WASHINGTON — As President Donald Trump’s administration enforces his executive order protecting women’s sports and spaces, several school districts and universities across the nation may soon come under fire for allowing males to compete as women or use female locker rooms. Now, a new tracking map first obtained by The Daily Wire might offer the administration even more fodder for investigations.  The interactive map provided by the American Parents Coalition documents instances across the United States where males have been granted access to female spaces, including sports teams, bathrooms, and locker rooms. The incidents tracked range from transgender-identifying males competing on women’s sports teams to young girls being forced to change in front of males at local gyms.  At least 24 states have failed to maintain female-only spaces, the American Parents Coalition found. Incidents have not only taken place in deep blue states like California and New York, but also GOP-dominated states like Georgia, Missouri, Florida, and Texas.  “Gender activists have attempted to normalize radical gender ideology at the expense of biological reality, fairness, and privacy. American parents have dealt with the fallout, seeing boys in their daughters’ sports, locker rooms, and private spaces at schools and also organizations like the YMCA,” Alleigh Marré told The Daily Wire.  American Parents Coalition. The incidents cited by the American Parents Coalition range from college athletics to parents taking their children to the local YMCA.  One of the incidents in March 2022 from Georgia helped launch a conservative push to keep transgender-identifying males out of women’s sports. The incident in question involved male swimmer Lia Thomas tying for fifth place with Riley Gaines at the 200-meter NCAA Division 1 women’s swimming championships in Atlanta. Thomas was awarded a fifth-place trophy while Gaines was told she would receive one later.  In another incident included on the interactive map, a parent reported that her 7-year-old daughter was exposed to a naked man while at their local YMCA in Kansas City, Missouri. The mother said that the man claimed to be a woman after being questioned about what he was doing in the women’s changing area.  Other incidents took place in school districts across the country — from California’s Riverside County to Minnesota’s Hennepin County to Florida’s Broward County — as male athletes identifying as transgender competed against females.  More incidents will be added to the map, and parents are encouraged to submit tips to the American Parents Coalition if their daughters have been denied privacy or athletic opportunities.  “Parents’ concerns about the safety and fairness of girls competing against biological males in sports, or forcing girls to shower, change or even share overnight cabins with biological males, are legitimate and must be taken seriously by policymakers,” Marré said.  Marré added that she hoped that policymakers would use the map as a resource for where to direct their action.  “Our goal with creating this map is to highlight that this issue is not isolated and is happening nationwide,” she said. “We also hope that this map can be used as a resource for concerned parents and policymakers as we work towards ensuring safety and fairness through the proper protection of girls’ sports and spaces.” In February, Trump issued an executive order stating that the United States would “rescind all funds from educational programs that deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities,” saying that allowing men in women’s spaces results “in the endangerment, humiliation, and silencing of women and girls and deprives them of privacy.” “It shall also be the policy of the United States to oppose male competitive participation in women’s sports more broadly, as a matter of safety, fairness, dignity, and truth,” that executive order stated.  Trump’s order was the fulfillment of his campaign promise to get males out of women’s spaces — a promise that the president quickly gauged the American people were very supportive of.  Last week, Trump threatened to strip federal funding from California if the state continues to refuse to get on board with his administration’s transgender policies. That came after the Justice Department sued California last month for continuing to allow transgender-identifying males to compete in female sports.

