The fast-food wars have been hot lately, with many restaurants introducing new and exciting items. We’ve seen everything from chicken nuggets at Taco Bell and a Chick-fil-A’s Valentine’s promotion. Plus, McDonald’s is bringing back the cult favorite chicken Snack Wrap. It’s a great time to be alive. Burger King also shared exciting news about the return of their melts and Cheesy Tots, but that’s not all. The home of the flame-grilled Whopper has more to entice customers while they sit back to watch their favorite sporting events on TV. The Instagram account @snackolator shared Burger King will be testing Nacho Chicken Fries and a Pretzel Whopper on the menu in Columbus, Ohio. The Game Day Pretzel Whopper is the “Classic ¼ lb. 100% flame-grilled beef patty, topped with creamy nacho cheese sauce, crispy bacon, melty American cheese, crunchy pickles, and crispy onions, served on a SuperPretzel bun.” And the brand-new Nacho Chicken Fries on the Burger King menu sound just as tasty. They are “Classic, perfectly dippable white meat chicken fries, coated in a crunchy, tortilla chip breading, and served with a side of Nacho Cheese sauce.” The only thing fans didn’t like about this tease was that it’s only available in one location. This person didn’t seem to mind and was ready to hit the road. They wrote, “Say less, I’m ’bout to drive up to Columbus and try it.” “This HAS TO go nationwide,” a fan pleaded. It’s the chicken for this person, “Those nacho chicken fries sound like they are going to be a game changer.” But this one is all about that bun, “I will do some unsavory things for a sandwich on pretzel bread.” There is no word on how fast these items might make it to the Burger King menu nationwide. News Scream 7 Joel McHale Joins Scream 7 as Sidney Prescott’s (Soon to be Dead, Probably) Husband By Vanessa Armstrong | Published on January 16, 2025 Courtesy of Yahoo! Screen Neve Campbell’s Sidney Prescott is married in the upcoming Scream 7, and her husband, a guy named Mark who will very likely get murdered at some point in the film, will be played by Joel McHale (pictured above as Jeff-Winger [dressed as David Beckham], holding a drink for Gillian Jacobs’ Britta Perry [dressed as a T-Rex], on Community.) Deadline broke the news that McHale is with the rest of the cast, including Courteney Cox, Mason Gooding, Isabel May, Celeste O’Connor, Asa Germann, Mckenna Grace, Sam Rechner, and Anna Camp, who are now shooting the film in Atlanta. Details on the plot for Scream 7 remain largely unknown, though we do know that May plays the daughter of Sidney and, presumably, Mark. The script comes from Guy Busick (Abigail, 2022’s Scream, Scream VI), and the movie is directed by Kevin Williamson, who penned the script for 1996’s Scream, the movie that started the franchise. McHale is currently starring in the Fox series Animal Control and has a guest appearance coming up in season three of Yellowjackets. He’s also due to play Jeff Winger once again (pictured above) when the Community movie finally (finally!) gets off the ground. We don’t what kind of husband his character, Mark, will be in Scream 7, but I wouldn’t get too attached to him as he’ll very probably/almost definitely get killed. Scream 7 is currently set to scare its way into theaters on February 27, 2026. That’s right, 2026, a whole year and change from now.
