So they huddled and they actually talked to Joe. I don't know whether it was on a Zoom or in New York. Obama was in New York at a fundraiser and so was Biden. But it's really tamped down, and both Klain and Obama, and this is what my tweet was, have decided that it's over. Glenn Beck: So when you say that, what does that mean? Bill O'Reilly: It means that the two most powerful men in the Democratic party right now—they are the two most powerful people—have said to Biden, "You can't win. You cannot beat Trump, and he's the Devil, he's evil. But if you don't get out, you are helping evil." That's how... Glenn Beck: Okay, hang on just a second, hang on just a second. I don't think that would faze Joe Biden. He knows that. He's got a son. Anyway, this reminds me of Nixon, where the tables turned on him and he lost the support of key members of the Senate. I was worried about you. Bill O'Reilly: Well, but it is older, very, very similar. So the Nixon people were telling the American public, "Oh, he's not going anywhere. This is just, yeah, he made a couple of mistakes, but you know, he's a great president, blah, blah, blah." But behind the scenes, the Republicans are saying, "Hey, if you don't get out, they're going to arrest you. They're going to charge you with crimes." And that's why Nixon went to the helicopter and waved to everybody. Now it's being presented to Biden: if you don't get out, you're going to go down in history as a villain because Trump is going to win. It's going to be all your fault. Glenn Beck: 100%. Now, Biden, as you rightly pointed out, is not really capable anymore of actually digesting that. So it's his wife that's making all the calls. So they go to Camp David over the weekend. They're still there, I think. Their helicopter shows up in about 20 minutes. And she is going, "No way, no way we're leaving. We're fighting this to the end." Jill Biden, Joe Biden, just sitting there eating his sugar Frosted Flakes. It didn't have anything to do with this. So the fight now is between the party elders and Jill Biden, who's digging in and saying, "No, no, Joe does everything I tell him to do and he's not going to leave because we think we can overcome this." Bill O'Reilly: Now let me give you the point that they're not going to overcome it. The Bidens will leave, and they may leave very quickly. By the way, they're trying to figure out now, the Democrats, when to make this announcement. They gotta obviously get the Bidens on board, but they also have got to go to some kind of plan B, right? So we're going to go to the convention with these people. They don't have that yet. Glenn Beck: Okay, well, how do they do that and say they respect democracy? I mean, there's no way to do that. Bill O'Reilly: No, no. Yes, there is. Oh, absolutely there is. There's the superdelegates. All Biden has to do is say, "I'm retiring for health reasons," which you're going to see, and "I'm going to give my delegates to whomever the party wants." And then Biden will be totally out of it. And they'll tell him, "Give the delegates to Kamala, to Newsom, to Whitmer," whatever. And it's not that complicated. LBJ did it, and it's ironic because he did it, and then the convention was in Chicago and all hell broke loose in '68. Well, where's the Democratic Convention this year? Chicago. And all hell is going to break loose. All the anarchists and the pro-Mass people are going to be there. Glenn Beck: Okay, okay. So the reason that this is, in my opinion, but it's more than an opinion, incontrovertible is that Biden's support was thin to begin with. He doesn't have a core support. It's all hate Trump support. Bill O'Reilly: Yes. Glenn Beck: Okay. And so there aren't many Democrats, if you believe the CBS poll, that care if Biden's the nominee. They don't have an emotional investment in Biden. Bill O'Reilly: Correct. Glenn Beck: They just want to see Trump lose. Bill O'Reilly: That's huge. Glenn Beck: So he doesn't have a cadre of people outside of Jill and maybe Hunter. I don't know who, but he doesn't have that. He doesn't have Congress. I mean, the Congress people are running around undermining the hell out of him. Bill O'Reilly: And his own people. You saw Jamie Raskin do that. My God. Glenn Beck: So he doesn't have a core support in Congress or among the folks. They say they raised a lot of money from the debate. I'm suspect, but I don't think they're going to raise a lot of money going forward. Bill O'Reilly: Right. Glenn Beck: Okay, so Joe... So Bill, who do you think is most likely to replace him? Bill O'Reilly: All right, I don't know, but I will tell you who wants it. So Kamala wants it. Kamala's not going to go quietly into the night, and she'll play the race card. Glenn Beck: Okay. And Trump exaggerates, saying he's the worst. Nobody's