Looks like we have another insurrection. A large group of anti-ICE rioters breached barricades set up by police at the U.S. Capitol this evening. They were originally protesting across the street at the Supreme Court when police started  putting up bike racks to keep them away from the Capitol. These “peaceful protestors” then pushed the bike racks over and stormed towards the steps of the Capitol! Reports claim that this particular group of anti-ICE rioters was made up of veterans opposed to President Trump. CNN has more: The group, made up of veterans and military family members, planned a sit-in on the Capitol steps to protest President Donald Trump deploying the National Guard and active-duty Marines in Los Angeles, as well as a military parade on Saturday, Trump’s 79th birthday, according to a news release from organizers. A group of approximately 75 protesters were demonstrating peacefully at the Supreme Court, just across the street from the US Capitol, according to a statement from the Capitol Police. As the group was leaving the area, officers began establishing a perimeter of bike racks to keep the protesters away from the Capitol. “A few people pushed the bike rack down and illegally crossed the police line while running towards the Rotunda Steps,” the Capitol Police said. “Our officers immediately blocked the group and began making arrests.” Police said, “All will be charged with unlawful demonstration and crossing a police line. Additional charges for some will include assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.” The protest was organized by two advocacy groups – About Face: Veterans Against the War and Veterans for Peace. The brief sit-in followed a rally and press conference, according to the organizers’ news release. “We want a future where we invest in care for veterans, in health care, and in education, not where we spend $50 million on a parade,” said Brittany Ramos DeBarros, an Army combat veteran and organizing director of About Face: Veterans Against the War, in a statement. One of the executives, Andrew Bosworth of Meta (formerly Facebook) posted on X that the “201” monicker was a nod to an HTTP coding command, in which a “201” response indicates the creation of a new programming resource. The Reserve’s new lieutenant colonels are Shyam Sankar, chief technology officer for Palantir; Bosworth, chief technology officer of Meta; Kevin Weil, chief product officer of OpenAI; and Bob McGrew, an advisor at Thinking Machines Lab and former chief research officer for OpenAI. Each of the four, who were set to be sworn in Friday, arrive with decades of experience in some of Silicon Valley’s largest and most innovative companies, and with levels of extraordinary personal wealth that careers in the industry often amass. The Detachment 201 program is aimed at bringing in part-time advisors from the private sector to help the service adopt and scale commercial technology like drones and robots into its formations. The idea of incorporating private-sector expertise is right out of Ukraine as soldiers there who are engineers or computer scientists in their day jobs are MacGyvering makeshift drones or 3D printing parts to use on the front lines against Russia. Army officials say the new officers will get at least a taste of traditional Army training before filling their roles tech-focused policy advisors. An Army official told Task & Purpose that the four executives will all attend the Army’s six-week Direct Commissioning Course at Fort Benning, Georgia and will complete the Army Fitness Test and marksmanship training. “Honored to accept a direct commission as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve as part of the newly-formed Detachment 201, the Army’s Executive Innovation Corps together with @ssankar, @kevinweil , and @bobmcgrewai,” Bosworth said. “Our primary role will be to serve as technical experts advising the Army’s modernization efforts. The executives come from companies who have been entrenching themselves in military technology development. After a rough start, Palantir has been a cornerstone of Army modernization for years, providing everything from an intelligence analytics system called the Distributed Common Ground System-Army to its Vantage data platform, which is under a contract and supports 100,000 users, to its Titan system that gives the service deep-sensing and sensor-fusion capabilities. Palantir, along with a variety of other major companies like Google and Anduril, is also working with the Army as it develops a new command-and-control architecture from the ground up.

