For dog Dad Jordan Cain, the local splash park has turned into an arm-dislocating exercise in dog ecstasy. His water-loving pups discovered this mecca of pure joy the other day, and they can’t get enough. As soon as they see the park, they start pulling Jordan’s arm out of the socket. They are not tiny animals and probably have a combined pulling force of several hundred foot-pounds. In desperation, Jordan lets go of their leashes. The structure has three buckets mounted under faucets. As the buckets fill, they tilt and dump a drenching amount of water on whatever is beneath them. Jordan’s dog watches the buckets and can tell when they are going to tip. He jumps under the water stream, playfully snapping at it. No matter how wet the dog gets, he keeps lunging for the next bucket. One would imagine that after all this energetic play, he sleeps well.
