Guess Which Radical Soros-Funded DA Could Let DNC Rioters Walk

With hordes of anti-Israel protesters descending on the Democratic National Convention (DNC) this week, attention has turned to the jurisdiction’s top prosecutor, a Soros-funded extremist. Cook County District Attorney (DA) Kim Foxx is one of the most prolific of the 126 Soros prosecutors MRC documented in its August 12 Special Report. Foxx has built a career protecting the left’s allies, coddling criminals and colluding with anti-American groups backed by leftist activists George and Alexander Soros.  Like many other Soros prosecutors such as New York County DA Alvin Bragg, Foxx worked with the Soros groups Fair & Just Prosecution (FJP) and the Vera Institute for Justice, coordinating with both organizations in private “convenings.” The Soros groups direct the prosecutors’ messaging, connect them with legacy media outlets like The Washington Post and oversee the implementation of office staffing and public policy.  FJP instructed Soros prosecutors to sign statements and pledges to set their agenda, covering hot button political issues like sex-change surgeries for minors, abortion, and Second Amendment rights. Foxx was one of the most prolific of these attorneys, signing twenty-eight separate statements. She also worked with FJP to lobby courts on thirty-one different occasions.   Foxx is a radical leftist activist, having pushed the Illinois legislature to entirely eliminate cash bail — making it the first and only state in the nation to do so. As a result this so-called “reform” which Foxx so aggressively supported, the rioters arrested during Monday’s demonstrations may be free to return to the protests this week.   Chicago police may note Foxx’s affiliation with FJP, an organization which prioritizes the prosecution of police. On at least 12 separate occasions, FJP sent out celebratory emails when one of their network prosecutors indicted or convicted a police officer. FJP implied that indicting officers was some sort of competition, rejoicing that “in the last 18 months, [George Gascon’s] office has charged 19 police officers.” At least one of the indictments FJP celebrated was repeatedly found to be baseless.  Foxx’s collusion with Soros organizations began before she was even elected DA. According to the New York Post, Soros groups “contributed $300,000 to Foxx’s first campaign in 2016,” and then spent another $2 million to get her reelected.  Under Foxx’s watch, Cook County exceeded 1,000 annual homicides for the first time in twenty-seven years. In June,  federal prosecutors had to step in to try two gangsters for allegedly murdering a National Guardsman after Foxx refused to indict anyone for the crime.  Foxx is perhaps best known for her repeated attempts to erase the charges against hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett. Smollett, a black actor on the TV show Empire, filed a police report falsely  claiming to have been beaten and forced to wear a noose by white men shouting “this is MAGA country.”   Media Research Center’s Vice President of Free Speech Dan Schneider warned, “Given Foxx’s sympathy toward criminals like Smollett and her alliance with a group known for targeting innocent cops, she is more likely to charge the police officers who have sworn to uphold the law than to go after the rioters who have vowed to break the law.” The DNC began Monday and will continue through Thursday. The Republican National Convention (RNC) was conducted last month in the jurisdiction of a different Soros prosecutor, Milwaukee DA John Chisholm.  Conservatives are under attack. The hangover is worse than the reality

