And before CNN could cut away — which was hilarious if you catch the look on Dana Bash’s face once they do, and her “Oookay” with a shocked eyes-closed expression because she realizes what they just aired — he even managed to threaten Jake Tapper and his co-author! It was an eventful few minutes! Jill Biden, meanwhile, was no where to be seen according to the Telegraph: Joe Biden made his first public appearance since being diagnosed with prostate cancer but his wife, Jill kept a low profile. The former president appeared in good spirits, although he coughed several times throughout the speech at a Memorial Day service in Delaware. Mrs Biden, who has been under intense scrutiny following the publication of a book which claimed her husband’s declining mental state was covered up during his time in the White House, stayed under the radar. The book, Original Sin, by Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, painted a picture of Mrs Biden silencing critics and rising to become “one of the most powerful first ladies in history,” managing the White House behind the scenes. Jill Biden might be evil, but she’s not dumb. With talk stirring about Congressional inquiries and taped transcripts under oath, there was no way she was going to be caught in front of cameras to face those questions. I’m assuming the Biden clan isn’t too worried about putting Joe out in front of the cameras at this point. Even with his incompetency on full display, no matter what he says it’ll just be chalked up to that same incompetency — the same thing that will ensure he never pays for his own part in the coverups. Just before CNN cut away to a shocked Dana Bash, the CNN reporter on scene asked Biden about Democrats who said he should have avoided running for a second term to begin with. I learned something about how the brain works back in my school days. (Eons and eons ago, I assure you.) I think there is some good wisdom in it, namely that almost every “source” I see talking about this is a Far-Left publication, most notably the NY Times and MSNBC. I do not see anything from Fox News or even the NY Post. So that’s red flag number one for me. Then gradually the scope expands beyond just fighting terrorism, and starts to slowly target American citizens. That’s how I see this thing going. I suspect President Trump may not be properly informed and very understandably busy with other things. I’m not blaming JD Vance either, I’m just saying something stinks here and I don’t like it. Reports of a violent attack are just breaking out of Colorado reportedly involving multiple attackers and multiple victims. Molotov cocktails were the primary weapon used in the attack, from what I can tell. It is officially being described as a TERROR ATTACK by the FBI. This is a very early report, and details could change as more information becomes available. The attack occurred just a few minutes ago, and early reports have labeled the attackers as a Pro-Palestinian group. The victims were apparently part of a public vigil being held for the remaining hostages held by Hamas. Scharff was fluent in English, speaking with a distinctly upper-crust accent that hundreds of American POWs would later recall as one of his trademarks. In 1939, the Scharffs took an ill-timed holiday in Germany. When war broke out, Scharff was drafted into the military. He was initially supposed to be sent to the Eastern Front, but his outraged wife demanded an audience with Nazi officers, arguing Scharff’s fluency in English should be utilized. He was then assigned to the Luftwaffe, where he served as an interpreter listening in on Allied communications. Scharff quickly showed his aptitude for more than simple translations — he was brilliant at deciphering intel from the messages. His perceptiveness landed him a new job: interrogating American soldiers who were shot down over enemy territory. Over the course of the war, Scharff was the interrogator for hundreds of American Air Force officers, pilots and more. And he did it all without threats or torture. German intelligence officers had learned from their spies that small-town American newspapers were a treasure trove of information, giving them insights into soldiers’ families, high schools, enlistment details and more. Although POWs were instructed to only ever divulge their names, ranks and serial numbers, Scharff often knew more than that before they even met him. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of their lives, keeping files on high-profile officers and pilots, with information gleaned from newspapers, tidbits from other captured soldiers and photographs. He even kept a photo of one famed pilot in his office for months before the man crashed behind enemy lines and ended up in Scharff’s office.
