Luke Combs To Be Featured On Rapper BigXthaPlug’s ‘I Hope You’re Happy’ Country-Inspired Album

The collab I don’t think I could’ve ever dreamt up. It’s no secret that country music is the hot genre right now, and everyone wants in… even rappers like BigXthaPlug, who is dropping a country-inspired rap album tomorrow called I Hope You’re Happy, and it features one of country’s most popular artists in Luke Combs. BigX has already released songs with Ella Langley and Shaboozey, and he also had a huge radio hit with Bailey Zimmerman on “All The Way,” which topped the country airplay charts, and cracked the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it a crossover hit there. It’s something that’s been in the works for a while, and obviously we knew it would feature several country artists due to the pre-released songs, but I honestly didn’t expect Combs’ name to be on the tracklist, so I’m extremely intrigued to hear whatever this is: “‘Pray Hard’ with my guy BigXThaPlug out tonight at midnight.” It’s unclear if Combs had a hand in writing “Pray Hard,” but if I had to guess, I would think he probably did lend his writing talents in addition to his pure country vocals: View this post on Instagram A post shared by Luke Combs (@lukecombs) BigXthaPlug is a Dallas native and grew up hearing country music being in Texas, and it was actually being imprisoned in solitary confinement during a jail stint that led him to becoming a rapper. He had violated a probation, and at 20-years-old, was in jail on his son’s 1st birthday. He said in an interview with Billboard that took a toll on him, obviously, and he used writing and poetry at first to help him cope. Eventually, that turned into a music career: “It took a toll on me, and made me very emotional. So they [jail officials] had to confine me by myself. And in that confinement, I felt like I was losing myself mentally.” In terms of his motivations for doing an entire country-inspired album with so many country artists involved, BigX previously explained that he believes that a true “artist” doesn’t want to be boxed into one genre… adding that “they can’t hate it if it sounds good.” I mean, fair enough… at it’s core, it’s still a rap album, it just features guest vocals from country singers. Much like EMD producers have done int he past. And surprisingly, the fan reaction to the hip-hop-meets country style he’s created has been pretty well-received: “I mean, it’s the difference between somebody that doesn’t like… hip-hop, a rapper and an artist. So I’m saying, people like Beyoncé, me and a bunch of people that have been able to do it are artists. You can’t just hold them in one lane. It’s like telling a painter you can only paint red apples. No, he’s an artist, he’s gonna play a lot of different things. So I feel like you can’t really, I mean of course there’s gonna be some hate about it, but they can’t hate it if it sounds good.” The album consists of 11-tracks in total, and other features from Jelly Roll, a former rapper, as well as the aforementioned artists. I actually think Luke’s feature is the most surprising one of everyone on the list, and I really can’t wait to hear what “Pray Hard” sounds like, because I can’t imagine it’s anything like what we’ve heard Combs do before. “Hell at Night” “All The Way” The post Luke Combs To Be Featured On Rapper BigXthaPlug’s ‘I Hope You’re Happy’ Country-Inspired Album first appeared on Whiskey Riff.

BigXthaPlug Says Morgan Wallen “Had Some Stuff Happen” When He Wanted Him On His Country-Inspired Album, & Fans Brought The Jokes

BigXthaPlug Says Morgan Wallen “Had Some Stuff Happen” When He Wanted Him On His Country-Inspired Album, & Fans Brought The Jokes

