Even CNN’s Anderson Cooper Admits Michael Cohen LIED During Testimony in Trump Case

Alright, folks, here’s the latest from the media trenches. CNN anchor Anderson Cooper confessed on Thursday that he would “absolutely” have doubts about Michael Cohen’s testimony if he were on the jury. He admits it sounds like Cohen is making it up as he’s going along. Now what will the normies think? Their very own CNN is pointing out the obvious to them. Will they find a way to blame this on Trump? What ever they think, Cooper did a great job highlighting this significant moment of the trial, when Trump’s lawyer caught Cohen in a lie. Weekend forecast: liberals trying to cope with this. Anderson Cooper Stunned by Michael Cohen’s Implosion Under Cross Examination https://t.co/b20KKzzs9e — James Bigelow (@JamesBi08016114) May 17, 2024 Fox News reports: CNN anchor Anderson Cooper admitted on Thursday that he would “absolutely” have doubts about former Trump attorney Michael Cohen’s testimony if he were a member of the jury. Cooper made the comments while speaking to CNN legal analyst Elie Honig about a notable moment during Cohen’s cross-examination the anchor described as Trump’s lawyer catching Cohen in a lie. “Absolutely. I think it’s devastating for Michael Cohen’s credibility on this one particular topic,” Cooper told Honig when asked if he thought Cohen’s testimony about his attempted phone call to Trump was not trustworthy. Cooper’s admission came as both pundits discussed Trump attorney Todd Blanche’s questioning of Cohen, who alleges that he paid adult film star Stormy Daniels on direct orders from then-2016 presidential candidate to conceal an affair Trump and Daniels had. During testimony with prosecutors on Tuesday, Cohen stated that he had called Trump’s former bodyguard Keith Schiller on Oct. 24, 2016 to get in touch with Trump about the payment to Daniels. However, as Trump’s legal team questioned Cohen on Thursday, Blanche pulled out records of text messages that Cohen sent to Schiller shortly before phone call. The text messages revealed Cohen asked to talk to Schiller about a 14-year-old prankster that was harassing him. “Part of it was the 14-year-old … but I know Keith was with Mr. Trump,” Cohen testified. “If I was a juror in this case watching that I would think, this guy’s making this up as he’s going along, or he’s making this particular story up,” the CNN host added. As Noah stated, it’s incredible to see Anderson Cooper explaining that Bragg’s ‘Star Witness’ who was going to “get Trump” LIED: 3:28 for Anderson Cooper to explain to a shocked and almost nonexistent normie leftist audience that the “Star Witness” who was supposed to bring the Orange Man down once and for all … LIED. That’s the short version. The slightly longer and more entertaining version occurs… pic.twitter.com/WzNCRfvmJZ — DailyNoah.com (@DailyNoahNews) May 17, 2024

Kind People Go All Out to Help Cat Left Outside with Kittens, Ensuring the Good Life They Deserve

Kind people went all out to help a cat left outside with kittens, ensuring the good life they deserved. AliraBestFriendsFelinesBest Friends Felines received a call from a veterinary clinic about a mother cat found on the street with her newborn kittens. She had been abandoned outside, doing everything she could to keep her kittens safe and fed. "If Alira, as we have named her, had not made her way to the vets, she would not have survived," Best Friends Felines shared.Alira arrived with five kittens and many challenges against her. Yet, she continued feeding and tending to her litter. BestFriendsFelinesShe'd had a rough path, developed a severe infection and a fever, and was feeling miserable. Volunteers stepped in to bottle-feed the kittens to let Alira focus on healing and nourishing her depleted body. When she was reunited with her kittens the next day, she was so delighted that she gave each of them an extra bath. Alira needed a hero to help her through her recovery and assist her with her precious five. BestFriendsFelinesTom and Kay came upon a post seeking a foster home for the feline family. Despite having no prior experience in fostering, they volunteered to help. "They jumped in the deep end as it was an overwhelming situation."They took Alira on many trips to the vet clinic for treatment and checkups, catering to her every need. They babysat the kittens when the mom needed a break and monitored their daily gains to ensure they were on the right track. BestFriendsFelinesThey showered the mom with affection day in and day out, reminding her that she was loved."Alira has been back and forth to our vets so many times that she could drive to the vets on her own, knowing the way so well. Tom and Kay have done amazingly and are so dedicated with endless vet visits, giving meds, and taking weights." BestFriendsFelinesTheir tireless efforts paid off as Alira's infection cleared up. She regained her voracious appetite, cleaning her plates like a champ. She adores her foster parents and rubs against them when they come into the room. "She is affectionate towards her carers, a faultless litter tray user, and is eating up a storm." BestFriendsFelines"She is a brilliant mother who takes great care of the kittens but also takes regular time to snooze in a place where the kittens can't reach her."The kittens, Jett, Bogart, Sascha, Benji, and Minou, have blossomed into playful spirits, creating antics with their newfound energy. Benji, Sascha, and MinouBestFriendsFelines"Jett is affectionately known as Jumbo Jett because he's three weeks old and nearly 500 grams. He is usually found in cahoots with Bogart, the smaller one, who is a bit of a character."Bogart has beautiful white frosting on his tummy, is quite adventurous, and likes to give you a little nip with his new teeth." Minou gave a big yawnBestFriendsFelines"Sascha, the only girl, has beautiful big eyes, round ears, and a stripey coat. She's smaller and quieter than the boys but can hold her own in a play fight."Benji, the other grey kitten, is the adventurer of the troop. He wanders the farthest distance from Alira and is often on his feet." Jett, Sascha, Minou, Bogart, and BenjiBestFriendsFelines"And then there is Minou. His ears have popped up, and he has a little grey mask (just like his mom). However, he constantly climbs over Alira, pushes the other kittens off the line when they are feeding, and generally follows her around and annoys her." BestFriendsFelinesWith the foster family's help, Alira and her kittens traded the cold, hard ground for cozy beds and worried hearts for pure kitty bliss. PBS Takes Pro-Hamas Line on Israel, Nakba: 'Mass Expulsion' of Palestinians in 1948

