Marc Morano on Fox Business: 'Go After the Entire Net Zero Agenda'

Climate Depot founder Marc Morano eviscerated leftist climate propaganda pushed by elites during an appearance on Fox Business Tuesday.  Morano pointed out the undeniable damage caused by climate policies on a Dec. 26 segment of Fox Business’s The Bottom Line. During the segment‚ he reacted to the latest apocalyptic musings of South Park star Al Gore. Morano shredded elites who speculated about damage from “climate change” while ignoring damage from climate policy. The Climate Depot founder warned that Al Gore is pushing for a future where Gore “and his friends at the United Nations‚ at the World Economic Forum and now at the World Health Organization are going to control our food and agricultural decisions‚ our transportation decisions whether it's the gas-powered car bans and‚ of course‚ all of our energy decisions.” Morano added‚ “So make no mistake‚ it's the climate policy that poses a threat‚ not climate change.” Later in the segment he unequivocally urged viewers to “go after the entire net zero agenda.”  Morano highlighted the insane fear-mongering spewed by climate activists like Gore. “When you see all those headlines and all the media at the end of the year‚ what they're doing is they're selling fear no different than what they did during COVID because when you’re afraid you make poor decisions and you allow authoritarians to take over. That's exactly what we're witnessing here with–juiced scientific claims as well.”  He brought up Gore’s fear of a “billion climate refugees” noting that there may be migration but again pointed out that: “It’s climate policy not climate change that is going to drive migration.” He noted the catastrophic effects of such policies. “What we’re finding is people in Sri Lanka followed climate policy to the collapse of their government–their presidential palace was overrun. The farmers in the–Netherlands were subjected to climate policy‚ and they almost crushed all the small family-run farms.” Morano urged Fox Business viewers to question whether environmentalists’ goals should be implemented at all and asked viewers to question whether extreme measures like giving up the gas-powered car and eating meat are actually necessary. He encouraged listeners instead to reject the net zero movement entirely‚ “I'm arguing we need to challenge this entire premise. They are using climate fear to literally restrict and collapse energy‚ agriculture‚ transportation‚ go right after our freedom of movement.”  Morano further demonstrated just how extreme the implications of the climate change movement really are when he referenced a study claiming that human breathing contributes to climate change. If it was not clear before‚ humans are one of the carbon sources that many of these elites wish to reduce.  Morano also emphasized the undemocratic nature of this environmental movement decided by “executive orders‚ mid-level bureaucrats‚ corporate government collusion” and “executive agencies.”  He called out billionaire leftists such as Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos by name for buying up vast amounts of American farmland. After detailing Bill Gates’ push for “synthetic lab-grown meat” and funding of crackpot “climate change” solutions‚ Morano compared the restrictions championed by the climate cult to elite support for COVID lockdowns. Morano added‚ “You have billionaire evil players at all these organizations‚ and they're saying we can't be saved unless we give over more of our freedom to these billionaires.” Conservatives are under attack! Contact ABC News (818) 460-7477‚ CBS News (212) 975-3247 and NBC News (212) 664-6192 and demand they report on millionaires like Al Gore and billionaires like Bill Gates‚ Jeff Bezos and Michael Bloomberg push to damage American agriculture and energy.

