Gay Group Calls on Hollywood to Have Even MORE Gay Characters

LGBTQ characters in Hollywood TV fell more than 20 percent during the 2023-2024 season and now‚ the LGBTQ activist group‚ GLAAD‚ has become especially concerned that there weren't enough gay characters in movies and shows coming out of entertainment. The group issued a statement asking Hollywood to re-direct and add more gayness to shows. GLAAD tallied all the characters in shows from 2023-2024 and found that there were 468 LGBTQ characters. During the 2022-2023 season there were a total of 596 LGBTQ characters meaning that there was a roughly 21.4 percent drop from last season to the most recent one. God forbid we see less gay sex and transvestites on TV. “We know that LGBTQ stories are crucial now more than ever—it is paramount to see our lives reflected on screen‚ challenging the misinformation and harmful rhetoric that is running unchecked by politicians and journalists‚” GLAAD CEO and president Sarah Kate Ellis said. Ellis was sure to note that integrating stories with LGBTQ characters into TV is important for young people who want to see characters that “truly reflect themselves.” While I’d argue that her intention with that statement was to get more kids to join the LGBTQ mafia‚ she insisted it was to help networks and streamers “grow their audience.” At the launch event for the report‚ Ellis GLAAD-ly proclaimed‚ “when all of us [LGBTQ’s] are in every show‚” she’ll be satisfied about the level of representation. “We deserve to be in every story‚” she said. LGBTQ people are in every family‚ we're in every community‚ we're in every school‚ we're in every office. We belong there. LGBTQ people deserve to be in every story. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ pic.twitter.com/3IAXhuy1m6 — Sarah Kate Ellis (@sarahkateellis) May 2‚ 2024 Even stories about a Christian family who follows biblical principles when it comes to homosexuality and gender&;#63; What about a story about Palestine&;#63; Should gay people be in those movies even though if you were gay in Palestine you’d probably end up beheadded&;#63; No‚ Ellis‚ you don’t belong in every story. Get off your high horse of entitlement. Thing is‚ there’s already WAY too much gay crap in shows. For example‚ in the show “Abbott Elementary‚” a second grade teacher used nonbinary pronouns in a recent episode‚ ABC’s “Station 19” show promoted kids attending pride parades and called gay open relationships “ethical non-monogamy” and ABC’s “The Conners’” show had characters begging for more gay propaganda in schools. Yet for the left‚ that still isn’t good enough. What’s new&;#63;

Doocy‚ Wegmann‚ Gutierrez Grill Inept KJP Over Biden’s Inaction on Pro-Hamas Students

Before being shamed into speaking on-camera Thursday to the American people about the dangerous anti-Semitic hooligans who’ve thrown college campus into chaos‚ Wednesday’s White House press briefing was dominated by numerous reporters — including Fox’s Peter Doocy‚ Real Clear Politics’s Philip Wegmann‚ and even NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez — pressing the ever-inept Karine Jean-Pierre on why Biden hasn’t been more public in denouncing these scenes. The initial questions were rather pedestrian. After AP’s Zeke Miller asked “[w]hy haven’t we heard directly from the President”‚ he was followed by ABC’s Karen Travers wondering whether “anyone from the administration been in touch with...any of these universities that are seeing these protests”‚ CBS’s Weijia Jiang asking the same except with the NYPD‚ and NPR’s Mara Liasson inquiring as to how read in Biden is on the chaos. Gutierrez finally called out what had been denials from Jean-Pierre about how much Biden knows and why he’s been out of sight aside from paper statements: I wanted to follow up on a previous question that was asked. And‚ respectfully‚ you didn’t quite answer it. The question was‚ why hasn’t the President been more forceful in talking about the protests. You talk about how he’s talked about anti-Semitism. But specifically on the protest‚ why hasn’t the President been more forceful on that&;#63; Jean-Pierre grew defensive‚ claiming she “hear[s] the question....but...the President has been the — one — the — no other president has spoken about anti-Semitism than this President.”     