Complete List Of Blind Faith Band Members

Blind Faith emerged in early 1969 as a partnership between four accomplished musicians who had already established themselves in prominent rock groups. The band consisted of Eric Clapton on lead guitar and vocals, Steve Winwood on lead vocals, keyboards, and lead guitar, Ginger Baker on drums and percussion, and Ric Grech on bass guitar and violin. The formation was announced to the press on February 8, 1969, and the group began recording their material shortly thereafter. The band released one studio album, their self-titled debut Blind Faith, in July 1969. The album reached number one on both the UK charts The post Complete List Of Blind Faith Band Members appeared first on ClassicRockHistory.com.

James Gunn Confirms Arkham Asylum HBO Series Is No More

News Arkham Asylum James Gunn Confirms Arkham Asylum HBO Series Is No More “It just didn’t work.” By Vanessa Armstrong | Published on October 23, 2025 Credit: Warner Bros. Comment 0 Share New Share Credit: Warner Bros. The new DC Studios, spearheaded by James Gunn and Peter Safran, has been moving forward with several new shows and movies, including the Penguin spinoff, the second season of Peacemaker, and Superman. Those projects, however, were just some of those announced since the two took over in 2022; in December 2023, Gunn confirmed that the Arkham Asylum series set in Matt Reeves’ The Batman universe was still in development (the other series about the Gotham Police Department had been axed by that time). Since then, we’ve heard reports that the Arkham Asylum show had also fallen to the wayside. But we hadn’t had official confirmation until now. In an interview on the BobaTalks YouTube channel, Gunn confirmed the Arkham Asylum series is no more. “Hope, sure. But that isn’t something that’s being developed by anyone right now,” Gunn said when asked if there was any hope of seeing the show go into production in the near future. “It just didn’t work.” So you’re saying there’s a chance? Even though the Arkham Asylum show isn’t going to happen in the near future, and most likely not at all, there’s plenty of other exciting DCU stuff in the pipeline. Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is set to come out in June 2026, and there’s also the Clayface movie, with a script co-written by Mike Flanagan coming out late in 2026. Looking out to 2027 also gives us the Superman sequel, Man of Tomorrow, and Booster Gold also has a pilot order, which means it may go into full production sometime in the near future. The next show on the roster, however, is Lanterns, which is expected to come out early next year. EXCLUSIVE: State Department Slams Dems for ‘Delegitimizing’ Trump’s Efforts to Protect Afrikaners

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—President Donald Trump’s State Department says its efforts to accept Afrikaner refugees cost taxpayers a fraction of what the Biden administration spent fast tracking more than 220,000 refugees into the U.S. The Washington Post published a story saying the State Department plans to accept around 7,000 white South African refugees. The State Department has set a goal of processing 2,000 Afrikaners for resettlement by the end of October and an additional 4,000 by the end of November, according to the Post. These numbers are still being finalized, the department says. The State Department confirmed the Post’s reporting that State Department officials booked and paid for 50 seats on commercial flights from South Africa to the United States, but only three people took the offer. This happened on the third week of September. The State Department says Democrats and the media should not be outraged by the acceptance of a small number of Afrikaner refugees when the Biden administration permitted hundreds of thousands of refugees. “The Trump administration saved American taxpayers billions of dollars by drastically reducing the number of refugees accepted into the country,” State Department Deputy Spokesperson Tommy Piggot said in a statement to The Daily Signal. “President Trump is delivering on his mandate to secure the border and realign immigration policy with America’s national interest, overhauling the Biden administration’s disastrous mass immigration agenda.” In fiscal year 2024, State spent $1.2 billion to facilitate refugee resettlement, according to a State Department official. “The Washington Post feigns concern over the costs of resettling Afrikaners while turning a blind eye to the billions of dollars spent by the Biden administration to import hundreds of thousands of migrants into the United States,” Piggot said. “The Washington Post’s article is just the outlet’s latest attempt to delegitimize the Trump administration’s efforts to provide refuge for Afrikaners, even as South African politicians have publicly called for race-based violence against them and the government passed legislation allowing for the expropriation of their farm land,” Piggott added. Immediately following his inauguration, Trump signed an executive order temporarily halting the admission of most refugees. However, as of May 8, the U.S. government had granted 59 Afrikaners refugee status, and the State Department has received 8,000 inquiries.  When South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa met with the president in June, Trump showed him a video of South African politicians chanting for the killing of white farmers. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a Senate hearing in May that white farmers “live in a country where land is taken on a racial basis.” He was referring to a law established in January “allowing land seizures by the state without compensation.” Biden’s refugee resettlement efforts actually cost the American taxpayer tens of billions of dollars when factoring in expenditures from the Office of Refugee Resettlement and Assistance in the Department of Health and Human Services, according to the State Department. The Biden administration spent $20 billion on refugee and entrant assistance in just two years through the refugee resettlement office, the Open the Books report said. That figure included medical services, general refugee support services, and a surge in grant funding to international organizations that facilitate mass immigration into the United States. Some of the funding went towards cash assistance for immigrants to buy cars and homes or start a business, the New York Post reported. LaLiga Block Causes Spain Internet Outage and VPN Surge

