6 Pro-Lifers Face Up to 11 Years in Jail for Protesting Abortion

Welcome to America‚ where you get in trouble if you don’t think babies should be slaughtered. On Tuesday‚ six different pro-lifers were found guilty by the Department of Justice (DOJ) after they took part in a peaceful protest at an abortion facility in Tennessee a few years ago. The protestors were singing hymns and praying outside of the facility and now face up to 11-years-of prison each‚ according to The Daily Wire.  On March 5‚ 2021‚ a group of demonstrators gathered in a hallway outside of the Mount Juliet abortion clinic. While there‚ the group sang songs like “Holy‚ Holy‚ Holy‚” “It is Well with My Soul‚” and “Amazing Grace‚” and read Bible verses‚ one of which from Psalm 91 about being covered in the Lord’s protection. The group also enlightened women seeking abortions that there were other options than to kill their child in utero. BREAKING: Six pro-lifers were found guilty by the Biden’s DOJ over a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion facility and facing up to 11 years in prison. The Department of Justice has accused pro-life activists of violating the FACE Act and engaging in a civil rights… pic.twitter.com/YcXC2ByMop — I Meme Therefore I Am 🇺🇸 (@ImMeme0) January 30‚ 2024 In October of 2022‚ 11 activists who were involved were charged with blocking the abortion center. And‚ on Tuesday‚ six of them were found guilty for “conspiracy against rights” and violating Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE). Steve Crampton from the Thomas Moore Society Senior Counsel that’s representing Paul Vaughin‚ one of the six protestors‚ insisted that they would appeal the verdict. This was a peaceful demonstration by entirely peaceable citizens—filled with prayer‚ hymn-singing‚ and worship—oriented toward persuading expecting mothers not to abort their babies. Unfortunately‚ the Biden Department of Justice decided to characterize Paul Vaughn’s peaceful actions as a felony ‘conspiracy against rights‚’ to intimidate and punish Paul and other pro-life people and people of faith. The six individuals are set to be sentenced on July 2‚ according to The Daily Wire. In response to the news‚ users on X were stunned. “Biden administration shows they hate nobody more than those who would protect life as 6 pro-lifers are convicted and face 11 years in prison for trying to stop women from slaughtering their babies‚” one user wrote. “The US is now a police state‚” another indicated. One more pointed out how hypocritical the justice system is and wrote how crazy it was that these protestors were found guilty. “But in Obama’s America Antifa/BLM rioters can burn down a federal police building &; no charges whatsoever‚” the user wrote. This verdict came the same week that another religious protestor was charged with a “hate crime” after he took down a Satanic statue.  It’s incredibly obvious that our government is targeting Christians and pro-religious or pro-life values and attempting to make those groups out as the villains.

