The Prosecution Targeted Trump, Now They Search for a Crime

by Mish Shedlock, Mish Talk: Generally, there’s a crime and the prosecution makes a case. With Trump, the order is reversed. New York prosecutors picked their man, now they search for a crime, after a trial has started. If you have been following the trial of Trump, and you are the least bit honest about […]

Over 30 Babies Mistakenly Receive Vaccines Not Approved For Children, Study Says

The Defender reports at least 34 babies were mistakenly given the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine, leading to at least one hospitalization. The outlet cited a study published in Pediatrics. “VAERS contains at least 1 report of a 27-day-old baby who died immediately after receiving Pfizer’s RSV vaccine, but that report was not included in the Pediatrics study,” Children’s Health Defense noted. More than 30 Babies Mistakenly Vaccinated with Pfizer or GSK’s RSV Shots VAERS contains at least 1 report of a 27-day-old baby who died immediately after receiving Pfizer’s RSV vaccine, but that report was not included in the Pediatrics study. https://t.co/3LonlhD4Ki — Children’s Health Defense (@ChildrensHD) May 10, 2024 Per The Defender: Researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) analyzed data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) for the RSV vaccines, which are not approved for children. The researchers found 27 reports of the Pfizer RSV vaccine (Abrysvo) and seven reports of the GSK RSV vaccine (Arexvy) mistakenly administered to children under 2 between Aug. 21, 2023, and March 18, 2024. “While rare, vaccine administration errors are known to occur and may increase after a new vaccine or product is introduced,” Dr. Pedro Moro, lead author of the study, told MedPage Today. Both vaccines were first approved in May 2023 for people ages 60 and older. Pfizer’s Abrysvo was approved in August 2023 for pregnant mothers during part of their third trimester, targeting RSV prevention in babies. Thirty-one of the babies identified in the study who were mistakenly vaccinated were less than 8 months old. Seven reports described adverse health events including fevers, vomiting, coughing and injection site swelling. One baby was hospitalized for cardiorespiratory arrest within 24 hours of receiving the GSK RSV vaccine. The baby had a history of congenital heart disease and was hospitalized at the time of the VAERS report. Nearly three dozen babies and young children have received respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccines, which are only approved for adults, according to a brief CDC report. You think this is rare? Vaccine injury is real. pic.twitter.com/HziboR2dmY — Informed NJ Nurses (@InformedNJNurse) May 10, 2024 “Health care providers should not administer Pfizer or GSK RSV vaccines to infants and young children,” the study authors said, according to The Defender. “Today’s report was published a few months after the CDC notified providers in January about 25 reports that Pfizer and GSK’s RSV vaccines had been mistakenly administered to infants and 128 reports that GSK’s vaccine — which is not approved for pregnant women — was mistakenly given to them,” the outlet stated. I am so tired of finding CHILDREN in VAERS who are being HARMED by one vaccine or another and NOBODY does anything. Here's problems with the RSV vax. IT WAS NOT APPROVED FOR CHILDREN. 39 have received it. Here's one 5 yr-old who was given it INSTEAD OF THE FLU SHOT. THIS IS… pic.twitter.com/k87z1bilZW — Julie4Butte5 (@julie4butte5) May 10, 2024 As 100 Percent Fed Up noted, “researchers for a maternal vaccine against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in infants stopped clinical trials because of an increased risk of preterm births.” Maternal RSV Vaccine Stopped During Clinical Trials Due To Safety Concerns, FDA Approved Similar Vaccine From Different Manufacturer From 100 Percent Fed Up: “A vaccine given during pregnancy that prevents RSV in infants was about 66% effective at protecting against RSV-associated respiratory illness, and about 69% effective at protecting against severe disease, according to a study in the New England Journal of Medicine,” Chief Nerd wrote, citing JAMA Network. “However, the researchers stopped the trial early because of an increased risk of preterm births. Despite the potential risks of maternal RSV vaccination, ‘it is essential to weigh this small risk against the proven benefits,’ the authors of a linked editorial wrote, adding that most of the preterm births occurred between 34 and 37 weeks,” Chief Nerd added. The Defender noted the halted study was GlaxoSmithKline’s maternal respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine. “GSK stopped developing a vaccine for pregnant women to protect newborns against syncytial virus (RSV) after identifying an increased risk of preterm births. Pfizer won approval of its nearly identical vaccine after the company said the increased rate of preterm births in its trials was statistically insignificant,” the outlet wrote. “The results of this trial, in which enrollment was stopped early because of safety concerns, suggest that the risks of any and severe medically assessed RSV-associated lower respiratory tract disease among infants were lower with the candidate maternal RSV vaccine than with placebo but that the risk of preterm birth was higher with the candidate vaccine,” an article published in The New England Journal of Medicine stated. “151 more preterm births and 10 more neonatal deaths in the vaccine group,” Chief Nerd noted.