That’s in spite of the fact, as he stated in that Fox News interview, that he really doesn’t wish anything bad on Khaby. He’s just not going to sit by while multitudes trample on America’s dignity and treat it with minimal respect! Khaby was ultimately allowed to self-deport voluntarily after his detainment, according to a report from the Independent: Bo Loudon, the purported “best friend” of Barron Trump, has claimed he is responsible for the arrest of the world’s most famous TikToker who was detained by ICE and later forced to leave the U.S. The MAGA, Gen-Z influencer, who has been pictured numerous times with the president and his son, said he had “personally taken action” to have Khaby Lame deported. “No one is above the law!” he wrote in a series of posts on X, later adding: “I’ve been working with the patriots at President Trump’s DHS to make this happen. He was just ARRESTED in Vegas and is in ICE CUSTODY!” Despite a community note on the post calling Loudon out for false information, ICE confirmed that Lame had been detained at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas for violating the terms of his visa on June 6. The 25-year-old star had entered the U.S. on April 30 on a temporary visa. A spokesperson for ICE said he had been granted “voluntary departure” following his arrest and had since left the country. Bo also went on with Dylan Page, a fellow TikToker, and explained even further about Khaby’s stubborn refusal to actually deport once he was given the option. And just as Loudon explained to Dylan Page… that’s exactly what Khaby was doing. He was in the U.S. making tons of money… avoiding taxes… and galivanting around like he owned the place. To be clear, my feeling about taxes in general is pretty simple: TAXATION IS THEFT. But darn it… if Americans still have to pay, I’m certain not okay with foreigners here illegally, working illegally, and thumbing their nose at American law getting a free pass! I do have to wonder… did Bo actually call some “buddies in the Administration”, as he told Dylan Page? Or did he just drop a text message to Barron, and go straight to the top of the food chain? We may never know. But what we DO know is that ICE has confirmed Khaby’s detainment and subsequent departure from the US, as reported by USA Today: Khaby Lame, an Italian-Senegalese influencer whose TikTok account boasts the most followers on the platform, has been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In a statement Sunday, June 8, to USA TODAY, an ICE spokesperson confirmed that Lame, whose full name is Seringe Khabane Lame, was detained Friday, June 6, at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas for immigration violations. Born in Senegal, Lame is now a citizen of Italy, where he has spent the majority of his life. Entering the U.S. on April 30, Lame “overstayed the terms of his visa,” according to ICE, and was granted voluntary departure once detained. The 25-year-old content creator has one of the most recognizable faces on the internet. Rising to fame during the pandemic, after being laid off from his factory job in Italy in March of 2020, Lame’s signature video style involves him following along as another creator demonstrates a complicated life hack, then completing the task himself with ease, often wordlessly, and shooting a knowing look at the camera. Using the hashtag “learnfromkhaby” on many of his videos, Lame’s fame is more akin to the internet stardom of yore, in which an exasperated look or a quick humorous bit, stripped of any high production value or product placement, could take off on Vine. Full disclosure: Khaby Lame is hilarious. With the online world FILLED with over-hyped personalities that take themselves too seriously, and consider themselves to be far more important than they really are… Khaby’s videos tend to hit with a much more grounded ZING than the put-on fakeness that a lot of social media has become. But, like Bo said — no one is above the law! And it really doesn’t matter if you’re likeable or hated… the law is the law. And in this country, thankfully, that is becoming a standard way of thinking again. But I still have to wonder if President Trump’s own son just ‘happened’ to be best friends with the guy who just ‘happened’ to get the top TikToker deported… Or is Barron privately smiling to himself after wielding some of that “family” power? A DPS trooper found the migrants during a minor crash investigation Wednesday morning along Interstate 37 in George West, Texas, about 160 miles north of the Mexican border. The crash occurred in a parking lot and the trooper had been approached by a concerned citizen, DPS says. Officers said they made contact with the driver of the white 2005 International box truck who said she was driving to Houston after picking up mattresses in Alton, Texas. The trooper George West police searched the truck found 25 migrants “crammed inside a small corner of the box truck” trying to hide behind 40 mattresses and inside a crawl space within the box truck wall, according to a DPS news release.