ABC‚ NBC Ignore OR Issuing State of Emergency for Portland Drug Crisis

The deadly consequences of the Democratic Party’s drug policies were nowhere to be seen on ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Today‚ on Wednesday‚ after the Democratic-controlled state of Oregon issued a state of emergency for Portland’s out-of-control fentanyl crisis. And while the order was reported on CBS Mornings‚ correspondent Adam Yamaguchi omitted which political party was responsible for the pro-drug law that has caused overdose deaths to skyrocket. “The governor of Oregon has declared an emergency for the city of Portland just a few years after it became the first state in the nation to largely decriminalize drug use. Very interesting story here‚” announced co-anchor Tony Dokoupil. “There had been hope that a more humane approach could help curb addiction overall‚ but it hasn`t worked out that way‚ at least so far.” Yamaguchi gawked that‚ “The state of Oregon appears to be taking a new approach in addressing the opioid crisis plaguing its largest city.” Instead of repealing Measure 110‚ the law that decriminalized drugs in Oregon‚ they were just telling their Emergency and Health departments to work together and weren’t even throwing money at it: The 90-day emergency order for fentanyl use issued by the Governor establishes a command center and more coordination between Emergency Management and Health Services. However‚ it does not include additional funding. The goal is to give the city`s residents a chance against the extremely addictive opioid.     “Oregon paved the way as the first state to decriminalize drug use passing Measure 110 in 2020. Instead of incarcerating addicts‚ it focuses on addiction recovery‚” Yamaguchi touted the deadly law. Unlike his original report on Portland’s spiraling drug problems back in December‚ Yamaguchi actually admitted: “[I]n the years since Measure 110 was passed‚ overdose deaths have continued to rise‚” which was “prompting local leaders to call for more than just the emergency order‚ but the re-criminalization of drug use.” Despite those deaths continuing to rise‚ and no one being against getting addicts help‚ Yamaguchi still tried to pitch keeping Measure 110 around: YAMAGUCHI: Ebony Brawley doesn`t want to see Oregon`s law repealed. The Portland resident says it helped her avoid prison and turn her life around. EBONY BRAWLEY: Because of Measure 110‚ I was able to change my story and break those chains‚ you know‚ and provide a life for myself and for my daughter that she probably wouldn`t have had otherwise. Even the stats from the Oregon Health Authority proved just how deadly the Democratic policy was. According to them‚ “unintentional opioid overdose deaths” were at 472 in 2020. They jumped up to 737 the following year‚ and again in 2022 to 955. The transcript is below. Click "expand" to read: CBS Mornings January 31‚ 2024 7:11:00 a.m. Eastern TONY DOKOUPIL: The governor of Oregon has declared an emergency for the city of Portland just a few years after it became the first state in the nation to largely decriminalize drug use. Very interesting story here. There had been hope that a more humane approach could help curb addiction overall‚ but it hasn`t worked out that way‚ at least so far. Adam Yamaguchi of CBS Reports shows us that many people are running out of patience. [Cuts to video] GOV. TINA KOTEK (D-OR): The state‚ the county‚ and city declare a fentanyl state of emergency. ADAM YAMAGUCHI: The state of Oregon appears to be taking a new approach in addressing the opioid crisis plaguing its largest city. The 90-day emergency order for fentanyl use issued by the Governor establishes a command center and more coordination between Emergency Management and Health Services. However‚ it does not include additional funding. The goal is to give the city`s residents a chance against the extremely addictive opioid. KOTEK: It is a drug that compels users to re-dose every 45 to 90-minutes. People in the throes of fentanyl addiction can hardly walk into a clinic without having to use again. OFFICER: Everyone has Narcan? YAMAGUCHI: Oregon paved the way as the first state to decriminalize drug use passing Measure 110 in 2020. Instead of incarcerating addicts‚ it focuses on addiction recovery. DAVID BAER (Portland Police officer): You`re going to call one of these numbers. YAMAGUCHI: We were with Portland Police last year as they handed out citations to fentanyl users in the street. BAER: My full time job is fentanyl and basically all roads lead to fentanyl in downtown Portland. YAMAGUCHI: But in the years since Measure 110 was passed‚ overdose deaths have continued to rise‚ prompting local leaders to call for more than just the emergency order‚ but the re-criminalization of drug use. KEVIN BARTON (Washington County district attorney): We`ve had three years of this law that has not delivered on the promise that voters thought they were getting. YAMAGUCHI: Ebony Brawley doesn`t want to see Oregon`s law repealed. The Portland resident says it helped her avoid prison and turn her life around. EBONY BRAWLEY (Recovered from fentanyl addiction): Because of Measure 110‚ I was able to change my story and break those chains‚ you know and provide a life for myself and for my daughter that she probably wouldn`t have had otherwise. YAMAGUCHI: For CBS Mornings‚ I`m Adam Yamaguchi.

