Watch: ESPN Host Rages Over 'Race' Culture Around Caitlin Clark - 'She's White in a Sport of Black People!'

The talking heads in the establishment sports media love talking about race. But they really love talking about why everyone should be talking about race. On Monday's episode of ESPN's "Pardon the Interruption," veteran sports writer and co-host Michael Wilbon vented anger over what he regarded as the national sports...

Adriatic Moto Tours Celebrates 20 Years

Adriatic Moto Tours is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Company founders and owners Matej and Martina Malovrh are shown in the front row on the far left. In a milestone year when the American Motorcyclist Association is celebrating its 100th anniversary and Rider is celebrating its 50th, our friends at Adriatic Moto Tours are celebrating 20 years of providing unique motorcycle tours in Europe. “It all began 20 years ago in a home garage in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, with two motorcycles and three enthusiastic individuals: Matej and Martina Malovrh, along with their good friend, Blaz Zganjar, all of whom are still deeply involved in running the company,” according to a retrospective blog on Adriatic Moto Tours’ website. “Matej had a vision of attracting foreign riders to our neck of the woods, and Blaz and Martina joined him in pursuit of that vision. At that time, very few foreigners knew where Slovenia was, yet we succeeded in attracting a few enthusiastic riders from overseas within the first year. Our primary marketing tool was a $50 webpage.” (You can read the full story on AMT’s website.) Adriatic Moto Tours: Alps Adriatic Adventure The company was founded in 2004 as SMTours (for Slovenia Moto Tours), and started with two BMWs, an F 650 GS and an R 1200 GS. The first tour explored Slovenia and Croatia and had three guests from Florida. In 2005, the same year Matej and Martina got married, the company did five guided tours. Tour offerings expanded into other countries, and in 2007 the company’s name became Adriatic Moto Tours.  Through hard work, dedication, and passion, Adriatic Moto Tours grew steadily over the years, adding more bikes to its fleet, more tours to its catalog, and more tour guides, van drivers, and support personnel to its team. The Adriatic Moto Tours team. Could A Senate Seat In a Traditionally Blue State Be In Play For Republicans?

Although New Jersey is a state typically dominated by Democrats, Republicans may have an opportunity to steal a U.S. Senate seat. Rep. Andy Kim (D-NJ) won the New Jersey Democrat Primary for the U.S. Senate, but he could face an unlikely opponent in November. Incumbent Sen. Bob Menendez, who faces trial on federal bribery charges, filed Monday to run for re-election as an independent. ‘Gold Bar Bob’ Menendez launches independent bid for re-election to New Jersey Senate seat https://t.co/QylR8EsbZ9 pic.twitter.com/1zqSgVWxZY — New York Post (@nypost) June 4, 2024 NBC News reports: NBC News had reported that Menendez had gathered enough signatures to run as an independent for another term in the Senate as he faces a trial on federal bribery charges. He filed one day before the state’s deadline for independent candidates, allowing him to collect fewer signatures and still make the ballot; the deadline to run as a Democrat has long passed. The New Jersey Globe first reported that Menendez planned to file Monday. In the end, he filed just over 2,000 signatures, a source told NBC News. Menendez’s decision also allows him to continue to raise and spend campaign funds on legal fees in the ongoing corruption trial. He pleaded not guilty and has denied any wrongdoing. Rep. Andy Kim is the front-runner for the Democratic nomination in the primary Tuesday. Kim has warned that Menendez’s running as an independent could put the deep-blue state in play in November. If Menendez stays in the race, it would certainly make things interesting in New Jersey for Republicans. “Curtis Bashaw has won the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in New Jersey, defeating a candidate endorsed by Donald Trump. He will face Democrat Andy Kim — and independent Bob Menendez — in the fall,” The New Jersey Globe Editor David Wildstein said. Bashaw defeated Mendham Borough Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner and two other candidates for the nomination. Despite not having the endorsement of former President Trump, who backed Serrano Glassner, Bashaw had the support of most of the county Republican parties in the state, which is particularly influential in New Jersey. New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez has filed a petition Monday to get on the U.S. Senate ballot in the Garden State as an independent candidate.https://t.co/EY39lC3NfR — ABC News (@ABC) June 3, 2024 Per POLITICO: Kim, 41, is still heavily favored to become New Jersey’s next U.S. Senator in a state that hasn’t elected a Republican to the upper house in 52 years. But now he may have to campaign against two opponents this summer and fall: the Republican nominee and Menendez, who could not be reached for comment but said Monday he intends to run on his long record in Congress. It’s a turn of events few would have seen coming before Menendez’s sprawling indictment in September on charges that include bribery, obstruction of justice and acting as an unregistered foreign agent. But as New Jersey Democrats played the devastating news cautiously, Kim took a chance. On the day federal prosecutors announced Menendez’s indictment, Kim became the first major Democrat in the state to call on him to resign, beating out the state’s political establishment by hours. The following day, Kim announced his campaign for Senate. It was almost two months before another major Democrat, first lady Tammy Murphy, announced her own candidacy for the seat.

EXCLUSIVE: Full Interview With President Trump

President Trump’s first full interview after the Guilty Verdict was handed down went to Pete Hegseth, Rachel Campos and Will Cain (no relation to Dean) on Fox News. A little different of a format with three people conducting an interview, I think it probably would have been better with just one interviewer, but this was a unique way to do it. And they did a good job. President Trump was relaxed and open, even telling his people to “give us more time” when they tried to wrap up the interview early. This is definitely worth listening to, especially the part where he is asked if he’s going to seek retribution against the people who have gone after him. He has been asked that many times and his answer has always been “My retribution will simply be winning and making America Great Again.” But he was asked again in this interview for the first time since the Guilty Verdict was actually handed down and he had a bit of a different answer. Completely understandable if you ask me. It’s a great interview, please enjoy: SHARE!
