Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) slammed Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday during a heated Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing over the Biden administration’s foreign policy failures. “You have presided over the worst foreign policy disaster of modern times,” Cruz began in his grilling of Blinken. “When Joe Biden became president, he inherited peace and prosperity in the world. We now have two simultaneous wars waging—the worst war in Europe since World War II and the worst war in the Middle East in 50 years. Both, I believe, were caused by this administration’s consistent weakness.” Cruz said that the administration’s foreign policy was “precisely backwards from what a rational American foreign policy should be,” including attacking and weakening U.S. allies while emboldening and strengthening U.S. adversaries. Cruz hit Blinken over a report from The Washington Post earlier this month that said the administration was “working urgently to stave off a full-scale Israeli invasion of Rafah” by “offering Israel valuable assistance in an effort to persuade it to hold back, including sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli military pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders and find the group’s hidden tunnels.” Blinken claimed that the report was completely false and the administration has not withheld that type of information from the Israelis. “[Israel is] quite aware you disagree with their plan to kill the Hamas terrorists because you and the president have vocally said it,” Cruz said. “To be clear, your State Department, on the morning of October 7th, sent out a tweet telling Israel not to engage in military retaliation. I called you out at three in the morning, and you deleted that tweet. The next day, you personally, on October 8, sent a tweet saying you’d spoken with the Turkish foreign minister and Israel should not retaliate. From the very beginning, the Biden administration has consistently at every stage told Israel—and by the way, when I called your tweet out, you deleted it again—at every stage, you have been telling Israel, ‘do not kill the terrorists.’ And that has been from day one.” Cruz proceeded to grill Blinken on the administration withholding weapons from Israel and relaxing sanctions enforcement against Iran, which has enabled the regime to make tens of billions of dollars in oil revenue. None of the aid that President Joe Biden has sent to Gaza via a floating pier that the U.S. Military constructed has reached the Palestinian people, a U.S. official said this week. Pentagon spokesperson Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder said on Tuesday that none of the 569 tons of aid transported to Gaza since last week has reached the Palestinian people. “The U.S. military is delivering [the aid] to the causeway. It’s then taken by non-U.S. contractors, driven over onto shore, put into an assembly area, which is where the NGOs that are supporting this effort pick it up and take it for onward distribution,” he said. “But as I mentioned, you know, via some discussions that have happened, again, as we work out processes and procedures, alternative routes for the safe movement of that cargo have been established, and aid is now being taken from those assembly areas to warehouses for further distribution throughout Gaza.” Reuters reported that on Saturday, 16 trucks were en route to the warehouse when 11 were overrun and “were cleaned out by Palestinians during the journey through an area that a U.N. official said has been hard to access with humanitarian aid.” Ryder acknowledged during the press conference that the aid was “intercepted by some people who took that aid off those vehicles.” CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP He said that while aid was making it in, none of the aid that has come in from the pier has been distributed to civilians in Gaza. Biden’s $320 million pier for Gaza is at risk of becoming yet another failure for the 81-year-old president as the U.N. World Food Program said it may fail because conditions on the ground in Gaza were not allowing the food to be distributed because the majority of it was being stolen.

But sometimes, there really is a wolf or coyote lurking in the distance, so the herd is ready to run. Pubity recently posted a video on behalf of Granite State Alpacas that shows one of its long-necked residents sounding off to alert his friends about impending danger. Before hearing the sound, one might assume it would have an aggressive or startling tone to it. But it’s actually quite disarming, at least to humans. Get outta here.” “When did you realize your alpaca was a disguised rubber chicken?” another person joked. “According to my labrador, this is in fact a squeaky toy and she would now like to know where I have hidden it ” someone laughed. After searching the internet, we can confirm that all alpacas do indeed have similar alarm calls. But Melody’s sound a bit more hilarious than others. On Monday, former Biden White House flack turned MSNBC host Jen Psaki pushed a wild conspiracy theory that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito sold his shares of Anheuser-Busch in solidarity with a boycott of Bud Light all because of a mysterious tweet. Of course, she made these allegations without a shred of evidence; she didn’t even show the tweet. In April of last year, a trans social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney posted a video with Bud Light cans a part of a March Madness ad campaign. The video went viral and Bud Lights sales dropped almost immediately as a national boycott ensued, causing Anheuser-Busch’s stock price to drop.     According to Psaki, four months later, and unidentified “anti-LGBTQ influencer” allegedly posted a “pre-transition photograph” of Mulvaney (she huffed that the post “disgustingly referred to her as ‘a dude’”). It was that tweet that supposedly triggered Alito’s sell off. “So, an anti-trans boycott breaks out because of one post by one trans influencer and a Supreme Court Justice sells his shares in the company she was endorsing and buys shares from their competitor. I mean just totally normal Supreme Court Justice kind of stuff,” she scoffed. Psaki provided no evidence that this tweet was the reason Alito sold his shares. She couldn’t prove he ever saw the tweet; he doesn’t even have a X account. A more reasonable explanation for Alito’s sell off? Bud Light was suffering from an ongoing boycott. Sales were down because people were adamant about not buying from Bud Light but they wanted their financial support to go somewhere that would hurt Bud Light. Because of this, people became more interested in buying beer from Molson Coors – Bud Lights biggest competitor. People wanted to support Coors as a way to financially hurt Bud Light even more. This lead to Coors having global net sales that amounted to $11.7 billion. The reason for Justice Alito selling his shares was probably more related to the fact that Bud Light had lost over $1.4 billion in sales. If an individual’s stock drops then they sell that stock and usually buy a rising stock that is projected to do better than the stock they originally had. Very few people would want to buy or keep stock of a company that was being boycotted and actively losing money. When one company is boycotted, other companies tend to have a surge in sales and in this case it was Coors. Coors reported that their brand volume grew by 23 percent in the U.S. Psaki's speculation on Alito's stock transactions lacked the likelihood of the Justice seeing a post on a platform he did not have an account for. The reality of his financial actions may be because he was losing money and there was a better stock to buy into. The transcript is below. That’s because The New York Times just reported on an upside down flag that was hung outside his home following January 6th. At a time when that symbol was being used in support of Donald Trump and the big lie. Now, he has blamed all of that on his wife and a feud she was having with the neighbors. Just Mrs. Alito just roguely putting a symbol of the insurrectionists up on the home that he literally must have walked by every single day. Yeah that’s how he describes it. Now, don't forget that Justice Alito also took a luxury fishing trip with a GOP billionaire who had cases before the Supreme Court. His excuse for that one was that the seat on the private plane “would have otherwise been vacant.” Of course, that is what you get on any plane. So, yes, there is a lot of smoke surrounding this one Justice. And amid this avalanche of reporting about just how online and political and cozy with billionaires Justice Samuel Alito is, I keep going back to an interview he gave with The Wall Street Journal in 2022 where he said this “Everyone is free to express disagreements with our decisions and to criticize our reasoning” – okay – “But saying or implying that the court is becoming an illegitimate institution or questioning our integrity crosses an important line.”  (…)
