Elon Musk escalated his falling out with President Donald Trump with what he characterized as a “really big bomb” on Thursday, stating that Trump is “in the Epstein files” and has been fighting against their release. Musk’s stunning comment was made in a post on X amid what has quickly become an ugly falling out after the tech billionaire started to criticize the “One Big, Beautiful Bill,” which Trump supports. Musk says the administration has not released files linked to notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein because the commander in chief himself is mentioned in the documents. “Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!” Musk said in one post. He added in a follow-up: “Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.” As of press time, Trump has not given a direct response to Musk’s assertion concerning Epstein, however the president did say in posts on Truth Social that his one-time ally “just went CRAZY!” and suggested his government subsidies and contracts were in jeopardy. Trump’s association with Epstein are known, though the president has denied any involvement with Epstein’s criminal acts. Some materials that have already been disclosed, including flight logs and court records, have made mentions of Trump being socially linked to Epstein. However, they have not presented any evidence implicating Trump in wrongdoing. In 2008, after Epstein was accused of sexually abusing female minors in Florida, he reached a deal with federal prosecutors. He pleaded guilty to state-level prostitution charges, registered as a sex offender, and served roughly 13 months in jail and in a work-release program. Last fall, in a conversation with podcaster Lex Fridman, Trump insisted that he would have “no problem” with releasing documents related to Epstein if he won the presidential election in November. He also addressed Epstein’s so-called “pedophile island,” saying, “A lot of big people went to that island, but fortunately, I was not one of them.” Epstein died at the age of 66 in his New York City jail cell in August 2019 after being arrested on sex trafficking charges involving young girls and pleading not guilty. Things are going so well for the Democratic Party that Karine Jean-Pierre, White House Press Secretary under Joe Biden and someone who clearly knew the man was no longer mentally capable, has now decided she’s no longer a Democrat; she is now an Independent. I know, I know, it’s a little late to run away from the sinking ship, especially when you’re the person who actually drilled the holes.  But Karine Jean-Pierre is now trying to do just that — and make money off of it. She has a brand-new book coming out titled “Independent,” which is hilarious coming from the least independent person of all time. According to Politico: Karine Jean-Pierre’s announcement that she’s leaving the Democratic Party — timed with the rollout of a new book — has detonated long-simmering grievances among her former White House colleagues about Jean-Pierre’s pursuit of celebrity and personal media exposure while serving as then-President Joe Biden’s press secretary. The attention-grabbing ploy lit up Democratic and Biden alumni texting groups and reignited frustrations that burned for years about Jean-Pierre, according to seven former Biden administration officials granted anonymity to describe private conversations. First of all, we should point out that everyone knew she was incompetent. For years I called her history’s worst White House Press Secretary because she was awful at her job, truly terrible, a joke. And Democrats kept defending her. Why? Because, of course, she was intersectional. She was a black lesbian who was also the White House Press Secretary even though she was wildly incompetent. We had a DEI hire covering for a dead man in the White House. And everyone in the Democratic Party thought this was perfectly fine until the moment it imploded on them. This is going to be fun to watch Democrats tear each other apart over all of this. This self-sabotage of the Democratic Party is the realistic response of a party of people who can’t build things. And right now, they are facing down a relatively impregnable Trump administration. They’ve decided not to attack any of the vulnerabilities of the Trump administration. They’re spending all their time focusing inward, and they can’t help but do so because the reality is that their own politics are so broken and so angry and vicious and just anti-American in so many ways that they’re just tearing one another apart.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has issued a subpoena compelling former White House physician Kevin O’Connor to testify on Capitol Hill at the end of June. A probe into the Biden White House — and any attempts that were made to hide the former president’s physical and cognitive decline from the American people — was announced earlier in the week. The investigation will also explore the extensive use of an autopen during Biden’s presidency, with particular attention paid to whether or not Biden was aware of what was being signed when the autopen was in use. ? A man wanted over a hit-and-run in Nashville last month is an illegal alien from Venezuela who was released into the country by the Biden administration, the Department of Homeland Security confirmed Thursday. The Department of Homeland Security said that Tony Gebian Lopez Infante, who is suspected of driving his car into a Florida man celebrating his 21st birthday, illegally entered the country in August 2023. Lopez Infante is on the run after police say that he slammed into Zachary Carach with his vehicle on May 18, sending him to the hospital with serious injuries. “An illegal alien who should never have been in the U.S. allegedly struck a young man who was celebrating his 21st birthday in a hit-and-run crash and is still at large. The Biden Administration released this illegal alien into our country in 2023,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “This crime was preventable and is the direct result of open border policies that prioritized illegal aliens over the safety of American citizens.” “Secretary Noem is praying for Zachary Carach’s quick recovery. His legs and arms were seriously injured, requiring surgery to put screws into his left leg. His mother told a local Florida news station that he is expected to be in a wheelchair for at least two to three months. Carach was struck by a vehicle on May 18. Metro Nashville Police said that Lopez Infante will be charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, failure to render aid/file an accident report, attempted evidence tampering, and driving without a license/insurance once he is apprehended. He also faces another charge related to an arrest over theft in Williamson County, a wealthy area south of Nashville. Local Nashville officials, including Democratic Mayor Freddie O’Connell, have bashed the Trump administration’s efforts to remove illegal aliens from the streets. O’Connell pledged to support the creation of the “Belonging Fund,” intended to provide financial support to illegal aliens after Immigration and Customs Enforcement partnered with the Tennessee Highway Patrol to conduct traffic stops where they apprehended nearly one hundred illegal aliens with criminal convictions or pending charges. These protests by Music City Democrats have prompted Border Czar Tom Homan to threaten a visit to implement a broader crackdown on illegal aliens.
