Fani Willis and black Democrats are the most racist people in America

As expected‚ Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee granted District Attorney Fani Willis permission to continue her racial hoax against Donald Trump. McAfee ruled Friday morning that Willis’ affair with special prosecutor Nathan Wade was not a significant enough indiscretion to disqualify her from prosecuting Trump. McAfee gave Willis the option of removing herself or Wade from the Atlanta show trial. Willis‚ of course‚ will remove Wade and soldier on in the far-fetched RICO case she’s brought against Trump and 13 “co-conspirators.” Fani Willis’ testimony was outrageous and embarrassing. It should have been disqualifying. McAfee’s ruling is not surprising. It is disappointing‚ however. During a two-week hearing arranged to assess the impropriety of Willis’ personal and financial relationship with Wade‚ Willis revealed herself to be an incompetent clown. She took the witness stand and presented herself as a combination of rapper Sexyy Red and actor Jussie Smollett. Georgia taxpayers paid Wade $650‚000 for his work on the Trump case‚ which won’t go to trial until August. Willis claimed she reimbursed Wade thousands of dollars for lavish vacations with the cash she kept around her house. On the stand‚ she talked in the vernacular of a drug dealer — “If a friend says I owe them a G‚” and so forth. She insinuated that a medical condition inhibited Wade’s private part from working while simultaneously stating she would “never emasculate a black man.” The Washington Post labeled Willis’ testimony “awkward.” Her testimony was outrageous and embarrassing. It should have been disqualifying. But America loves its racial hoaxes‚ especially when they destroy the right targets. Trump and his supporters are the right target for a racial hoax. Willis’ prosecution of the former president for alleged election interference is predicated on racial animus. The entire prosecution is pinned on the hope that a predominantly black and largely Democratic Party jury pool will convict Trump and his allies out of racial and political solidarity. It’s the exact same recipe that has led to the conviction of a string of January 6 trespassers for serious felonies. Atlanta‚ Willis’ stomping grounds‚ has similar racial and political demographics as Washington‚ D.C.‚ the city sentencing January 6 defendants to long stretches of prison time.No one believes Trump and his cohorts committed election interference‚ let alone a level of interference that justifies criminal charges. Asking a political ally to find votes is standard operating procedure in American politics. Complaining that the winning side in a close race stole votes is commonplace. Willis’ prosecution solely depends on anti-white racism and political bias. Let’s think this through. American justice is based on the premise that justice is blind. The Lady Justice statues found in and around American courthouses wear blindfolds. A sworn officer of the court — Fani Willis — stated on the witness stand‚ “I would never emasculate a black man.” She repeated it and said it with defiance. Imagine a white sworn officer of the court testifying‚ “I would never emasculate a white man.” That person would be considered a bigot and disqualified from prosecuting black people. The prosecution of Trump in Atlanta is a racial lynching led by a racist. Judge McAfee was too afraid to put a stop to it because he knows that anti-white racism is popular in Atlanta. Black Democrats are the most racist people in America.

'Did anybody see my bubbleheads?' 18‚000 bobbleheads of NHL legend Jaromir Jagr stolen in California cargo theft