KNEE-SLAPPER: The Economist Praised Bidenomics as ‘Unfinished Revolution’

KNEE-SLAPPER: The Economist Praised Bidenomics as ‘Unfinished Revolution’

The Economist was either trying to have a good sense of humor or was really just dropping serious acid when it celebrated Bidenomics as basically an incomplete‚ pro-government stroke of genius that just needs four more years to be perfected.  “Bidenomics is an unfinished revolution. What would four more years mean‚” read the laughable Jan. 30 Economist headline. The depth to which the outlet went to try to sell Biden as some kind of economics savant was a feat unto itself. The Economist fawned how Biden “has presided over perhaps the most energetic American government in nearly half a century.” The magazine added‚ “He unleashed a surge in spending that briefly slashed the childhood poverty rate in half. He breathed life into a beleaguered union movement. And he produced an industrial policy that aims to reshape the American economy.” The outlet must have realized that it took its pro-Biden slobbering a bit too far‚ as it would stealth-edit its headline to remove the “unfinished revolution” language. But that didn’t prevent the outlet from dubbing Biden as the — er — “Captain of industry” later in the propagandized drivel. One of the subjective perks pitched by The Economist for a hypothetical Biden second term? “Bigger government‚ for a start.” Uh‚ yippee? The outlet continued down the cesspool: “Mr Biden’s re-election motto—’we can finish the job’—sounds more like a home contractor’s pledge than the rhetoric of a political firebrand. Yet to hear it from the president’s current and former advisers‚ Bidenomics amounts to little short of an economic revolution for America. It would be a revolution shaped by faith in government and a mistrust of markets.” Ah‚ is that why The Daily Mail reported on Jan. 11 that small businesses “overwhelmingly” say “Bidenomics” is “BAD” for the economy? Doesn’t sound like there’s too much “faith in government” after the disaster Biden’s policies have inflicted on the American people’s wallets. But The Economist arbitrarily claimed that “the single biggest reason why Bidenomics has got a bad rap has been his competition agenda” on antitrust issues‚ aiming to keep companies from getting too big. Where’s the evidence for this claim? The Economist didn’t give any‚ and clearly just expected readers to take them at its word. Americans’ disdain for Bidenomics couldn’t possibly have anything to do with the typical household having to spend over $11‚000 more a year just to maintain the standard of living they had in January 2021—or perhaps that this is reportedly the least affordable housing market since 1984‚ right? The Economist urged readers to “look at the boom in factory construction: even accounting for inflation‚ investment in manufacturing facilities has more than doubled under Mr Biden‚ soaring to its highest on record.” But as usual with Bidenomics propagandists‚ this leaves out crucial context that dampens the rosy manufacturing picture that the outlet attempted to portray. Deloitte Bank conceded in a recent report that the “manufacturing industry continues to face headwinds‚ however. In 2024‚ manufacturers are expected to face economic uncertainty‚ the ongoing shortage of skilled labor‚ lingering and targeted supply chain disruptions.” In addition‚ “Deloitte’s analysis of Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) data reveals that the manufacturing sector was in contraction for most of 2023.”  The Chicago Purchasing Manager's Index — which assesses “the business conditions and the economic health of the manufacturing sector in the Chicago region” —) fell to 46.0 in January from 47.2 in December‚ worse than expected according to AdvisorPerspectives.com. For context‚ “The current level of 46.0 is below the level the index was at for the start of 5 of the 7 recessions that have occurred since its inception” AdvisorPerspectives.com continued. But Biden is supposedly just a stud when it comes to manufacturing according to The Economist. The National Association of Manufacturers also summed up another Deloitte analysis finding that the major manufacturing skills gap currently afflicting the U.S. economy “could result in 2.1 million unfilled jobs by 2030‚” costing a whopping $1 trillion by that time.  The Economist even embellished Biden’s supposed bona fides as a pro-union icon: “The president describes himself as the most pro-union president in American history—a claim that may well be true.” Apparently many union members don’t agree. Despite the United Auto Workers’ noticeably delayed endorsement for Biden‚ for example‚ UAW president Shawn Fain admitted that a “great majority” of UAW members “will not vote for President Biden.” Politico reported Jan. 15 that a number of other prominent unions were withholding their endorsement of Biden.  Conservatives are under attack. Contact The Economist and demand it stop propping up the disaster of Bidenomics.