[GRAPHIC FOOTAGE] Body Cam Video Released Of 23-Year-Old U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Fatally Shot At Residence

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office released body cam footage of the fatal shooting of Roger Fortson. Fortson, 23, was a decorated U.S. Air Force Senior Airman. The airman was shot multiple times by a deputy after police allegedly came to the wrong apartment. The tragedy occurred at Fortson’s off-base residence in Okaloosa County, Florida. “Police had responded to a ‘disturbance’ call and knocked on the wrong door. According to Fortson’s girlfriend who was on a FaceTime call with him, Fortson had no clue what was going on when he heard a knock at the door. Out of caution, he retrieved his gun when he didn’t hear the officer say anything,” Collin Rugg wrote. “When he opened the door, his gun appeared to be facing the ground however the officer shot him anyways. ‘Step back!’ the officer shouted as he began firing. Fortson was shot 6 times and was rushed to the hospital where he died,” he added. A witness, who was on FaceTime with Fortson during the time of the shooting, claimed Fortson heard a knock at the door and asked who was there. When he did not receive a response but heard another ‘very aggressive knock,’ Fortson peered through the peephole – but did not see anyone and grew concerned. Out of concern, Fortson retrieved a gun – which he owned legally, according to the witness. When he returned to his living room with the gun, authorities allegedly pushed through his door and shot him six times. The traumatized witness, who remained on the FaceTime call for the duration of the horrifying shooting, recalled that Fortson said ‘I can’t breathe,’ after the shots were fired. Fortson later died at the hospital. The deputy involved in the incident has since been placed on administrative leave while the shooting continues to be investigated. “The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal officer involved shooting that took place after a deputy made contact with an armed individual at an apartment off Racetrack Road late Friday afternoon. A deputy responded to 319 Racetrack Road around 4:30 p.m. in reference to a call of a disturbance in progress,” the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release. “Hearing sounds of a disturbance, he reacted in self defense after he encountered a 23-year old man armed with a gun and after the deputy had identified himself as law enforcement. The man was taken to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. No deputies were injured. Per standard protocol the deputy is placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcoming of a formal investigation and administrative review,” it continued. Fortson was based at the Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field, Florida. He entered active duty in November 2019. From Police Activity: Okaloosa County, Florida — On May 3, 2024, at around 4:28 p.m., a Deputy with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a disturbance in progress in Fort Walton Beach. The bodycam footage shows the deputy arriving at a Fort Walton Beach apartment building and speaking to a woman outside who described hearing an argument. The deputy then went up an elevator to the fourth floor and knocks on a door three times. He announces himself twice, saying, “Sheriff’s office, open the door.”. The 23-year-old, Senior Airman Roger Fortson opened the door and could be seen holding a gun pointed down toward the floor. Within seconds of the apartment’s door opening, the deputy says “step back” and is then seen firing his weapon. Fortson immediately falls to the floor as the deputy fires. At least five shots are heard. After the shots, with Fortson on the ground, the deputy yells for Fortson to “drop the gun” and Fortson responds “it’s over there” and “I don’t have it.” The video ends with the deputy reporting that shots have been fired and requesting emergency medical services come to the scene. Fortson was taken to a hospital where he died. Attorney Ben Crump, who has been hired by Fortson’s family, has said Fortson was talking to his girlfriend on FaceTime when the deputy arrived. Crump said Fortson grabbed his gun because he heard someone outside his apartment, got no response when he asked who was there and discovered the peephole on his door was blocked. Okaloosa County Sheriff Eric Aden presented the redacted video hours after the family of Fortson and their attorneys held a news conference in which they disputed that the deputy acted in self-defense. Aden rejected assertions made by Crump, that the deputy had gone to the wrong apartment, covered the door’s peephole and did not announce himself.