worse than James Buchanan, who actually lit the fuse of the Civil War. But Biden is second, and it is so to me because I do know what's happening on a day-to-day basis in that White House. This man, three out of five days—and Axios has about 50% of this—today, he's not even in the Oval Office. He didn't even make it down from the residence. That's how incapacitated he is. Joe Biden is in very, very serious electoral trouble. A brand new set of polls from Emerson Polling finds that Donald Trump is currently up five points in Pennsylvania, five points in Georgia, one point in Michigan, four points in Arizona, three points in Wisconsin, and six points in Nevada. In other words: a Donald Trump blowout. Biden’s team is trying to pretend that all is well and fine, but CNN’s Harry Enten said that the polls are actually worse than they have been for any Democrat since the year 2000. That’s how bad these polling numbers are. In an interview yesterday, Enten stated: Right now Donald Trump leads in an aggregate of national polls by about three percentage points. If you go back four years ago at this point, Joe Biden was ahead by nine points. This, right now, [doesn’t] look anything like what we saw four years ago at this point. … The idea that the polls underestimated Joe Biden last time around, simply put, does not hold any water. He continued: So, the idea in the Trump era that the polls have underestimated Democrats, whether it be in a Joe Biden matchup, whether it be a matchup against Hillary Clinton, whether it be in the midterms, at least in the national polling that right now shows Donald Trump in his strongest position, simply put, is not true. If anything, the polls have underestimated Republicans during the Trump era, especially in the presidential races in 2016 and in 2020. The stonewalling and the excuse-making from the White House? None of it is working. And Biden is not going anywhere. WATCH: The Ben Shapiro Show On Monday, Biden put out a letter on his intention to accept the presidential nomination, writing to his fellow Democrats: I am firmly committed to staying in this race, to running this race to the end, and to beating Donald Trump. I have had extensive conversations with the leadership of the party, elected officials, rank and file members, and most importantly, Democratic voters over these past 10 days or so. I have heard the concerns that people have – their good faith fears and worries about what is at stake in this election. I am not blind to them. Believe me, I know better than anyone the responsibility and the burden the nominee of our party carries. I carried it in 2020 when the fate of our nation was at stake. I also know these concerns come from a place of real respect for my lifetime of public service and my record as President, and I have been moved by the expressions of affection for me from so many who have known me well and supported me over the course of my public life. I’ve been grateful for the rock-solid, steadfast support from so many elected Democrats in Congress and all across the country and taken great strength from the resolve and determination I’ve seen from so many voters and grassroots supporters even in the hardest of weeks. I can respond to all this by saying clearly and unequivocally: I wouldn’t be running again if I did not absolutely believe I was the best person to beat Donald Trump in 2024. That’s because he is delusional; his brain no longer functions and he is blocking out all outside interference and voices at this point.  He continued, writing: We had a Democratic nomination process and the voters have spoken clearly and decisively. I received over 14 million votes, 87% of the votes cast across the entire nominating process.  He didn’t have an opponent, so there’s that. This was a process open to anyone who wanted to run. Only three people chose to challenge me. One fared so badly that he left the primaries to run as an independent. Another attacked me for being too old and was soundly defeated. The voters of the Democratic Party have voted. They have chosen me to be the nominee of the party. Do we now just say this process didn’t matter? That the voters don’t have a say? I decline to do that. I feel a deep obligation to the faith and the trust the voters of the Democratic Party have placed in me to run this year. It was their decision to make. Not the press, not the pundits, not the big donors, not any selected group of individuals, no matter how well intentioned. The voters – and the voters alone – decide the nominee of the Democratic Party.  All those voters voted before Biden basically had a mental collapse on stage with Trump, of course. But he’s not leaving. He’s telling you that he is not going away. But how exactly is Biden going to recapture the magic with the base? There’s one outlet he knows he can trust. One place where everybody knows his name. And that, of course, is on “Morning Joe” over at MSNBC, his favorite show.  