Wednesday’s edition of the PBS NewsHour forwarded pro-Hamas historical talking points to paint Palestinians as endless victims of yet another war they launched against Israel, matching up with the network’s consistently slanted coverage of the current Israel-Hamas war. It’s been 76 years since Arab countries attacked the fledgling state of Israel en masse in 1948 to strangle the Jewish homeland in its crib, but were repelled. PBS portrayed the al-Nakba, or “catastrophe,” using the Palestinian rhetoric of “mass expulsion,” with no caveats or actual historical explanation given. Host Geoff Bennett stirred in the anniversary to portray Palestinians as endless victims of unjust Israel aggressions, based on two wars begun by Arab/Islamic entities. The full report: Bennett: In the Middle East, there's been intense fighting across the Gaza Strip, including in the southern city of Rafah. An Israeli government spokesperson said today that Israel will eliminate the four remaining Hamas battalions there, but not necessarily every Hamas fighter. Separately, an Israeli airstrike hit a residential building in the Jabalia refugee camp near Gaza City. Medics say at least three people were killed and 20 others injured. This all comes as Palestinians marked 76 years since the Nakba, or catastrophe, which refers to their mass expulsion from what today is Israel. Some displaced Gazans say the war now is even worse. Faridah Abu Artema, Displaced Palestinian (translation): My mother and father told me about the Nakba, but this here is worse. This is destruction. What we have seen, no one else has seen. Every day is a catastrophe, the catastrophe of hunger, the catastrophe of illness. Every day, we move from place to place. The children are sick. I don't know what to say. Bennett: The U.N. says more than 80 percent of Gaza's population have fled their homes since the start of the war. Many have relocated more than once. The historical reality: In 1948 Britain partitioned the Palestinian Mandate, cleaving out a Jewish state and an Arab state, with the Jews accepting statehood but the Arabs refusing to live alongside the Jews in the region. Several Arab countries then launched a failed war on Israel they day it declared independence. PBS managed to out-do the slanted description from Wednesday’s CBS Evening News. NewsBusters Podcast: Lawrence O'Donnell's Cheesy Trump Trial Diaries

Part of the endless Trump trial coverage on MSNBC was The Last Word host Lawrence O'Donnell reading what sounded like bad diary entries on courtroom happenings. Porn star Stormy Daniels dressed loosely in black, which "suggested the modesty of a nun." How bizarre.  Days later, O'Donnell mocked Trump's appearance in court. He "leaves his face, with his eyes closed, in tortured elderly shapes when he drifts off into his closed-eye space, his mouth shifts from its preferred scowl to the look of a collapsing old building." Ever have that feeling of "collapsing building mouth"? On MSNBC, Brian Stelter told Ari Melber the GOP's in terrible shape, with all these Trump bootlickers showing up at his trial in Manhattan. "I’m just trying to imagine if any Democrats are going to show up at the trial of Bob Menendez, the senator, or or the trial of Joe Biden's son Hunter -- both of which are gonna happen in the next few weeks! And we’re not gonna see any of this, and that tells you everything you need to know about the differences between these two parties in 2024." To which there is an obvious rejoinder: We’re just trying to imagine if any Democrat-servant networks are going to show up at the trials of Senator Menendez or Hunter Biden. No one expects they will be doing gavel-to-gavel coverage for those trials, and that tells you everything you need to know about the Democrat-servant networks. Speaking of MSNBC, The New York Times devoted nearly 3,000 words by Jim Rutenberg and Michael Grynbaum to explain “How MSNBC’s Leftward Tilt Delivers Ratings, and Complications.” What's complicated? The unintentionally funny part is when NBC News suggested MSNBC was ruining its branding as "straight news." Who believes that any more? Lester Holt made it clear "fairness is overrated." We were a little stunned at how angry the networks became over Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker's commencement address at Benedictine College. It wasn't surprising: a Catholic speaker talked about Catholic issues to Catholic graduates. But the Butker critics who aren’t Catholics pulled out little snippets they could not abide. First, they hated that Butker paid tribute to his wife Isabelle for making him successful, for assuming “one of the most important titles of all: homemaker.” That is like a curse word to the feminists. They can’t allow the notion that children might benefit from having a parent in the home. Lester Holt's NBC Nightly News featured a student who inaccurately summarized it: "Getting married and having kids is not my ideal situation right now. It definitely made graduation feel a little less special, knowing I had to sit through that and get told I'm nothing but a homemaker.' Enjoy the podcast below, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
