Abiding Child Abuse in Schools

Abiding Child Abuse in Schools

The sexual abuse of children by their teachers is ignored by administrators and legislators. The stories of pedophile teachers not being held accountable for their abominable crimes are endless. In an in-depth piece, reporter Matt Drange investigates the issue and what he finds is positively revolting. A case in North Carolina is typical. In Durham County, a student at Neal Middle School said her chorus teacher, Troy Pickens, had groped her, only disclosing a few years later that he’d raped her. James Key, the school’s principal, didn’t open an investigation until the child’s mother got involved, and even then, according to a subsequent civil suit that settled out of court, the principal “failed to report the groping allegation to law enforcement or child protective services, as required by state law.” Instead, Key allowed Pickens to resign, paving the way for him to remain in the field. Several months later, Pickens applied for another teaching job in nearby Wake County. He landed the job partly due to a positive review from Key, who, according to the civil suit, never shared any information about his misconduct investigation. Before long, Pickens sexually abused another student at his new school. “The methodical assaults in a school bathroom, detailed in court records, included digital penetration and forced fellatio. The student only came forward about the abuse two years later, after Pickens was arrested for raping the student back at Neal.” But just as in Durham County, the Wake County district allowed Pickens to resign.Save 40% on our limited edition Brain Force Ultra that’s loaded with proprietary super ingredients! Similar to Drange’s horror stories, a 2023 report by the Defense of Freedom Institute’s Paul Zimmerman alleges a “systemic failure by federal, state, and local authorities to prevent sexual abuse of students in public schools.” The report, titled “Catching the Trash,” finds that federal, state, and local authorities have not done enough to ensure that students are protected from abuse during the school day. According to data compiled by DFI, “between 2010 and 2019, the number of complaints filed with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights alleging sexual violence against K–12 schools more than tripled.” The most recent available data, collected in 2017–18, shows 13,799 “incidents of sexual violence” and 685 instances of “rape or attempted rape” across about 95,000 schools—an increase of 43 percent and 74 percent, respectively, from the 2015–16 data. Scandalously, DFI found that when public school employees are investigated for sexual abuse, many school districts are under no legal obligation to notify parents or even note the investigation in the employee’s personnel file. “This allows administrators to pawn off known abusers to different schools and districts in a phenomenon called ‘passing the trash’” Additionally, Billie-Jo Grant, a researcher and consultant for SESAME, a group that targets educator sexual abuse, writes that fewer than 5% of school administrators nationwide report sexual misconduct to law enforcement. Every state has its own litany of ugly child abuse stories. In a well-publicized case, Los Angeles second-grade teacher Mark Berndt had a track record of perversity dating back to 1983 when he dropped his pants on a class trip to a museum, blaming it on “baggy shorts.” In 1992, several students claimed he was masturbating in class, and another student said he touched her inappropriately in the classroom. In both cases, school administrators ignored the allegations. Berndt was finally busted in 2012 when it was learned that he had a habit of blindfolding his second graders and feeding them cookies smeared with his semen. Despite 30 years of perversity, the remedy employed by the school district was to bar lessons involving blindfolds and classroom-made butter. The statutes in California, which mandate an arcane 10-step process before a dismissal is finalized, are still in force. Also in California, 51 Bay Area schools face sexual abuse lawsuits. In the cases reviewed by the San Francisco Chronicle, former students say school leaders ignored or mishandled complaintsthat educators were sexually abusing them. The students claim the district’s inaction allowed teachers to continue harming them and other students. “In at least two cases in which schools did investigate, officials found evidence that an alleged abuser had behaved inappropriately with students but allowed the employee to continue working with children, the suits claim.” A French teacher in New York City is still in the classroom after being fired by the Department of Education. Dulaina Almonte, 33, lost her job at Harry S. Truman High School in The Bronx in 2020 after the Special Commissioner of Investigation substantiated claims she “sent a 17-year-old female student a staggering 28,075 late-night texts over 14 months—66 messages a day—and traded nearly 1,900 texts with a male 12th-grader.” It is also claimed that she and a former pupil were “involved in a sex act” in a classroom, according to a police report. She now teaches at a public charter school in New York. Almonte is not exactly reticent about her situation, asserting, “It’s not a crime, but still got fired, which is honestly why the DOE can suck a big pr–k.” She defiantly added, “Still a teacher working elsewhere. Like, you really can’t f–king touch me.” In Massachusetts, multiple school districts, including Woburn, Wachusett, Masconomet, Quabbin Regional, North Attleboro, and Attleboro, told an investigator that releasing records of school employees with sexual assault findings could “undoubtedly result in personal embarrassment to the perpetrators” as well as victims. Shockingly, Massachusetts requires schools to collect discipline data on sexual assaults by students—but not by staff. Collective bargaining agreements negotiated between teachers’ unions and school districts are a key contributor to the problem. They often allow for scrubbing of personnel files. State legislators—many of whom depend on teachers’ union support—are notoriously lax in this area. It’s worth noting that abuse can happen in private schools, of course, but at least in a private setting, the rules are such that the school can take action without going through the bureaucratic maze that a unionized public school does. What we really need is a national database for teachers and other education workers who have been convicted of committing sex crimes against children. The U.S. Department of Justice has already established a database for sex offenders. It is imperative that we have a similarly organized collection of information for educators, where school administrators are legally bound to report any and every instance of pedophilia. This would put an end to pedophiles going to another school or state and getting a new job with a clean record. Until this happens, our children will be at the mercy of agenda-driven union bosses, inept and union-bought state legislators, and corrupt and apathetic school administrators whose main interest is not to make any waves by simply passing the trash. 17-Year-Old Died 2 Months After Second Pfizer Shot