Joe Scarborough, who, just a few days ago after the debate, said that perhaps it was time for Biden to reconsider staying in the race, is back on the bandwagon, and he says the Dems should stop calling for Biden’s ouster. On Sunday, Scarborough tweeted, “Joe Biden can now say he’s having to fight: Media elites. Billionaire donors. Washington politicians. Hollywood moguls and MAGA extremists. Biden allies will likely mock these elites for wanting to substitute their judgment for that of millions of Democratic primary voters.” There’s a big problem with that particular argument, which is that the Democratic base is significantly less comfortable with Biden, according to polls, than the Democrat elite. WATCH: Ben Shapiro’s new three-part series: “Scamala: Kamala Harris Unmasked.” Yesterday, Mika Brzezinski defended Biden’s performance in an interview with George Stephanopoulos: “It’s not like it’s the first time he flubs his words.” So Biden called into “Morning Joe.” And this was a big moment for MSNBC, the magic moment where Biden had the friendliest reporters to him on planet Earth speaking with him. The first thing Biden did was make a bad joke about Donald Trump golfing. And then it started to get a little worse because, again, Biden can’t keep with it. He obviously had notes right in front of him, and he was actually reading from the notes. In fact, at one point during this interview as he read from the script, you could hear him fumble with the papers. But even with Joe and Mika, he couldn’t keep it under control. He was asked why he wouldn’t take a cognitive test. (Biden doesn’t want to take a cognitive test. He’s going to fail. That’s the problem.) So he started protesting about how he doesn’t need tests; he has been testing himself. “It drives me nuts, people talking about this,” he said. Biden was then asked about how he could assure he wouldn’t have a night like the debate again. He started rambling about how people can’t be sure they won’t get hit by a car on their way to work. It all ended with some shouting, which is what you want from an old man — shouting at clouds. At the very end of this interview, he started yelling how he’s frustrated by the elites in the party. He started ripping into the elites because that was his cue from Scarborough. And then he started bristling, “Challenge me.” I love Joe Biden ripping the elites. That dude has been in Congress since he was 29-years-old. He’s now 8,211-years-old. By what standard is he not an elite?

Former President Donald Trump holds a commanding six-point lead over incumbent President Joe Biden in Wisconsin, a critical swing state, a recent poll following the first 2024 presidential debate found. The poll, conducted by AARP/Fabrizio Ward/Impact Research, found 44% of likely Wisconsin voters plan to vote for Trump in November, while 38% said they plan to vote for Biden. Just 9% said that they will be voting for independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr, while another 5% were undecided and 4% say they would vote for another candidate. Trump maintains a 5-point lead against Biden when likely voters were asked who they would support in a head-to-head competition that excluded the other candidates, with Trump receiving support from 50% of likely voters compared to the 45% who would support Biden. Among those who watched the recent debate between the two candidates, 56% said that Trump won, while 13% said that Biden won. Another 23% said that neither candidate won the debate. Republicans are more united behind Trump than Democrats are behind Biden according to the poll, with 93% of Wisconsin Republicans supporting the former president, while just 86% of Democrats say that they support Biden. The gap in enthusiasm could have serious implications for voter turnout rates in the two parties. While the poll found that Trump holds a significant lead over Biden, Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) held the lead in her race against Republican challenger Eric Hovde, receiving 50% and 45% support of likely voters, respectively. Wisconsin will be one of the crucial swing states in the upcoming November election, with its 10 electoral votes likely to play an important role in deciding the winner of the contest. Biden won the state against Trump by only about 20,000 votes in 2020, which was about 0.7% of those who voted in the state. The poll is not the only public opinion survey after the first presidential debate that could spell trouble for Biden. One Suffolk University survey taken after the debate found that over 40% of Democrats believed that Biden should be replaced as the Democratic presidential nominee as he faces concerns about his health and viability. Another post-debate poll found that 72% of voters believe that Biden is not fit to serve as the president.