In a true SHTF scenario, the first system to fail is not infrastructure — it’s the human mind. This video exposes the uncomfortable truth about why mindset is the most overlooked survival prep and why negative thinking can quietly destroy your ability to survive. Chronic negativity and hopelessness are linked to measurable changes in the brain, including reduced activity in the prefrontal cortex — the area responsible for decision-making, emotional control, and long-term planning. When stress hits, negative individuals are far more likely to freeze, give up, or make fatal decisions. In a grid-down or collapse situation, those mental failures can spiral into depression, physical decline, and death. This video is not motivational fluff. It’s a warning. If you are serious about preparedness, you must understand how psychology, mindset, and mental resilience determine who adapts and who collapses. Watch this before you assume your supplies alone will save you — because in survival, the strongest gear means nothing if your mind shuts down first. ________________________________________ If our content has helped you in any way, consider buying us a cup of coffee… Thanks! https://buymeacoffee.com/goshenprepping Attention all Preppers and Patriots… We must all prepare for what’s coming… Our channel is dedicated to getting you ready! Post Malone Tried To Do A Backflip Off A Chair During A Live Stream & It Went Horribly Wrong

Post Malone Tried To Do A Backflip Off A Chair During A Live Stream & It Went Horribly Wrong

Probably not gonna be making the Olympic team. Post Malone had a busy 2025, touring North America and Europe on his The BIG ASS Stadium Tour along with Jelly Roll and Sierra Ferrell. And it sounds like he’s also been putting in quite a bit of time in the studio, revealing during a livestream earlier this week that he hopes to release two new albums in 2026: “Chances are, chat, we are getting two albums in 2026. If everything goes my way.” So I guess we’ll have to excuse him for not having much time to work on his gymnastics routine this year. During that same livestream with streamer xQc, Posty (whose real name is Austin Post) decided to do a backflip off of a chair in his living room, though he did warn viewers before he tried it: “This is just an attempt.” Well with his cigarette in hand, Post climbed up on the desk chair…and then promptly fell down and landed hard on the ground. Luckily he was able to laugh it off, though it sounds like he might have felt it the next morning: “I actually hurt my wrist… Chat, I really did hurt my wrist. This is what I do for y’all.” @up2meclipx @Post Malone #postmalone #viralvideo #fypシ #tiktok #twitch ♬ original sound – Up2Më Yeah, that’s gonna leave a mark. Maybe don’t try that one on stage. As for what he’s been working on in the studio, guitar player extraordinaire and producer Derek Wells revealed that Posty’s next project will feature Post Malone stepping WAY over the line between pop music and country music… deep into the heart of country music while channeling some George Jones and ’80s George Strait. According to Wells: “There’s also more fiddle, pedal steel, guitar solos. Where we started as two feet over the line into traditional country on ‘F-1 Trillion’ has turned into head, chest, shoulders and feet across the line on where we’re headed with the next batch of songs.” In an interview with The Tennessean this past summer, Post discussed how he’s carefully treated his venture into country music, and appreciated the acceptance he’s received: “I want to make sure I do things with respect. I feel honored that everyone has been accepting and patient with me.” That seems to be the big difference between the reception that Post has received in country music, which has welcomed him with open arms, and the reception for…well, some other artists. There’s no denying that Post Malone has fully embraced country music, showing respect for the classics and working with many of the top artists, songwriters and musicians in the genre. It’s clear that Post truly appreciates country, and wants to honor country music and its history instead of trying to come in and change it – or worse, bash others along the way. I’m usually pretty skeptical of “pop” artists coming into country, because most of the time it’s just a thinly-veiled attempt at trying to either make a point or in the case of some artists whose careers have slowed down, capitalize on the popularity of country music. Posty’s done it the right way though, and it sounds like he’s here to stay…as long as he doesn’t hurt himself doing too many backflips. The post Post Malone Tried To Do A Backflip Off A Chair During A Live Stream & It Went Horribly Wrong first appeared on Whiskey Riff.