Horowitz: Here’s the must-have legislative fix for biased blue-city prosecutors and juries

Trump supporters have asserted that we must focus on Trump’s indictment‚ because if biased prosecutors could go after a president‚ they could politically target all of us. But that is exactly what they have been doing for the past few years‚ and there is no effort to push state and federal legislation stopping it. Just this week‚ two more prominent cases of politically motivated prosecutions should motivate us not just to fundraise for one particular presidential candidate‚ but to demand immediate legal reforms.Exhibit #1: Douglass MackeyBe careful which election memes‚ polls‚ satire‚ or information you share on social media – you could be facing 10 years in federal prison if the regime’s DOJ determines it’s misinformation. On Friday‚ Michael J. Driscoll‚ assistant director in charge for the FBI’s New York field office‚ announced that Douglass Mackey‚ who went by the name of "Ricky Vaughn" online‚ was found guilty of spreading misinformation during the fall of 2016. He was accused of working with other people on social media to "disseminate fraudulent messages that encouraged supporters of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to ‘vote’ via text message or social media which‚ in reality‚ was legally invalid‚" according to the DOJ press release. Somehow‚ I think that when Congress passed 18 U.S.C. §241‚ which made it a federal crime "to injure‚ oppress‚ threaten‚ or intimidate any person … in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution‚" it did not mean tweeting election memes. It more likely was designed to target election interference like Black Panther militiamen standing outside Philadelphia precincts during that same 2016 election. Of course‚ those people were never indicted. Yet this is exactly what legislators had in mind when they passed the law after the Civil War to prevent white mobs from physically intimidating black voters at the polls. Obviously‚ this meme from Mackey encouraging people to vote via text message was a lie because it was satire. This was the election where the governors illegally transformed the election to mail-in ballots‚ so Mackey was spoofing it by suggesting you can vote any way you want. This is now punishable by up to 10 years in prison. If you think this can’t happen to you‚ just consider the fact that the regime believes anything we say is a lie and is a threat to a “constitutional rights” of one of its chosen classes. If this conviction is allowed to stand‚ there is quite literally no limit to how government administrations can chill political speech. Is it that hard to envision an FBI agent knocking on your door and saying‚ “You just wrote information telling people not to get vaccines or to take a certain therapeutic the CDC doesn’t like. You are engaging in fraud and are an accessory to murder!” Let’s not forget that last year the “National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin” warned about threats from “Domestic Violent Extremists (DVEs)” who “targeted individuals with opposing views engaged in First Amendment-protected‚ non-violent protest activity‚” which include those “motivated by a range of issues‚ including anger over COVID-19 restrictions‚ the 2020 election results …”Mackey was tried in New York because that was the place of his residence in 2016. But does anyone believe a man charged with influencing the election to the detriment of Hillary Clinton can get a fair trial in a place like New York? This is a classic example of the need for federal legislation allowing a defendant to request an expanded jury pool to reflect the political makeup of the broader country when the defendant is clearly targeted as a conservative figure. Exhibit #2 Sgt. Daniel Perry During 2020‚ one of the most horrific violent trends that played out on America’s streets was when BLM rioters would surround unsuspecting motorists and threaten their lives. Conjuring up images of lynchings by Hamas in the Middle East‚ people were faced with the choice of defending themselves against possible death or suffering a beating. A number of motorists faced prosecution rather than the people engaging in such illegal and disruptive violence. Sgt. Daniel Perry‚ an active-duty soldier at Fort Hood in July 2020‚ was driving his Uber to earn some extra cash outside his military stipend. One night he was surrounded by a mob in downtown Austin and claims one of the protesters‚ 28-year-old Garrett Foster‚ was armed with an AK-47. He felt compelled to shoot Foster with his handgun when he alleges Foster pointed the AK at him‚ while others were banging on the hood of the car. Perry immediately called 911‚ was questioned by police‚ and was free to go that night. A year later‚ he was indicted by Soros prosecutor Jose Garza for murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. So a wild mob was able to carry long guns and bang on the cars of motorists without being prosecuted‚ but a man who fired on someone attacking him now faces murder. The facts of the case were obvious to begin with‚ but Perry’s story was corroborated by the lead investigator‚ Detective David Fugitt‚ who asserted in an August 2021 sworn affidavit that prosecutors under Travis County DA Jose Garza forced him to remove exculpatory evidence from his presentation to the grand jury. "It became clear to me that the District Attorney’s Office did not want to present evidence to the grand jury that would be exculpatory to Daniel Perry and/or to show that witness statements obtained by the family of Garrett Foster and/or their attorneys were inconsistent with prior interviews such ‘witnesses’ gave the police and/or the video of the incident in question‚" wrote Fugitt. This week‚ Perry is facing trial in an extremely blue city within the red state of Texas‚ a city whose residents clearly have no problem with BLM blocking their streets. Does anyone believe Perry can rely on the facts of the case governing the minds of the jurors or the identity of the alleged victim in this case? I wouldn’t want to roll the dice. There is a particularly urgent need for red-state legislatures to deal with this growing threat from their blue cities. Whenever a criminal case implicating a wedge political issue comes before a blue-city prosecutor or jury pool‚ equal protection under the law is no longer the guiding principle. It was shocking enough that Americans now have to be more afraid in their own streets than they were in Afghanistan. As Sgt. Perry said‚ "I've been in Afghanistan and I was never so scared as I was tonight. You know‚ this is Austin‚ you know‚ I've always felt safe here until tonight." Now‚ they have to fear the same prosecutors who make our streets like those of the third world for actually defending themselves. Indeed‚ this era of political prosecution is about a lot more than just Trump.