‘With No Evidence’; ABC‚ CBS Melt Down Over GOP Impeaching Mayorkas on Border Crisis

‘With No Evidence’; ABC‚ CBS Melt Down Over GOP Impeaching Mayorkas on Border Crisis

On the liberal broadcast networks of ABC‚ CBS‚ and NBC‚ the adversarial rhetoric continued to ratchet up on Wednesday from Tuesday morning and evening against the House GOP’s efforts to impeach Biden Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas over the border crisis as the networks used their morning news shows to screech there’s “no evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors” and the impeachment is leaving the Biden regime hamstrung as they “grappl[e] with thousands of illegal migrant crossings a day.” ABC’s Good Morning America was the most obtuse. Co-host and former Clinton official George Stephanopoulos applied the same disgust to this impeachment that he has to the possible Biden impeachment: “Overnight‚ House Republicans move one step closer to impeaching...Mayorkas of his handling over the border‚ but with no evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors. The battle right now.”     Stephanopoulos also had the open to the full segment‚ whining that there’s a “push to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over his handling of the southern border despite no evidence of high crimes or misdemeanors.” Openly siding with his fellow liberals‚ Stephanopoulos claimed “Democrats and leading legal scholars across the political spectrum argue this does not meet the constitutional standard for impeachment.” Senior congressional correspondent Rachel Scott continued tipping the scales: Even the lawyer that defended Donald Trump in his very first impeachment trial says the grounds in which Republicans are trying to impeach Mayorkas on are unconstitutional and vague. But still‚ Republicans are moving forward with a rare move that we haven’t seen in 150 years. This morning‚ House Republicans moving one step closer to impeaching Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas over his handling of the border. Amid a flury of soundbites‚ Scott reiterated that “Democrats argue there is no evidence of high crimes” and Mayorkas defending himself by “arguing more migrants have been deported or expelled under President Biden than President Trump” even though “migrant crossings have doubled under the Biden administration‚ hitting record levels.” Scott pointed out House Republican opposition to the Senate deal and then concluded this is happening even though “[t]he full details of that emerging border deal haven’t been released yet.” CBS Mornings had co-host and Democratic donor Gayle King in the “Eye Opener” boasting that “Democrats say this is all politics” while co-host Tony Dokoupil decried “the politics there” with “[t]he showdown over the border crisis.” “Republicans are accusing [Mayorkas] of failing to limit immigration at the southern border‚ but there is little‚ if any evidence‚ that Mayorkas broke any laws. And while House Republicans were working to impeach him over immigration‚ they were also saying they would block a bipartisan deal to help fix the issue‚” he added. Correspondent Scott MacFarlane painted Republicans‚ not Democrats‚ as political (click “expand”): MACFARLANE: The issue of border security is now clearly tied up in campaign politics and last night’s marathon debate only further exposed the divide. Thousands of miles from the southern border where the Biden administration is grappling with thousands of illegal migrant crossings a day‚ House Republicans set their sights on the nation’s Homeland Security secretary. HOUSE HOMELAND SECURITY COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN MARK GREEN (R-TN): Secretary Mayorkas has put his political preferences above following the law. MACFARLANE: After an all high day hearing that went into the night‚ the Republican-led Homeland Security Committee approved two articles of impeachment against Alejandro Mayorkas — CONGRESSWOMAN DIANE TITUS (D-NV): I bet our Founding Fathers are just rolling over in their graves. MACFARLANE: — claiming he willfully failed to follow immigration law without producing evidence. (....) MACFARLANE: Democrats blasted the hearing as partisan gamesmanship in an election year. CONGRESSMAN DANIEL GOLDMAN (D-NY): The House Republicans are doing everything they can at Donald Trump’s direction to sabotage any legislation because you don’t want solutions. You just want politics. MACFARLANE [TO GREEN] Is this really a high crime and misdemeanor? GREEN: Yeah‚ absolutely. When you’ve got a cabinet secretary who is totally disregarding laws passed by Congress. (....) MACFARLANE: Even if this impeachment vote goes to the U.S. House and passes‚ this effort is going to be knocked down by the Democratic-controlled U.S. Senate‚ which will prevent Mayorkas from being the first cabinet secretary removed from office since the 1800s[.] Dokoupil had a quick follow-up‚ telling MacFarlane that‚ since “voters rank immigration as one of their top issues” and it’s something he’s “heard” first hand‚ one “might...think the House GOP has an incentive to work with the Senate on an immigration bill‚ but it doesn’t seem to be working out that way.” In the “Eye Opener at 8”‚ King proclaimed: “House Republicans vote to advance their impeachment effort against Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas without presenting any clear evidence.” Like we saw on Tuesday night‚ NBC was pedestrian. Today co-host Savannah Guthrie said in a tease that “Democrats call” this impeachment “a stunt and a sham” while co-host Hoda Kotb merely worded Tuesday night’s meeting as the GOP “taking a key step in their push to impeach” Mayorkas. Capitol Hill correspondent Ryan Nobles was brought out to explain that the formal vote out of committee took place “[s]hortly after 1:00 a.m. and after 15 hours of debate” on two articles of impeachment over Mayorkas’s conduct. After noting “Democrats have said this is a political stunt‚” Nobles went onto note a Senate trial‚ which is likely to be killed by Democrats‚ “during the general election further puts the spotlight on the issue that Republicans and former President Trump” hope “will help his campaign”. 'Whiny snowflakes': Billionaire Ken Griffin rips Harvard students‚ says he stopped donating to school over its woke values

