Changing this one setting on my Apple Watch improved my anxiety
Before I get into this‚ it's always important to note that I am not a health professional or therapist. If you suffer from anxiety‚ you should always talk to a medical professional to understand what treatment options exist for you. I did‚ and the resulting therapy and medication have also made a huge impact‚ so I can't recommend that enough.
Outside of therapies and medications‚ there are plenty of other things I have found that improve my feelings of anxiousness. I personally started dealing with severe anxiety a few years ago‚ in my mid-thirties‚ so I was pretty late to the game. I tried a lot of things and found that walks‚ working out‚ reading‚ hiking‚ and video games all helped with anxiety.