Maryland’s attorney general fights hate with hate

FBI Director Christopher Wray recently told a Senate committee that anti-Semitism is reaching “historic levels‚” to the point that 60% of all religion-based hate crimes are directed at Jews. Jews compose only 2.4% of the American population. So naturally‚ Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown appointed a member of the most prominent Muslim Brotherhood organization responsible for fueling such hate to a hate crimes commission.Welcome to Blue America. Earlier this year‚ Brown named Zainab Chaudry of the Council on American-Islamic Relations to the newly formed Maryland Commission on Hate Crime Response and Prevention. Chaudry is the Maryland director of CAIR‚ an organization whose national leader just praised the October 7 massacre of Jews in Israel. “I was happy to see people breaking the siege and throwing down the shackles of their own land and walk free into their land‚ which they were not allowed to walk in‚” Nihad Awad said of the atrocities at the annual gathering of American Muslims for Palestine. Awad’s comments were not surprising. He has been an ally of Hamas since CAIR’s early days in the 1990s. As radical as Yasser Arafat’s Palestine Liberation Organization had become by then‚ the PLO did not go nearly far enough in Awad’s estimation. Awad described the evolution of his thinking during a talk at Barry University on March 22‚ 1994. “I used to support the PLO‚ and I used to be the president of the General Union of Palestine Students‚ which is part of the PLO here in the United States‚” he said. “But after I researched the situation inside Palestine and outside‚ I am in support of the Hamas movement more than the PLO.”So it’s hardly shocking that Awad would be enraptured by Hamas’ murder of 1‚400 Jews far more than the “low-scale” body count of past PLO terrorist attacks‚ which were usually counted in singles or dozens. Awad is all for big-league jihad.Founded to ‘protest the crimes of the Jews’CAIR is not just a garden-variety anti-Israel left-wing group that believes Israel doesn’t have the right to exist. It has ties to Hamas. Awad cofounded the organization in June 1994 with Omar Ahmad and Rafiq Jaber. All three men were leading members of the Islamic Association for Palestine. During the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial‚ IAP was portrayed in documents recovered by the FBI as an organization of the Palestine Committee of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States. One document described the IAP as a fundraiser for the “Islamic Resistance Movement.” Hamas is the acronym for Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya‚ which means “Islamic Resistance Movement.” That same document also lays out the IAP’s core missions‚ which include “contacting embassies and international organizations to protest the crimes of the Jews in Palestine.” In other words‚ CAIR’s founders are in the business of spreading the sorts of blood libels that have led to a surge in hate crimes against Jews. This is why the Justice Department in 2008 summed up CAIR’s history by observing that “from its founding by Muslim Brotherhood leaders‚ CAIR conspired with other affiliates of the Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorists.”A Texas federal judge observed in 2009 that “the Government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR‚ [Islamic Society of North America]‚ and [North American Islamic Trust] with HLF‚ the Islamic Association for Palestine (‘IAP’)‚ and with Hamas.”In short‚ CAIR’s founders and its current chairman are‚ at the very least‚ Hamas-adjacent if not Hamas proper.Peddling ignorance and hateWhich brings us back to Zainab Chaudry’s appointment to the Maryland hate crimes panel. Whereas her boss Awad praised the massacre‚ Chaudry denied it took place. “I will never be able to understand how the world summoned up rage for 40 fake Israeli babies while completely turning a blind eye to 3‚000 real Palestinian babies‚” Chaudry wrote in a Facebook post dated October 26.Her Facebook posts are replete with all sorts of conspiracy theories denying the attacks and denying Israel’s right to exist while praising the martyrs of Hamas and invoking Islamic prophecies about taking over Israel. She is also spreading the very blood libels