Use the kind that are already preformed or in a tube – it doesn’t matter as long as it is 16 ounces. frosted circus animal cookies – these are the kind I use (paid affiliate link) and are the ones you will most commonly find in American grocery stores. white chocolate chips – you can use a white chocolate bar that you have cut up into pieces or you can switch out for a different chocolate chip flavor. rainbow nonpareils – just a fancy word for round sprinkles. Use what you like here. I would suggest not going with anything too crunchy through. These are really just for adding color. HOW TO MAKE CIRCUS ANIMAL COOKIES Preheat the oven to 350F degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl‚ combine all ingredients and mix until fully combined. Using a medium cookie scoop to portion out the dough and place on the prepared baking sheet 2-inches apart.  Optional: take some extra white chocolate chips and press them into the cookie dough balls. Also‚ you can take some small pieces of the circus animal cookies and press them into the tops of the dough.