In an interview with The Defender, Shanna Carroll shared the heartbreak she experienced when her 17-year-old daughter Aubrynn suffered cardiac arrest, followed by major complications — and died less than two months after her second Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. “She was a girly and hippie kid who loved flowy outfits, music and she really especially loved art,” Shanna Carroll told The Defender, describing her daughter Aubrynn Grundy. “She was shy but brave, and she wanted to work in human rights.” Aubrynn, who had no known health issues, died in August 2022, less than two months after her second Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Her medical records, which her mom shared with The Defender, show that Aubrynn was diagnosed with COVID-19, myocarditis and other heart and lung complications, and she experienced three cardiac events. Her death certificate listed COVID-19 and multi-organ failure as cause of death, her mother said. Shanna said that as a socially concerned young person, Aubrynn, like so many members of the general public, was taught and believed that masking and getting vaccinated were ways to protect others.URGENT! Keep Alex Jones in the fight against the NWO! Please pray & contribute at DefendJones.com today! They lived in Michigan, which had no vaccine mandates for schools. Aubrynn didn’t initially get the vaccine. However, in early 2022, she and her friend Rachel were selected to go on a summer trip called Pilgrimage for Youth. To participate, they were required to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The program, sponsored by the Odd Fellows, is a competitive program open to 16- and 17-year-olds interested in learning about government, politics and international relations. It was to be Aubrynn’s first and only trip away from home. The program took the students to major cities in the U.S. and Canada, where they would go to places like Ellis Island and the United Nations. Because they planned to visit cities like New York and Boston and would enter Canada — all places with various vaccine mandates in place to enter some businesses and government spaces the student would visit — vaccines were mandatory for the trip. In the weeks leading up to the trip, Aubrynn took her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on June 7, 2022, and the second dose on June 28. Other than some arm soreness, she had no symptoms initially and headed off with her classmates. The students visited New York and Boston and were on their way to Canada when Aubrynn texted her mom, complaining that she felt weak and sick. Her chaperones tested Aubrynn for COVID-19, and contacted Shanna to let her know that her daughter tested positive. The next day, Shanna and her family left their Michigan home at 2 A.M. to meet the student group at the Canadian border to pick up Aubrynn, bring her home and put her to bed. Shanna said Aubrynn was weak and tired but her illness didn’t seem out of the ordinary at first. She didn’t have a fever, but was trying to hold in her coughs and felt achy. They decided to go to urgent care. The urgent care facility was only 10 minutes from their house, but by the time they got there, Aubrynn was too weak to walk in and had to be taken in via wheelchair. After an initial triage assessment, they waited in the waiting room for four hours. Halfway through that time, Aubrynn’s father Anthony came in to take over for Shanna who took her fussy toddler home to get ready for his birthday party. A couple of hours later, one of her children told her she needed to check her phone — she had 20 missed calls from Anthony. “I called him immediately and he was hysterical on the phone, and I knew, I just knew,” she said. Aubrynn had gotten up in the waiting room, asked her father if they called her name yet and collapsed. Shanna said: “He said when she fell, he tried to pick her up and he was too weak. So he had to scream for help. Once he realized her eyes were rolling into the back of her head, he immediately screamed. And then another nurse who was walking out who was not part of the intake with her, swooped her up and just took her to the back. They had started working on her for about 10, 15 minutes before I got there. And when I got there, he said, ‘she has a pulse, but it took a little bit to get her there.’” Aubrynn had suffered her first cardiac arrest. The urgent care team sedated Aubrynn with a number of drugs that Shanna said included Dilaudid (an opioid), fentanyl, morphine and ketamine, before airlifting her to the Children’s Hospital in Detroit. Her medical records indicate she then had two other incidences of cardiac arrest and she continued to experience tachycardia — a fast and irregular heartbeat — in the pediatric intensive care unit. Shanna said in the hospital, they hooked her up to a ventilator and an ecmo machine, a form of life support that takes over heart and lung function. They invited her family to sit with her. “And it didn’t even look like her,” Shanna said. “She was swollen, she had tubes all over her. The tips of her fingers were starting to turn blue. It looked like she had a little bit of frostbite on the tip of her nose.” That blue color, indicating possible gangrene, according to the medical records, slowly extended over her arms and legs. The doctors didn’t provide the family with a diagnosis. They tested her for several different illnesses, Shanna said, “And her infectious disease doctors kept telling me, we don’t know. We don’t know. We don’t know what’s happened.” The family was informed that Aubrynn was on palliative care, which is specialized medical care that focuses on providing relief from pain and other symptoms of a serious illness. She was also treated with antibiotics. But Shanna said she could see that Aubrynn was still in pain. The medical team did what they could to relieve that pain, she said. When she checked the list of the medications Aubrynn was receiving, most of them were end-of-life drugs, she said. She also said that she was never informed that they put Aubrynn on a remdesivir protocol, which is noted in the records. Aubrynn was in the hospital for 20 days before the time came to let her go, because none of the treatments were working. Her mom said she died peacefully, surrounded by people who loved her and listening to her favorite music. A nurse told her they didn’t need to do an autopsy, because they knew the cause of death and the family conceded. “Then when we got the result back that it was COVID-19, I was shocked,” Shanna said. “I didn’t think that would’ve been on there because I didn’t think she had passed away from COVID-19.” Shanna repeatedly asked the hospital staff if they had ever seen a case of COVID-19 like this. They hadn’t. They told Shanna they had seen “aches and pains and kids that needed to be monitored with asthma, but no deaths like this.” Shanna and her family suspected her daughter’s condition was the result of a vaccine injury, but this was not a possibility the doctors ever mentioned. All her medical records noted that she was fully vaccinated. Shanna said she had been concerned about the COVID-19 vaccine from the beginning, but as someone who had always preached freedom of choice, she wanted Aubrynn to be able to decide for herself. “It was a huge thing for her to do on her own, as an adult. Also, in Michigan, 17 is the age of consent. So even if I told her no, she still could have gotten it,” she said. Shanna said she was sharing Aubrynn’s story in solidarity with other vaccine-injured people. People’s stories are suppressed, she said, but they all need to be heard. “It’s just horrible. Just all of it. They’re just brushed under the rug, the stories, the patients. And the stories are heartbreaking.” BREAKING: Disease X Is Here, Warns Dr. Peter McCullough

