Here's the deal...so less than a year ago he signed a trillion dollars for 'infrastructure. So, the $110 billion and/or 1 trillion...DON'T SPEND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