against Israel that are singularly responsible for the surge in attacks on Jews around the world. Here is one gem from Chaudry’s Facebook page just 10 days after the massacre: There is nothing wrong with Chaudry exercising her First Amendment rights to spew hate and ignorance. The problem is when state governments elevate the most radical Islamic voices to the commissions combatting the hate that flows effortlessly from their mouths. Imagine a governor or attorney general in the 1920s appointing a member of the Ku Klux Klan to a hate crimes commission on the heels of surging anti-black lynchings. What is even more shocking is that Maryland House Bill 1066‚ which Governor Wes Moore (D) signed in June‚ literally requires that a member of CAIR be among the two dozen participants in the commission. Hamas is not relegated to the tunnels of Gaza. It walks freely in the halls of our government.Meanwhile‚ local activists have circulated a petition calling for a change in the commission’s composition and Chaudry’s immediate removal. After receiving blowback from Chaudry’s social media posts‚ Brown suspended her for two weeks but then reinstated her to the position as a fox guarding the henhouse. Chaudry never once apologized for her pro-Hamas posts and continues to peddle pro-jihadist propaganda. Then again‚ one would expect no less from someone who is a member of an organization affiliated with Hamas. It’s Maryland’s Democratic government and its appalling support for Hamas fundraisers that should shock all of us.

Texas yoga teacher who murdered love rival and fled country seeks retrial‚ pushing victimhood narrative

Kaitlin Armstrong‚ 36‚ killed pro cyclist Anna Moriah Wilson on May 11‚ 2022. The Austin woman tried to escape the consequences‚ fleeing to Costa Rica‚ where she got a new nose‚ changed her hair‚ and took up a short-lived career as a yoga instructor. American authorities ultimately managed to track her down and drag her back to face justice. Following her failed attempt to flee‚ a Texas jury convicted Armstrong of first-degree murder‚ slapped her with a $10‚000 fine‚ and awarded her a 90-year prison sentence. Once again‚ the 36-year-old killer appears keen to avoid accountability for her callous crimes. Armstrong is now seeking a retrial‚ hoping a new victim narrative and dubious claims about being pregnant after the slaying might prompt a more sympathetic response from a jury. Green-eyed jealousy Blaze News previously reported that Wilson‚ a 25-year-old Vermont native and world-class cyclist‚ was in Austin on May 11‚ 2022‚ to compete in a cycling race. Hours before her slaying‚ she went out for a bike ride and a meal with Colin Strickland‚ a fellow cyclist and former boyfriend. Strickland also happened to be an on-again‚ off-again boyfriend of Armstrong's. Strickland told the Austin-American Statesman that he and Wilson "had a brief romantic relationship from late October-early November 2021 that spanned a week or so while Wilson was visiting Austin. At the time‚ she and I had both recently ended relationships. She returned to her home in California and about a month later‚ Kaitlin Armstrong and I reconciled and resumed our relationship." Strickland noted that his subsequent encounters with Wilson were "platonic and professional." Prosecutors revealed during the trial that Armstrong had access to Strickland's texts and also used a geolocation app to track Wilson. In addition to obsessing over the victim's social media profile in the days leading up to her trigger pull‚ she also made note of Wilson's address. Authorities later learned that ahead of the slaying‚ Armstrong acquired a firearm and expressed indignation upon learning Strickland had been romantically involved with Wilson. A fleet-footed murderer On the night of the murder‚ surveillance video caught Armstrong pulling up in her black Jeep Grand Cherokee to the residence where Wilson was staying — just moments after Strickland dropped the cyclist off following their platonic get-together. Prosecutor Rickey Jones told the jury‚ "The last thing Mo did on this Earth was scream in terror." Surveillance footage caught the sound of the victim's screams‚ "followed by pow! Pow! Two gunshots – one to the front of the head‚ one to the side of the head that hits the index finger as it passes. You