Nashville is one of the bachelorette capitals of the United States, and on any given weekend (or even during the week – what do you people do for work?) you can walk down Broadway and see quite literally hundreds of bachelorette parties celebrating and partying. For the most part, they’re pretty easy to spot. They’re usually wearing matching outfits, or bright neon wigs, or the bride-to-be has a sash on, something to let everybody know that they’re getting hitched. But sometimes these groups get pretty creative and go all out with the themes, from dressing up like grandmas to full blown costumes. Well apparently Caleigh Hardy, who is of course the wife to country music superstar HARDY, had a theme night on her own bachelorette party – and she absolutely nailed it. Caleigh recently sat down with Kenzie Elizabeth for an episode of her House Guest podcast, and told a hilarious story that included one of her friends being mistaken for her then-fiancé. HARDY (whose real name is Michael Hardy) and Caleigh were married on October 29, 2022, but before the big day the bride-to-be headed down to New Orleans with her friends to celebrate her bachelorette party. And one of the theme nights they planned was to have everyone in the party dress up like her future husband: “We did one of the nights where everybody dressed up like Michael. And some of these outfits were so convincing. Seriously, people were taking pictures with my friends.” Just how convincing were they? Well apparently they even fooled one of HARDY’s friends who just happened to be in New Orleans: “One of Michael’s friends from his hometown just so happened to walk past the bar we were at on Bourbon Street and grabbed my friend Amanda, and was like, ‘Dude, what’s up, it’s me.’ Literally thought it was him.” Caleigh shared a video of the bachelorette party on her TikTok, and I’ve gotta admit, the costumes are pretty good: @caleighryan23 One year since the most iconic bachelorette party EVA #hardygras ♬ SOLD OUT – HARDY Incredible. Zac Brown is backing up the Brinks trucks to pay for his Las Vegas Sphere residency. From the get-go, it’s been clear that the Zac Brown Band’s “Love & Fear” Sphere shows are among the biggest things the group has ever done. But Brown hasn’t backed down from the challenge that comes with performing there, and when the band announced their residency, they called it a “dream come true,” and the only thing they were worried about was bringing a unique experience to their fanbase: “Bringing our new album ‘Love & Fear’ to Sphere Las Vegas is a dream come true. It’s my masterpiece so far. This show is the story of my life that I have never shared, a journey through my imagination, music, and stories that have defined who I am. All of this brought to life in the incredible immersive environment of Sphere. It will be a unique experience where you can really feel every note, every word, right there with us. The Sphere has quickly become the go-to place for next-level residencies ever since it opened in late 2023. However, putting on a show there does come with a substantial price tag, and Zac Brown hasn’t shied away from that. In an interview with US Weekly, the 47-year-old artist revealed that he’s going into debt to bring the show to life: “Just going into debt to make it happen. It’s a big moment in time and it’s like, for us, I want to be among the names of the Grateful Dead and the Rolling Stones and the bands that take that lifelong career impact fan journey to be able to do that. This is our statement to try to step into that. I hope they feel wonder. Unpredictability is something we use in our live shows a lot. I love pulling out covers that no one would ever expect us to play, that’s super fun. This is the same thing visually, sonically — everything we’re doing.” And a new report from NewsNation suggests that the total amount of debt that Zac Brown is entering into in order to make these Las Vegas Sphere shows happen is the multimillions of dollars. A source told the outlet that Brown is really rolling the dice (when in Vegas, eh?), and that it doesn’t make much sense that he has to considering how some other previous and future acts at the Sphere have been paid: “Zac is fronting between $6 million – $8 million to perform there—the Sphere doesn’t chip in a lot except for certain bands, but this is ridiculous. This is Zac Brown Band. The Sphere paid U2 $15 million for their show and are in negotiations with No Doubt, where (front woman) Gwen Stefani is asking for $1 million per show guarantee. No Doubt! Please. It’s not 2002.” The good news? Zac Brown is reportedly expected to add a couple more shows to the residency, and if he does that, he’s projected to make $1 to $2 million in profit thanks to ticket prices ranging from $300 to $2,000 a ticket.
