Well... it's going to be interesting. Reason? freedom of Speech, the 1st Amendment, was actually only designed to give the people their freedom of worship, and to freely redress the government without fear. It doesn't apply to the private sector, per se. The argument can be made, however (if they think of it) that neither does religion apply to government, and actually is in the private sector, and is separated from government affairs by the constitution itself, yet it is protected... so it implies that private sector speech of any form is protected. It's gonna be interesting... and I DON'T trust our courts any longer. I'm sure there will be many discussions about it here.
