I love that Trump is making sure to be heard by creating his own platform, but, just at a quick glance of their TOS I notice immediately something I disagree with, and opposite of our own TOS. When you submit anything to the site, including your own original creations, you relinquish, and they assume, ownership and rights of use of that content. Here, the contributor retains ownership and rights to their own submissions. People should note that this would include any personal photos, videos, writings, or ANYTHING you submit. Once you post/upload it to them, they can do ANYTHING they want with it. Noticed that in less than a minute... when I have time I'm going to go over their TOS in much more detail. Of course I'm gonna join, but I seriously doubt I'll be posting any from YubNub on there... just to have them claim they own usage rights. That's more than a little sketchy.

I have never in my life agreed with anyone all the time. I dont agree with them getting ownership of my posted items, however, after the way he was burned, i believe he is doing it more out of covering his own butt than anything else. Like you, i am not likely to post photos. I dont know, havent been there yet.
