Harjit Kaur‚ 30‚ went in for an abortion at a clinic in Melbourne‚ Australia last month and instead of just her baby losing its life‚ Kaur died as well. This procedure is the same one that the left likes to try and convince us is “safe.” Kaur had just accepted an IT job with Nike and was “preparing to buy a family home with her husband‚ Sukhjinder Singh‚” Daily Mail reported. The couple shared a four-year-old daughter and a two-year-old son when they found out Kaur was pregnant again. Unfortunately‚ Kaur decided to abort their third child. Originally she’d planned to have a medication abortion which slowly kills the child in the womb and forces the mother to deliver the remains. These drugs are incredibly dangerous not only for the baby in the womb but also for the mother who‚ as Kaur was alerted‚ can bleed and suffer from intense pain for weeks following the procedure. These pills are also not always successful so Kaur was told by a nurse that a surgical abortion‚ where the child is ripped limb by limb from the womb of his or her mother‚ would be the best option moving forward. Last month Kaur visited Hampton Park Women’s Health Clinic for her scheduled abortion procedure. Reports indicate that at 12:57 P.M.‚ Kaur texted her husband to let him know that she was about to be taken back to the operating room and that she'd reach out when she was finished.  Kaur never spoke to her husband again. Instead‚ Dr. Rudolph Lopes called Kaur’s husband and said that her heartbeat stopped while moving her into the general ward after they’d gone through with aborting her baby.  “I don’t know how I drove my car to get there‚” Singh confessed. “I tried to enter the general ward but they stopped me and asked me to stay outside. Five minutes later the doctor came to me and said‚ ‘Sorry your wife is dead.’” This story is one the leftist media will try their best to conceal because it exposes how dangerous abortions are for women.  As Live Action noted‚ a first-trimester suction D&;C abortion which Kaur had‚ “can cause injuries to the woman’s uterus or cervix‚ and the intestines‚ bladder‚ and nearby blood vessels may also be injured. Women are also at risk of hemorrhage‚ infection‚ and death.” "She was so young and healthy‚" Singh said about his dead wife. “'She just struggled her whole life for better life. She was so excited to move in her new home. She had lots of dreams‚” he added. “I'm fully destroyed.” Unfortunately this isn’t the first time‚ and it likely won't be the last‚ that a woman has died after getting an abortion. As LifeNews.com noted‚ last year a 19-year-old Canadian woman and her child died after she took the abortion pill that people like to say is “safer than Tylenol.”  Similarly‚ a 24-year-old woman died in 2022 after having complications following the abortion that she had.  We need to stop allowing the left to push this idea that abortion is safe and is somehow part of health “care.” Ending the life of at least one person is never “care” nor is it ever “safe.”    

Two congressional committees held dueling hearings on Artificial Intelligence Tuesday. However‚ only one committee appeared to hone in on the rapidly growing threat that the technology poses to conservatives: how the Biden administration could hijack AI to censor Americans. The House Judiciary Select Weaponization Subcommittee held a hearing on a damning report that the Biden-led National Science Foundation (NSF) provided grants totaling $13 million to entities developing AI-generated tools to tackle so-called mis- and disinformation. In a concurrent hearing by the House Subcommittee on Research &; Technology. However‚ in that concurrent hearing‚ all but one Republican refused to question the NSF Special Assistant to the Director of Artificial Intelligence on her agency’s ongoing efforts to fund programs that could lead to the censorship of dissenting American voices. Fired-up Republicans‚ led by Weaponization Subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH)‚ said the Biden administration’s efforts on AI sought to thwart the First Amendment. The subcommittee unearthed emails revealing that some NSF grantees claimed Americans “cannot effectively sort truth from fiction online” and that individuals who read the Bible and the Constitution were vulnerable to misinformation.  Jordan warned that the Biden administration gave taxpayer funds to censor Americans' speech. “[If y]ou think the Bible is sacred‚ you support the Constitution and you view primary sources to think for yourself‚ [then] you’re the problem‚” Jordan said‚ referring to an NSF-funded program at MIT.  The Ohio lawmaker issued a subsequent subpoena demanding the NSF turn over documents related to this contentious AI-generated censorship plan. Among the grantees were the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ($750‚000)‚ the University of Madison-Wisconsin ($5.75 million)‚ the University of Michigan ($750‚000) and tech non-profit Meedan ($5.75 million). Indeed—MIT launched the “Search Lit” platform‚ the University of Wisconsin-Madison created “CourseCorrect‚” the University of Michigan developed “WiseDex” and Meedan launched “Co-Insights.” The funds went for a program dubbed the “Trust &; Authenticity in Communication Systems‚” House Republicans declared in an interim report.  