Gutierrez countered that was “not the question” and Jean-Pierre hit back that she was “answering it in the way that‚ I believe‚ is the best way to” do so with binder notes about Biden’s “strategic plan to deal — to counter anti-Semitism more than 100 new actions...across the administration.” Some blah‚ blah‚ blah later‚ Gutierrez followed up with a fact-check (click “expand”): GUTIERREZ: You mentioned that the President has taken questions on this. Again‚ respectfully he — he hasn’t. He did take a question where he said he “condemns those who don’t understand what’s going on with the Palestinians.” I know you’ve been asked about that. But since you brought up Charlottesville‚ what do you say to those critics who say that he is trying to have it both ways that he’s essentially‚ you know‚ trying to talk about both anti-Semitism and what’s going on with the Palestinians&;#63; JEAN-PIERRE: I would say to those critics is no. He’s not doing a both sides scenario here. When you think about Charlottesville‚ you think about the — the — the vile anti-Semitism that we heard on the streets of Charlottesville‚ right here‚ uh‚ in Virginia — right — not far from here. The President and many of us wanted to make sure that was called out. Somebody died. A young woman lost her life and‚ when the President saw that‚ it put him in a situation where he believed it was the right thing to speak against that. He wrote an op ed that was in The Atlantic because — about that — about that. He decided to run because of what he saw in Charlottesville and that was just vile‚ nasty rhetoric. And you had — um — you know‚ a former President talk about both sides. There was no both sides here. None. Absolutely none. As it relates to the Palestinians‚ he was talking about the humanitarian — a dire humanitarian situation — that we’re currently seeing. I just mentioned the Secretary — Secretary Blinken is going to be talking about the humanitarian aid that we are trying to get into Gaza for the people of Gaza. We’re trying to get this hostage deal done so that we can get hostages home and create an environment to get humanitarian aid that would lead — also‚ the hostages would lead to a ceasefire. Those things are not the same. They are just not the same. Fundamentally‚ not the same. And it is in bad faith. It is in bad faith to say that. Incredibly‚ one reporter moments later wondered if President Biden’s concerned the rise of campus protests are “turning“ ”the court of public opinion...against what the President is standing for” in supporting Israel: Reporter: “These protests that have been going on college campuses‚ we're hearing that some of them are starting to wane a little bit‚ but they're not just a one day protest. This has been going on for quite some time. Is there some concern within the Biden administration that… pic.twitter.com/97C14wXBvF — Curtis Houck (@CurtisHouck) May 1‚ 2024 USA Today’s Joey Garrison had a few questions from the left‚ including twice bringing to the forefront concerns about how university leaders and law enforcement have acted “harshly” in ““forcibly shut[ting] down” encampments: USA Today's @JoeyGarrison: “With that said‚ I mean‚ does the President believe New York Mayor Adams and leaders of Columbia University and — and City College of New York acted appropriately by having the protesters at those colleges — colleges arrested and their encampments… pic.twitter.com/7sJ80I5s1e — Curtis Houck (@CurtisHouck) May 1‚ 2024 After having been ignored on Monday‚ she called on Doocy and‚ like always‚ he asked something no one else in the room had brought up: Some of these encampments‚ they had a matching tents. We’re being told that there are professional outside agitators involved. We don’t know if they’re being paid to sow chaos by domestic folks or foreign entities. Does President Biden want his administration to find out who is funding some of these protests&;#63; Our friend Nicole Silverio of the Daily Caller had it right when she tweeted the Jean-Pierre promptly “short-circuited”.     Click “expand” to read her psychobabble and Doocy’s hardball follow-up wondering if Biden’s silence served as further indication that he’s “worried about losing the youth vote” if he were to firmly denounce them: JEAN-PIERRE: What I can say — you know — um — I cannot — uh — I cannot speak to — uh — the organizations that are being reported out on the ground. That is not something for me to speak to. That is obviously something that local governments — uh — local officials — I keep saying local government — local officials are going to speak to. They’ll have better information on that. What we have said — and I don’t think I’ve iterated that yet from here is that the DOJ and FBI is going to continue to offer support to universities and colleges — uh — with — in respect to federal laws‚ so that is something that the DOJ and FBI is doing. As far as local organizations and what is all being reported on the ground‚ that is something that — I’m — that local law enforcement‚ I’m certainly‚ is looking into. DOOCY: And I understand that President Biden historically has spoken — JEAN-PIERRE: Yeah. DOOCY: — very forcefully about anti-Semitism‚ but this week‚ he’s not. He’s MIA. Is he that worried about losing the youth vote with these protesters&;#63; JEAN-PIERRE: I’m going to be mindful. You’re talking about youth vote. You’re talking about 2024. DOOCY: Support of young people. JEAN-PIERRE: No‚ no‚ no‚ no. I — I — I — I have to say what I have to say and just give me a second.  (....) JEAN-PIERRE: I’ll speak more broadly. I can’t speak to youth people‚ youth and support and voters. That’s not something I can do from here. Uh‚ the President has taken a lot of policy actions here that he knows that young people care about and a lot of those actions are popular with those young folks‚ whether it’s giving a little bit of breathing room with student debt relief — so we made announcement today‚ matter of fact‚ and we are going to continue to do that‚ because we think it’s important as families or as an American and you coming out of college and you wanna build a family by home — uh — you have the opportunity to do that and not be crushed by student debt. The President understands how important it is to deal with that issue. Climate change — something that young people really truly care about. One of the crises that the President said he came into having to deal with was the climate change crisis. This is a President that has taken more — has taken aggressive‚ aggressive action to deal with climate crisis. You know‚ look‚ I can’t speak to — um — I can’t speak to youth voters or their support‚ but we’re going to do continue to take actions that we believe helps all Americans and all communities. Doocy had one more question: “[Y]ou mentioned what he said in 2017 after Charlottesville. He said‚ about Trump’s response then‚ ‘Charlottesville‚ for me‚ was a moment where I thought silence would be complicity.’ So how does he explain — how do you explain his silence this week&;#63;” Like with Gutierrez‚ Jean-Pierre stood pat and reiterated Biden “has not been silent on this issue when it comes to hate speech‚ anti-Semitism” but Doocy noted “he hasn’t” and his written words obviously mean nothing since “a school building at an Ivy League campus got taken over.” Jean-Pierre dithered away and ran out the clock until Wegmann came up to close the briefing.  Like Doocy‚ Wegmann stuck to his reputation of going against the grain. This time‚ he wondered what the administration made of “some of these college campuses where we’ve seen the U.S. flag torn down and the Palestinian flag replace it.” Jean-Pierre declined to comment and instead spoke more generally about how none should be able to “disturb campuses in the way of taking over buildings in the way that we have seen” and “it is a dangerous time for [the Jewish] community and we have been very clear about what we need to do to fight that hate.” The Press Secretary also refused to weigh in on Wegmann’s other question about whether Biden believes “higher education has gone off the rails that‚ you know‚ something more fundamental has gone wrong on these college campuses” given the rampant anti-Semitism among younger Americans. Fraternity brothers protected the American flag when protesters tried tearing it down — now donations are pouring in

Thousands of generous Americans are donating to North Carolina fraternity brothers for defending the American flag.On Tuesday‚ anti-Israel protesters at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill took down the American flag that prominently flies on the university's Quad and replaced it with a Palestinian flag. Interim chancellor Lee Roberts later personally restored the American flag‚ but protesters repeatedly targeted the flag before police officers installed a barrier around the flagpole.At one point‚ fraternity brothers were photographed and videoed holding Old Glory to ensure it never touched the ground. — (@) The incident went viral and someone eventually started a GoFundMe campaign to &;quot;throw 'em a rager.&;quot; The GoFundMe identified brothers from Pi Kappa Phi‚ Alpha Epsilon Pi‚ and Pi Kappa Psi as those who helped defend the flag.&;quot;Commie losers across the country have invaded college campuses to make dumb demands of weak University Administrators‚&;quot; the GoFundMe says. &;quot;But amidst the chaos‚ the screaming‚ the anti-semitism‚ the hatred of faith and flag‚ stood a platoon of American heroes. Armored in Vineyard Vines and Patagonia‚ fueled by Zyn and White Claws‚ these triumphant Brohemians protected Old Glory from the unwashed Marxist horde — laughing at their shrieks and wails and shielding the Stars &; Stripes from Soviet missiles.