Former President Donald Trump had blood on the side of his face Saturday afternoon after shots were fired at him during a political rally in Pennsylvania. The sound of shots rang out as Trump appeared to grab around his neck area and he quickly dropped to the ground as he was instantly swarmed by Secret Service agents.
