I will be breaking down two videos of two separate incidences where two separate members of the pagans motorcycle club were confronted by non patch holders. All this was caught on camera. Our hands are tied.”  There are those who’ll tell you that it’s up to you to wear a motorcycle helmet, as it’s your right to worry about your own safety. And there’s a kernel of truth to that idea, as I’m not your mother or father. A DOJ statement reads: A federal grand jury returned an indictment Tuesday charging a Canadian citizen with illegally registering to vote and voting in federal elections in 2022 and 2024. “Every single time a noncitizen casts an illegal vote in North Carolina, it steals and nullifies the vote of an actual citizen,” said U.S. Attorney Ellis Boyle. “If the records are correct, this Canadian citizen appears to have voted in New Hanover and Pender County elections over the past 20 years. We intend to prove his illegal conduct in court and put an end to it.” “Every American deserves to exercise their right to vote without interference in the democratic process. We appreciate the North Carolina Board of Elections partnership and commitment to working together to ensure fair elections in our state,” said James C. Barnacle Jr., the FBI Special Agent in Charge in North Carolina. “I am proud of the efforts of our investigators who worked this case prior to handing it off to our law enforcement partners at the FBI. Nothing is more critical to our democracy than confidence in our electoral process, which is why vigorous enforcement of our election laws must be a priority. According to the indictment, Denis Bouchard, 69, falsely claimed to be a United States citizen to vote in federal elections, including the most recent 2024 presidential election.  Bouchard, who has resided in the United States since the 1960s, never obtained U.S. citizenship.  Despite his status as an alien, Bouchard certified that he was a U.S. citizen on voter registration applications in 2022 and 2024, when he cast a ballot in the 2024 presidential election and 2022 congressional election. Bouchard is charged with two counts of 18 U.S.C. § 1015(f) and two counts of 52 U.S.C. § 20511(2)(B). If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment on each count. Ellis Boyle, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, made the announcement after the initial appearance in court today. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is investigating the case, with assistance from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and a referral of the case by the North Carolina Board of Elections.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Karen Haughton is prosecuting the case. The New York Post has more: “Here’s where we are,” Jones wrote in a long Facebook post on Aug. 6. “I literally told FBI in five states today that I am willing to sacrificially kill this POTUS by disemboweling him and cutting out his trachea with Liz Cheney and all The Affirmation present,” she allegedly wrote, ending the paragraph, “Let’s deal with this and restore domestic tranquility.” In other posts, Jones urged Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to “please arrange the arrest and removal ceremony of POTUS Trump as a terrorist on the American People from 10-2pm at the White House on Saturday, August 16th, 2025.” Officials were aware of concerning posts starting on Aug. 2 and Jones herself told Secret Service agents in an Aug. 15 interview that she would “carry out the mission of killing” Trump with a “bladed object” if she was given the chance. Boasberg’s order to release Nathalie Rose Jones is a surprise reversal of a magistrate judge’s ruling to deny her bond and keep her detained pending trial. WUSA9 said: Federal prosecutors said they may seek a swift appeal of the order, which directs the Alexandria Jail where she’s being held to release Jones early Wednesday morning. She will have the day to drive back to New York, where she will be placed on a GPS monitor. Boasberg also ordered Jones to stay away from D.C. except for court hearings. Boasberg’s order reverses a decision by Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya last week to keep Jones detained while she awaits trial on felony charges of threatening to kill the president. Upadhyaya also ordered Jones to undergo a competency evaluation to determine her fitness to stand trial. Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua Satter argued Tuesday that Jones should remain behind bars, saying she’d expressed a “propensity to commit violence” and had shown no concern for her actions. Satter pointed out the Secret Service quickly sought a warrant for her arrest after receiving a ping from her phone in D.C. Boasberg, however, questioned how dangerous Jones really was if the Secret Service had decided not to arrest her a day earlier – despite saying she planned on coming to Washington. “They don’t dissuade her from coming,” he said. “Doesn’t that kind of suggest they didn’t take those threats that seriously?” Absolutely crazy. They said: “They’ve had very many close shaves and near misses over the years… it was only a matter of time, but it should never have happened.” Sihle was described as a rising star in the culinary world. The father-of-two had worked in high-end restaurants across the Middle East, including in Doha and Kuwait, before securing a position on Branson’s £95,000 ($218,024) a night private island. Days before his death, Sihle shared images on social media of himself enjoying the beaches and jet skis at Necker Island, captioning one photograph: “Caribbean life”. Perhaps a combination of alcohol and bad decisions were the culprit in the untimely death of this rising chef. That very well may be the case.