California once again became synonymous with theft problems after a large shipment of bobbleheads belonging to the National Hockey League was stolen‚ the team announced. After the shipment arrived in California‚ a case of cargo theft robbed the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins of a reported 18‚000 bobbleheads meant to commemorate legendary Czech Republic-born player Jaromir Jagr. The 52-year-old recently had his jersey number retired by the team; he spent 10 years on the squad winning two Stanley Cup championships. Jagr is second only to Wayne Gretzky in all-time points in the NHL‚ along with being fourth in all-time goals and fifth in all-time assists."The Pittsburgh Penguins announced today that the shipment carrying the Jaromir Jagr bobbleheads for tonight’s game against the San Jose Sharks has been stolen after its arrival in California. As a result‚ the bobbleheads are not in Pittsburgh and will not be distributed at tonight’s game‚ but will be distributed at a later date‚" the team said in a press release."We were shocked to be a victim of cargo theft‚ and we are working closely with local and federal authorities on the investigation‚" said Penguins President of Business Operations Kevin Acklin. "While this unfortunate incident adds to the legend of Jaromir Jagr‚ who will be in attendance as our guest at tonight’s game‚ we look forward to resolving this theft and delivering the prized Jagr bobbleheads to their rightful homes‚ with our fans‚" Acklin added.Jagr has become increasingly popular as he typically leans into jokes about his iconic 1990s mullet and has participated in numerous NHL events in the last year. The former player joked on his X account that he is currently in search of his "bubbleheads.""Did anybody see my bubbleheads?? 18000 of them. Actually‚ I got one‚ missing 17‚999. Let me know. Thank you‚" Jagr wrote. Did anybody see my bubbleheads?? 18000 of them. Actually‚ I got one ‚missing 17‚999. Let me know. Thank you. — (@) The Pittsburgh Penguins media team quickly put together a video that showed Jagr buckling into a car to start searching for the bobbleheads with one in his passenger seat. The video prompted conspiracies that the shipment theft had been a publicity stunt‚ with hosts on "The Pat McAfee Show" wondering if the story had been "a work.""Was the theft a publicity stunt?" a fan asked the hockey team on Instagram."They were actually stolen‚ unfortunately‚" the team replied. "All fans in attendance will receive a voucher that includes a one-time scannable barcode that will be required to pick up the bobblehead at a later date‚" the team added.Fans will be required to attend the game to get the bobblehead. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Pittsburgh Penguins (@penguins) Jagr famously unretired from professional hockey in December 2022 to ensure a team in his home country did not receive a penalty for not having enough players. After leaving the NHL in 2018‚ Jagr played in the Czech Republic's top league for the Kladno Knights‚ a team he is the majority owner of. The team was down to just 12 players due to illness and‚ after postponing the previous game‚ was in danger of facing league disciplinary actions should another game be postponed.Jagr‚ who was seemingly retired not having played in any of the team's first 26 games‚ decided to suit up to avoid any penalties. He had two assists in just 15 minutes of ice time. The Pittsburgh Penguins said that it was still working with the manufacturer‚ transportation companies‚ as well as state and federal authorities to locate the cargo.Like Blaze News? MIC DROP: Jordan Peterson warns Jim Jordan and members of Congress that America is quickly becoming China 2.0

China is well known for being a surveillance state‚ but according to Jordan Peterson‚ America is not far behind. Last week‚ he made the following statement to a congressional committee: “There are now 700 million CCTVs in China under the rule of the Communist Party. The system to which those electronic eyes are attached is the most complete state apparatus of surveillance yet imagined with the the ability not only to recognize faces at a distance‚ but gait itself when facial features are hidden or obscured.” This invasive surveillance software has been ominously named “Skynet after the rogue and all-seeing technology that took such a dreadfully wrong turn in the famous science fiction movie 'Terminator' series‚ featuring artificially intelligent robots hell-bent on protecting themselves by destroying humanity.” China’s Skynet system allows the government “access to everything [citizens] possess electronically‚” including “their savings and their access to travel.” Their “access to the world can be reduced to zero if [their] social credit score falls beyond an arbitrary minimum‚” which allows them to be “shut out of all activities‚” such as “driving‚ shopping‚ working‚ eating‚ finding shelter‚ and even fraternizing with friends and family.” “This has also opened up the opportunity for the government to extract slave-like labor from its citizens” who are desperate to “increase their [social credit] score and remain part of human society‚” Peterson warned. While China’s tyrannical Skynet system sounds like something from a dystopian novel‚ it’s all too real‚ and according to Peterson‚ America is heading in the same direction. “Why is any of this relevant to people in the West?” he asked. “Well‚ because the technology that the Chinese Communist Party employs is an extension of Western technology because we already fell prey to the terrible temptation of lockdown employed by that state in the face of hypothetical crisis once‚” he said‚ referencing the COVID-19 pandemic. Further‚ the West is prone to falling victim to a Skynet-like system due to the “convenience of universal and automatic recognition of identity and partly because any problem whatsoever that now confronts us can easily be used to justify the increasing reach of the security and nanny state‚” said Peterson. “We all live so much in the virtual world in consequence of our purchasing habits and modes of electronically mediated communication that our very selves have become reducible to … data — the modern equivalent of our footprint” and “an image of our identity‚” which is “increasingly bought and sold by the invisible corporate brokers.” These “brokers” then use the information for advertising purposes — “to sell us what we so desperately and carelessly and conveniently want‚” said Peterson‚ but what most people fail to realize is that it “can also be used to track‚ monitor‚ and punish everything we do and say.” “Governments can and are colluding with these corporate agents to develop a picture‚ not only of our actions‚ but of our thoughts and words‚ so that deviation from the desired end can be mapped‚ rewarded‚ and punished.” “The development of a digital identity and currency … will facilitate the development of a surveillance state — the scope of which optimistic pessimists of totalitarianism‚ such as George Orwell‚ could scarcely imagine.” “The ultimate fascist collusion between gigantic‚ self-interested corporations and paranoid‚ security-obsessed‚ anti-human governments … becomes ever more likely. ‘If you have nothing to hide‚ you will have nothing to fear’ will be the slogan commandeered by those most likely to turn to surveillance‚” Peterson warned. Solomon he’s not! Georgia judge’s ‘baby split’ flouts the rule of law