&;quot;As of Thursday morning‚ the campaign has raised nearly $400‚000‚ and donations continue to pour in.Whether all of that money will go toward a massive party remains to be seen. But a representative for GoFundMe confirmed to Blaze News that GoFundMe is communicating with the campaign organizer to ensure the donations reach the appropriate destination. — (@) The campaign organizer‚ meanwhile‚ provided an update on Wednesday saying he has hired someone who previously worked in the White House to organize the fraternity celebration.One of the fraternity members who helped protect Old Glory‚ student Brendan Rosenblum‚ said he and his brothers refused to let the protesters desecrate the flag.&;quot;These people wanted to tear down the flag‚ and we were there to protect it‚&;quot; Rosenblum told NewsNation. &;quot;Me and my friends did not allow that to happen.&;quot;&;quot;All of us felt that America‚ and the American flag — and for me‚ the Israeli flag — represent what we believe in‚&;quot; he explained. &;quot;And we weren’t going to let anyone stop us from keeping those two things up.&;quot;Like Blaze News&;#63; Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox. CIA confirms contractor in damning footage was employed by agency but denies his claims about the agency's approach to Trump

James O'Keefe released hidden camera footage Wednesday of an undercover journalist's troubling conversations with a Central Intelligence Agency contractor. The unsuspecting interviewee‚ Amjad Fseisi‚ claimed that while former President Donald Trump was in office‚ the CIA leadership &;quot;kept information from him because we knew he'd f***ing disclose it‚&;quot; thereby leaving the democratically elected leader in the dark. A CIA spokeswoman confirmed to O'Keefe that Fseisi‚ listed on his now-scrubbed LinkedIn page as a Virginia-based manager at Deloitte‚ formerly worked for the agency but called his allegations &;quot;ridiculous.&;quot; The interviewee O'Keefe introduced Fseisi as &;quot;a senior intelligence officer with a top-secret / sensitive compartmentalized information clearance‚&;quot; suggesting he &;quot;has worked at the CIA for over a decade‚ and his knowledge and his position and access show he has a high-level awareness about the agency‚ its current culture‚ and how it has been corrupted by bureaucratic politics and how it has over the years and continues to use its powers to weaponize the CIA to spy on President Trump.&;quot; While O'Keefe initially indicated the CIA contractor served as a project manager in cyber operations‚ the investigative journalist has since issued a correction noting that Fseisi was‚ as he identified himself in the video‚ a program manager at the agency with its China Mission Center. &;quot;I work for the CIA‚&;quot; Fseisi tells the unnamed citizen journalist on camera‚ indicating he has done so since 2008. &;quot;I do cyber operations. I've been doing it for a long time.&;quot; At one point he brags about being &;quot;fully vetted&;quot; and having received TS SCI. &;quot;I help the mission center‚&;quot; continued the contractor. &;quot;Across the entire enterprise.&;quot; Fseisi explained that he presently works for Deloitte &;quot;but based out of the CIA&;quot; and that he previously worked for Lockheed Martin‚ for Northrop Grumman‚ and for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. After showing the undercover journalist what appears to be his green badge with a photo he indicates was taken in 2013‚ Fseisi says‚ &;quot;Okay‚ I'm getting a little nervous now.&;quot; Chelsea Robinson‚ a spokeswoman for the agency‚ told the O'Keefe Media Group that the &;quot;individual making these allegations is a former contractor who does not represent CIA.&;quot; O'Keefe has since seized upon the agency's indication that Fseisi no longer works for the CIA‚ noting that in the video taken last week‚ Fseisi &;quot;waves his intelligence community green badge.&;quot; The investigative journalist intimated that if Fseisi is a former contractor‚ then his termination must hake taken place in the past several days‚ quoting the former deputy director of national intelligence as saying‚ &;quot;An individual possessing a contractor Green badge is only allowed to lawfully possess it while official [sic] employed as a contractor to the intelligence community. Upon any termination‚ credentials are returned to the home agency and destroyed immediately.&;quot; The interview The journalist says to Fseisi‚ &;quot;You've said that Mike Pompeo was working with the heads of the other intel agencies.&;quot; Fseisi interrupts‚ &;quot;That's correct.&;quot; &;quot;To withhold information from Trump‚&;quot; continues the journalist. Following a video edit‚ Fseisi appears to answer‚ &;quot;His predecessor‚ Gina Haspel‚ did.