If you're tired of censorship and dystopian threats against civil liberties, subscribe to Reclaim The Net. Spain’s top football league has once again plunged the country’s internet users into chaos. On October 18, 2025, LaLiga’s anti-piracy orders led major Spanish ISPs, including Movistar, Vodafone, and Orange, to block a broad range of Cloudflare IP addresses. The result was widespread connectivity failures that cut off millions from essential online services. The blackout, which lasted until October 20, crippled access to legitimate websites, gaming platforms, and streaming services. According to Proton VPN, free signups from Spain surged by 200% as frustrated users sought to reclaim their digital freedom. Many reported that even routine online tasks became impossible without using a VPN to bypass the restrictions. Cloudflare, a key infrastructure provider that supports millions of sites with DDoS protection, encryption, and content delivery, was targeted because some of its shared IPs had once hosted unauthorized sports streams. Since Cloudflare’s network architecture assigns multiple unrelated websites to the same IP, the block effectively punished thousands of lawful services for the actions of a few. Gamers were hit particularly hard. Those trying to play Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, a new MMORPG released globally on October 9, found that the game’s “Start” button disappeared entirely for Spanish players. The only workaround was to connect through a VPN outside Spain. Both Cloudflare and the cybersecurity group RootedCON previously challenged these blanket blocks in court, warning that they inevitably harm legitimate internet use. Yet in March 2025, a Spanish judge dismissed their complaint, ruling that they had not provided sufficient evidence of damage. That decision has since enabled LaLiga to expand its enforcement campaign with few legal constraints. The latest outage underscores the growing reach of LaLiga’s censorship regime, which claims judicial authorization for mass IP blocking in the name of protecting football broadcasts. But the collateral damage is immense. Businesses, developers, and everyday users have seen their online access vanish without warning, collateral in a digital war they never signed up for. Proton VPN’s statement captured the underlying problem: when courts permit such broad controls, it is ordinary people who bear the cost. Millions of Spaniards lost access to their favorite platforms, online games, and even local news, victims of a campaign that mistakes collective punishment for enforcement. Despite mounting public anger, there is no indication that Spain’s censorship orders will ease. As LaLiga continues to claim victories in its anti-piracy crusade, the open internet itself remains the biggest casualty. Media, Zelenskyy beg Trump to give Ukraine Tomahawks — NATO chief says president was 'completely right' to decline