won't hear any more screams after that‚" said Jones. Caitlin Cash‚ Wilson's friend whose apartment Armstrong transformed into a crime scene‚ returned home to find Wilson unresponsive and bleeding on the bathroom floor. She reportedly performed CPR‚ but to no avail. Police later pronounced Wilson dead at the scene‚ three days before she was scheduled to compete in the 157-mile Gravel Locos bike race. After murdering Wilson‚ Armstrong solder her Jeep for $12‚200‚ according to the U.S. Marshals Service. This appears to have provided her with sufficient cash for her exodus. Armstrong went on the run for 43 days. During this time‚ she changed her appearance‚ searched news reports about the murder investigation‚ and researched how to burn off her fingerprints. Finally‚ U.S. and Costa Rican authorities tracked her down to a hostel on Santa Teresa Beach in Provincia de Puntarenas and busted her on June 29‚ 2022. The murderer attempted to dodge consequence again on Oct. 11‚ 2023‚ faking an injury to go to a doctor's appointment outside the prison‚ then running away from corrections officers. Deputies were able to catch up with her before she could flee to another Latin American destination. — (@) Armstrong was found guilty of murder on Nov. 16. She elected for the jury to determine her sentence‚ which turned out to be 90 years in the slammer. Another attempt to avoid accountability The murderer's attorney filed a motion for a new trial in the District Court of Travis County‚ Texas‚ on Dec. 15. In the filing obtained by the Daily Mail‚ Armstrong's attorney argued a jury might otherwise have given her a lighter sentence had they known she was supposedly pregnant — a claim not once made during her trial‚ which some now find hard to believe. Austin attorney Adam Loewy told the Daily Mail‚ "There's many problems with the theory." For starters‚ while evading justice in Costa Rica‚ Armstrong got a nose job‚ a brow lift‚ and filler injections. Such surgeries require medical professionals to inquire about a woman's health status‚ including whether they are pregnant. According to testimonies heard in court‚ Armstrong was cleared for surgery after providing her surgeons with the requisite lab work‚ which apparently omitted any mention of her being with child. "The fact is she's just trying‚ or her new lawyers are trying‚ any kind of desperate move to try to overturn the conviction‚" said Loewy. "You try everything in these situations and you hope that the appellate courts bites on something." The filing also tries to paint the cold-blooded killer as a victim whose dad abandoned her and her alcoholic mother. "As her family struggled during her childhood‚ her childhood friend also recalled Kaitlin was the victim of multiple instances of (actual or attempted) sexual violence‚" claimed Armstrong's lawyer. On the basis of the pregnancy and victimhood allegations‚ the filing states‚ "Considering the sentence here was for 90 years and a maximum fine‚ there should be no question that this mitigating evidence would have resulted in a more lenient punishment." It appears Armstrong's lengthy sentence is her own doing — and not just because she's guilty. The George Soros-backed Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza who set a serial sex offender free reportedly offered Armstrong a plea deal ahead of her trial‚ which would have meant a prison sentence less than half of what she ultimately received. A legal source told the Daily Mail‚ "Against the advice of her attorney‚ she rejected the plea deal." Biden admin ramps up 'coordinated' attack against Christian university‚ sues school for alleged 'deceptive advertising'

The Biden administration ramped up its "coordinated" attack against the nation's largest Christian university‚ recently announcing a lawsuit that accuses the school of "deceptive advertising and illegal telemarketing."In October‚ Biden's Department of Education announced a $37.7 million fine against Arizona-based Grand Canyon University‚ claiming the institution was "deceiving thousands of students" about the cost of its doctoral programs. The agency stated that GCU advertised costs lower than the amount 98% of students paid to complete the programs. GCU reportedly declared that the doctoral programs would cost between $40‚000 and $49‚000 to complete. The