judge Juan Merchan‚ who moved forward with the April 15 start date. Trump appeared in a Manhattan courtroom Monday morning and requested another delay in the case against him‚ where he is charged with falsifying business records while covering up an alleged affair with porn actress Stormy Daniels. Earlier this month‚ Merchan moved the trial start date to April 15 after Trump’s attorneys argued that they needed more time to review a new dump of roughly 195‚000 pages of material that could be used as evidence. During Monday’s hearings‚ however‚ the judge was unconvinced when Trump’s lawyers argued that they needed additional time to review the documents. Prosecutors argued that only around 300 pages in the roughly 195‚000-page dump were “relevant usable new documents‚” while the defense said “tens of thousands” could be important in the case‚ The New York Times reported. “We’re not doing our jobs if we don’t independently look at the new material‚” Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche told Merchan. But Merchan‚ who donated to President Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign‚ didn’t buy the argument‚ even calling the defense’s assertions that the prosecution violated discovery rules “very confusing.” Merchan did‚ however‚ allow Trump’s legal team the opportunity to file another motion seeking to delay the trial based on pre-trial publicity concerns‚ CNN reported. The hush money case‚ brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and widely viewed as the weakest case against the former president‚ was the first in a slew of criminal charges against Trump and made Trump the first ex-president to be charged with a crime. After Monday’s court hearing‚ Trump said the prosecution is fighting over the timing of the trial because they want it to begin before the 2024 election‚ calling the trial “election interference.” CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP “This is a pure case of voter intimidation and election interference‚ and it shouldn’t be allowed to happen‚” Trump told reporters gathered outside the courtroom‚ adding‚ “As you know DA Bragg did not want to bring this case. He was forced into it for outside reasons‚ and it’s a disgrace that it can happen. This was a case that could’ve been brought three and a half years ago‚ but they decide to wait [until] now‚ just during the election‚ so that I won’t be able to campaign.”

Biden Admin To Spend Nearly $800k To Study Effects Of ‘Structural Racism’ On Kidney Health

Biden Admin To Spend Nearly $800k To Study Effects Of ‘Structural Racism’ On Kidney Health

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will spend nearly $800‚000 taxpayer dollars in an effort to curtail the effects of “structural racism” on chronic kidney disease by applying Critical Race Theory to the field of health. The whopping sum of $790‚955 will be allocated to Emory University in Atlanta‚ Georgia‚ to support the institution’s attempt to “mitigate the effects of structural racism on chronic kidney disease disparities among African Americans.” The researchers claim that the current treatment regimen for chronic kidney disease (CDK) “fails to attend to the role of structural racism‚” citing “racial disparities.” The grant description goes on to explain that researchers will use “public health critical race practice‚ a public health framework that addresses change through an anti-racism lens.” Public health critical race praxis‚ which has been referenced in academic articles‚ focuses on “race consciousness‚” the “primacy of racialization‚” “race as a social construct‚” and the “ordinariness of racism.” The push to embed Critical Race Theory into the federal government comes as the Biden administration has institutionalized the diversity‚ equity‚ and inclusion (DEI) agenda throughout the federal agencies that make up the executive branch. The HHS-backed study hypothesizes that “comprehensive systems change implemented through an anti-racism lens will improve access to all steps of care along the CKD continuum among African American patients‚ thereby decreasing existing racial inequities.” The study states that its long term goal is to “eliminate racial inequities in CKD progression‚ treatment‚ and care among patients within Emory Healthcare.” The sum from the HHS comes from two different sub agencies‚ with $500‚000 coming from the National Institute of Nursing Research and $290‚955 coming from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Disease. The grant agreement‚ which began in September 2023‚ is set to last until June 2028. The program official from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for the project is listed as Jennifer Michelle Norton‚ the Program Director at the National Institutes of Diabetes and Digestive Kidney Disease. “I support efforts to implement health equity research‚ with special emphasis on the role social determinants play in kidney and urologic health; disease; and racial‚ ethnic and socioeconomic disparities‚” Norton states. “Within the kidney health equity field‚ my focus is on epidemiology and interventions that occur in community settings.” A representative of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive Health spoke on behalf of Dr. Norton‚ telling The Daily Wire that the study is part of an effort to address the “social determinants of health.” The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive Health goals include “advancing the understanding of biological pathways and environmental contributors to health and disease—as well as pivotal clinical studies and trials that address these pathways for prevention‚ treatment‚ and cures in diverse populations‚” the spokeswoman said. “One of the ways to achieve these goals is to support research that addresses the social determinants of health and the structural factors that shape their distribution across populations and contribute to disease heterogeneity and health disparities.” This is not the only time that HHS has allocated taxpayer dollars to ideologically motivated projects that embrace the diversity‚ equity‚ and inclusion agenda. The National Institutes of Health (NIH)‚ a subagency of HHS‚ allocated over $1.4 million in taxpayer funds to San Francisco State University to support a study on “anti-racist healing in nature‚” The Daily Wire revealed. “Health disparities are linked to chronic stress and the proposed research will gather knowledge about anti-racist healing in nature as a tool for stress reduction in BIPOC young adults‚” the study description read. Study participants had to “identify as a person from the latine/x/o‚ Black‚ Pacific Islander‚ and/or Filipinx community” and were “Free weekend trips and rides to the Redwoods” in addition to receiving $100. But in addition to pushing DEI and Critical Race Theory‚ HHS has also promoted radical transgender theory on children. Just under $700k in taxpayer funds was given to an organization by HHS for the purpose of developing transgender-inclusive sex education programs for children as young as 14 years old‚ The Daily Wire also revealed. “Youth who are assigned female at birth … are at risk for negative sexual health outcomes yet are effectively excluded from sexual health programs because gender-diverse youth do not experience the cisgender‚ heteronormative teen sexual education messaging available to them as salient or applicable‚” the award description reads. The NIH also funded a study on the use of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormone treatment to the tune of $3 million despite transgender children’s hospitals admitting that the practice could result in permanent sterilization. While the Biden administration has worked to embed far-left beliefs on race and gender into the initiatives of the federal government‚ policy architects from the former Trump administration have crafted plans to gut the administrative state if Trump is reelected. Others are preparing to fill in the gap left by outgoing officials‚ assembling a personnel database of those who might serve in the next administration through the Project 2025 Presidential Transition Project‚ an initiative from the Heritage Foundation that seeks to “pave the way for an effective conservative Administration.”