According to House Republicans‚ NSF sought to implement “education and training materials” to shield individuals they deemed subjectable to disinformation. Unfortunately‚ all but one of the subcommittee’s Republicans entirely ignored the threat of censorship or the Weaponization Subcommittee’s evidence of NSF misconduct.  The sole Republican to speak on the issue was Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA)‚ who arrived at the hearing late because he was also a member of the Weaponization Subcommittee. Issa forcefully pressed DeBlanc-Knowles to address the NSF’s rampant censorship problem. “Is there any real difference between paying to abridge speech and directly abridging speech?” Issa asked. DeBlanc-Knowles’s rambling response did not provide any answer to this question. Issa then added: “There’s no question we would have not formed a special select Committee on the Weaponization of Government if not for organizations like the National Science Foundation‚ in fact‚ participating in what we call ‘weaponization [of government].’ But let’s just call it abridging of free speech‚ which is what I’m choosing to do here today.” While the other Republicans refused to ask probing questions‚ Democratic Party representatives used the Research and Technology hearing as an opportunity to pressure grant recipients into including diversity‚ equity and inclusion (DEI) and other racist designs in their programs. Rep. Valerie Foushie (D-NC) specifically demanded speakers detail how DEI could be instilled in their work‚ asking‚ “How does [your] corporate governance structure reflect equitable access or diversity‚ equity and inclusion” and‚ “Are any of your initial trustees African-American?” Rep. How many Republicans does it take to figure out someone’s God-given biological sex? Evidently‚ in Wyoming‚ 31-2 and 57-5 GOP majorities in the legislature are not enough. Recent allegations by the Kolstad family that Montana Child and Family Services took their daughter to Wyoming to obtain “gender transition” therapy exposes a terrible truth about what should be the most conservative state in America. While Montana passed Senate Bill 99 last session to prohibit chemical castration of minors‚ Wyoming failed to pass what’s become known as Chloe’s Law thanks to opposition from Governor Mark Gordon and House Speaker Albert Sommers. Lukewarm Republicans continue to conquer America’s reddest state for the Democrats thanks to the complacency of conservative media and like-minded groups. After passing the Wyoming Senate 26-5 last February‚ Senate File 0144 was defeated in the Wyoming House Appropriations Committee. Sommers purposely sent the bill to the liberal Appropriations Committee rather than the Labor/Health Committee to ensure it would receive a “do not pass” recommendation. The Wyoming legislature will be back in session later this month with a renewed urgency to ban castration in a state where such barbarism never should have taken hold in the first place. To blunt the momentum behind Chloe’s Law headed into the session‚ the liberal Republicans led by state Rep. Lloyd Larsen introduced HB 0063‚ which is advertised as banning castration of minors. The bill artfully excludes chemical castration from the prohibition‚ however. A bait-and-switch bill Just how lame are Republicans in Wyoming‚ a state where the Republican presidential nominee usually wins by 40 points? State Senator Wendy Schuler‚ a co-sponsor of the new bill‚ praised the new loincloth legislation as “a little less frightening for our medical folks.” You read that correctly. People like you and me who believe we shouldn’t sterilize and mutilate people are the frightening ones‚ not the people performing the mutilation. It looks like California Democrats got lost on their way to the once Golden State and now occupy what should be God’s country. In addition to allowing chemical castration‚ the new bait-and-switch bill guts all punishment for medical professionals who physically castrate the minor. Also‚ unlike Chloe’s law‚ HB 0063 leaves out nurses‚ mental health professionals‚ and insurance companies from potentially playing a role in these castrations. In other words‚ it is a perfect GOP bill designed to jujitsu the energy of the GOP voters into oblivion‚ all the while continuing to evince the image of a conservative for their upcoming primaries. It is truly shocking how radical leftists have been able to operate as Republicans for so long in Wyoming. Their mindset is so extreme that in their new loincloth legislation‚ they even refer to God-given sexuality as “sex assigned at birth.” Larsen‚ the bill’s sponsor‚ hosted Artemis Langford‚ a