A Florida man was arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography. The man accused of having child porn is reportedly a former corrections officer and a current employee at Walt Disney World in Florida. Michael David Foster‚ 47‚ is a former Citrus County corrections officer – who currently works overnight as a mechanic at Walt Disney World. Foster was arrested after Hernando County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a tip "regarding the possible possession of child pornography‚" WPDE-TV reported. Police officers with the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant to search Foster's home in Brooksville‚ Florida. Police reportedly seized a flash drive with "a few SD cards that had been located in a book bag belonging to Foster‚" according to a statement from the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office. Law enforcement said the flash drive contained 32 images of child pornography.Detectives also seized several digital storage devices from Foster's home. Foster was charged with 32 counts of possession of child pornography.The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office added that Foster could face additional charges "pending digital forensic analysis of all devices" seized from the Disney employee's residence. Foster's bond was set at $320‚000.This isn't the first time a Disney employee has been accused of possessing child porn. In September‚ police officers with the Polk County Sheriff's Office made 219 arrests in a human trafficking operation. The sting operation resulted in three Disney employees being arrested. As Blaze News previously reported‚ there were 160 people arrested during a 7-day undercover sting targeting human trafficking offenders in Florida. There was a Walt Disney World employee arrested in the operation that took place in September 2022. Also in September 2022‚ another Walt Disney World employee was arrested in an undercover sting operation targeting human trafficking criminals who are accused of "sexually abusing‚ grooming" children. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd quipped‚ "Where would we be with an undercover operation and no Disney employees? The latest stand-up comedy special from comedian Ricky Gervais hasn't even been released yet. However‚ that hasn't stopped critics from feigning outrage over the comedian's stand-up routine‚ and even launching a petition to remove a joke from the comedy special from Netflix. A Change.org petition with nearly 13‚000 signatures is demanding Netflix "remove Ricky Gervais's offensive skit mocking terminally ill children" from his new "Armageddon" comedy special being released on Christmas day. "I am writing this petition as a parent whose child‚ bravely battled cancer‚" the person who started the petition wrote. "The recent skit by Ricky Gervais on Netflix‚ where he refers to terminally ill children as 'baldy‚' is not just disrespectful but also deeply hurtful. It mocks the courage and resilience of these young fighters who face their illness with grace and beauty despite their baldness.""We believe that comedy should never come at the expense of someone else's pain or suffering – especially when it involves innocent children battling life-threatening illnesses‚" the petition stated. Other critics have slammed Gervais for using a pejorative term for someone with a mental disability or who is considered stupid. Gervais addressed the controversy in a recent interview on BBC Radio 5 Live's "Headliners" podcast‚ and said offending people is an "occupational hazard" for a comedian. He also said that "99 percent of it" is "faux offense."Gervais said he is "playing a role" in his stand-up comedy‚ like an actor portrays a character in a movie. "I'm literally saying in the joke that I don’t do that. But people have a reaction‚" Gervais said. "They don’t analyze it. They feel something – that’s what offense is. It’s a feeling.