agency claimed that approximately 78% of students paid $10‚000 to $12‚000 more than advertised.Federal Student Aid chief operating officer Richard Cordray accused GCU of lying to entice more students to enroll. "GCU's lies harmed students‚ broke their trust‚ and led to unexpectedly high levels of student debt. Today‚ we are holding GCU accountable for its actions‚ protecting students and taxpayers‚ and upholding the integrity of the federal student aid programs‚" Cordray said in an October statement.GCU responded to the accusations by accusing the federal government of "unjustly" targeting the Christian school "in an agenda-driven manner." "It is alarming that individuals within these agencies have unfettered discretion within the federal government to use their positions to attack institutions with whom they are ideologically opposed‚" the university said in an October statement about the fine.GCU stated that it "categorically denies every accusation in the Department of Education's statement." On November 16‚ the university announced it was appealing the agency's fine.GCU President Brian Mueller said‚ "I have spoken to thousands of students‚ parents‚ employees‚ alumni and community stakeholders in Arizona‚ and they all tell me the same thing: We need to fight this tyranny from federal government agencies not only to stand up for ourselves but to ensure this type of ideological government overreach and weaponization of federal agencies does not happen to others.""American people are losing confidence in the federal government to be fair and objective in their operations‚ and there are clearly no checks and balances to prevent this type of behavior from the Department of Education‚ which is out of control and continues to broaden its authority and selective enforcement powers‚" Mueller added. On Wednesday‚ Biden's Federal Trade Commission announced a lawsuit against the university‚ its marketer Grand Canyon Education Inc.‚ and Mueller for allegedly "deceiving prospective doctoral students about the cost and course requirements of its doctoral programs and about being a nonprofit‚ while also engaging in deceptive and abusive telemarketing practices."The FTC further accused GCU of operating the school as a for-profit while deceptively marketing itself as a nonprofit. Samuel Levine with the FTC stated‚ "Grand Canyon deceived students by holding itself out as a non-profit institution and misrepresenting the costs and number of courses required to earn doctoral degrees."Additionally‚ the school reportedly made "abusive telemarketing calls" to people who had specifically requested not to be contacted. The lawsuit asks the U.S. District Court in Arizona to order GCU to compensate students.According to GCU‚ the federal government's "coordinated and targeted effort" involves multiple agencies‚ including the Department of Education‚ the FTC‚ and the Department of Veterans Affairs. GCU's Office of Communications and Public Relations executive director Bob Romantic told KTVK that the federal government's lawsuit is "laughable" and "absurd.""This is unfortunately yet another example of the Biden administration weaponizing federal government agencies in a coordinated effort to target institutions to which they are ideologically opposed‚" Romantic said in part.He noted that GCU was classified as a nonprofit in 2018 by the Internal Revenue Service‚ but the Department of Education chose to disregard its determination."The FTC‚ U.S. Department of Education‚ and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs announced publicly in October 2021 they would be targeting for-profit institutions‚ and that is exactly what has taken place even though GCU is lawfully recognized as a nonprofit by the IRS‚ State of Arizona and Higher Learning Commission. GCU categorically denies these unsubstantiated allegations and will take all measures necessary to refute them‚" Romantic continued. He added‚ "Given the major problems that exist in higher education related to high tuition costs‚ significant student debt‚ poor student loan default rates‚ long completion times‚ etc.‚ it is baffling that the federal government has chosen to target a Christian university that is addressing those issues in very positive ways. No other institution in higher education is facing this level of government scrutiny‚ which speaks volumes about these agencies' motivations and agenda." Like Blaze News? Biden investigation takes new turn over allegations of a 'conspiracy to obstruct' Congress: 'An impeachable offense'