Why Garth Brooks Insisted That Trisha Yearwood Work On Their 20th Anniversary

Why Garth Brooks Insisted That Trisha Yearwood Work On Their 20th Anniversary

Nothing like working on the night of your 20th wedding anniversary. Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are a country music power couple. Even though they’ve had an interesting 2025 with Garth’s ongoing sexual assault lawsuit, the pair has stuck together, and reports suggest that their marriage has been “completely unaffected” by all of the allegations. That checks out… because according to Trisha, their marriage can also withstand not blocking off their 20th wedding anniversary. The “She’s In Love With The Boy” singer sat down with Ross Mathews and Valerie Bertinelli (on The Drew Barrymore Show) earlier this month and told them how she ended up working on the night of their 20th anniversary. Brooks and Yearwood got married on December 10, 2005, so two decades of marriage later, there was much to celebrate. Yearwood released her Christmas album, Christmastime, and was touring during the holiday season to help share the new music. She said that she was planning on taking December 10 off, but Garth insisted that she work on their anniversary: “I’m actually working on our anniversary. I actually was not going to, and I have a Christmas album out and we’re touring. And I was going to block around it, and Garth said, ‘No, I think the best thing would be to… get to see you in your element, doing what you do for our anniversary.’ So, I don’t know what else we’ll do. We’re going to be together. That’s our big thing, is just be, you know, we like to be where the other one is.” That’s certainly interesting. But like I said earlier, they must be rather confident in their relationship to willingly put work before a big anniversary. It sounds like Trisha could have worked around the date, but Brooks suggested that she go ahead and go for it on their monumental marriage milestone. Judging by this post from Trisha Yearwood, I’d say it wasn’t that big of a deal to them: “The very best part of the last 20 years has been you. Merry Christmas, Valentine. I love you.” View this post on Instagram I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention another portion of that interview, where Trisha accidentally (?) compared their marriage to her relationship she had with a pet dog. The country music singer explained that, before her relationship with Garth Brooks, her longest time tied to someone or something else was a four-legged friend that lived to be 14 years old: “My longest relationship before Garth was a dog I had that lived to be 14, and I was very proud of that relationship. So, we have surpassed that, which is a pretty big milestone for me. We were friends for a long time before we were a couple, and so, we knew everything about each other before we ever went on a date. When you marry your best friend, it’s, I mean, you learn what’s important. And I was not really good at staying when things were tough. I was really good at bailing, and this is not an option because I’m with the love of my life. So, we just figure it out.” The post Why Garth Brooks Insisted That Trisha Yearwood Work On Their 20th Anniversary first appeared on Whiskey Riff.

A Countdown Has Appeared On Luke Combs’ Website, & It Sounds Like An Album Announcement Is Coming VERY Soon

A Countdown Has Appeared On Luke Combs’ Website, & It Sounds Like An Album Announcement Is Coming VERY Soon

Time to speculate. As time passes, it’s clear that Luke Combs is gearing up for what could potentially be his biggest year yet in 2026. As we know, he already plotted a MASSIVE international tour throughout the year on his giant My Kinda Saturday Night Tour. Covering two continents, eight countries and including 16 shows, the tour features stops across iconic stadiums across the nation, including the likes of Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee, Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana, and Wembley Stadium in London, U.K. It’s also more than apparent that he’s gearing up for the release of his sixth studio album at some point in 2026 over the past five or so months. In case you missed it, Combs kicked everything off back in July with the release of “Back In The Saddle,” which signaled a return to form for the North Carolina native, bringing back his classic sound that many fans craved after a bit of a departure from it on his 2024 project, “Fathers & Sons.” August rolled around, and Combs then teased the concept of a “crowdsourced” album, posting 14 never-before-heard songs on his “secret” Instagram account, @lcombs77, which you can listen to here. Since then, the North Carolina native has given fans an official taste of what’s to come on the upcoming record through the release of his three-song EP simply titled, The Prequel, containing previously-teased tracks such as the highly-anticipated “My Kinda Saturday Night along with “15 Minutes” and ‘Days Like These.” He’d then follow that up with the release of “Giving Her Away” on December 5th. This isn’t even mentioning the fact that he teased studio versions of long-awaited tracks such as “Sleepless in a Hotel Room,” which also clued fans to the fact the upcoming album may contain 22 tracks given the fact Combs’ official TikTok account liked a fan’s comment noting that the audio file on the song’s teaser read “13 of 22” Just when you thought some of the speculation revolving around Combs’ new album died down heading into the new year, the “Hurricane” singer once again added fuel to the fire by posting a countdown to his website. As of writing, the countdown current reads 6 days, 22 hours, 46 minutes and 31 seconds, indicating that an official announcement of something major is coming Tuesday, January 7th at 11 a.m. CT. Again, there’s clearly no official information surrounding the countdown, but given the fact that Combs’ has already announced his massive My Kinda Saturday Night Tour, all signs point to this being the official announcement for his upcoming album. Of course, this is primarily due to the fact that he’s teased so much new music throughout the year in addition to the five new songs he’s released the past five months, including his three-song Prequel EP. For now, however, we will just have to wait until January 7th. My Kinda Saturday Night Tour Dates March 21 Allegiant Stadium – Las Vegas, NV April 4 Scott Stadium – Charlottesville, VA April 11 Jack Trice Stadium – Ames, IA April 18 Notre Dame Stadium – South Bend, IN April 25 Ohio Stadium – Columbus, OH May 2 Neyland Stadium – Knoxville, TN May 9 Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium – Norman, OK May 15 Lambeau Field – Green Bay, WI May 16 Lambeau Field – Green Bay, WI May 30 Parc Jean-Drapeau – Montreal, QC June 5 Rogers Stadium – Toronto, ON June 6 Rogers Stadium – Toronto, ON July 4 Ullevi – Gothenburg, Sweden July 7 Accor Arena – Paris, France July 11 Johan Cruijff ArenA – Amsterdam, Netherlands July 18 Slane Castle – Slane, Ireland July 19 Slane Castle – Slane, Ireland July 25 Scottish Gas Murrayfield – Edinburgh, UK July 31 Wembley Stadium – London, UK August 1 Wembley Stadium – London, UKThe post A Countdown Has Appeared On Luke Combs’ Website, & It Sounds Like An Album Announcement Is Coming VERY Soon first appeared on Whiskey Riff.

