Pat Benatar and her guitarist husband, Neil Giraldo, have achieved multiple successes together, including their 2022 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and they hope to make more magic together in the coming times. It has been two decades since their last studio album, Go, and Pat seems to blame Neil for the delay. During a recent chat with Billboard, she revealed that they both have up to 125 unrecorded songs waiting for Neil’s touch. The 68-year-old record producer responded by saying a new album will be out at the right time, although he struggles to know when that will be. When will Pat Benatar release new music? Instagram Neil explained that the best records get done within 29 days of unwavering laser focus, and for him, getting to put all his attention into a new record has been a major problem. He added that age has been a blocker to his creativity; however, they are currently looking to rework their musical, Invincible. Neil explained that they would revise the musical from scratch, as the initial production was not up to standard.