Scottish Woman Paralyzed by Covid Shot Says $150K in Compensation is ‘Woefully Inadequate’

56-year-old Clare Bowie from Dumbarton, Scotland was awarded the money through the government's vaccine compensation program after she became unable to move from the chest down two weeks after taking the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine. (LifeSiteNews) — A Scottish mother says the $150,000 in compensation she has been awarded after being left paralyzed from the chest down by the COVID shot is “woefully inadequate.”  According to the Daily Mail, 56-year-old Clare Bowie from Dumbarton, Scotland was awarded £120,000 ($150,000 USD) through the government’s vaccine compensation program after she became unable to move from the chest down two weeks after taking the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine.  “I was fully paralyzed to chest level, and it was spreading,” Bowie recounted. “I started to lose the ability to breathe and speak. It was scary.”   Bowie’s symptoms began appearing just two weeks after receiving the COVID shot in April 2021. After six MRI scans, Bowie was diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalitis complicated by transverse myelitis, a condition that causes inflammation in the brain and spinal cord.   As a result of her illness, Bowie was forced to retire from the Ministry of Defence administration where she had worked for 37 years.   Get 40% OFF our flagship product DNA Force Plus now! Try it today and see why so many listeners have made it an essential part of their daily routine! Steroids and other drugs worked to slow down her illness, and in July 2021, she could wiggle her toes for the first time in months. However, her recovery was slow due to muscle wastage.  “I do physio every day, so I can walk,” she said, adding that now, three years after receiving the shot, she can walk about 20 steps.    “But it’s actually enough to get me from my bed to the toilet and to my living room chair. If I am being perfectly honest, I am just grateful to be alive,” she declared.   After losing her job and ability to walk, Bowie’s husband applied for compensation under the government’s vaccine injury program in October 2021. In February 2023, a year and a half after applying, the money was deposited in her account.   However, Bowie revealed that the amount is “woefully inadequate” considering the impact the vaccine had on her life.    “You think £120,000 is massive,” she said. “I’ve been in the civil service all my life, I wasn’t used to that money. But the bottom line is it doesn’t clear your mortgage and modify your house.”  Unfortunately, Bowie is not the only one given inadequate compensation after being left injured by the experimental COVID shots.    In Canada, pro-vaccine and Liberal funded CBC published a story featuring a Quebec man who developed a severe skin condition after taking Moderna’s mRNA experimental COVID-19 shot.  Like many Canadians, the man is still waiting to receive compensation from Canada’s vaccine injury program, which has only paid out 138 of the 2,233 claims made to the program.   LifeSiteNews has published an extensive amount of research on the dangers of receiving the experimental COVID mRNA jabs, which include heart damage and blood clots.   The mRNA shots have also been linked to a multitude of negative and often severe side effects in children.   Since the vaccine rollout, excess deaths have skyrocketed in countries where the mRNA vaccines were administered en masse. Similarly, CDC recently disclosed 780,000 new reports of serious side effects from the shot.  The latest conservative estimate is that over 17 million worldwide died from receiving the injections, making this the worst man-caused medical catastrophe in history.  BREAKING: Disease X Is Here, Warns Dr. Peter McCullough