Well, I don’t know if a collab between these two will ever happen at this point… In April, Morgan Wallen appeared as a guest on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast, where told Theo that he had tried to get rapper BigXthaPlug on his song “Miami,” from his mega hit I’m The Problem album, but he never heard back from him. “I got a song on my record called ‘Miami.’ It’s a Keith Whitley flip… that’s one of his bigger songs, I guess. But we flipped it and turned it into more of a rap style. But it’s cool, I like it. It seemed like it could use rapper on there, but I didn’t end up using a feature, we ended up just making a second verse. But it’s one of those songs that it wouldn’t be surprising if we got a remix and did that once it’s out.” It was really a brief moment in the podcast which got little media attention in terms of more drama to it, and not long after that moment, BigX mentioned that he was trying to get Morgan on a song, and that it was in the works for his country-inspired album I Hope You’re Happy that will be out everywhere tomorrow. But during an interview with Billboard ahead of the release this week, BigX, a Dallas native, said Morgan “had some stuff happen” at the time he needed him to record, so he went with Bailey Zimmerman on the song “All The Way,” which ended up being a huge hit. It topped the country airplay charts, and cracked the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it a crossover hit there. While he seemed content with Bailey on the song, he explained in more detail: “Morgan Wallen actually didn’t make the project. Morgan Wallen was actually supposed to be with Bailey Zimmerman was, so he was supposed to be on the ‘All The Way’ song. He had some stuff happen at the time, it just wasn’t the right time for him, you know. So Bailey Zimmerman ended up making the cut for that, and it kind was a good thing that he did, because if I would have done that song with Morgan Wallen, it would’ve still went crazy, might have even went crazier than it did, but it wouldn’t have went crazy because me. Morgan Wallen is one of the biggest country artists in the world, that kind of would’ve been more on his shoulders than it was mine. So I kind of feel like with me and Bailey doing it together, it equaled out, like, we helped each other out. We got to see each other rise from that song.” I totally get what he’s trying to say, and he’s right, but still… it’s pretty funny when you really think about it: @billboard @BigXthaPlug explains @morganwallen not making his country project on the lastest episode of Billboard Takes Us Out Watch the full #BillboardNews episode on YouTube #bigxthaplug #morganwallen #countrymusic #baileyzimmerman ♬ Countless – Official Sound Studio Not only did fans notice the way he spoke about Bailey, but many noted the inconsistencies between his story and what Morgan said on Theo’s aforementioned podcast, but I think they were a little confused. It seems as though both wanted to feature the other one on a song, and it’s likely that Morgan actually sent him “Miami” and he never responded, and later, BigX probably wanted to get Morgan on his own song and it didn’t happen for various reasons, that type of thing is really pretty common in the music industry. It just didn’t align this year, but of course, fans were quick to point out the obvious… BigX might’ve been in jail when Morgan trued to get him on “Miami,” and they joked that Morgan himself spent some time in jail last year after his infamous chair-throwing incident last year so maybe that’s why they missed each other: “Believe he was in jail at the time.” “Morgan said something different bud.” “Has anyone checked on Bailey since this.. I know that had to hurt.” “Honestly I’m glad Morgan wasn’t on all the way, I think it fits Bailey more.” “Big X knew Morgan Wallen is bigger than him… but he knew that song would be big because of Morgan. He wanted to shine, so he used someone who sounded similar to Morgan but wasn’t as big.” “Morgan in an interview said he sent BigX a track to cut, but he never got back to him on it and never did it.” “Morgan said something different big X.” “Morgan said way different on the Theo pod.” “Both them was in jail at the time.” “I wanted this collab so bad smh.” “So basically, he didn’t want Morgan to overshadow him. That’s fine, but there’s gotta be more to the story cause BigX unfollowed Morgan on Instagram sometime last summer after months of teasing he’d be on the album, and then Morgan unfollowed him at the end of the year around Christmas. Morgan also said he didn’t send a verse back for Miami.” “Welp, we won’t be getting a Morgan Wallen x BigX anytime soon.” “No. No. He sent YOU a song and you did nothing with it.” If there’s beef between Morgan and BigX, we might never know, but at the very least, a collab seems unlikely. It’s kind of weird they would unfollow each other on Instagram, but fans tend to read way much into stuff like that so who knows what it really means, if it means anything at all. But even without Morgan on the record, Ella Langley, Shaboozey, and the aforementioned Bailey Zimmerman are all featured, in addition to Jelly Roll and Luke Combs. Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos Exposed Funding World's Largest Pedophile Ring - Media Blackout

Your child’s classroom has become the new hunting ground for globalist billionaires. Every time you drop them off at a public school in America, you’re not handing them to educators—you’re feeding them into a machine built and bankrolled by Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and Peter Thiel. These men aren’t “philanthropists”—they’re architects of a surveillance and grooming network that’s turning classrooms into labs for social engineering. Teachers are blowing the whistle: the programs being forced into schools are brainwashing children to reject their identity, question their gender, and—most horrifying of all—normalize the idea of consenting to sex with adults. - Get Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, and Fenbendazole here: https://pills4ever.com - use coupon code 'peoplesvoice' for 15% off. - Protect your privacy from prying eyes with a VPN designed to keep your data secure - even from Mossad: http://vp.net/TPV

America's great people shortage

The timing is no coincidence. The US birth rate peaked in 2007, with just over 4.3 million babies born that year. That number has dropped almost every year since, reaching a 30-year low of 3.8 million births in 2017. Last year, the rate was down to 3.6 million.