The hangover is worse than the reality

The Republican National Convention was a strange high for the Grand Old Party. The president had just (barely) survived an assassination attempt, Democrats’ lawfare had collapsed in on itself, and the incumbent was facing a messy public coup. There was talk about winning New Jersey. Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan’s historic landslides were ready for a sequel. The optimism was so foreign to conservatives that most knew the shoe was going to drop. But still, when it finally dropped, in an eminently predictable fashion, those same conservatives plunged into despair. “How could the polls be tightening?” “How could corporate media bury a deadly assassination after just a week?” “Can they actually gaslight us all into thinking Kamala Harris is super cool? That she’s super smart? That she’s brat?” None are immune to hangovers, and Monday’s DNC 'disaster' might just be the start of Democrats’ own brush with that big, hard sun. The term “black-pilled” was bandied about to describe the hopeless nihilism erupting on the American right, but is reality that bad? Of course it isn’t. The polls now reflect the simple reality of a deeply divided country. Sure, it’s depressing that roughly half of American voters are busily cheering on decline, but it’s the same old sun that rose yesterday and the day before that. If the sun burns particularly hard after a weeklong high, well, that’s the hangover — not the reality. You got a glimpse of that when conservative Twitter suffered a meltdown over former President Donald Trump’s convention speech. Sure, it was long, boring, and started too late, but it's a political convention — and he’s a 78-year-old man who often goes on in his rambling, spoken-word comedy style, and a ton of people like it. After the high of the week, his most devoted supporters were ready to see Trump ascending from the stage in a golden crown with a flaming sword. After the party, a mediocre speech was a “disaster!” The narrative only fed on itself after Harris took the nomination, the gaslighting began, and the polls shifted. But none are immune to hangovers, and Monday’s sloppy Democratic National Convention might just be the start of Democrats’ own brush with that big, hard sun. The week began with puff pieces about how unified a party beset by tens of thousands of protesters really is, diary entries about how cool it was to get to Chicago, and a New York Times email about how patriotic the Democrats are, despite polling suggesting the opposite. By Tuesday morning, the reporters were angry about a shortage of seats and electrical outlets, Hillary Clinton had reminded the world how annoying she is, and the defrocked incumbent had been relegated to a midnight speech delivered hours after the Eastern battleground states had gone to bed. In the lead-up, angry activists attacked security fencing, and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) delivered her best Eva Perón impression (and the Democrats’ sizeable pro-Hamas contingent is super ticked about the contents, too). The momentum is movie magic. It’s fake; vaporous. Offering interviews with your dog is well and fine if you’re Barack Obama or some other magnetic personality with a genuinely devoted following, but Vice President Kamala Harris and Gov. Tim Walz ain’t that, and Wednesday’s heavy dose of Obama nostalgia doesn’t change that so long as he’s not back on the ticket. After weeks of fawning press, the polls are tied. That’s a real cause for concern to thinking Democrats, like Van Jones. James Carville, too. We learned Tuesday morning that J.P. Morgan's economists expect the government to revise its March job growth statistics down by 360,000 on Wednesday. Goldman Sachs thinks the number could go down as many as 1 million jobs. Reality is harsh, despite the propaganda barrage. Each day this goes on, the “joy” campaign looks more and more like just another “Jeb!” The Independent: Harris super PAC president says internal polling numbers ‘are much less rosy’ Return: Is the presidential election a simulation? THE FIRE RISES: Blaze News: Columbia University didn’t expel a single a student over the pro-Hamas campus takeover Flags were burned, staff assaulted, classes canceled, Jewish students harassed and intimidated. But did any of the rich kids playing revolution get in trouble for their lawlessness at Columbia University? Nope. The lack of consequences for violent left-wing extremism isn’t just unfair — it’s a serious threat. I mean, why not start a revolution when there are no consequences for you? Candace Hathaway reports: According to information provided by Columbia University to the committee, 40 students were arrested by New York Police Department officers on April 18 for allegedly participating in the unauthorized encampment. The police ultimately dropped the charges. The university allowed 18 of the students to remain in "good standing" in exchange for signing an "alternative resolution." As of early August, 38 were in good standing, with some waiting for a hearing and others on conditional disciplinary probation. On April 29, 35 students were initially placed on interim suspension after they were accused of refusing to leave the makeshift encampment despite multiple warnings from the university, the panel analysis found. However, those suspensions were lifted for 29 students, and charges were dismissed, citing "not enough information to substantiate participation." Thirty-one of the students who were accused of participating are in good standing with the university. Only four of the 22 students who were arrested on April 30 after locking themselves inside Hamilton Hall are "not in good standing" with the university, the report read. Three of those students are facing interim suspension, and one is "currently on disciplinary probation from a prior hearing."

