Violent gangs from Venezuela have made their way into Texas where they are now targeting critical energy infrastructure in America’s top oil field. Article by Ethan Huff, republished with permission from Naturalnews.com According to reports, a Texas-based oil and gas company issued a memo to its employees notifying them that both local law enforcement and the FBI are aware of migrant gangs from both Venezuela and Cuba that are committing thefts and other crimes in the Permian Basin. “Industry peers and law enforcement in West Texas (WTX) are aware of a recent increase in organized criminal activity inclusive of violent crimes, gang activity and oil field thefts in and around WTX operational areas,” the memo states. “These individuals and groups are armed, violent in nature and will not hesitate to use force.” The memo goes on to explain that the crimes being committed include theft of: • Oil • Diesel fuel • Copper wire and catalyst elements “Recent incidents have also included two assaults by water haulers who were attempting to steal oil from WTX oilfield sites,” the memo continues. “After the thieves were observed by witnesses who drove up to investigate, the thieves attempted to use their vehicles to run the witnesses off the road.” “In another incident, a thief, acting as a spotter and following a water hauler who had stolen oil, also attempted to run a witness off the road. Even people who don’t agree with Matt Walsh say his movie is a must-watch. The Daily Wire podcast host’s new project “Am I Racist?” is a huge hit on its opening weekend, debuting in the number three position and outearning Lionsgate’s “The Killer’s Game,” which was the second-biggest new release of the day.  “Am I Racist?” also made history for being one of only 15 documentaries to open in over 1,500 theaters after expanding from just 200 to start. The documentary had the third-highest opening day gross for a documentary in the last decade, as The Daily Wire previously reported. So far mainstream critics have mostly ignored the film’s existence even as viewers flock to Rotten Tomatoes to rave about it. As of Sunday afternoon, “Am I Racist?” has a 99% audience score on the site, with more than 500 verified reviewers weighing in.  The most surprising feedback comes from several moviegoers who admit that even if they disagree with Walsh on other points, they were fans of the film. Many of these reviews came from the Reddit subthread r/boxoffice. “Saw it yesterday. I’m not a Matt Walsh fan, but I really enjoyed it,” one person wrote. “It’s not making claims like ‘Racism doesn’t exist’ or anything like that. It’s all about exposing the anti-racist and DEI grifters who profit off of nonsense. Right wing Borat is a pretty accurate statement, but I honestly found this to be a lot funnier than Borat 2.”  “Even if you don’t like Walsh I think you should give it a chance, it’s really not as political as I think many would expect it to be,” the reviewer added. “Democrat who disagrees with matt walsh on everything but saw movie anyways with a trumper friend, it’s HILARIOUS,” another person wrote. “Most I’ve laughed in a theater in ages. It’s not like ‘what is a woman,’ it’s really not a political ‘takedown’ with any serious interviews or political stumping. It’s a straight up borat where the main character is more like larry david in curb your enthusiasm, goes around pretending to be an unintentional a**hole and creating tons of hilariously cringe and awkward situations.” The Redditor added, “Having seen ‘what is a woman,’ I was very surprised at the comparative lack of political commentary or serious interviews. It’s literally just right wing borat, and similarly hilarious.” A third viewer agreed, writing, “Liberal up in Canada, increasingly holding my nose as I vote for Trudeau. Honestly man, it’s surprisingly good. I was REALLY surprised that Matt Walsh could do the Borat thing. Sacha Baron Cohen spent YEARS perfecting the art.