Solomon he’s not! Georgia judge’s ‘baby split’ flouts the rule of law

One of the shocking things that any litigator discovers‚ after even a brief time in practice‚ is that judges often fail to follow the rule of law. Being human‚ they try not to favor one party over another‚ even when the law is clear. Not that the law is always that lucid‚ but there are instances when judicial decisions appear to be governed almost by whim rather than the law. In the Georgia prosecution of Donald Trump and others for alleged election interference‚ we have just arrived at a splendid example of this phenomenon. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee‚ who gives every appearance of being an unbiased and rule-abiding jurist‚ was urged by the defendants’ lawyers to disqualify two of the prosecutors in the case: Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her admitted paramour‚ specially appointed counsel Nathan Wade. In our partisan times‚ it is hard for any of us to believe we still have anything approaching a government of laws‚ not men. Defense attorneys argued that Willis and Wade lied on the stand about the time their relationship began and whether the hiring of Wade by Willis (at a high salary relative to other prosecutors in her office) and Willis taking repeated vacations with Wade (for which Willis claimed she compensated Wade in unrecorded and untraceable cash contributions) constituted a “conflict of interest” or the “appearance of a conflict of interest.” Georgia law could be read to mandate the dismissal in the case of an “appearance of conflict‚” and it was on that proposition that the judge apparently decided that either Willis or Wade must leave the case. McAfee on Friday left the decision of who was to go up to Willis. Pundits immediately began to proclaim that the judge had “split the baby‚” referring to the famous decision noted in the Old Testament in which King Solomon‚ determining a case where two women claimed to be the mother of a child‚ offered to slice the child in two‚ giving half to each of the claimants. The real mother‚ whose maternal instincts would not permit her to allow her child to be killed to carry out the ruling‚ begged the king to give the baby to the false claimant to spare the baby’s life. Solomon‚ purportedly the wisest king Israel ever had‚ then awarded the whole baby to the real mother. Justice was done in that biblical case‚ of course. “Splitting the baby” there was simply a ruse to achieve justice. Not so in Scott McAfee’s court. If there was a conflict‚ or even the appearance of a conflict‚ in the Georgia prosecution‚ surely Willis and Wade perpetrated that conflict. To remove only one of them from the case does nothing to remove the taint. The rules regarding “conflict of interest” exist because when a prosecutor has a conflict‚ the presumption is that person is untrustworthy and will not act objectively to advance the interests of justice. That concern remains‚ particularly when neither Willis nor Wade were candid about the details of their relationship‚ as the judge seemed to realize. If they could not be trusted to tell the truth on the stand‚ how could either be trusted to remain fair as a prosecutor? It is difficult not to think that McAfee might also have been swayed to attempt this seemingly Solomonic solution because he is soon to face the voters of Fulton County in his first judicial election (he was appointed by Georgia’s governor to fill a vacancy‚ but his position is an elective one in the Peach State). This is‚ of course‚ an argument for the folly of electing judges‚ but all judges do tend often to compromise or force the parties to settle. In our partisan times‚ it is hard for any of us to believe we still have anything approaching a government of laws and not men‚ as our Constitution’s framers envisioned. It’s a fair bet that Donald Trump’s attorneys will appeal McAfee’s decision and a higher Georgia court will decide on the legitimacy of this particular judicial legerdemain. The RICO statute on which Willis’ prosecution is grounded was never intended to deal with anything but organized crime. To stretch it into something that could derail honest differences about an election would be likely to fail on eventual appeal in any event. There is some justice rendered that two of the participants in this wrongful “lawfare” will inevitably suffer damaged reputations‚ but Judge McAfee’s baby-splitting still damages the rule of law.