Ben Shapiro Shows How Biden Has Made Fentanyl Crisis Worse In New Docu-Series Episode

Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro visited one of America’s forgotten cities devastated by the fentanyl crisis to speak with family members of people who have died from drug overdoses in the latest episode of his docu-series‚ “The Divided States of Biden.”  In the episode‚ Shapiro traveled to Camden‚ New Jersey‚ a city that has been completely ravaged by drugs‚ overdose deaths‚ and homelessness. He spoke with those who have been negatively impacted and why advocates are demanding that the Biden administration do more to fight the spread of fentanyl throughout America.  “In the heart of America’s towns and cities‚ a silent crisis brews‚ one that knows no boundaries‚ spares no community‚ and leaves a trail of devastation in its wake‚” Shapiro said. “The fentanyl crisis has become America’s deadliest drug epidemic‚ claiming lives with unprecedented potency and stealth. Behind the statistics lie the real stories of loss and despair‚ and a growing sense of abandonment by those who know that Joe Biden and his administration have not done nearly enough to protect American citizens.” China sends it to Mexico. The Mexican drug cartels move it across our border. 100‚000+ Americans die of fentanyl poisoning every year – it kills more Americans 18-45 than any other cause. This is the on-the-ground story of America’s silent epidemic – an act of war against the… pic.twitter.com/nml57CtMJw — Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) March 25‚ 2024 The episode “Fentanyl: America’s Silent Epidemic” features interviews with advocates‚ lawmakers‚ and investigators who have dug into the worsening crisis. It was released on Sunday on DailyWire+.  Fentanyl overdoses have skyrocketed in recent years‚ rising from just 3‚000 in 2013 to more than 73‚000 in 2022. Death by fentanyl overdose is‚ by many estimates‚ the leading cause of death for those ages 18 to 45. To get a firsthand look at the crisis‚ Shapiro went to Kensington Avenue in Camden‚ where drug use is rampant and out in the open. Shapiro said that once someone enters the area‚ “all hell breaks loose.”  “It’s just miles of drug addicts‚ people who are missing limbs and toes and fingers‚” Shapiro said. “You’re seeing people who are bent over at the waist because the drugs have done such horrific things to their body they’re not capable of standing up straight. It looks like something out of ‘The Walking Dead.’” WATCH: Fentanyl: America’s Silent Epidemic During the episode‚ Shapiro spoke with several women who lost family members to drug overdoses. They are now advocates for cracking down on those who distribute illicit drugs and called on the Biden administration to do more to shut down the flow of drugs coming over the U.S. southern border.  April Babcock‚ whose son Austen died of fentanyl poisoning‚ said Biden’s border policies are a “punch” to her face.  “I thought the sitting president is supposed to put Americans first‚” she told Shapiro. “He has given operational control to the Mexican cartels. That’s exactly what he’s done.” CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP Shapiro agreed‚ saying that decisive action was needed to stop the flow of fentanyl across the border.  “It’s simply not in China’s and Mexico’s interest to stop the fentanyl trafficking‚ which means that absent strong American action‚ nothing is going to get done‚” Shapiro said. “Solutions like increased funding for detection technology at our border or say‚ you know‚ shutting down the border itself haven’t been tried either. All of this information leads to the same conclusion: Joe Biden is unserious about fentanyl‚ and people are dying in unprecedented numbers because of it.”