&;quot; When asked whether former CIA Director Gina Haspel withheld information from Trump‚ Fseisi responds‚ &;quot;And I believe Mike Pompeo did the same thing too.&;quot; The ex-CIA contractor alleged that Trump would routinely call Russian President Vladimir Putin and provide him with intelligence. When asked why he would allegedly do so‚ Fseisi said‚ &;quot;He's a f***ing moron.&;quot; In a video ostensibly taken on another occasion‚ the journalist presses the issue‚ asking Fseisi‚ &;quot;So the agencies all kind of‚ like‚ all got together and said‚ we're not going to tell Trump.&;quot; &;quot;The higher-ups‚&;quot; answered Fseisi. &;quot;Put it this way: the executive staff. We're talking about the director and his subordinates.&;quot; &;quot;We kept information from him because we knew he would f***ing disclose it‚&;quot; says Fseisi. &;quot;There are certain people that would give him a high-level overview but never give him any details. Do you know why&;#63; Because he'd leak those details.&;quot; This is not the first time that a person with insider knowledge of the CIA has indicated the agency kept secrets from the nation's lawfully and democratically elected leader. Douglas London‚ who served as a top CIA conterterrorism official during the Trump administration‚ told the New York Times in 2022‚ &;quot;We certainly took into account 'what damage could he do if he blurts this out&;#63;'&;quot; The Times suggested that in one instance early in his presidency‚ Trump informed Russian officials of an Islamic State terror plot brought to Washington's attention by Israel. This transparency greatly angered the intelligence community. Former CIA Director John Brennan suggested in March that upon Trump securing the Republican nomination‚ the CIA and other intelligence agencies would likely go back to keeping him in the dark. &;quot;Now‚ I'm pretty certain that my former intelligence colleagues will provide briefings that are not going to do any type of damage to sources and methods in terms of providing information to Donald Trump that he could misuse‚&;quot; Brennan told MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace. &;quot;I think it's going to be analysis that will be devoid of the sources and methods‚ the sensitive things that we are most concerned about‚ the types of things that were in all those documents that he had in the bathroom and all those areas in Mar-a-Lago.&;quot; Brennan was among the intel alumni that signed the misleading Hunter Biden &;quot;intel&;quot; letter that impacted the 2020 election. The letter‚ which appears to have been the product of an initiative driven by then-senior Biden campaign adviser Antony Blinken‚ suggested the Hunter Biden laptop story had &;quot;all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.&;quot; Fseisi not only suggested that high-ranking CIA officials would keep the president in the dark but that they keep him under constant surveillance. &;quot;We have human intelligence and we also have people that monitor [Trump's] ex-wife‚&;quot; said Fseisi. &;quot;He likes to use burner phones.&;quot; When asked whether the intelligence community was still spying on Trump‚ Fseisi answered‚ &;quot;We monitor everything. ... Nothing goes by without somebody watching.&;quot; Although Fseisi suggested the intelligence community largely despised Trump and thought he was the &;quot;biggest f***ing idiot‚&;quot; he noted there were a few holdouts who &;quot;really do love him inside.&;quot; Fseisi suggested those few company men who liked their president were &;quot;rednecks who live out in the middle of nowhere‚ in the sticks.&;quot; Extra to intimating that the intelligence agencies don't trust Trump over fears he may exercise more of the powers granted him by the American people‚ Fseisi suggested the intelligence agencies don't trust each other. When asked whether the CIA works with the NSA‚ he said‚ &;quot;No‚ because they're very territorial. ... They don't like sharing information.&;quot; Fseisi clams up O'Keefe followed up with Fseisi‚ noting‚ &;quot;Michael Shellenberger and Matt Taibbi did some reporting on the information that was withheld from Trump. It's actually a crime for the director of the CIA to withhold information from Trump.&;quot; &;quot;It's not — I have no idea‚&;quot; said Fseisi. &;quot;Everything I said is unbeknownst to me. I don't know. I have no intel. I have no knowledge.&;quot; Confronted with a series of his own quotes‚ Fseisi can be seen in the video throwing up his hands‚ then stating‚ &;quot;I can have an opinion‚ but I don't know.