Bulgarian Party Ready to Join AfD to Create New Right-Wing Bloc

Revival party leader Kostadin Kostadinov said “steps” have been taken to create a “true” sovereigntist party, but the AfD is not so keen to accept the offer. Despite the German Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) having been thrown out of its parliamentary group in Brussels, the party is not without allies. Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of the Bulgarian right-wing populist party Vazrazhdane (“Revival”) has extended an offer to team up with AfD after the election in a bid to create an eighth group in the European Parliament. Such a formation would be the third national conservative bloc, the furthest to the right on Brussels’ political palette. According to Kostadinov’s social media post, AfD’s exclusion from the Identity and Democracy (ID) group did not come as a surprise and he was expecting it for a long time.  However, this is very good news because we will now have the opportunity to create a real conservative and sovereigntist group in the European Parliament. The Bulgarian party leader also revealed that “steps” have been taken already to establish the new group, officially inviting the AfD to join the process. URGENT! Keep Alex Jones in the fight against the NWO! Please pray & contribute at DefendJones.com today! “We will not allow the current ruling liberal-fascist regime [of the EU] to continue,” Kostadinov wrote. “Our German friends can count on us, as can all other European political forces who think like us.” ‼️Костадин Костадинов: Възраждане категорично ще работи заедно с „Алтернатива за Германия“‼️#Възраждане #КостадинКостадинов #AfDhttps://t.co/8jLs4w3uT0 pic.twitter.com/twoLXDbrkG— Възраждане (@vazrazhdane) May 26, 2024 As we wrote before, AfD’s only chance for avoiding losing the resources and representation that come with a group membership is to create a bloc of its own, together with other up-and-coming right-wing populist factions that so far didn’t or couldn’t find a place for themselves. Establishing a new parliamentary group is not easy but not impossible either. Any new formation would have to include at least 23 MEPs representing at least 7 member states. With AfD easily contributing 16-17 seats alone, the project does have a chance of becoming a reality. But who would be the others? For one, Revival is polling at second place with 15% and is expecting to get 3 seats in Brussels. The Hungarian Our Homeland Movement (MHM), which has a close relationship with both, might also contribute one or two seats, and so does the Polish Konfederacja. Thierry Baudet’s Dutch Forum for Democracy (FvD) is also part of the same informal alliance, but it’s unlikely to get a single seat in the Parliament this year. Leaders of the Revival, MHM, and FvD (along with the Czech ID-member SPD and the Swedish ECR-member Sweden Democrats) even met last year in Budapest to sign a declaration of cooperation and friendship, titled “For a Free Europe of Nations.” Then there are parties that currently sit or have been sitting in leftist groups but might be forced to reconsider their place among Brussels’ sovereigntist parties. These include PM Robert Fico’s Slovakian SMER, which was thrown out of the social democrat S&D group last year; as well as the former Czech PM Andrej Babiš’s ANO, which is rapidly falling out with its current allies in the liberal Renew group for the same reason. ‘No, thanks’ But the real question is not whether it is possible, but whether AfD would want it. Sources told The European Conservative that the MEP who caused AfD’s suspension from ID in the first place, Maximilian Krah, and his faction have always been trying to quit the French-dominated group to establish another that AfD would lead unchallenged instead. However, the majority of the party’s leadership did everything it could to