NEW YORK (Reuters) -Former Mexican drug kingpin Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada pleaded guilty on Monday to U.S. charges related to his decades-long leadership of the violent Sinaloa cartel and its role in flooding the U.S. with drugs, including cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl. Zambada, the alleged co-founder of Mexico’s Sinaloa cartel, pleaded guilty in federal court in Brooklyn to charges that he engaged in a racketeering conspiracy and ran a continuing criminal enterprise that prosecutors said was responsible for importing and distributing massive quantities of drugs. Those charges stemmed from his decades-long role leading the Sinaloa cartel alongside imprisoned drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, who is serving a life sentence in a maximum security prison in Colorado. Zambada was arrested in July 2024 alongside Joaquin Guzman Lopez, one of Guzman’s sons, after the plane in which they were traveling landed at a small airstrip in New Mexico. Zambada’s lawyer has said Guzman Lopez kidnapped Zambada, which the Guzman family lawyer has denied. Guzman Lopez has pleaded not guilty to U.S. drug trafficking charges. U.S. prosecutors have said they would not seek the death penalty for him if convicted. Mexico this month sent more than two dozen suspected cartel members to the U.S., amid rising pressure from President Donald Trump on Mexico to dismantle the country’s powerful drug organizations. Mexico has said it received assurances from the Justice Department that it would not seek the death penalty for them. The charges Zambada pleaded guilty to were contained in two separate indictments the U.S. Justice Department had secured against him, one in New York and another in Texas. A Colombian company worked on behalf of a U.S. immigration law firm offering deportation defense, identifying prospective clients as the firm targeted illegal immigrants with its marketing, according to a newly discovered lawsuit. The 2023 lawsuit reveals how entities both inside and outside of the United States continue to profit from America’s mass illegal immigration crisis. The Colombian company explained that it was tasked with “the identification of Spanish-speaking individuals confronting immigration problems” on behalf of the law firm. The data gathered by the Colombian company and intended for the use by the law firm was improperly obtained by a competing law firm that also provides deportation defense and other legal services to illegal immigrants, according to the lawsuit. The Colombian company Professional Consulting Services was hired to gather all relevant data. The Colombian company’s software enables it “to collect and organize the personal information of potential Spanish-speaking individuals who may need assistance with immigration matters,” the lawsuit states. End of Summer Sale – Get 40% off New DailyWire+ Annual Memberships Professional Consulting Services then provided this information to the South Carolina-based law firm, Inmigracion al Dia, which explicitly assists illegal aliens, stating on its website that they are a “team of attorneys with experience in immigration proceedings representing thousands of Hispanics in the United States.” “It doesn’t matter how you got here,” the law firm says on its website in Spanish. “We evaluate your options for legalizing your immigration status in the United States and help you find a path to enjoying the benefits of legal status.” The company offers deportation defense services and assists those who want to apply for an immigration forgiveness waiver, which the firm describes as “a legal process that serves as a lifeline for people who are illegally in the United States, violating immigration laws.” Inmigracion al Dia promises to help its clients “live and work legally in the United States indefinitely.” The leads generated by Professional Consulting Services on behalf of Inmigracion al Dia are alleged to have been improperly used by yet another U.S.-based law firm that specializes in serving illegal aliens. That firm, called Inmigracion OK, also courts illegal aliens and promises to help them remain in the United States. Inmigracion OK advertises directly to illegal aliens on Facebook, where it spent more than $140,000 in 90 days from mid-May to mid-August. “Are you undocumented in the United States? We could help you understand the process of obtaining papers. No matter how you arrived in this country, we can help you,” reads one of the law firm’s advertisements, which were originally posted in Spanish. “Having legal immigration status in the United States and a better life is possible.” “Are you in New York undocumented? We can guide you on how to obtain your work permit,” one ad says. “Are you in the United States without regular immigration status?” yet another ad asks. One member of the law firm, Oscar Barbosa, has an office with another law firm called Diaspora Law, the lawsuit claims. Also based in New Jersey, Diaspora Law “specializes in family immigration, business immigration and deportation defense.” “We are immigrants too. Diaspora Law is passionate about helping immigrants because we all have a deep connection to the cause,” the firm’s site says, also adding that it works “with local organizations to advocate for fair changes in immigration law.” Neither Inmigracion al Dia nor Inmigracion OK responded to a request for comment.

Marla-Svenja Liebich, 53 — who went by the name Sven until December of 2024 — was the leader of a banned local Nazi group called Blood and Honour in Saxony-Anhalt. He has campaigned for Russian President Vladimir Putin and cheered on the war against Ukraine. While in years past, trans-identifying individuals had to present evidence from two doctors in order to change gender on official government documents, a new policy adopted last November allows individuals to simply fill out a form at a local government office.

A petition for clemency for the illegal immigrant truck driver charged with killing three people while making an illegal U-turn is gaining traction online, leading to outrage from people who believe the opposite approach is warranted. Harjinder Singh entered the country illegally in 2018. More than 2.5 million people have signed the change.org petition directed toward Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Board of Executive Clemency, urging them to consider that the accused has no criminal history and simply made a “terrible mistake.” But DeSantis had already made it clear that he was taking the case seriously as he sent Florida’s new lieutenant governor, Jay Collins, to California last week to extradite Singh. “Fleeing to a sanctuary state will not prevent him from facing justice in Florida, and we will make sure of that. He will be held accountable for his criminal actions,” the governor said at the time, per Fox News. Singh, 28, was charged with three counts of vehicular homicide and was recently denied bail as he awaits trial. California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom is also catching heat because the state issued Singh a commercial driver’s license despite him not being in the country legally. California is one of 19 states to issue licenses to illegal immigrants.