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre wouldn’t say when asked on Tuesday whether President Joe Biden would pick up the phone late at night if there was an incoming nuclear warhead. Jean-Pierre was asked the question as Biden faces serious questions about his mental fitness for office, including calls from within his own party to drop out of the presidential race, following his disastrous debate performance against former President Donald Trump. “Well, he also said he’s sharpest before 8 p.m.,” said Fox News reporter Peter Doocy. “So, say that the Pentagon, at some point, picks up an incoming nuke. It’s 11 p.m. Who do you call? The first lady?” Jean-Pierre responded: “He has a team that, uh, lets him know of any, of any, news that is pertinent and important to the American people.” “He has someone or, uh, that is decided on with obviously with his national security council on who gets to tell him that news,” she added. Jean-Pierre later was asked about reports that first lady Jill Biden attends meetings with the president in the office and whether she makes decisions in the meetings or if she advises the president. KJP responded by claiming that the president makes decisions but she did not answer whether Jill Biden is advising him. She was also asked about reports that convicted felon Hunter Biden is attending official White House meetings. “Look, I can’t, I’m, I’m certainly not going to get into private conversations that, that occur,” she answered. Former President Donald Trump encouraged Republicans on Tuesday to approve the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which would require voters to prove they are U.S. citizens to register to cast a ballot in federal elections. With the SAVE Act getting a vote in the House as early as this week, Trump said in a post to Truth Social that it is important for Republicans to pass the legislation because “Non citizen Illegal Migrants are getting the right to vote, being pushed by crooked Democrat Politicians who are not being stopped by an equally dishonest Justice Department.” “Republicans must pass the Save Act, or go home and cry yourself to sleep,” Trump wrote, adding, “Our whole voting system is under siege.” He also pressed for legal action to “get this stopped, NOW.” Trump continued, “The Dems can’t win on their policies, the only way they can win is to CHEAT. They do it at every level of government, and they do it well. That’s how they get an incapacitated moron like Joe Biden elected.” The Biden administration came out in opposition to the SAVE Act on Monday, writing in a statement, “It is already illegal for noncitizens to vote in Federal elections — it is a Federal crime punishable by prison and fines.” “States already have effective safeguards in place to verify voters’ eligibility and maintain the accuracy of voter rolls,” the statement added. “This bill would do nothing to safeguard our elections, but it would make it much harder for all eligible Americans to register to vote and increase the risk that eligible voters are purged from voter rolls.” House Democratic leaders also encouraged their colleagues to vote against the SAVE Act. While it remains against federal law for a non-citizen to vote in a federal election, many Republicans are concerned about ballots potentially being submitted by ineligible voters, especially considering the record number of migrants who have illegally entered the country under Biden. Earlier this year, Ohio Republican Secretary of State Frank LaRose found that 137 people were registered to vote in his state despite not being U.S. citizens. LaRose requested the Biden administration to send his office information on citizenship data to help remove non-citizens from voter rolls. The Save Act, which Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) introduced in May, would require states to remove non-citizens from voter rolls in addition to the requirement for voters to prove their U.S. citizenship for federal elections. The congressman posted on X on Monday, arguing that his legislation should have bipartisan support: “What are Democrats fearful of?” he asked. “This is basic stuff, you would think…” In his social media post, Trump promised to “pursue Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before” if he wins a second term in the White House, adding that “they will be sent to prison for long periods of time.” “We already know who you are. DON’T DO IT! ZUCKERBUCKS, be careful!” Trump wrote, alluding to donations made by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerburg to groups that Republicans say backed Democrats in 2020.