Billionaire Ken Griffin — who has given more than $500 million to Harvard University — called its students "whiny snowflakes" and said he stopped donating to the Ivy League school over its woke values. What are the details?Griffin‚ founder and CEO of hedge fund Citadel‚ told a Miami conference crowd Tuesday that he believes Harvard is "lost in the wilderness‚" CBS News reported."Are we going to educate the future members of the House and Senate and the leaders of IBM? Or are we going to educate a group of young men and women who are caught up in a rhetoric of oppressor and oppressee and‚ 'This is not fair‚' and just frankly whiny snowflakes?" Griffin said at the Managed Funds Association gathering‚ according to the news network. "Where are we going with elite education in schools in America?"CBS News‚ citing the Bloomberg Billionaires Index‚ said Griffin is worth almost $37 billion and is the 35th-richest person in the world.Harvard didn't immediately return a request for comment‚ the news network added. It was the latest batch of bad news for the elite institution in recent months. Things turned sour after multiple Harvard student organizations said Israel was "entirely at fault" for the deadly Hamas surprise attack the Jewish nation endured on Oct. 7. That appeared to trigger a downward spiral:Days later the Wexner Foundation cut ties with Harvard‚ accusing the school of failing to condemn the Hamas terrorist attack against Israel.About a month after the terror attack‚ then-Harvard President Claudine Gay finally condemned the popular leftist protest chant "from the river to the sea‚" which essentially calls for the elimination of Israel. In early December‚ billionaire Bill Ackman — a Harvard graduate — ripped Gay for a spike in anti-Semitism on campus.Days later Gay waffled when U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-New York) asked her during a congressional hearing on anti-Semitism if calls on campus for the genocide of Jews violate school policy. Gay's reaction angered Harvard Hillel‚ a Jewish group at the Ivy League college. In mid-December it was reported that Harvard excluded Jews in identity-based graduations.By early January‚ Gay finally resigned in the wake of her mounting plagiarism scandal; she nevertheless called herself a victim of "racial animus."Days later Ackman slammed his alma mater over the school's "fundamentally flawed and racist ideology" of diversity‚ equity‚ and inclusion.Apparently undeterred‚ it was reported this month that pro-Palestinian faculty and staff at Harvard formed a group that criticized the "unfolding genocide in Gaza."Also in January‚ the school — still smarting from the Gay resignation — endured another hit when four senior research scientists with faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School were accused of manipulating data in some of their published research. If that weren't enough‚ a Monday complaint filed with Harvard suggests the school's chief diversity and inclusion officer also may have plagiarized some of her academic work.Like Blaze News? Nevada sues social media platforms for allegedly 'deliberately' addictive features causing harm to children

Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford (D) filed a lawsuit against several social media companies on Tuesday‚ claiming the platforms use "deliberately" addictive algorithms that are harming children.A recent press release from the Nevada Attorney General's Office revealed that the state is taking legal action against social media platforms to "address harms caused… to Nevada's youth.""My commitment to protecting consumers‚ particularly those that are as vulnerable as our youth‚ is unwavering‚" Ford stated. "Bringing this litigation is an important step toward ensuring social media platforms put our children's safety before their profits. I look forward to working closely with our partners to protect the youth of our state."The lawsuit was filed against TikTok‚ Snapchat‚ Instagram‚ Facebook‚ and Messenger‚ the AG's office reported. The complaint "alleges the algorithms used by the platforms have been designed deliberately to addict young minds and prey on teenagers' well-understood vulnerabilities.""The litigation alleges these actions have encouraged problematic internet usage and caused young people harms to mental health‚ body image‚ physical health‚ privacy‚ and physical safety‚" the AG's office added.According to Fox Business‚ the complaint further accused the platforms of being a "hazard to public health" by using "false‚ deceptive and unfair marketing" designed to appeal to young people. The AG's office noted that the social media giants use "endless scrolling‚ dopamine-inducing rewards‚ disappearing content‚ likes‚ shares‚ push notifications‚ and other elements to maximize youth use‚ manipulate young emotions‚ and exploit children's developing minds — all for massive financial gain."It alleged that the platforms have been "linked to serious dangers to kids‚" suggesting that the social media companies are partly responsible for "auto accidents‚ increases in drug overdoses‚ suicides‚ eating disorders‚ sexual exploitation and more."According to the lawsuit‚ youth "can spend an infinite amount of their time" on social media platforms and become trapped in "a bottomless pit."A Meta spokesperson told Fox Business‚ "The complaint mischaracterizes our work using selective quotes and cherry-picked documents.""We want teens to have safe‚ age-appropriate experiences online‚ and we have over 30 tools to support them and their parents. We've spent a decade working on these issues and hiring people who have dedicated their careers to keeping young people safe and supported online‚" the Meta spokesperson added.Snap told the news outlet‚ "Snapchat was intentionally designed to be different from traditional social media‚ with a focus on helping Snapchatters communicate with their close friends.""Snapchat opens directly to a camera – rather than a feed of content that encourages passive scrolling – and has no traditional public likes or comments. While we will always have more work to do‚ we feel good about the role Snapchat plays in helping close friends feel connected‚ happy and prepared as they face the many challenges of adolescence‚" the company said. Today‚ Attorney General Aaron D. Ford announced his office‚ in conjunction with the law firms of Nachawati Law Group; WH Law; and Kemp Jones‚ LLP‚ filed civil actions against five popular social media platforms. — (@) Like Blaze News? Massachusetts converts recreation center into shelter for homeless migrants‚ including those sleeping at Boston airport