Tim Walz is the perfect salesman for the Democrats’ anti-white policies

Kamala Harris deliberately chose Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, recognizing how his combination of her political radicalism and his almost over-the-top parody of a Middle American white guy would resonate. Harris’ vice presidential pick shows that Democrats recognize their potential problem with white voters. Walz, however, will play a less prominent version of the role Joe Biden has filled for the past four years — offering a friendly face to white voters in hopes that they overlook the pervasive anti-whiteness within the modern Democratic Party. The only public role for whites such as Tim Walz in the new Democratic Party is one of self-flagellation. Anyone who has read my recently released book, “The Unprotected Class: How Anti-White Racism Is Tearing America Apart,” which opens with an extended meditation on how Minnesota’s political class reacted to George Floyd's death, will find this development unsurprising. The Democrats lead today’s anti-white politics with their relentless focus on “white privilege” and their push for affirmative action, DEI, and other racially discriminatory policies. But to understand the depth of this animus and how it plays out among Democrats, look back to the recent Zoom calls of “White Women for Kamala” and “White Dudes for Harris,” each of which drew more than 150,000 viewers of pallor. “As white women we need to use our privilege to make positive changes,” said a leader of White Women for Kamala, one Arielle Fodor, also known as “Mrs. Frazzled,” a TikTok influencer. “If you find yourself talking over or speaking for BIPOC individuals or, God forbid, correcting them,” Fodor told the nice white ladies tuning in, then they should immediately desist. “As white people, we have a lot to learn and unlearn.” Well then. But the genuflection of white women was trivial compared to the contortions white men are asked to do to remain in the Democratic Party tent. The leading organizer of “White Dudes for Harris” is actually a white guy, Ross Morales Rocketto, though in taking the last name of his Hispanic political activist wife as his own middle name, he does a great deal to obscure this. A review of Rocketto’s résumé on LinkedIn reveals that all five of the political candidates whose campaigns he worked on full-time were Hispanic, some of whom (like the Castro brothers in Texas) were hard-core ethnic activists. Rocketto’s biography is hardly the profile of an average “white dude” but rather a white person who has gone out of his way to embrace nonwhite identities and affiliations. After he opened the proceedings with some brief introductory remarks, he handed things off not to a white person, but to Maurice Mitchell, a black man who is the national director of the radical left Working Families Party. Mitchell’s X account touts his enduring relationship with the “Movement for Black Lives,” which calls for reparations and “ending the war on black people,” among many other radical demands. He informed the white guys on the call that “white nationalists in MAGA want to speak for you” and that they needed to avoid “discourse rooted in racism and sexism.” “Your silence signals agreement,” he told them, giving the dutiful white listeners marching orders. One participant, retweeted approvingly by the official White Dudes for Harris X account, said he was “more than thankful that it started with its first speaker being a black man. We need to listen.” Once an actual white person finally took the floor, it was a cavalcade of anti-white apologies. One speaker slandered fellow white men by noting, “Throughout American history, when white men organized, it was often with pointy hats on,” a truly absurd way to describe more than 400 years of white men’s political activity in America that led the country from its beginnings as a tiny group of colonies on the Eastern Seaboard to the world’s pre-eminent power. Other men referred to “marginalized communities that educate me every single day” and noted that “Kamala is carrying on her shoulders 248 years of pain, of agony, of hope of frustration, and no matter how many degrees she has, no matter how good her grades are, she’s never good enough because they’re always moving the line.” (The “they” of course, is understood to be those bad whites who support Trump.) Or as the official Twitter account itself summarized the call, “The recurring theme of #WhiteDudesforHarris was that White Dudes can no longer just silently disagree w/ racism & misogyny.” There was no mention of why Harris is the best candidate for president other than her nonwhite and female identity. Among the Democrats, no other explanation was necessary. If there was ever a place where white people in the Democratic Party might have been expected to unapologetically assert their ethnic identity or interests they might have as white Americans, one would think it would be in a self-designated ethnic affinity group. But what was made clear in these Zoom calls is that the only public role for whites such as Tim Walz in the new Democratic Party is one of self-flagellation. They can speak, as Walz has done, to the “systemic racism” allegedly created by their own community, or they cannot speak at all.

Democrats traffic in falsehoods about Project 2025 at DNC — and the AP appears happy to assist

