Or is it? The table could have multiple uses. On a nice day, people using the charger could stand beside their vehicle and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. But then the illusion gets shattered when the tabletop completely disappears, leaving the random pole. It’s there, standing guard over the corner and protecting the mystery rectangular thingamabob.