massive guy who famously barreled himself into the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at the University of Wyoming. You can see how Larsen gushed over Langford while referring to him repeatedly as a female. This is so cringe. This is Artemis Langford‚ the man who transed his way into University of Wyoming sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma‚ where he reportedly watched girls change while sporting an erection. — (@) Just as the university has disgraced itself with its embrace of transgenderism‚ it’s just as disgraceful that an abortion clinic in Casper‚ Wellspring Health Access‚ offers chemical castration “care.” How is it possible that an abortion clinic continues to operate within the state at all? The law banning abortions was enjoined last year by Teton County Judge Melissa Owens‚ a leftist appointed by the Republican governor just months prior. Even if Wyoming’s abortion law survives‚ the clinic can remain open to mutilate children instead of murdering them. A land of lukewarm Republicans Wyoming is a one-party state chock-full of Republicans who make Nikki Haley look like Ron DeSantis. Unless conservatives change the nature of the Republicans they elect‚ it will remain the “Brokeback Mountain” version of the Cowboy State. Last year‚ Speaker Sommers argued passionately in favor of continuing to teach gender studies and queer theory at the University of Wyoming. He also blocked the Parental Rights in Education Act‚ which would have barred public schoolteachers in kindergarten through third grade from needlessly offering lessons on sexuality. All the while‚ Wyoming’s Republican governor quietly encourages the leftward tilt of the state as he gives speeches at Harvard promoting the global warming agenda. These lukewarm Republicans‚ these leftist fellow travelers‚ continue to conquer America’s reddest state for the Democrats thanks to the complacency of conservative media and like-minded groups. We see from former Rep. Liz Cheney garnering just 29% of the vote in her 2022 congressional primary that if conservatives stay focused and educate the public about these incumbents‚ they will not only be defeated but roundly humiliated. Politicians like Sommers and Gordon are objectively to the left of Cheney on most issues. The fact that they continue to thrive is a testament to our failure to focus on our own sphere of influence.

America’s existence is rooted in a critical collection of values. At the head of those values‚ arguably‚ is the rule of law. Our society cannot survive without respect for law and order. It all starts at the top. In this case‚ the lawlessness we see can be traced back to Barack Obama’s presidency. Obama weaponized the IRS and the FBI to attack his political adversaries. More than a decade later‚ his contempt for the rule of law has filtered down everywhere. Democratic politicians such as Nancy Pelosi‚ Chuck Schumer‚ Adam Schiff‚ Bernie Sanders‚ and Maxine Waters regularly disregard the rule of law when it suits their purposes. As contempt for the nation’s laws increases‚ citizens are left with the impression that they can decide for themselves what laws they should obey. By refusing to enforce a variety of laws — he called it “prosecutorial discretion” — Obama encouraged an atmosphere of contempt for law and order that would have been unthinkable just a few years earlier. We are suffering from his failure right now as the social order crumbles due to the breakdown of basic legal principles‚ disrespect for existing laws‚ and the imposition of arbitrary standards of justice. First‚ the breakdown of basic legal principles. Local governments — practically all run by Democrats — show more concern for criminals than for law-abiding citizens. Our cities are being torn apart by rioting‚ looting‚ and arson as mayors and governors encourage the breakdown of civil order. A prime example is New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Adams believes that the city’s massive crime problem can be solved by going soft on criminals. Instead‚ he places the blame on alleged white racism. In plain English‚ Adams is abdicating his responsibility to fight crime by playing the race card. Adams has expressed his approval of the weak-on-crime stance of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg won his election “on a highly progressive platform advocating a prosecutorial focus on ‘racial equity‚’” Hannah E. Meyers writes in City Journal‚ “that embraces non-prosecution‚ minimizing detention in favor of decarceration and decriminalization.” Bragg’s office will not seek jail for anything short of murder or certain types of deadly assault. Minor crimes‚ such as trespassing‚ theft‚ fare beating‚ routine traffic violations‚ and prostitution won’t be prosecuted at all. Under Bragg’s supervision‚ armed robbers who use guns or other deadly weapons to rob stores will be prosecuted only for petty larceny‚ a misdemeanor‚ if no victims are seriously injured and