Vice President Kamala Harris made an appearance on ABC’s “The View” on Tuesday, and despite assurances from CNN’s Brian Stelter that there would be relevant and tough questions for the Democrats’ candidate by default, host Whoopi Goldberg led off with a major-league softball. Instead of giving the vice president a chance to talk policy — something that the American people have repeatedly said they would like to see from her — the regular host asked Harris how she felt when she learned that President Joe Biden was leaving the 2024 presidential race and planned to endorse her in his place. It was — I understood in real time what was happening and obviously then it really set in in the hours and days to come. That was quite a day.” President Biden appeared on “The View” just a week earlier and did not deny reports that he was effectively forced out of the 2024 presidential race by powerful members of his own party.

The Biden-Harris administration is facing criticism over border policies after eight ISIS terror suspects from Tajikistan, who illegally crossed the border, were arrested over the summer for planning a terrorist attack in the U.S. Federal law enforcement officials arrested the suspects in coordinated raids in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia after learning that they were actively plotting to carry out an attack on U.S. soil. CBS News reported that after four months, three of the suspects have been deported to Tajikistan and Russia while four additional suspects are in custody and expected to be removed in the coming weeks. The eighth suspect will likely face a similar outcome but is waiting for his judicial proceedings after they were delayed for a medical issue, the report said. Am I Racist? Some even reportedly used Biden and Harris’ CBP One mass-parole scheme to enter!” Green said that he was deeply concerned about the number of “possible terrorists, gang members, and individuals with criminal backgrounds” that have been released into the country by the Biden-Harris administration after illegally crossing the border. He also said he was concerned about how many of those individuals entered the country illegally among the two million “gotaways” who evaded law enforcement and are now roaming the streets of America. However, the decision to deport the illegal alien terrorist suspects instead of prosecuting them could be shortsighted and prove to be a national security threat later down the road. “If we are only deporting and not prosecuting foreign nationals with terrorist ties, how soon will we see these same previously deported criminals return and enter undetected to carry out a terrorist attack?” a former senior federal law enforcement official told The Daily Wire. “These individuals are dedicated to their cause, they do not fear jail or death,” the former official added. “There is no shortage of Mexican human smuggling groups willing to use specially vetted routes to cross high-value clients willing to pay top dollar.” FBI Director Christopher Wray warned late last year that terrorists were trying to exploit the open southern border policies of the Biden-Harris administration. “I am concerned that we are in an elevated threat environment, a heightened threat environment from foreign terrorist organizations for a whole host of reasons,” Wray said. “And obviously their ability to exploit any port of entry including our southwest border is a source of concern. There’s a lot of discussion about numbers and numbers are important, but let’s not forget that it didn’t take a big number of people on 9/11 to kill 3000 people. So while numbers are important, numbers don’t tell the whole story. And we have seen an increase in so-called KSTs, Known or Suspected Terrorists attempting to cross over the last five years.”

Matt Walsh’s film “Am I Racist?” has officially become the top-grossing documentary of the past decade, bringing in $11.9 million against a $3 million production budget. Walsh starred in the documentary “What Is a Woman?” in 2022 to expose the madness of radical left-wing gender ideology. Both projects were directed by Justin Folk.  The film has a 97% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes with more than 2,500 verified reviews. Despite the overwhelming popularity of the movie, no mainstream critics have reviewed the film yet. Popular YouTube movie reviewer Jeremy Jahns came under fire from fans when he posted his positive review.  “Matt Walsh is surprisingly funny,” Jahns said, adding that he had a “good time and some good laughs” while watching it. Podcast host Joe Rogan also gave “Am I Racist?” a good review. “Your movie is really funny. It’s really funny,” Rogan told Walsh during an interview last month. “By myself, laughing out loud hysterically today,” he went on. “I watched it in the sauna, I watched it in the gym. … It’s one of the best comedies I’ve seen in a long time because there’s so many moments in it that are so uncomfortable.” Walsh posted about critics ignoring the film despite its massive success. “This isn’t a mistake,” he wrote in an X post in September. “You’d be hard-pressed to find another film that opened in >1,500 theaters that was completely snubbed by mainstream critics. If ‘Am I Racist?’ were terrible, these outlets could have reviewed it & trashed it. On Monday, the Liberty Justice Center, famous for its victory in the 2018 case Janus v. AFSCME, filed a motion urging an Oregon court to reinstate a high school track and field coach who was fired after he proposed a separate division for transgender athletes so girls could only compete against other girls. John Parks, an Oregon track and field coach for 40 years, wrote an open letter proposing a separate division for transgender athletes in a track and field state championship. In June, he was fired by the Lake Oswego School District and the Lake Oswego School Board. He was accused of harassing transgender athletes at recent track meets, a claim Parks says is false. On July 24, the Liberty Justice Center filed a First Amendment lawsuit on Parks’ behalf. The Center contends the firing of Parks in alleged retaliation for the letter violated his First Amendment right to free speech. Liberty Justice Center has filed multiple declarations from parents whose children competed on the Lake Oswego track and field team under Coach Parks in 2024 that want Parks reinstated. Am I Racist? We urge the court to grant a preliminary injunction to uphold his First Amendment rights.” In Janus, the Supreme Court held  that the State of Illinois’ “extraction of agency fees from nonconsenting public-sector employees violated the First Amendment,” according to Oyez, an exploration and archive of Supreme Court rulings, adding, “the Court concluded that the state’s collection of agency fees from nonconsenting public employees was a violation of the First Amendment … the Court stated that requiring individuals to endorse ideas they disagreed with runs counter to First Amendment principles, and that even under a more permissive standard than the ‘exacting’ strict scrutiny that the Court had applied in evaluating the constitutionality of agency fees in the past, the Illinois scheme could not pass muster.”