Jo Dee Messina Reveals Her ’90s Country Classic, “Heads Carolina, Tails California” Was A Last Minute Addition That Nearly Didn’t Make Her Debut Record

Didn’t fit her. When you think about ’90s country, which is the golden era of the genre to some, a few songs come to mind. Whether it’s Brooks & Dunn’s “Brand New Man,” Alan Jackson’s “Chattahoochee,” Garth Brooks’ “Friends In Low Places,” Toby Keith’s “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” or songs from the likes of George Strait, Shania Twain, Tim McGraw and more, it’s hard to point to a song that truly defined the decade. One song that is continually thrown at the top of many’s lists is none other than Jo Dee Messina’s classic, “Heads Carolina, Tails California.” Appearing on Messina’s 1996 self-titled debut album, the track was written by Tim Nichols and Mark D. Sanders, serving as her debut single. As we all know by now, the song was an absolute smash hit. Not only did it do incredibly well at the time and peaked all the way at #2 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart in May of 1996, it’s also survived well into the 21st century, capturing a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2022 and procuring over 180 million streams on Spotify alone. What makes “Heads Carolina, Tails California’s” success so incredible, however, is the fact that it originally wasn’t even included on her debut record and furthermore went through a key re-write to the song’s opening lines. In a TikTok uploaded on Monday, Messina would dive into the background of the song and note that she was putting the finishing touches on her debut album when she got a call from Nichols telling her he had a song that she needed to hear. “We were done recording for my first album, pretty much done. And I’d gotten a call from Tim Nichols… Tim had called and said, ‘Man, I wrote this song. I’d love to play it for you for this project. And I was like, ‘Aw, dude, I’m pretty sure were done cutting for this record. And he’s like, ‘Will you just listen to it.’ As Messina explains, Nichols would drop a demo of the song off in the mailbox at her house on his way back to Nashville. Hearing the song, she knew she had a pretty big hit on her hands. “I listened to the song, and I was like, ‘Man, this chorus is so catchy. I loved the tune and just the energy behind the song.” She’d then take it to her producers who also agreed that she had to cut the song for her debut record. The only problem was, since they were already finished recording for the project, studio days were already booked out well in advance. After months of waiting, Messina and Co. finally recorded the track on the 4th of July. However, that wasn’t after an interesting re-write that she’d dive into in a follow-up video. @jodeemessinaHeres a little BTS on the song you all know. Have you heard this story about the song before ??♬ original sound – Jo Dee Messina Hours after the first TikTok was posted, the “Bye Bye” singer would then reveal that the song’s iconic opening lines were re-written, per her request, since she didn’t relate to them. “When I first got the song… I was like, ‘I love the song, but I don’t get the first two lines. I can’t relate to it. So my producers were like, ‘Well, we can talk to the writers and see if they’ll change the first two lines.” She’d then reveal that the first two lines were the following: “We should have known it the day they shut that paper mill down There’ll be no future for us no more in our little town I’ve got people in Austin…” Of course, that’s a bit of a change from the now-iconic opening lines in the recorded version: “Baby, what do you say we just get lost? Leave this one horse town like two rebels without a cause I’ve got people in Boston…” The “Lesson In Leavin'” singer would then go on to explain that since she’s from Massachusetts, she wanted to replace “Austin” to “Boston” in addition to switching up the first two lines. “I was like, “Well, I’m from Massachusetts, so I got people in Boston.’ If we could change that, it would be cool because then it would be like my own song.” The rest, as they say, is history. Messina would note that just a few days later, Nichols and Sanders would send her back another demo tape of the song containing the opening lyrics we know and love today. “After a couple of days, the writers came back to us and gave us a tape of the song with the two new lines which you guys know… So we ended up recording that song. It was a very last minute deal. And what was the last-minute addition to the record actually ended up being the very first single of my entire career.  @jodeemessina Replying to @Anita Parsons ♬ original sound – Jo Dee Messina It’s hard to believe that one of the most iconic songs from the decade was almost never recorded, but it’s safe to say that Messina made the right call, not only requesting a lyric-change but also recording the track itself. “Heads Carolina, Tails California” The post Jo Dee Messina Reveals Her ’90s Country Classic, “Heads Carolina, Tails California” Was A Last Minute Addition That Nearly Didn’t Make Her Debut Record first appeared on Whiskey Riff.