House Republicans are investigating whether President Joe Biden "engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct" their investigation into allegations of Biden family corruption. On Dec. 13‚ Hunter Biden defied Congress and refused to testify at a deposition for which he had been legally subpoenaed. Instead‚ he spoke to reporters outside the Capitol. Later that afternoon‚ White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre raised eyebrows when she appeared to confirm that President Biden knew beforehand that his son had planned to defy Congress."The president was certainly familiar with what his son was going to say‚" Jean-Pierre said. The admission compels an investigation into "the involvement of the president in his son's scheme to defy the committees' subpoenas‚" House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R) told White House counsel Edward Siskel in a letter on Wednesday."The fact that the president had advanced [sic] awareness that Mr. Biden would defy the Committees' subpoenas raises a troubling new question that we must examine: whether the president corruptly sought to influence or obstruct the Committees’ proceeding by preventing‚ discouraging‚ or dissuading his son from complying with the Committees’ subpoenas‚" the chairmen explained."Such conduct could constitute an impeachable offense‚" they warned. The committees are thus demanding that the White House turn over all documents and communications in the executive office of the president regarding the Hunter Biden deposition.Constitutional legal scholar Jonathan Turley predicted House investigators would probe President Biden's knowledge of his son's decision to defy a subpoena‚ calling Jean-Pierre's comments about Biden's foreknowledge "a breathtaking mistake."Politico‚ meanwhile‚ confirmed with multiple sources that Biden knew beforehand about Hunter's speech on Capitol Hill‚ which suggests he also knew his son planned to defy Congress.Congress‚ however‚ has not yet taken any action to hold Hunter Biden in contempt. If that happens‚ the case would be turned over to the Justice Department‚ and prosecutors would decide whether or not to charge Hunter. Under Attorney General Merrick Garland‚ the DOJ happily prosecuted two Donald Trump allies who defied the Jan. 6 committee.Like Blaze News? CNN reporter humiliated by Vivek Ramaswamy over THIS controversial subject

CNN anchor Abby Phillip pulled one of the left's favorite tricks on Vivek Ramaswamy when he started to talk about one of the left's favorite topics‚ January 6 — just not the way she wanted him to. Phillip did her best to censor Ramaswamy when he called January 6 a conspiracy. “Years ago when I was a biotech CEO‚ not steeped in this world‚ I was just consuming passive media but was focused on my world of developing medicines. If you had told me that January 6 was in any way an inside job‚ the subject of government entrapment‚ I would have told you that was crazy talk‚ conspiracy theory nonsense‚” Vivek told Phillip. Ramaswamy then took it one step farther. “I can tell you now‚ having gone somewhat deep in this — it’s not‚” he says. Ramaswamy went on to explain that the government “lied to us systematically” over the last few years. Among the lies were “the origin of COVID-19‚” “the Hunter Biden laptop‚” and the “Trump/Russia disinformation collusion.” “Now we come to January 6‚” he continues‚ as Phillip appears to have just about had enough of Ramaswamy’s speech. “The reality is we know that there were federal law enforcement in that field. We don’t know how many.” When Phillip interrupts to claim there’s “no evidence” of federal agents in attendance on January 6‚ Ramaswamy fires back with “the establishment doesn’t approve this message.” Pat Gray is outraged. “Yes‚ there is‚” he yells‚ “There’s a lot of evidence!” Want more from Pat Gray?To enjoy more of Pat's biting analysis and signature wit as he restores common sense to a senseless world‚ subscribe to BlazeTV — the largest multi-platform network of voices who love America‚ defend the Constitution‚ and live the American dream.