there is no “genuine risk of physical harm” to anyone. How can there be no “genuine risk of physical harm” when the robber points a loaded weapon at his victim? This is pure double-talk. It suggests that Bragg will bend over backward to avoid prosecuting criminals. When criminals are arrested for committing violent crimes‚ they are back out on the streets the very next day if not within hours. An example just occurred in New York‚ as a gang of illegal immigrants attacked two police officers in Times Square. A photo shows one of the perpetrators giving the finger as he is released from custody. Why should illegal aliens respect our laws when our own government fails to do so? We need to recognize that Adams‚ Bragg‚ Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson‚ and other ineffective leaders did not appear out of thin air. People elected them. Progressive politicians throughout the country are taking us down the road to anarchy. When a California woman who murdered her boyfriend by stabbing him 108 times gets no jail time‚ we don’t have a legal system. And yes‚ that outrageous verdict was announced a few days ago. Nothing illustrates the lack of respect for existing laws more than Joe Biden’s open-border policy‚ which ignores federal immigration law. His policy has been supported by “sanctuary cities” that behave as though federal law does not apply to them. Why should illegal aliens respect our laws when our own government fails to do so? Biden is merely following in Obama’s footsteps by turning the Justice Department and FBI against American citizens. He is sending a message that anything goes in the pursuit of power‚ from weaponizing the justice system against his political opponents to rigging elections. Finally‚ consider the double standard in law enforcement. Democrats and Republicans receive very different treatment from the legal system. Hundreds of violent demonstrations driven by Black Lives Matter in the aftermath of the George Floyd case in 2020 went unpunished while nonviolent January 6 protesters — Republicans — have been arrested and denied due process. A nonviolent pro-life demonstrator is facing 10 years behind bars. Paul Vaughn and others were found guilty of felony conspiracy for peacefully singing hymns at an abortion clinic. “That makes you a felon in Joe Biden’s Department of Justice‚” Vaughn said. By contrast‚ law enforcement has downplayed violence against Catholic churches and crisis pregnancy centers‚ which counsel against abortions. The most frightening example of the double standard is the coordinated campaign by Democratic officials to interfere with a presidential election by preventing Donald Trump from running in November. He has been accused falsely of fomenting an insurrection on January 6. His business practices have been called into account. His home was raided by the FBI. If successful‚ this campaign would destroy any semblance of legitimacy for the American system of justice. As a postscript‚ a sitting member of Congress has announced publicly that she is‚ in fact‚ an operative of a foreign government. U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) is showing complete contempt for our system of laws‚ and yet there she sits on Capitol Hill. As contempt for the nation’s laws increases‚ citizens are left with the impression that they can decide for themselves what laws they should obey. For many Americans‚ lawless activities such as looting the local Target store and setting the police station on fire are now considered acceptable. Where do we go from here?

Actress Gina Carano has now filed a lawsuit against Disney and Lucasfilm after Elon Musk helped finance lawyers willing to take up her case of alleged wrongful termination and discrimination.Carano‚ a former MMA fighter‚ spent two seasons playing Rebel ranger Cara Dune on the smash hit "Star Wars" series "The Mandalorian." Despite the success of the show and Carano's obvious popularity with fans‚ Disney executives fired her in February 2021‚ claiming that some of her social media posts were not in keeping with the company's "values.""Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future‚" a statement from Lucasfilm said at the time. "Nevertheless‚ her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable."During and after the government lockdowns of 2020‚ Carano took to Twitter‚ now called X‚ and questioned a number of national policies‚ including those regarding vaccine mandates and election integrity. "I was being hunted down from everything I posted to every post I liked because I was not in line with the acceptable narrative of the time‚" Carano said in a lengthy X post announcing the lawsuit. "My words were consistently twisted to demonize &; dehumanize me as an alt-right-wing extremist."It was a bullying smear campaign aimed at silencing‚ destroying &; making an example out of me."Not only was Carano targeted because of her personal opinions‚ the lawsuit said‚ but because she's a woman.