‘The Crown’ Actress Insists She’d Be Paid ‘A F*** Lot More’ If She Were A Man

Actress Olivia Coleman insists she’d be paid more if she were a man. The 50-year-old British star spoke candidly about the perceived gender pay gap in Hollywood as a guest on CNN’s “The Amanpour Hour.”  “Don’t get me started on the pay disparity‚ but male actors get paid more because they used to say they drew in the audiences‚” the actress said. “And actually‚ that hasn’t been true for decades but they still like to use that as a reason to not pay women as much as their male counterparts.” Amanpour asked if she herself was being underpaid even though she’s an Oscar-winning actress. “I’m very aware that if I was Oliver Colman‚ I’d be earning a f*** of a lot more than I am‚” Coleman replied. “I know of one pay disparity‚ which is a 12‚000% difference.”   View this post on Instagram   A post shared by CNN (@cnn) The actress is best known stateside for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth in the hit Netflix period drama series “The Crown” during season 3 and season 4‚ a part that earned her a Golden Globe Award and Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress. She also received Academy Award nominations for her performances in the dramas “The Father” (2020) and “The Lost Daughter” (2021). The topic of pay disparity between different sexes and races has been a hot topic in Hollywood for some time. Recently‚ actress Taraji P. Henson made similar comments about black female actors not being paid their worth. “I’m just tired of working so hard‚ being gracious at what I do‚ getting paid a fraction of the cost‚” Henson said during an appearance on Gayle King’s SiriusXM show in December 2023‚ as The Daily Wire previously reported.  CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP “I’m tired of hearing my sisters say the same thing over and over. You get tired. I hear people go‚ ‘You work a lot.’ I have to‚” she said. “The math ain’t math-ing. And you start working a lot‚ you have a team. Big bills come with what we do. We don’t do this alone. It’s a whole team behind us. They have to get paid.” “They play in your face. And I’m just supposed to smile and grin and bear and just keep going‚” Henson added. “Enough is enough.”

‘Yellowstone’ Star Says He ‘Got Kicked Off’ Plane For Refusing To Sit By Masked Passenger: Report

“Yellowstone” star Forrie J. Smith said he was kicked off an airplane over the weekend because he refused to sit beside a masked passenger. In a video posted Sunday on his Instagram account‚ the 65-year-old actor said he was stranded at the airport in Houston‚ Texas‚ because he spoke up about another passenger wearing a face covering. “I just got kicked off a plane in — where the hell am I at? — Houston‚ Texas‚ because I told them I didn’t feel comfortable sitting next to somebody with a mask on‚” Smith told his fans. “I’ve been sitting in the airport for three hours‚ yeah‚ I’m drinking‚” he added. “But I ain’t drunk. But they throwed me off the plane because I’m drunk because you people won’t stand up and tell everybody what bulls**t this is.” “I just told them I didn’t feel comfortable about sitting next to somebody that had to wear a mask‚” Smith continued. “And I’m off the plane.” At the time of this publication‚ it is unclear where he was traveling to‚ what exactly happened on the plane‚ or which airline allegedly kicked him off the flight. “Yellowstone” star Forrie J. Smith took to Instagram to say he was “kicked off” a flight and left stranded in Houston after refusing to sit next to another passenger wearing a mask. https://t.co/UnPSmIpAKR — NBC News (@NBCNews) March 25‚ 2024 The star of the Paramount series has been vocal in the past about COVID vaccinations and previously didn’t appear at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2022 over vaccine requirements‚ NBC News noted. “I’m not vaccinated‚ I will not get vaccinated‚” Smith said in a since-deleted Instagram post. “I believe they compromise your immunities … It’s no offense to anyone.” “It’s just my beliefs‚” he added .”I just don’t believe in that stuff.”  CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP The popular Taylor Sheridan-created western drama is coming to an end this year following scheduling conflicts with Kevin Costner. Fans are awaiting the second half of Season 5 when it hits the network in November.  Last year‚ rumors surfaced that Costner was leaving the show at the height of its popularity. He recently opened up about what caused his departure from the popular series over a scheduling conflict. Costner said Paramount “walked away” from negotiations. “We did negotiate. There were issues about creative. I tried to break the log jam. They walked away.” “Yellowstone” has been nominated for a handful of awards since the show debuted in 2018‚ with Costner scoring a Golden Globe in 2023‚ the first major win for the show.