&;quot; O'Keefe later noted that Fseisi's sudden caution may have been the result of his realization that &;quot;he could be held liable for violating internal agency provisions and federal laws like the Executive Agency ethics provisions‚ which restrict what he may share with others outside of his contracted-to agency.&;quot; CIA spokeswoman Chelsea Robinson said‚ &;quot;These claims about CIA are absolutely false and ridiculous. CIA is a resolutely apolitical institution that provides intelligence support to policymakers including the president of the United States‚ irrespective of who occupies the office.&;quot; &;quot;We are a foreign intelligence-focused agency and do not monitor the former president‚&;quot; added Robinson. Citing &;quot;multiple credible sources&;quot; close to a House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence investigation‚ Shellenberger‚ Taibbi‚ and Alex Gutentag reported in February that the CIA illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to spy on Trump advisors prior to the 2016 election. According to the sources‚ then-President Barack Obama's CIA Director John Brennan identified 26 of Trump's associates as targets for members of the &;quot;Five Eyes&;quot; intelligence alliance to &;quot;'bump‚' or make contact with or manipulate. They were targets of our own IC and law enforcement — targets for collection and misinformation.&;quot; In response to O'Keefe's video‚ Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) requested that the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government open a formal investigation into the &;quot;concerning actions allegedly perpetrated by the intelligence community against President Trump.&;quot; Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) similarly indicated he would be requesting an investigation. Biden’s lawfare against Trump can’t hide his ABYSMAL polling

Joe Biden and the Democrat Party are pulling out all the stops to get Donald Trump behind bars instead of behind the desk in the Oval Office — but that isn’t stopping Biden from falling in the polls. “The fact that he keeps telling us that he’s doing a good job proves that he has dementia‚” Stu Burguiere jokes‚ noting that according to a recent Gallup poll‚ President Joe Biden is now the least popular president in 70 years‚ below even Nixon and Carter. “And really‚ most embarrassingly of course for the left‚ behind even Donald Trump at this point in his presidency‚” Stu says. While Dwight D. Eisenhower tops the list at a 73.2% approval rating‚ Joe Biden finishes it off at a 38.7% approval rating. But that’s not the only poll in which Biden isn’t looking so good. Even a recent CNN poll admits that Trump is maintaining his lead over Biden in the 2024 matchup. While CNN reports that Trump support in the poll among registered voters holds at a steady 49%‚ Joe Biden sits at 43%. “Now that's true. A true statement from CNN‚” Stu says‚ shocked. Stu believes this is all a good sign for Trump. “The most clear advantage for Donald Trump is the advantage of time heals all wounds‚” Stu says. “If this election was held in February 2021‚ Donald Trump would have been slaughtered in this election.” “It’s not the way that it is now; time has come. What we’ve had is three years of Joe Biden being bad‚ and Donald Trump being pretty much nothing‚” he adds. Want more from Stu&;#63;To enjoy more of Stu's lethal wit‚ wisdom‚ and mockery‚ subscribe to BlazeTV — the largest multi-platform network of voices who love America‚ defend the Constitution‚ and live the American dream.

50 Cent will open a film studio in the Deep South‚ not Hollywood‚ to create 'stories that need to be told'

Rapper and entrepreneur Curtis &;quot;50 Cent&;quot; Jackson announced his production studio will be located in the South‚ marking yet another big name to move operations out of California.Jackson‚ who has produced movies and the successful television series &;quot;Power‚&;quot; will cut the ribbon of a new film studio in Shreveport‚ Louisiana.&;quot;As someone who has always believed in the transformative power of music‚ film‚ and television‚ I'm beyond excited to introduce the expansion of my G-Unit Film &; Television through the launch of G-Unit Studios right here in Shreveport‚&;quot; Jackson said in comments to Fox News.50 Cent has been acting‚ producing‚ and creating music videos for nearly two decades now‚ acting as executive producer for the first time in 2010 for film &;quot;Caught in the Crossfire.&;quot; He then produced another movie that same year called &;quot;Gun‚&;quot; starring himself and Val Kilmer.G-Unit Film &; Television is already credited with a documentary called &;quot;50 Cent: The New Breed&;quot; and the production of the aforementioned &;quot;Power.