The post-Biden Democratic establishment now coagulating around the Harris campaign has worked for months, in concert with the liberal media and various radical groups, to mischaracterize the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025 and weaponize the resultant mischaracterization against President Donald Trump. Rather than recognize 2025's "Mandate for Leadership" for what it is — a "candidate-agnostic" policy document developed by various conservative groups with the aim of detailing popular ways a future president might "take down the Deep State and return the government to the people" — Democrats have suggested it is instead a weird and authoritarian "blueprint" for ushering America into a dystopian future lifted from the pages of a Margaret Atwood novel. Democrats leaned into their false narrative at the Democratic National Convention this week and once again found willing collaborators in the mainstream media. On Monday, Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow (D) carried an oversized prop representing Project 2025's policy book to the DNC stage and slammed it on the lectern, stating, "This is Project 2025. Now, over the next four nights, you are going to hear a lot about what is in this 900-page document. Why? Because this is the Republican blueprint for a second Trump term." Contrary to McMorrow's claim, the GOP has its own blueprint for Trump's second term. Furthermore, Trump has disavowed Project 2025, stating, "Some of the things they're saying are absolutely ridiculous and abysmal." Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.), a strong Trump supporter, recently emphasized, "It's not a problem for the president because the president is already on the record saying that he has nothing to do with it." "Their focus on Project 2025 is insanity," added Donalds. Despite the inaccuracy of McMorrow's opening assertion, the Associated Press — an outfit that has similarly had troubles with facts in recent years — regurgitated McMorrow's claim nearly verbatim online. Project 2025 responded on X, "Is this the AP or the DNC account? Project 2025 does not represent any candidate or campaign. We are a coalition of over 110 conservative groups offering policy and personnel recommendations. We expect a correction and apology, or a disclaimer that you're now DNC surrogates." The AP only corrected its error and deleted its post Tuesday afternoon, noting it had "misidentified the blueprint as Republican." McMorrow did not limit her comments about Project 2025 to the one claim that the Associated Press was forced to walk back. "That's right," continued McMorrow. "They went ahead and wrote down all the extreme things that Donald Trump wants to do in the next four years. And then they just tweeted it out, putting it out on the internet for everybody to read. So we read it and whatever you think it might be, it is so much worse." According to McMorrow, Project 2025 aims to turn Trump "into a dictator." 'They know Project 2025's ideas are popular, which is why they are lying about what's in it.' After slamming the prop against the lectern once more, the Michigan Democrat pointed to the 2025 recommendation that Trump re-establish the Schedule F employment category for federal employees as evidence of dictatorial aspirations. Trump issued an executive order establishing the category prior to the 2020 election in an effort to make it easier for future administrations to remove insubordinate and poorly performing bureaucrats from an estimated pool of 50,000 eligible candidates. Accordingly, those civil servants — some self-described and others dubbed by the media as the "resistance" — who had worked for years to prevent the democratically elected president from executing the will of the American people could be canned. "They're talking about replacing the entire federal government with an army of loyalists who answer only to Donald Trump," continued McMorrow, who appeared to gloss over the fact the policy document was drafted long before Trump became the Republican nominee. It became clear Tuesday night that Democrats had manufactured the Project 2025 prop book for more than just McMorrow's tirade. Pennsylvania state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta similarly trotted out the prop, saying, "Usually Republicans want to ban books, but now they are trying to shove this down our throats." "It is a radical plan to drag us backwards, bankrupt the middle class, and raise prices on working families," said Kenyatta. The Pennsylvania Democrat suggested further that under Project 2025, families would pay more in federal taxes and workers would see cuts in their overtime pay. Blaze News previously reported that the project's policy recommendations actually include: increasing oversight of the Department of Justice and FBI; eliminating the Department of Education and "moving control and funding of education from D.C. bureaucrats to parents and state and local governments"; unfettering American energy production as a means to reduce prices and boost the economy; ousting those obstructionist partisans in the federal bureaucracy who may again attempt to prevent the duly-elected president from realizing his mandate; securing the border and ousting illegal aliens; cutting the growth of government spending annually to reduce inflation; and banning men from participating in women's sports. Heritage president Kevin Roberts emphasized in his foreword to the policy book that the aim should be to: "Restore the family as the centerpiece of American life and protect our children"; "dismantle the administrative state and return self-governance to the American people"; "defend our nation's sovereignty, borders, and bounty against global threats"; and "secure our God-given individual rights to live freely." Roberts suggested to "Blaze News Tonight" last month that Project 2025 represents a "return to common sense policy." - YouTube youtu.be Project 2025 noted Tuesday, "Despite calling Project 2025 'radical, extreme, and dangerous', the DNC platform ironically takes a shocking number of ideas from Project 2025's Mandate for Leadership." "They know Project 2025's ideas are popular, which is why they are lying about what's in it. The only radical thing about Project 2025 is how radically popular their ideas are with the American people," continued the Heritage project, adding: Their new platform takes a page out of Project 2025 on a host of issues, including securing the southern border and reducing illegal immigration, reducing the federal debt, supporting a fairer tax code that ends special interests and helps small entrepreneurs compete, encouraging the reshoring of American jobs and products, blocking the CCP from buying U.S. farmland, expanding alternative pathways to college, cracking down on Big-Tech abuses online, building off of the Abraham Accords, and strengthening our defense industrial base. Of course, they don't actually want to do any of this. If they were sincere about implementing these ideas, they would stop lying and demonizing Project 2025. Like Blaze News?