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the White House on Friday, hoping that he would talk President Donald Trump into giving Kiev some long-range Tomahawk missiles. The meeting, while allegedly "cordial," did not go as Zelenskyy had hoped.Trump, who figures both that America should retain the weapon systems for its own defense and that the provision to Ukraine would not only amount to an intolerable escalation but prove useless in the short term, declined to supply Kiev with Tomahawks.'It will be too far out into the future.'Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo, among the European officials apparently prickled by the decision, implored Trump to hand over the missiles, stating, "Putin believes only in power."Elements of the liberal media similarly called on Trump to oblige Zelenskyy. The Wall Street Journal's editorial board, for instance, characterized the cruise missiles as a "force for peace," suggested that "hoarding cruise missiles for another war that may or may not come invites more conflict," and downplayed the use of the missiles against a nuclear power as escalatory. The Telegraph suggested that Trump should abandon his role as the "mediator president" and gift Russian President Vladimir Putin "a Christmas punctuated by Tomahawk, Storm Shadow, and Atacms strikes."Amid such blather, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte emphasized on Wednesday that the American president was "completely right."Following his meeting on Wednesday with Trump, Rutte told CNN, "Let's never think that one specific weapon system will change the whole war. If it was that easy, then we would have ended it when the Germans sent Leopards II, when the Dutch and the Danes sent the F-16s.""These systems are important," continued Rutte. "They will absolutely help to bring this war to an end, but in itself, one weapon system will never end it."RELATED: Melania Trump partners with Putin to lead humanitarian effort in war-torn region Photo by Andrew Harnik/Getty Images Zelenskyy, whose term ended in May 2024, seeks to use such missiles — which cost over $2 million a piece and can be fired from a ground-based Typhon launcher that costs around $6.2 million — in concert with long-range drones to strike targets deep inside Russia, including military bases, factories, oil infrastructure, and command centers. Whereas the British-made Storm Shadow missiles in Ukraine's arsenal have a range of 150 miles, Tomahawk missiles have a range of over 1,000 miles.Rutte referenced the explanation Trump gave during their meeting and said, "He was completely right here: It takes months for anyone other than American soldiers to be trained on [Tomahawk weapon systems]. So it is not that if you decide today that Ukrainians can use them tomorrow."Trump noted earlier that "there is a tremendous learning curve with the Tomahawk.""It's a very powerful weapon, very accurate weapon, and maybe that's what makes it so complex," continued the president. "But it will take a year. It takes a year of intense training to learn how to use it, and we know how to use it, and we're not going to be teaching other people. It will be too far out into the future."Trump, keen on brokering an end to war well in advance of that time Tomahawk missiles might have capable pilots on the ground, has instead turned to a more immediate method of applying pressure on Russia to end the war, namely sanctions on Russia, its enablers, and — as of Wednesday — two of Russia's largest state-owned oil companies.Like Blaze News? Is Michael Jordan’s NBA halftime series a flop or a gold mine of insight?

Earlier this year, the NBA announced a new halftime series with Peacock streaming services: “MJ: Insights to Excellence,” featuring the one and only Michael Jordan. The news was shocking for the sports world, as Jordan has largely avoided the public spotlight since his retirement. For him to step back in front of NBA audiences again, this time ready to share his wisdom, has had basketball fans sitting on the edge of their seats. On Tuesday, October 21, the first episode of Jordan’s new series aired during halftime of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Houston Rockets game. The NBA legend revealed that he hasn’t picked up a basketball in years and shared a memory of feeling “the most nervous I’ve been in years” when asked to shoot a free throw in front of kids during a stay at a rental house for the Ryder Cup.Many were charmed by Jordan’s candor, but Jason Whitlock says his “insights” flopped. He was expecting basketball analysis, not personal anecdotes.“This is [Shai Gilgeous-Alexander] and the Oklahoma City Thunder raising a banner, getting championship rings — the future of the NBA versus the past of the NBA in Kevin Durant, and we had time to go hear stories about Michael Jordan shooting a free throw?” he complains. Jason doesn’t understand why the entirety of sports media is “genuflecting” to Jordan and treating him “as an idol” when all he did was share some personal stories. “Michael Jordan did nothing, and we shouldn't be celebrating it,” he says, calling himself an “iconoclast” who wants to “tear down icons.”“Fearless” guest Jay Skapinac, host of “Skap Attack,” agrees: “I was led to believe that this was going to be Michael Jordan kind of as an NBA analyst, not regaling us with stories of what he's been doing for the last 25, 30 years outside of the NBA.”His fear is that “MJ: Insights to Excellence” is actually just a long pre-recorded interview that the NBA is going to chop up and slow-release throughout the season.T.J. Moe, however, completely understands the hype surrounding Jordan’s series. “When people don't speak very often, people's ears perk up when that person speaks. The first time we heard Michael Jordan say virtually anything since his retirement was ‘The Last Dance,’ and people were captivated by that. I don't think we should be surprised that people are somewhat captivated by just seeing inside of a guy's life that is a total mystery,” he counters. But Jason’s opinion is set: Jordan’s “insights” are a distraction from the game. “NBC screwed up here.”To hear more of the debate, watch the episode above.Want more from Jason Whitlock? To enjoy more fearless conversations at the crossroads of culture, faith, sports, and comedy with Jason Whitlock, subscribe to BlazeTV — the largest multi-platform network of voices who love America, defend the Constitution, and live the American dream.