&;quot;&;quot;From the gritty narratives of the streets to the compelling stories that define our era‚ G-Unit has always been more than just entertainment; it's a platform for voices that need to be heard‚ stories that need to be told‚&;quot; he said‚ referring his rap group G-Unit‚ which is now his production house name.Jackson also explained that the idea of bringing the film studio to Shreveport wasn't simply a business decision‚ but a targeted commitment to &;quot;fostering talent‚ creating opportunities‚ and building a community that thrives through creativity and innovation.&;quot;&;quot;We see Shreveport as a beacon of inspiration and creativity‚&;quot; he said about the city. Shreveport has a population of just under 200‚000 and is about a three-hour drive from Dallas‚ Texas‚ and four hours from Baton Rouge‚ Louisiana. You know the vibes Shreveport is gonna be booming \ud83d\udca5this summer \u2022 https://t.co/IH2wzn8Xov — (@) Shreveport Mayor Tom Arceneaux said that he and the city are excited to have the new studio in their back yard.&;quot;This city's rich culture and talent provides the perfect backdrop for this endeavor. We are eager to collaborate with Mr. Jackson and G-Unit Film &; Television to bring captivating movies and entertainment to Shreveport and Caddo Parish.&;quot;50 Cent's footprint has become wider and wider‚ especially with his charity work with the G-Unity Foundation. Charity work has seen Jackson travel to places like Houston‚ Texas; Somalia; and his hometown of Queens‚ New York‚ where he hands out Thanksgiving turkeys.&;quot;Team building and entrepreneurship are skills I learned along the way‚ but they are so important to develop early. I look forward to G-Unity supporting programs that are doing the crucial work of teaching kids to excel at life‚&;quot; Jackson said on the website.Like Blaze News&;#63; Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox. Tampa Bay coach apologizes for 'an inappropriate analogy' after cries of sexism — says complaints hurt more than playoff loss

Coach Jon Cooper apologized for offending anyone who didn't like his analogy about treating NHL goaltenders softly‚ as if they were wearing &;quot;skirts.&;quot;The bench boss for the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning said he was sorry for making relatively harmless remarks when he spoke about goals being called back in his team's playoff series against the Florida Panthers.Multiple goals were disallowed due to goalie interference‚ and Cooper commented on the goals following the team's 6-1 loss that eliminated them from the playoffs.&;quot;If anyone's going to talk about this game they're going to talk about the goals that were taken away‚&;quot; Cooper began. &;quot;In this league where goals are a premium and how all we've done is make the rules for more goal scoring‚ that's what we've done.&;quot;&;quot;Every year there seems to be something we tweak so more goals can be scored‚ and that's great. But‚ there's mandates and the words were to pull a goal off the board it has be unbelievably egregious. That's the standard to pull a goal off the board ... I couldn't find anything remotely egregious‚&;quot; the coach explained.&;quot;Net front battles aren't allowed anymore&;#63; The boxing out rules there are like prison rules in the playoffs‚ but it's not prison rules for the goalies&;#63; We might as well put skirts on them then if that's how it's going to be. I mean they have to battle through stuff too.&;quot; &;quot;We might has well put skirts on them then... I think we're letting the goalies off the hook.&;quot;\n\nLightning coach Jon Cooper weighs in with his perspective on the two disallowed goals tonight and the impact those decisions had on the game. — (@) The throw-away comment did not fall on deaf ears‚ however‚ as vapid claims of sexism soon followed.&;quot;Put skirts on them&;#63; Wow‚ that's some kind of misogyny. Coach‚ you should be better. Gross‚&;quot; one fan responded. Ian Kennedy‚ writer for the Hockey News‚ called Cooper's comments &;quot;open sexism&;quot; that &;quot;just can’t be part of a head coach’s vernacular.&;quot;Just a couple days later‚ Cooper opened a press conference by apologizing for the remarks‚ and shockingly said the negative responses he received felt even worse than the playoff loss.As a &;quot;massive supporter&;quot; of women's hockey‚ Cooper said‚ &;quot;Quite frankly‚ it was wrong‚ and I've got to go explain myself to my [daughters].&;quot;&;quot;Anyway‚ I sincerely apologize to all I offended‚ it's pained me more than the actual series loss itself‚&;quot; he added. Jon Cooper opens his presser addressing the \u201cgirls in skirts\u201d comment from Monday night. \n\nHe says this has been harder than the loss. #GoBolts — (@) &;quot;Respect that Jon Cooper opened by addressing this. He’s always been great to deal with‚ so his comment surprised me. Addressing it head on‚ with sincerity‚ is the right approach‚&;quot; wrote betting podcaster Rachel Doerrie.A former professional football player in the CFL‚ Troy Westwood‚ gave advice that men should try to be better &;quot;dudes.&;quot;&;quot;Dear cavemen. Jon Cooper is by all accounts a good guy. He made a mistake. He apologized. He‚ like what all of us should be doing‚ strives to be a better dude. It’s easy. How Speaker Mike Johnson BETRAYED Republicans — Rep. Massie SOUNDS OFF