Massachusetts Democratic Governor Maura Healey recently announced plans to convert an active‚ state-owned recreation center into a homeless shelter for migrants‚ including those currently sleeping at Boston's Logan Airport‚ WHDH reported Tuesday.Healey's decision to use the community center as a temporary overflow shelter for illegal migrants is facing backlash from local residents and families who utilize the center's recreational space.According to WHDH‚ Melnea Cass recreation center in Roxbury‚ a neighborhood in Boston‚ will begin welcoming migrants on Wednesday. The center will house up to 100 families or 400 individuals waiting for permanent accommodations. Healey told the news outlet Tuesday that the decision was "just born out of necessity.""We've been all over the state‚" she said. "We're now coming to Boston." City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson described the Roxbury community as "very vulnerable." She noted that programs currently held at the recreation center will be moved. It is unclear where they will be relocated."The constituents have been stating loud and clear‚ 'You are displacing us‚'" Fernandes Anderson told WHDH. "But this means that there's an opportunity here."Healey noted that the community center will stop serving as a shelter and reopen by May 31.Boston Democratic Mayor Michelle Wu expressed disappointment about closing down the community center."I'll just start by saying there are no good options‚" Wu told WBUR. "For the first community where this is being proposed to be Roxbury‚ a community that over so many decades has faced disinvestment‚ redlining‚ disproportionate outcomes. It's very painful‚ and it's painfully familiar."During an interview with WCVB‚ Healey teared up as she discussed the plans to convert the recreation center into a shelter."I get emotional‚ guys‚ okay? Because I'm committed to this. Little kids need to be able to breathe clean air. They need to be able to access swimming pools. They need to have lifeguards there who can teach them how to swim. And they need to have activities. I don't know what we're going to do for a couple‚ three months. I'll call universities. I'll call other places‚" Healey said. A report last week from WBZ-TV revealed that roughly 100 migrants are sleeping on the floor of Boston's Logan Airport amid the state's overwhelmed shelter system‚ Blaze News previously reported. In August‚ Healey declared a state of emergency over the migrant crisis. She has repeatedly called on the federal government for assistance. The state's homeless shelter system reached maximum capacity in November.WCVB reported that protesters gathered outside the community center on Wednesday holding signs that read‚ "Close the border‚" "Help Boston kids first‚" "Our city‚ our spaces‚" and "Why Roxbury? Try Wellesley‚" referring to an affluent town in Norfolk County. The news outlet stated that there are currently 656 families on the state's waitlist seeking shelter accommodations. Like Blaze News? High school principal blames AI for audio recording that said 'black kids can't test their way out of a paper bag'

A Baltimore high school principal is under investigation for an alleged audio recording of the man making disparaging remarks about black students and complaints from Jews. Baltimore County Public Schools installed new leadership at Pikesville High School while the district conducted an investigation into a strange audio recording‚ allegedly of Principal Eric Eiswert."I seriously don't understand why I have to constantly put up with these dumb asses here every day‚" the recording said. "Between these ungrateful black kids who can't test their way out of a paper bag or these teachers who don't get it. How hard is it to get these students to meet their grade-level expectations?""If I have to get one more complaint from one more Jew in this community‚ I'm going to join the other side‚" the audio added. The recording also reportedly referred to another district employee‚ saying‚ "I'm going to drag his black ass out of here one way or another."The audio was originally posted to an Instagram page called "murder_ink_bmore‚" which also alleged that Eiswert was "also accused of racist comments years ago when he was at Catonsville High School.""We believe that it is AI generated. He did not say that‚" said Billy Burke‚ executive director of the Baltimore County administrator's union. "If I were in that position my heart would be a little broken today‚" he continued‚ according to the Daily Mail."He denounces [the comments]‚ and he did not make those statements‚" Burke added.District executive director of high schools Kyria Joseph stated that an investigative body was immediately notified of the incident‚ and that they are looking into the matter."Although BCPS cannot confirm the veracity of this recording at this time‚ we are taking this matter seriously and have launched an investigation‚" she announced.Superintendent Dr. Myriam Rogers took a different approach to the incident in a press conference‚ stating that it was important for students to have any questions answered about the story‚ rather than "internalizing" their issues."Our message‚ as a school system‚ is that we truly welcome all of the students‚ and we want all of our schools to be places where they thrive‚" Rogers told reporters‚ as per WBAL-TV 11. "I would encourage them to have those conversations with counselors‚ with teachers and other staff that they've made positive connections with‚ so that they are not internalizing those feelings‚" she added.District officials reportedly could not say whether they have any information in regard to the audio being AI-generated. The principal's employment status was also not clarified.Like Blaze News? Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox. Sign up here!