distance themselves from Krah and stay in ID, which means they might try to renegotiate their membership in the group after the election. This is also what a senior AfD official hinted at when talking to The European Conservative after simply dismissing the Bulgarian offer. Under the condition of anonymity, the Brussels official explained that AfD does not need tiny parties like Revival. “It is the Bulgarians who need urgent help from AfD in the campaign, they only do this to make themselves interesting.” Instead of thinking about new groups, the plan is to “shut up and wait,” he said. “We don’t need more conflict and escalation, so that every member of the ID group will have the best results possible.” “Then, on Monday morning [of June 10th], we’ll sit down and see where we are in terms of numbers. The goal is to have a blocking minority [between ECR and ID]; that requires at least 125 MEPs,” he said, adding that AfD’s large number of seats—more than Lega’s and Fidesz’s combined—cannot be ignored by the ID.  “In the end, mathematics plays a role.” BREAKING: Disease X Is Here, Warns Dr. Peter McCullough

AfD Co-Leader Slams Italy’s Meloni, Says She Has Allowed Open Borders and Supports Pro-War Policies With Ukraine

"I want to make it clear that this Melonization will not happen with us." Tensions are growing between European parties on the right, with the Alternative for Germany (AfD) now openly criticizing Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni for presiding over a huge increase in immigration into Italy and her pro-war stances in the Ukraine conflict.  “We will not bend our program for anyone. That must also be clear for us, including our political positions, which are correct, which have currently brought us to second place in the polls in Germany, which offer unique selling points and which we will not bend in favor of European positions just so that we are more attractive to some. We see this in Italy. Migration has actually doubled there under Prime Minister (Giorgia) Meloni. Open borders instead of blockades. Meloni is also in favor of more weapons in the Ukraine war and confrontation with Russia instead of peace and diplomacy for Europe. I want to make it clear that this Melonization will not happen with us,” said AfD co-chairman Tino Chrupalla at the AfD Saxony state party conference. “For us, German interests always come first,” he added. ????BREAKING: AfD co-leader Tino Chrupalla slams Italy's Meloni as split between the right grows."We see this in Italy. Notably, France’s National Rally’s Marine Le Pen pushed for AfD to be kicked out of the group after AfD MEP Maximilian Krah made comments that not all soldiers who served with the Waffen-SS were war criminals, as reported by Remix News.Save 40% on Ultimate Fish Oil today and improve your supplement routine & experience the world-renowned powerhouse formula! Le Pen’s move just before EU parliamentary elections has been seen as a major betrayal of a European coalition partner, and a desperate attempt to improve her party’s image in the eyes of the French public.  Now, there are rumors that Le Pen may be preparing to form a new right-leaning group along with Italy’s Meloni, or to potentially join Meloni’s group, the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR).  Critics, including many in the AfD, argue that Meloni and Le Pen no longer represent the right. Notably, Meloni’s rhetoric on immigration has radically shifted since she took power, and she has embraced open borders and more legal migration. While many across the European right have been critical of Meloni and Le Pen, their parties remain on top in both Italy and France. Meloni’s support has dipped only slightly over the last year and currently remains the most popular party with 27 percent support. Le Pen has seen her support rise and currently sits at 34 percent.