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) has joined Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) in seeking to oust Speaker of the House Mike Johnson before the election — and Glenn Beck is wondering how it got to this point. “I don’t understand this whole Mike Johnson thing‚ as speaker of the House‚ I don’t understand what happened to him‚ how we went so wrong‚” Glenn says to Massie. Massie has his reasons and lays out three times Johnson not only betrayed his own party but the American people as well. “He did an omnibus bill that spends more than Nancy Pelosi’s omnibus bills did‚ and he gave the FBI a brand-new building in that omnibus bill‚ and he didn’t give us time to read it‚” Massie explains‚ adding‚ “that was the first betrayal.” “Second betrayal: FISA. This is the spying program that’s been used to surveil Americans without a warrant. He cast the deciding vote on whether to have warrants or not‚ and he voted against warrants‚” Massie continues. Lastly‚ Massie lays out the third betrayal‚ which happened when every Democrat in the house voted to send more money to Ukraine‚ before waving Ukrainian flags. “I think Speaker Johnson‚ if capable of having shame at this point‚ should have been humiliated by that display as well. I put the video of that on Twitter and the sergeant at arms told me it would fine me $500 if I didn’t take it down‚ so I reposted it‚” Massie laughs. “Third betrayal was that Ukrainian vote‚” he says. “We gave up all leverage on any border security.” Want more from Glenn Beck&;#63;To enjoy more of Glenn’s masterful storytelling‚ thought-provoking analysis‚ and uncanny ability to make sense of the chaos‚ subscribe to BlazeTV — the largest multi-platform network of voices who love America‚ defend the Constitution‚ and live the American dream.

Tulsi Gabbard: How I know Democrats' destructive policies are on purpose

Dave Rubin and Tulsi Gabbard were both once Democrats who woke up and each began their own journeys to the right. “I held out hope and put my effort and energy toward actually trying to be constructive and bringing positive change to the Democratic Party‚” Gabbard tells Rubin‚ “but especially in that presidential primary‚ it became tremendously clear to me that the Democrat elite have zero interest in being the traditional liberal party of JFK.” “Not only did they have no interest‚ they actively attacked and smeared and tried to silence me for having the audacity to do that‚ and did it in the most obnoxious possible ways‚” she continues. Rubin remembers it well. “Hillary Clinton I think went on 'The View‚' if I’m not mistaken‚ and said you know‚ basically you’re a Putin stooge‚” he recalls. “The first time she talked about me publicly was on David Axelrod’s podcast‚ and without saying my name‚ essentially said the Russians were grooming me‚” Gabbard says‚ adding that Clinton also called her‚ a war veteran‚ a “traitor” to the country. Democrat leaders like Clinton and Biden do not reflect the liberal values of the great leaders from America’s past — and at this point‚ Gabbard knows they’re not even trying to do so. “You believe it to be more calculated than just incompetence‚ right&;#63;” Rubin asks Gabbard. “You might be able to say‚ ‘Oh well‚ gosh‚ they made a mistake here or there that could be attributed to incompetence‚’” Gabbard says. “But‚” she continues‚ “we have seen now consistently throughout his entire administration over these last three and a half years‚ consistently pushing policies that undermine our freedom‚ that make our country less safe and less secure‚ and that is very quickly unraveling and destroying the foundational‚ fundamental elements of our country and what it means to be an American.” “That has to be intentional.” Want more from Dave Rubin&;#63;To enjoy more honest conversations‚ free speech‚ and big ideas with Dave Rubin‚ subscribe to BlazeTV — the largest multi-platform network of voices who love America‚ defend the Constitution‚ and live the American dream.
