Tennessee resident Tony Memmel was born with only hand‚ but that has never stopped him from fulfilling his dream of being a guitar-playing singer/songwriter. Instead‚ Memmel fashioned himself a cast made out of gorilla tape that allows him to "hold" a guitar pick without a hand‚ and went to work. According to his website‚ he has played professionally in 47 out of the 50 states and in over 25 countries‚ playing his songs and giving motivational speeches. According to WTVF-TV‚ love for music runs in the Memmel family‚ as Memmel's five year old son Theo has been singing almost since he was born."Something we noticed in Theo when he was very young‚ before he could speak‚ he could sing‚" Tony told WTVF. "I think it lives in him. He's just taking off and running with it.
