What You Need To Make Peanut Butter Cup Pie
Cream Cheese– it should be softened before you mix it with the peanut butter .
Peanut Butter– I use creamy peanut butter.
Vanilla Extract
Powdered Sugar
Cool Whip– you can substitute fresh whipped cream if you prefer.
Peanut Butter Cups– you can use any size peanut butter cups.
Store-Bought Pie Crust– I like to use an oreo pie crust or chocolate graham cracker pie crust for this recipe. As an alternative‚ you could make a Nutter Butter pie crust for extra peanut butter flavor.
How To Store
Top the pie with the lid that came with the store-bought pie crust and refrigerate for 4 to 5 days. Can also be wrapped in plastic and frozen for up to a month.
